- Gracelisa AkersLead Makeup ArtistWith more than 20 years of experience and working for MTV and VH1 in the beauty industry, Gracelisa brings a thoughtful eye and a love of bridal beauty to every wedding. Her career has taken her from leading bridal makeup in Chicago to working on MTV and VH1 productions and movie sets in Los Angeles. She has also trained in bridal artistry in Chicago and at the Movie Makeup Academy in Los Angeles. Today, Gracelisa owns Beauty Bar, a full-service salon and spa in Grand Haven, Michigan, and leads Beauty Bar Bridal. After years as a full-time lash artist, she’s returning to bridal makeup bringing together her experience, artistry, and personal approach to help each bride feel confident, radiant, and completely herself on her wedding day.
