BEAU VAUGHN VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY

ur wedding videography. Our videos are something I will cherish forever.

ideographer we had where very personable, fun to be around and our pictures/video came out AMAZING! Please Check out their website for PROOF! If I could insert one of my pictures here, I would.

d worked with me to get an alternative date that we ended up choosing and going with. They came on time. Dressed professionally. My guests did not notice that they were there (while we were getting ready) and the end result- O.M.G. The pictures and videos are simply breath taking. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I definitely recommend you book them. They were great to work with and I brag about my pictures and videos ALL the time. Thank you guys!!!!

as taken care of. Our reception was so much fun and they keep the energy on the dance floor. Our wedding videos captured our day perfectly and we will always cherish being able to look back on our special day.

n the big day. They are a great price for all the footage your receive!

ectly at our rehearsal and day of wedding. Justin was so organized and eased so much of our stress those few days leading up to our wedding and was great at communicating with us. He helped set up and decorate while also coordinating all of our vendors. I had so many wedding guests complimenting how great he was at keeping everything on time. We are obsessed with our wedding video and we are so happy we used their photo booth because they gave us a book with everyone’s photos & we have so many sweet memories from that night and everyone loved it. Would absolutely recommend Beau Vaughn to a friend and we are so happy we used them.

ven prior to hiring them. They shared expertise on other vendors that we were looking into based on their experience in the wedding industry. They customized our packages just as we asked to make them include all that we wanted to capture for the day. Our Dance floor was Hopping the entire time and the DJ was incredibly professional and fun. Justin and his team the day of our wedding made our day run smoothly and they went above and beyond to find ways to anticipate anything that may come up. We had some anxiety about how the day would all come together but after our final meeting with Justin the week before our wedding we truly were at ease because we knew we were in good hands. And they delivered such beautiful work, the videos and the photos are beyond our expectations and they captured everything we would have wanted and more! Thank you Beau Vaughn for capturing our day and helping to make it a perfect day.

time we were taking family photos. They were comfortable and fun to be around and I'm so glad we decided to hire them for our special day!

knew it was a good fit from the get-go! The only reason I didn't give the 5th star is because it almost felt like we were missing some pictures from the wedding. I sort of found myself wishing there were more/unique shots of certain parts but I also wonder if that's what every couple feels like? Overall, the customer service cannot be beat (Lucy and Jason are absolute rock stars). Lucy got back to me within a few hours every time I asked her a question and she is so sweet, and Jason is so accommodating and TALENTED. We had a ton of compliments from friends and family about how efficient and directive he was during the obligated photos. it was like he had the list memorized and moved everyone so well!!! Lastly we also used them for engagement photos, which were phenomenal. The things Jason did with lighting were simply amazing and we got some pretty unforgettable shots. Overall Beau Vaughn was one of my favorite vendors to work with and I highly recommend them!!! PS my biggest regrets is not splurging on the videography - GET THE VIDEOGRAPHY!!!

ith a drone and took some amazing aerial shots of our venue. They were so professional and so great at their job. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. If you are in search of a photographer and/or videographer, you should definitely use them! You can use them for DJ, Photography, and Videography services and you can get bundle deals if you use more than one service-- which we took advantage of. We were more than thrilled with all of their services. They also took our engagement photos beforehand too which we were able to bundle in as well! They were so easy to work with and didnt make taking thousands of photos awkward at all. I feel like I can be awkward when taking photos so I was so thankful they made it so easy. Highly Recommend!!!

hotographers had just as much fun as we did throughout the whole day. They were so great with family, friends and even kids. They took the time to make sure to get the perfect photo and coached us along the way as to what makes a perfect photo. The results - simply amazing. The turnaround time for the photos was exactly what they told us it would be and the ease of getting the photos was so smooth. The entire team at Beau Vaughn made us feel special and they were so professional through the whole process. We also ordered our photobooth with them and it was so much fun! Our guests had a great time and now we have a photo album of some sweet and hilarious photobooth booth pictures. I highly recommend Beau Vaughn for their beautiful photography and excellent customer service. Even my wedding party and guests complemented our photographers throughout the day. That's what you want to hear on your wedding day!

n and meeting with them, we fell in love with their work, professionalism and passion. They were very responsive when needed and understanding with a few unexpected last minute changes. We had 2 wonderful photographers who knew exactly what they were doing. Our bridal party appreciated all the instructions that were given to take photos. Best of all, we only had to wait a short 2 weeks for amazingly beautiful photos. I definitely recommend!!

me to the fullest. I am very eager to view our photos. The DJ was hilarious and truly knew how to read the room. I was very pleased with his flexibility and ability to adapt to the situation.

und time on getting the photos back is also another huge bonus. To have your wedding photos back 2 weeks after the wedding was great. The photographers were professional and easy to work with. They captured so many beautiful moments. The main photographer even stayed later than planned because he wanted to make sure we got the perfect first dance photos. I cannot recommend them enough. Completely worth every penny!

way to the editors, we couldn't be happier with the memories we will cherish forever. The office assistants were punctual, professional, and great at communicating and keeping organized. The editors made our photos so beautiful. The photographers made the day relaxing, enjoyable, and much to our relief, not awkward. We had a bunch that doesn't care much for getting photos taken, including my husband and myself, but our photographers came with such enthusiasm and great ideas. They even allowed us to share our own ideas. They made sure everything we wanted was implemented from the locations for photos to the poses. I felt the price was inexpensive considering the experience and lifelong memories you take away with Beau Vaughn. I would recommend this company to anyone getting married!

ire family enjoyed the beautiful photos captured from the team throughout the wedding day. Members of the wedding party kept mentioning how the team from Beau Vaughn were some of the best photographers they have worked with it and were on top it with everything from ensuring hair ties were removed off wrists to hair being out of place and even help track down the party bus taking us around KC for pictures. One of my favorite aspects of choosing Beau Vaughn photography is the 14-day turnaround time for photos and videos, it was incredible to get the photos after only two weeks from the wedding date. Furthermore, the team is incredibly knowledgable and during the planning meeting we were guided on even what to do during the cake cutting and best positions to stand while my groom gave his speech. It is the attention to little details that truly make Beau Vaughn the best-of-the best in Wedding photography. As far as the videographer, this is something I highly recommend including in part of your package because it truly highlighted so many amazing moments from the wedding for us to watch over and over for many years to come. My grandmother loved it so much because she said she was able to see some of the events that went on for the first time because the actual day is such a whirlwind. Originally, we were not going to select this service, but we are both overjoyed with the ability of the team at Beau Vaughn to capture the most important moments from the day and put it together so seamlessly in video form, it is truly special. The photo booth was both a blast and served as a memento for guests to have from the wedding. They print multiple copies for people on site and you can access the entire album online. We love having the book of all the photo strips from the night, they are hilarious! In summary, if you want professional, accommodating, and amazing wedding photos and videos, Beau Vaughn is the place for you! They are truly the real deal!

weeks before to have a photo booth. They were incredibly quick to respond to my inquiry with information, great pricing and package options. On the day of, their set-up was great and everyone loved having them there! The best part was getting a photo book with all of the photo strips that people had done and signed. And it was great getting digital copies as well! They did a fantastic job!

raphers were very easy to work with, very professional, and didn't miss any important shots. I highly recommend work with Beau Vaughn, you can trust them to document this once in a lifetime event!

hey were always so quick to respond and patient with our constant questions. My husband and I, as well as our families and friends, will treasure these photographs and videos forever. The amount of attention given to detail just blew us away. We have already received a ton of compliments on the photographer and videographer, but people really loved the DJ and the person running the photobooth as well! Of course the behind-the-scenes people made the editing magic happen and we could not be happier with the whole team. They provided us with such amazing candid shots which was exactly what we wanted. Also, both with our engagement photos and our wedding photos and videos, we got them so quickly which was great for an impatient person like myself. I HIGHLY recommend looking into them to make your wedding day special. You definitely will get more than your money's worth. Also, hiring Thank you Beau Vaughn!!!

ographers were just outstanding. They did what we wanted plus more.

ted! Thanks Beau Vaughn for all that you did to make our wedding perfect! Highly recommend them!

l treasure our Wedding Video for years to come!

issues! I am so thankful to have speeches, our first dance, and elements of our day in a video. Videos just bring people to life in a way that photos can't. (And don't get me wrong - I LOVED their photos!). And to watch our day with our favorite songs in the background brought absolute joy. As a bride the day of your wedding goes by FAST. Super fast in fact. And I remember feeling sad when it was over because I had so much fun! And you ask yourself: Did I live up my wedding day? Did I live it to the fullest and have a great time? And when I found my videos I had absolutely no doubt in my mind: my wedding was amazing, and I was blessed with so many friends and family. Beau Vaughn was super accommodating throughout the video process. They even helped me retrieve footage of a moment I remembered that wasn't in the film. All in all, I'm absolutely in love with this video and my wedding day, thanks to BeauVaughn. THANKS A MILLION!

ok pictures were especially stunning. People kept saying they belonged in a magazine! I'd say the best thing about Beau Vaughn is their photographer's ability to blend into your guests - many times I didn't even know they were there getting the shot, but they always did. The turn around/editing time is the shortest I've seen but does not sacrifice the quality of your photos. The beautiful work really speaks for itself. Cannot recommend enough!

at. I would highly recommend them for any of there services!!!

re so pleased with how our photographs turned out. You will not be disappointed with your photographs if you choose them as your photographer!

ing that the editing team was capable of. Lucy was always quick to respond to all of our emails and answer any and all of the questions I had. The team that came out to our wedding was professional and fun to work with. They did so well at directing our large wedding party and large family. I received so many comments and compliments about them for our guests after the wedding. We were so impressed with how our photos turned out and we got the photos back in just 2 weeks!! We had several friends that had to wait months to see their photos from other photographers so it was so nice to get ours right away. I haven’t heard of any other company with as much skill, that can touch up and edit all of your photos and get them back in such a short time. Beau Vaughn may not be the cheapest option out there, but they were well worth every penny, and you really get a lot for what you are spending. We did not want to chance getting subpar photos on a day that we put so much time and money into planning for over a year. Our photos are what we will have to remember this day forever and we wanted to make sure they were a quality product. There were a couple photos I would have liked to have gotten that I wish we had, like we did not get of photo of our rings or like an overall picture of the venue after it is was set up and decorated and things like that. There was a form to fill out of all the shots you want, so I would suggest being specific on the form if there is anything you must have and make a list before the wedding so you can make sure nothing gets missed. Or just ask them the day of because they are super easy to work with! Overall we were very impressed with how they captured our special day and would recommend them every time.

and up lighting. The whole process with Beau Vaughn was simple and easy. The Team provided great customer service leading up to our big day, we felt like we were listened to when we talked to Team about what we had envisioned our day looking like. The Team made us feel very comfortable and again very responsive. Our wedding day was better than we had imagined. The DJ was great and kept everyone on the dance floor which is what we wanted. The videos and photos are stunning and really capture the most important part of our big day. The Team blended right in with our guests! We got our videos and photos within the timeframe they provided and were so great about communication throughout the whole process. The quality of the photos and video were amazing! They nailed it 100% and made our wedding planning so easy!! We have recommended them to a friend who used them and had the same amazing experience we had with this wonderful team. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Beau Vaughn 100%!

never thought I'd be able to afford them. They worked with me to come up with a custom package that fit our budget and boy did they DELIVER! We never once had any trouble contacting them, and I asked a million questions. Beyond receiving hundreds upon hundreds of beautiful photos and a nice "video" (photo slideshow) of the best ones, there is a full staff of incredibly talented and helpful individuals that I was LUCKY to have access to throughout the planning process. I struggled with the details - wedding colors, what types of photos I wanted, posing, family photo lists, and especially putting it all together for the day of timeline. The staff at Beau Vaughn provided me several different examples of their galleries to show me how different colors photograph, how they work in indoor lighting, you name it, they had it. Additionally, when I struggled for weeks coming up with a timeline, I finally just emailed them what my priorities were and any set times, and the staff put together a rough timeline FOR ME - within 15 minutes of my initial request! Not a single question about planning my big day went unanswered, even those that weren't specifically related to photography. Their service extends beyond the line of duty, and for that I am forever thankful. We have beautiful photos, and our day was perfect. Photos were delivered on time, a sampling of photos were delivered within a week of our wedding date - we loved looking at them on our honeymoon. Phenomenal, HONEST, people to work with. Though they may seem expensive, the packages were comparable, if not lower than many competitors with similar quality work. They deliver very high res digital photos, all in color and black and white, plus the online gallery is nice for sharing with our friends/family. We had about 700 unique photos, and the video was nicely done and was over 5 minutes long - I can't remember exact length at the moment. You won't be disappointed!

ore pleased with them!! When we first met with them, they were so nice and personable and did a wonderful presentation of what their company was all about. We booked them the following Monday and were so excited. We first had our engagement session with them and we were so pleased with the turn out!! Our pictures were beautiful! They designed our save the dates too and did a great job! When wedding day arrived, their team was so on point and made sure everything was perfect! They captured so many great photo's and we definitely had a blast going to a fun location and taking pictures. After seeing a sneak peak of some photos from our wedding day, I was seriously in shock! They were stunning!! There were some pictures we took and I thought that they probably wouldn't turn out good because maybe it was a pose that I’m not used to doing, but boy did they did out good!! Never doubt them when they suggest a certain pose and when they want to take a picture with a certain background...they know what they’re doing!! Our videographer did such a fantastic job. He captured some very special moments!! When we watched our trailer and highlight video, we were so impressed. I couldn't stop smiling. The scenes went perfectly with the music we picked. Our video literally gave us a preview of our entire day! We also had them make a video of our wedding ceremony at the church and it turned out great as well. They are also quick about getting pictures/videos back to you, which I loved. Also, I can’t forget to mention their fabulous manager Lucy! I communicated with her for months off and on, up until our wedding. Lucy is great at communicating and getting back to you quick. Whether you are emailing her or talking to her on the phone, she is very sweet and will do whatever she can to help answer all of your questions! Thank you Beau Vaughn for everything and for capturing moments that I will cherish forever!!!

were available! They always responded so quickly to any questions I had and were all so friendly to work with. Aside from their amazing personalities and work, my favorite thing about Beau Vaughn was how quickly we got our photos and video back! The photos were beautiful and the videos are something I will forever cherish. I could not imagine having my wedding day without these amazing experts! Thanks again, Beau Vaughn team for being so incredible.

was so laid back but still made sure to get what you wanted. Loved our video!

tography, videography, and DJ services and all of them exceeded our expectations. Coming from a grooms perspective, they were able to make a camera shy guy feel comfortable in front of the camera. I would recommend Beau Vaughn to anyone and everyone.

. Also, the minute that they received our final payment, we could not even get a hold of them. Prior the the final payment, they were super attentive to all of our e-mails. But afterwards, everything changed. I waited to post this review so that I could contact them first with my concerns and give them a chance to make things right. But unfortunately, a week has gone by, and I have yet to hear back. There are multiple 5 star reviews, and an impressive portfolio. They also pride themselves on professional editing. I wish I could have had the experience that these other reviewers did. However, I am not completely satisfied with our pictures at all. Don't get me wrong, they did take SOME great shots. However, for the price we paid and previous work we saw from Beau Vaughn, we do not feel like the standards were upheld. My sister in law has a BFA in photography, and I have previously worked in graphic design. Both of us can agree that the majority of our photos seem amateur. There are many pictures where I can see how something was clearly Photoshopped, for example, under my chin. Additionally, a lot of the pictures are very over exposed and the lighting still needs a lot of work. I understand our ceremony was supposed to be outside, but with the rain, there should have been adequate preparation for an indoor ceremony. A professional company should know how to accommodate for indoor lighting. Not only with the editing, but the photographers provided no direction in how people were to be positioned for portrait pictures. They would simply say which side of the family was next, and just stand there, expecting us to arrange ourselves. I know from experience with other photographers (and talking to some other professionals) that it is expected of photographers to direct. The majority of the pictures are not evenly spaced and now I cannot even print them because they look so unprofessional and awkward. This is something I know can be fixed in Photoshop, and for the amount we paid, this should have been taken care of. Now, I will probably have to fix them myself. So yes, I will not deny the fact that there are some great shots. But, as a whole, the pictures do not live up to the standards of Beau Vaughn's reputation. I honestly feel let down that we were so excited to use these guys as our photographers, and this was the result.

t. After my first consult with Justin, I knew I didn't need to look anywhere else. The photos they take of their brides and brides-to-be are breathtaking. Their edits to artistic photos are absolutely priceless. My now husband and I were not super excited to pose awkwardly for engagement photos, but Beau Vaughn really made us feel at ease! No awkwardness here! They come up with some unique poses that really look incredible and natural in the photos. We had our giant dogs with us for engagement photos, and our photographer, Lindsey, got some amazing shots of them! When wedding planning, they listened to all our requests for photos/videos and once the big day arrived, Lucy, Parker, and Justin didn't miss a thing! The quality of our photos and videos were unmatched. Everyone that saw our photos were just blown away by the quality, and just how beautiful everything was. They captured all the details. It was so fun seeing the photos and watch the videos of things that I missed while I was getting ready and too busy on the dance floor. I especially liked how they stand in the back during your ceremony and are able to take photos with a high zoom lens so as not to block the view of any guests. My advice to any bride starting their vendor search - choose Beau Vaughn for all your photography and videography needs. Your wedding photos preserve your memory and you Beau Vaughn will help you relive the big day all over again. Not to mention they are fantastic to work with! THANK YOU!

the only things you have to take away from your wedding are your photos and I wanted someone who not only would take photos, but would capture the soul of each moment. Justin, Val, Lucy and the entire BV team are the kindest, most professional people I was able to work with during our wedding planning process. Due to an unforseen issue, Val even helped us look for a new wedding venue! Our engagement photo session was so much fun and gave us a great insight into what our wedding day would be like. Our photographers and videographer were just incredible. Our photos are something out of a magazine. What really separates them from the rest though were the moments that made a major difference. While we were leaving the church to go to the hotel for our reception, Val told our driver to take us for a spin around the city and to NOT bring us back until our champagne glasses were empty... let me tell you. THOSE are the memories we have now. A moment of quiet in the chaos to take it all in. No one would have thought of that except for her and we are so grateful. After our wedding, my mom (of course) thought she looked fat and my brother (of course) wore a grey tux instead of a black one (is there even such a thing?) Not only did they photoshop my brother's tux to look black so it matched everyone else, but they photoshopped my mom to look thinner just so she would be happy-- and for free, y'all. Our wedding video was just incredible- we were in awe when we saw it. I don't have enough good things to say about them and I wish BV nothing but all of the success in the world. They are worth every-damn-penny.

king! They pay attention to the small details and made me and my husband feel at ease the entire day. We used their Photography, Videography and DJ services. The benefit of having multiple services with one company made planning a breeze! The team worked together seamlessly since they all know each other. Would definitely recommend!

for the rest of our lives. We booked Beau Vaughn to take our engagement photos first and had such a wonderful experience. Kevin was awesome!! He came up with so many creative ideas and the photos came out perfect! The wedding photos and video were even better. They listened to our ideas and captured moments I never would have thought of. We felt so relaxed working with them. I have had numerous compliments on how perfect our wedding photos are. We really truly couldn't have asked for anyone better to take our photos!! Thank you so much!!

ding party felt very comfortable - it didn't feel at all like there were strangers with cameras running around. We got our sneak peek before we even returned from our honeymoon and got all of our pictures 2 weeks after the wedding. We loved them all so much! I also requested a few more edits to remove some background noise and the strap from the underneath layer on my dress that was peeking out and they were more than happy to help with that as well. Overall, we had an awesome experience and highly recommend Beau Vaugh!

captured images without me even realizing they were there. I can't tell you enough how happy we were with the outcome!

ect shots! The photos turned out amazing. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
