We had our wedding at Beavercreek Golf Club this past Memorial Day weekend. The reception room was where we ended up having both our ceremony and reception, due to rain. But we wer...
e so very happy with how beautifully everything was set up and how flexible they were when we were concerned with the weather. I loved the large windows in the reception room, they were beautiful with all the greenery. We were still able to take most of our pictures outside, with the golf course providing a gorgeous backdrop.
They also let us into the venue early and we had a bridal suite to get ready in. Myself, my bridesmaids, and our mothers all got ready there as we had hair and makeup artists visit us on site. It made for a very fun and relaxing wedding prep.
The staff was easy to work with, everyone complemented the food, and they didn't nickel and dime us. I'd recommend to anyone in the area planning a wedding!
This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The outside scenery is wonderful and the inside can be very easily tailored to every theme or color scheme. We had SOOO many compliments on our f...
ood and it was delicious. Leslie & Von the banquet staff was awesome. My only complaint is that they require a $5000 Food and Beverage minimum for Saturday events-this is alcohol and food only BEFORE tax and gratuity, which was hard for us to reach but it was worth it for how perfect the day went!
Beavercreek golf club was an awesome venue. Very reasonable costs, great food, and Leslie, the banquet manager, was super helpful throughout the whole process. We got to use the ...
ladies locker room to get ready the day of the wedding. Would highly recommend this venue. The room is beautiful with a wall of windows behind the head table.
Leslie of the golf club was very helpful to begin with. She made sure that the chairs were set up in-the-round like I wanted. However, when it came to the wedding day itself, she w...
as nowhere to be found. My bridesmaids set out the petals along the aisle and place the other pieces on the chairs to reserve them. I finally saw her again and she was trying to book another wedding and could not be bothered to help with the one that was going on. After we finished with photos, she came to see me to get my final payment. I only used this venue for my ceremony.
I was happy with the overall venue and the quality of the place, but I was very disappointed in the customer service I recieved.
My husband and I considered the Golf Club but decided it was too small for the number of guests we would have invited.
We had the most amazing reception here at the Beavercreek Golf Club! Leslie was so great to work with and made it so easy on us. The space was perfect for our size (about 150), and...
there was room for a dj table, caket able and gift table without making it feel too confined. The food was delicious, too! Beautiful grounds for taking pictures -- and use of golf carts to take pictures around the golf course. I would highly, highly recommend the BGC to anyone looking for a reception venue in the Dayton area!
We had our wedding reception at the Beavercreek Golf Club and I could not have been happier with it! First, the food was delicious - especially the chicken en croute! In addition, ...
working with Leslie Heller was an absolutely pleasure. She made sure every detail of our reception was exactly as we wanted it to be. Leslie was also extremely responsive to my endless questions. She really went out of her way to make sure the process was easy for us and that we understood all of our options for the reception. The reception room itself is simply beautiful. One of the things I loved most about it was that it wasn't overdone with really detailed/patterned wallpaper, etc. Some reception venues I visited has such specific colors that you might be forced, for example, to add chair covers or other decorations just so the room itself didn't clash with your wedding theme. The Beavercreek Golf Club isn't like that. It will go well with any colors/theme that you choose. It also has a lot of natural light, which I really liked. The reception went smoothly and was without any problems whatsoever! I would highly recommend the Beavercreek Golf Club and working with Leslie to any bride/groom! Also, one thing my husband really liked about them was the fact that they were the only reception venue we found that had a pricing booklet on their website. It was nice to know without having to call and scheduled an appointment whether or not they were within our price range!
We used the Beavercreek Golf Club for our rehearsal dinner. They did a great job for us - very professional and great service. The food was great, too.
Our reception was absolutely perfect!! Leslie took care of every detail and nothing could have been better! The price was right and everything was included, which made it super e...

We are so happy that we went with Beavercreek Golf Club! Leslie was wonderful to deal with and the hall was big enough to fit all of our guests comfortably. We also received many...

I researched vendors for a good two months before selecting Beavercreek Golf Club! They were the best price for what we were getting, they had a great staff that answered all our q...
uestions and met at any time (which was important because my husband didn't get off work until 8pm.) Everyone had a great time at the reception and the food was amazing!! I would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE! They accomedated us for what we wanted, helped setup everything for us, and Leslie Heller is a great person to work with! She was extremely helpful and I could not have asked for better service! We got an open bar so the price was a little more, but overall the price was great too!!
My wedding went very well at the golf club. Leslie was very helpful throughout the wedding planning process. There were a few small things i thought should have gone differently. O...
ne there waitor/waitresses should learn that the bride and groom's food should stay out for a lot longer. I had gone to say hello to a few people after eating just my mashed potatoes and came back to my plate gone! They also packed up the candy bar that i paid for way to fast! almost my entire wedding party didn't get to have any and i think since i paid for the candy buffet for each person that i should have been able to take the left overs home.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the day very special for my husband and me.
Beavercreek golf club helped to make my wedding everything that I wanted it to be! The venue is beautiful, and they made it so easy and stress free for me. My guests couldn't say ...
enough good things about the food. I would recommend this to anyone!!!
