Where do I begin? Kayla did an amazing job planning my August 2026 wedding at the Westin in Savannah, Georgia. My now husband and I were looking for a full service planner who would take most of the stress out of wedding planning and Kayla delivered. While I can go on and on about Kayla's work, I'll highlight a few things she did exceptionally well. First, Kayla is so relatable. While keeping it professional, I felt so comfortable going to Kayla for everything and anything. Planning the wedding with Kayla felt like planning it with a very experienced friend and it made our many many meetings enjoyable and something I would look forward to. Second, Kayla was so respectful of my own vision. Rather than pushing me on the newest trends and making the wedding as aesthetic as possible, she listened to what I wanted and came up with fabulous ideas to compliment them. Third, Kayla was such a joy to have around on our wedding day. She is such a light and everyone who met her raved about how she tackled problems with ease and was such a great resource for questions the bride would usually have to field. Fourth, she respected my time constraints. I was graduating law school, studying for bar and having the wedding 3 weeks after the test. She took that information and really respected my lack of availability and sometimes my lack of responsiveness. She reminded me if I missed an email I had to respond to and tracked things so that I didn't need to carry that mental load. And lastly, she is one of the sweetest people I have had the pleasure of working with. I will truly miss our frequent texts and calls. I would highly recommend Kayla as a wedding planner and I can't wait to see all the future weddings she plans on social media.

'Day of Planner' and it was the smartest thing I ever did. I found Kayla in January and our wedding was in February and she was not afraid of that challenge in the least. Other vendors I talked to lectured me on how late in the game I was. Kayla had us organized and was on every detail, things i didn't even think of. She had so much knowledge and experience dealing with all aspects: wedding crashers, trespassers lol. I handed all our decor over to her and when we walked in to line up for ceremony the Bride cried because her wedding was exactly to her expectations. I believe Kayla's professional , calm and honest advice added to the success of the day. She responded immediately to us when we had questions or concerns. I 100% was able to hand it all over to her, trusted her completely. From the rehearsal on Friday to the cleanup on Saturday night she had it all under control. 100% recommend.

We met (via Zoom) a few weeks leading up to the wedding for multiple hours to go over every detail of the day and layout the timeline and we felt like we had her full undivided attention the entire time which made me feel way more at ease with her attention to detail and confidence in executing our vision. Kayla made sure to put out any and all fires day of wedding to make sure I didn’t feel a beat was missed. She was one step ahead in all things night of wedding whether it was getting us our cocktails, bringing us our meals, helping pass out party favors or keeping us on time the whole night - she was on it! I was honest with Kayla, told her of my event background and while I understand that things go bump in the night, I want to ensure that I can trust the person who will be with me through the good, bad, and ugly of wedding planning. Kayla was the little voice in my head that I didn’t know I needed, like a wedding therapist because we all know the stress that a wedding can bring on. Kayla even came up with unplanned party moves to spice up our reception, like creating a reveal moment for my reception dress, and getting a limbo started! the way up until our big day. We had a destination wedding and did not get to meet Kayla in person until the day of the wedding. Whenever we contacted her, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and most importantly, available to answer our questions. Leading up to the wedding, Kayla clearly communicated what she needed and did not ask for anything excessive. She did as much of the prep ahead of time as she could and didn’t ask me to do anything she could do herself. On the wedding day, she was organized and ready to go. She demonstrated the ability to improvise on the fly, and honestly nothing about it was stressful. I wasn’t really involved in anything. If anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it. It was great. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without stress. And as a bonus, she was the only one who knew how to bustle up by dress (with no prior instruction or knowledge) when my parents and friends couldn’t figure it out. Kayla really is special and has all the skills that make a fantastic planner and event coordinator. I cannot recommend her more. We are very great full to have found Kayla!
