I liked the strawberry margarita mix we provided for our signature drink, but the way they made them was by far the best margarita I’ve ever had, I don’t know how they did it! We had the BBQ buffet which was a phenomenal value and even our vegetarian and guests were delighted with the food options (Mac and cheese was out of this world!) Jim, one of the owners, and Jessica colloborated on making us a menu that fit our budget, but also guiding us on how to get the most out of our wedding food (add this item, delete this one, etc). They were so flexible, as I am indecisive and made many changes. We planned out the wedding day in a meeting with Jessica, who has the venue pulled up with us so we could visualize where things could go.
