My experience with Bedazzled was incredibly smooth and fantastic. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were incredibly prepared and efficient with our time. The second dress I tried o...
n with them ended up being the one, and for someone like me who was not necessarily a fan of the try-on process, that was a godsend!
I live out of state and was worried about logistics and communication throughout the process, and they did a wonderful job of keeping me well informed.
Gorgeous selection of dresses. The process of finding THE dress was wonderful and easy. I felt very special and left with a dress of my dreams. We also had the groom and the grooms...
men rent their tuxes and the the tux selection and quality was great
I am sure all the ladies are great, but I cannot recommend Stella in particular enough! She listened to everything I said and every single dress she showed me was within my budget....
The actual store is big and has tons of dresses; I had a private dressing suite for myself and a little area for my mom to sit too. We had champagne all throughout the process and they have a special room with floor-to-ceiling mirrors that you can go in when you really like a dress and want to take pictures/see it from all angles. I'm so happy I chose to start (and end!) my wedding dress search with Stella and Bedazzled Bridal!
I cannot say enough great things about Bedazzled! From the first phone call and all the way up to walking out the door after purchasing my dream dress, Bedazzled was nothing but ki...
nd, considerate, and extremely professional.
My consultant Vicky was amazing! She was helpful, thoughtful, and very kind. She knew just what my style was and had so many insights.
I am so glad I went to Bedazzled and am thankful they made wedding dress shopping fun, stress-free, and a memorable experience
I am already a bride, and my husband and I are renewing our vows in August for our 20th Anniversary. After searching for a dress all over, I found one that I loved online, and th...
e dress manufacturer sent me to Bedazzled. I called and spoke to a really sweet person who spent nearly 40 minutes just talking to me and explaining the dress ordering process. I ordered my dream dress to try on and scheduled my appointment for when it came in. I actually brought my husband with me for the first visit, and we had bubbly and sweet Jojo helping us! She was so down to earth, friendly, and professional and it took me five minutes to realize that she was a long-lost friend from over 20 years ago! She was so patient with us and made me feel like I was the only bride in the bridal salon that day! (This actually was the first time I have ever gotten to try on dresses, I ordered my original dress 20 years ago). I came back the next day with a close friend and we went through the process again. Everyone in Bedazzled was so kind and sweet to us and I said yes to the dress!!! We didn’t get the one I originally wanted, but found one that was more me, a beautiful, classic and romantic dress and I am over the moon!!! I want to thank the Bedazzled staff and Jojo for making this experience such a memorable one! Thank you for treating me with care, kindness, and respect! If you are looking for a professional bridal salon with gorgeous gowns, no pretense, and fabulous service, look no further. Bedazzled is your place. Thanks guys!!!!!
I thought I would just stop in to browse, and see if they had any of the dresses that I saw online and liked. I figured at best I would have left with an appointment. Well, in le...
ss than an hour, I ended up ordering my dream dress! I got to try on a few gowns (even being a plus size bride) to get a feel for what style elements I did and didn't like. They happened to have a sample of the top gown on my list, and it was as perfect as I had hoped. Denise was amazing to work with--super upbeat, patient, and knowledgeable.
Had a wonderful experience with Cynthia! She was so helpful, she was so excited for me and with me! She helped me score the perfect dress for a super discount!
I'm a plus size bride and I was skeptic about finding something elegant and trendy. I was thinking fully covered 1980's big satin dress would be it, but I was wrong. I came in to t...
he store and sign in I was greeted immediately, when I asked the lady if they carried bigger sizes, she said they did from a 0-32 (and sometimes bigger). I was still skeptical. She sat down with me and asked what I'd been day dreaming over. I showed her a few pictures and she was like, "oh yeah ive got a few dresses in mind". I was shocked. We went through the racks together and that's when I realized this lady did listen. We were on the same wave length. We had a blast in the dressing room, felt like playing dress up with a good friend. Even though I'm a size 28 she made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the store, she said that was all me and had nothing to do with that.
I found my dress and I felt beautiful. Everyone in this store is fantastic. The prices are good and they will work with all kinds of budgets ( I heard a girl with a $200 dollar budget and they were like. "girl we got you". She got her dress too!)
Go here! Support local businesses! Ask for Ariel or Nysha
I can't say enough good things about this store! I purchased my wedding dress here. I walked in and they had the exact dress I was looking for on the mannequin. My consultant took ...
the dress off the mannequin and it fit perfectly! She made the experience so great and was extremely accommodating. If I had to buy another dress, I would go here!
This dress shop not only got it right with the very first dress they showed me, they also made me feel like a true bride! They treated me so well and my consultant Vicki was nothin...
g short of helpful, supportive, and fun to work with! I could not be happier with my experience and my dress! I'm also planning to go back here for bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses and accessories!
I went into Bedazzled after many failed attempts at other bridal salons. I told the associates the look I was going for and what I was willing to spend. They were very respectful o...
f my wishes and found me the dress of my dreams! I am so glad I went to bedazzled, I would highly recommend!
In search for the perfect bridal dress, I found myself here at Bedazzled Bridal and Formal. This store carried so many different affordable designers that were hard to find at othe...
r stores. I felt like for the same price I originally planned to spend at more common bridal stores I was able to get a better quality dress here.
I went to the Bedazzled store in Hickory NC for my wedding attire and my experience was AMAZING. A staff member named Lisa helped me dress myself , my husband, and my bridal party....
She was so knowledgeable and patient. My wedding turned out very beautiful. Just wanted to say thank you Lisa you know how to rock a fabulous wedding.
I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so helpful in helping me find the dress of my dreams! They listened to what I wanted and didn't try to change my mind. I went to qu...
ite a few bridal shops and this was by far the best.
I had a great time. Everything went smoothly and I got the dress I love.
I went there to get an idea of the style off gowns that would look good. I am a plus size bride and was told " well I don't know if we have anything big enough to fit that size.". ...
It made me feel horrible. The young lady helping me was rude not only to me but to my two friends that were there. I would never send anyone to this store.
i had a wonderful time picking my dress n bridesmaids dress. All the ladys were really nice an helpful.
Compared to many of the bridal boutiques in the Charlotte area, I was not super impressed. They had I guess an okay selection of dresses with lines that you can also find at nicer ...
stores but the overall experience of the store was pretty bleak. VERY bleak and depressing mall location which I guess isn't all their fault but it made me want to get in and get out quickly.
The consultant who helped us was nice but smelled really strongly and didn't have a lot of knowledge about the dresses. Maybe she wasn't trained enough or was new? I'm not sure but it just wasn't a place I felt very comfortable in. When you picture cute places for your wedding and bridesmaid dresses, this is just not one of them. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 because they do have some nice dresses, just lacking in atmosphere.
Ordered my dress in January and paid 50% down. They told me it would come in the beginning of July (for an October wedding). In May, received a phone call telling me that if I didn...
't order my dress soon I wouldn't get it in time. Long story short, they never ordered the dress in January because they couldn't read the owner's own handwriting of how much I had paid and never called me for almost 5 months! Got no discount, no accommodation, and wasn't allowed to use my "perk" of saving a lousy 10% off my headpiece. BE WARNED!
We purchased our bridesmaids dresses here. They waited 3 weeks to place the order which means the dresses will not be in until 3 weeks before the wedding. When confronted about it,...
they blamed us and told us that it was our fault. Denise, one of the managers, is extremely rude and condescending. They raise their prices and they have an extremely limited selection. They have no customer service and will make you wait in their shop for 30 minutes to an hour before helping you. If you want a good experience, good customer service, and decent prices, you need to avoid this awful place.
The first time I went into this shop and I was treated poorly, I thought it was just because they were busy. I gave them another chance recently and they weren't as busy and I stil...
l was treated poorly. I was ignored and after waiting for an hour with my special needs child in toe I decided it wasn't worth this mistreatment to use their services and I would not recommend them to anyone I knew.
They were good to work with selection wasnt that large tho
Before going to look for my wedding dress, I knew exactly what I wanted, so I knew it was going to be tough. After going to some of the larger stores (David's Bridal), I just wasn'...
t impressed with their selections. When I went to Bedazzled, I had no idea what to expect and was starting to get concerned about not finding "my dress." But the second dress I tried was it! It was exactly what I had been looking for and at an amazing price! The customer service there was great as well. Great experience!
Loved the way everything turned out. Got my dress quickly and the tuxedos looked fantastic
The bridesmaids dresses I ordered were beautiful. My only complaint is that they were later getting back than I expected which was not their fault. The dress maker did not send the...
dresses when scheduled. The sales ladies were very nice and accommodating, especially Sara.
I loved my dress that I purchased from bedazzled bridal. It was really affordable and they worked with me on having a payment arrangement. Overal, satisfied!
Beautiful Dresses! Love the selection!!
My dress was beautiful! It was a one of a kind bedazzled dress. It took 6 months to order but it was worth it! Everyone was nice and helpful. I bought the dress in gastonia. I got ...
it steamed in hickory because it was closer.
The dress was an Alfred Angelo Princess Belle dress. The Bedazzled workers (Ariel especially) were wonderful. They were with us every step of the way and recommended a wonderful s...

I LOVE my dress but saw it at other shops as well. The only reason I got it form Bedazzled was because it was close. The other 2 sotres let me take pictures in the dressing room, w...
hich is nice for a bride to remember what she looked like while trying things on. The rooms at Bedazzles were small and the space to see yourself was too. It was also poorly lit compared to other shops. They should also get ride of the red rose bouquet they let you hold to help you see what you look like better. A huge red bouquet doesn't help unless you plan on having roses. They should get a pastel bouquet as well. They should also train the staff a bit more, while I liked the girl who helped, the 2nd girl when I came back to purchase it said I was a size above what I thought and if I had listened to her I would have had MAJOR alterations. Overall the dress is beautiful but they are generally an more expensive place then stores in Charlotte, NC.
When looking for a dress I went to several different locations...Bedazzled was my last and only hope. They were very nice and worked with me from the time I entered until the time ...
I left. At some stores I went to I didn't even get a glance! I would definitely suggest trying Bedazzled!
At first glance, Bedazzled is a cheesy looking place located in a horrible mall. It's not fancy, it had bad fluorescent lighting, and it's full of gaudy prom dresses. Don't let any...
of this cosmetic stuff turn you off. I found the perfect wedding dress and it was priced at half my budget. The staff is awesome too. I had the "say yes to the dress" fancy bridal boutique experience at a different shop after I had visited Bedazzled, but I was determined to return to Bedazzled to get the dress I loved!
I had been in two weddings prior to mine that used Bedazzled for their bridesmaids dresses and had no problem. But the dresses were different than the ones I chose. I also got my w...
edding dress here and it was beautiful and I loved it but had to have a few stones put back on and it took longer than we were told to do it. My girls paid extra for their dresses to be here earlier and they were 2 weeks later than they were suppose to be and they were not refunded the money. They were all 2 sizes to big, going back to mine dresses were different than my friends but they were measured the same way, so they all fell off of them. Every girl had to have alterations a week before the wedding because the dresses came in late. My husband went to try on tuxes and the sales guy was very blunt and rude. We left without anything. This place is a hit or miss, but I would recommend elsewhere.
I only tried on a few dresses, but it was very easy to find one I would like. They have so many dresses! The staff was very helpful and understood what I was looking for.
We rented our tux's from this venue and they just catered to everything we needed! The Hickory location was just as good! Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and very oriented to g...
ive us the wedding of our dreams! Great Store!
I purchased my wedding dress from here. The ladies were nice, but I had gone off of their website and over half of the dresses I liked were not in store, and they had told me they ...
would be. Also, they will not allow you to take a picture of the dress...even AFTER you have purchased it, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. We also ordered bridesmaids dresses from there, and had the same issues.
They had great intentions but my dress order for my bridesmaids was screwed up four weeks before the wedding. The dresses were stunning, too bad we couldn't use them. I had to find...
new dresses in four weeks... thank you Target bridesmaid collection for coming through last minute!
Good Customer Service, friendly service we rent the vest and ties.overall was a nice experience.
Everything was great and reasonably priced!
Great service and prices. Lot of choices.
The girls at Bedazzled were wonderful. They were spot on with their recommendations and I actually bought a dress different then the original I thought I wanted. They really list...
ened and the pricing was very affordable.
They have nice things, but not much of a selection and everything is way overpriced, I found the same bridesmaid dress in Rock Hill, SC at Bridal Place & Alterations for $40 ch...

When I began my dress hunt, I immediately fell in love with Allure Bridals' lace gowns with keyhole backs. I happened to schedule my appointment in time for a trunk show and got my...
dress at a discounted price.
The steamed my dress for free before the wedding and notified me promptly both when it arrived early and when the steaming was finished early.
The choice of dresses were very nice, the staff was very helpful, and I was FINALLY satisfied in the end. I chose my dress 4 months before the wedding. A week before the wedding I ...
asked for the dress to be steamed to get the wrinkles out, but when I came back to pick the dress up the dress was ruined. So the day before my wedding here I am picking a NEW dress out. Fortunately this was one I had overlooked. It was exactly my size and very beautiful. The staff was very apologetic and helpful.
Loved my dress! The ladies were very nice to help try on and select dress.
Randomly dropped into this store while in North Carolina and found my dress. They were great to work with, had a ton of dresses. I was very happy with my dress! Just wish they woul...
d allow pictures in the dressing room!
I loved my dress and that is the only reason they got my business. I had great first experience and found my dress that day! Two weeks after it was ordered the manager called me to...
tell me that the dress is no longer made by the designer. He quoted me a discount on the dress was in the warehouse that was 2 sizes too big. He called my mother the same day and quoted the same discount. we decided that discount would cover alterations and agreed to the price. When the dress came in we called for total and it was much more than he had quoted. he argued about the discount he had quoted. I really wanted the dress so we decided to still get it. When I got to pick it up we took it out of the bag and tried it on. It had black mudlike stuff on the inside of the dress and some on the outside. I was so upset. He finally gave us the original discount he had quoted on the dress they on the rack that been there forever and tried one a million times. They almost would not even get it cleaned for us, there was lipstick on it!!! The rest of the staff was great the manager Rodge, was awful!
Bedazzled has a good variety of dresses to choose from. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.
This was the first store I went to (and I had already been to like 5 stores) where the service was excellent. I was introduced to my personal helper. I told her exactly what I was ...
looking for. And within five minutes she found me like 10 dresses that all could have worked. She really listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. I think it was the 6th dress, but I found my dress there. I loved that they were not pushy or just trying to get you to buy their dress. She was giving me her honest opinion. This was the only store I would return to.
I found "The One" at Bedazzled. The service and attention from the girls was perfect. I tried on several just to make sure that this dress was the right choice and it was. Justine ...
went above and beyond and was great.
