We had the pleasure of working with Aubree for a beautiful wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens – Mitchell Hall, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the very start, Aubree was ...
organized, responsive, and on top of every detail.
As a vendor, having a planner like Aubree makes such a difference — the timeline was clear, communication was smooth, and she made sure we had everything we needed to set up our Luxe Booth photo booth seamlessly. The whole day ran so effortlessly thanks to her calm, professional, and friendly approach.
I’d recommend Aubree to any couple looking for a planner who truly cares about her clients and makes the day stress-free for everyone involved.

We hired Bee the Bride for our January 2025 wedding for day-of-coordinating. This team was very easy to work with and put in the time! They were recommended to me by my photographe...
r, who had worked with Aubree before and! Despite only being a day-of-coordinator, I was communicating with Aubree, for months beforehand, and received multiple planning lists and recommendations! Due to unforeseen circumstances, Aubree had to step down and I was communicating more with the rest of the Bee the Bride team and Ashlyn.
Bee the Bride was extremely gracious and ensured me that my event would be taken care of.
Ashlyn stepped up to be our coordinator and was able to communicate quickly with me and organize details to bring the vision to life. Despite being unfamiliar with our event space, she worked with the sales coordinator to bring all of the details together and make things run smoothly day-of.
Absolutely wonderful! Kind. Efficient. Joyful and Peaceful. Aubree Danielle and her teammate, Sarah Mercy, were the day-of coordinators for our wedding. They made sure each person ...
was in the right place at the right time, while always maintaining a kind and positive demeanor. One thing I really appreciated about them was how they intentionally set aside little moments throughout the day for my spouse and I to just sit together and take in the amazing reality of our wedding. They brought a sense of space and peace to what can often be a rushed and crazy day. I will be highly recommending them to all my friends who consider getting married. :)
