I have already gotten back the wedding photos (where my wedding dress photos are awkward and I am mostly in a reception outfit) and also not having been able to take engagement photos, even though I am in a better head space, I am still extremely upset. All because of a wedding dress that was too small (ordered too small by Bel Fiore). What makes me more upset by this situation was that because, of course, why would I doubt the bridal store that made me wedding dress shopping experience amazing? It was that when I went to go in for alterations, Margarita would say, “Did you gain weight? Are you planning on losing weight?” Me, being insecure about the fact that I hadn’t been able to work out in 2 months after being in a bad car accident, surely thought it was me and my body at fault, when the dress didn’t fit when I first went to go pick it up. I was 5’3” and 114lb at the time. It took a month of working out while working 7 days a week, “intermittent fasting” but basically starving. I was sure that I was at least back to my base (when I first tried the wedding dresses). I don’t personally care about height/weight stats, but to put this into perspective on where I was at, I was now 5’3” and 104lb. The dress still didn’t fit. Margarita would say again, “did you gain weight?” When I expressed frustration to her and the staff, this is when I realized that my initial body measurements at the time of the initial dress shopping were chest/waist/hip (inches) 31, 25.5, 31. The dress that was ordered was a size 2. The chest/waist/hip measurements were 31, 24, 31. I don’t know about you but I haven’t been 24 inches around the waist since a child, nor is losing 1.5 inches about the waist an easy feat. I will say that the staff at Bel Fiore Bridal tried to compensate me for a corset that I only needed as the dress didn’t fit. However in reality I needed a dress in my size, i.e a larger size than what was ordered. I was unable to take engagement photos, postponed because the dress wasn’t ready. I accepted the fact that I would have a corset on the day of the wedding, trying to tell myself it would be not noticeable. The fact is, the problem was actually in the shoulder straps, that would constantly fall off my shoulders since there was a widened gap at the back from the corset. No amount of tape could hold it up indefinitely. In the moments where it did, those photos would only depict how awkward my shoulders and posture had to be to keep me from flashing my guests in case my shoulder straps fell off. When I last picked up my dress, the staff at Bel Fiore Bridal told me that because I had made alterations to the dress and agreed to pick it up initially, that the only thing that they could do was have their manager reach out to me. Although I agree with all that, given the circumstances in which the dress was ordered too small to begin with, I had hoped at least for a call from their manager. I have yet to get a call. TLDR: So, thank you Bel Fiore Bridal for a beautiful dress that didn’t fit, for all the feelings of insecurity I endured about my size and weight, the tears I cried for the wedding photos that I was unable to share, and for engagement photos that I was never able to take.

such a beautiful shop that has so many stunning gowns. My consultant, Zach, was amazing! He was just so nice and helped me narrow down the dresses and made sure I was happy. Even after I got my dress, they were amazing! They kept in contact with me about when my dress was supposed to get come in, scheduling fittings was a super easy process, and each time I came in everyone we talked to was so helpful and made it a whole experience. My seamstress, Nicole, was also amazing. She made sure my dress fit me exactly how I wanted it and was great at her job. I absolutely love my wedding dress and couldn't be happier that I came to Bel Fiore!!

I live in NJ, and I happened to be down here for the week visiting my family (who live about an hour away from the shop - well worth the drive!) We made the appointment on a whim earlier this week, with the intention of just trying things on to get ideas. And guess what? After about two hours I walked out having purchased my dream dress! Ironically- it was the very first one I had tried on! Amy was very informative and so helpful helping me get in and out of the gowns. She was able to answer every question I had and truly just made the experience so delightful. I felt no pressure at all to make a purchase, but oh how I’m so glad that I did! o wedding dress shopping! We hadn't made any plans-I did not have an idea in mind as to what type of dress I wanted and we hadn't set up an appointment. We called Bel Fiore and they were incredibly accommodating. We stepped into the store and immediately stepped into wedding world, complete with employees with hearts of gold. The attention I received from Amy at Bel Fiore was so personalized-She always made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride, the most important client, and a friend. She was wonderful, to say the least! I found my dream wedding gown, and the experience was simply magical! I would recommend Bel Fiore to anyone who wants to create a lovely core wedding memory while saying "yes to the dress"!

notice immediately as I had put off alterations due to our first venue canceling on us and the possible reschedule needed (so I recognize that was on me!). We double checked with them on the measurements and they confirmed that an 8 was on the receipt and should been ordered given the measurements, but a 6 was what arrived - and it was obviously too small. They did try to work with the designer, but as it was only a few months out to the wedding another could not be ordered in time. They did offer to send the sample size for a small cost - a 14, that would need a huge amount of reworking (possibly along with the 6) to make a feasible dress. This wasn’t a great solution, so I ended up buying another dress from a different boutique and am now stuck with the original - no refunds. They did work with us to try to find a solution, and given the timeframe I don’t fault them for not being able to work out a replacement, but paying so much for a 6 I couldn’t wear instead of the 8 I ordered and checked out for wasn’t exactly my ideal outcome. My advice is to order well in advance and double check all sizes and measurements if you do go with them. After I posted this review on Google, I received a reply claiming they never recorded my original measurements (not true per our phone conversations - they had them when I called), that the receipt showed the size 6 was selected (not true, I have the original receipt), and that the owner offered for me to come in person to find a gown for an exchange but I never showed up (this was never offered). I had originally rated them 2 stars, but dropped it to 1 after this. The gown is gorgeous, so if anyone is in the market I have listed it on Stillwhite...hoping to get at least some money back.

en COVID-19 was still in its heyday (May 2020). My consultant was Loren, and she did an amazing job offering different options and styles according to my budget. I also received my dress earlier than expected (4 weeks vs. the estimated 8 weeks). I was so impressed with Bel Fiore's customer service that I ended up returning to purchase flower girl dresses with them last December. I believe Zach was the one who helped us out on that occasion; he was very patient and gave great recommendations for the girls. My flower girls and I looked our very best thanks to Bel Fiore Bridal!

called ahead of time to let them know I was interested in a dress I saw on their insta story, and they had it already hung in my dressing room when I arrived. The woman who assisted me was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. When my dress ended up being delayed by the designer, they immediately called me and kept me informed weekly until it arrived. It arrived less than two months before my wedding and they were able to get me an appointment with their seamstress within the next week. Min took her time measuring me at my first appointment, and at my next appointment a month later she had everything perfect. My dress fit me perfectly and she paid great attention to the lace detail on my dress. My bustle also stayed the whole night (even with a heavily soaked train from the rain) and I didn't have a single dress mishap. I'm so glad I chose to get my dress from Bel Fiore.

Although the store may be small, it is PACKED with dresses of many types, shapes, sizes, and colors, all with amazing quality! I worked with Alicia over two appointments until we found the perfect dress. She was very knowledgable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bel Fiore's wide assortment of beautiful dresses and supportive staff!

etter than a boutique style bridal store.. Boy was I WRONG! I found that David's Bridal didnt have anything close to what I'd saved on my pinterest board, the consultant was uninterested and seemed that she couldnt care less about myself or my experience. After that, I found myself discouraged and frankly quite worried because I read online that dresses take 5-9 MONTHS to come in, plus alteration time and my wedding was 9 months away. I called 15+ boutiques on a Saturday attempting to get an appointment the following day. Of course, all were booked. However, Bel Fiore was the ONLY boutique that offered to call me should there be a cancellation. Low & behold, Sunday morning comes around and my phone rang at 11AM with an opening for 1:30PM. Upon arrival, I was greeting promptly and told that my consultant would be with me in a just a moment. I chose to go to this appointment solo, my bridal party wasnt able to make the last minute appointment and frankly all of the eyes and opinions of everyone else was intimidating during my previous experience. Autumn, my bridal consultant, greeted me shortly after with a warm smile and immediately I had a feeling that today was the day. She offered me a refreshment and walked me through the boutique and explained how the layout worked. She handed me about 5-6 flowers to hang on the dresses that I wanted to try on and she would follow behind me to pull the dresses. The prices of the dresses ranged from $699 (off the rack) to around $3K for the customer order dresses (from what I saw). I tried on my first dress and was AMAZED. The price was perfect, the beading was detailed, and it fit PERFECTLY. I had a feelings this was it, but wanted to try a few others to make sure. Autumn offered her honest, but graceful opinions throughout which was appreciated as I did not have my bridal party to give their input. After a few dresses, I put the first one back on, Autumn brought a veil and a beautiful tiara, and of course, the tears started flowing. I took the dress home that same day, under budget and over the moon in smiles. Thank you Bel Fiore and especially AUTUMN for an AMAZING experience. I wouldnt have wished for anything more.
