Bartenza

g balance and had to reach out to Callie twice to make sure that she had received which was slightly concerning but I brushed it off. Less than 48 hours before the wedding, at about 6:30 at night, Callie reached out to my coordinator saying that she was going to have to cancel unless we paid her an extra $135 to come for cocktail hour as well. At the time of signing the contract, we had decided on a dry cocktail hour with tea and lemonade to be provided by the caterer. 2 nights before the wedding, Callie proceeded claim that she did not want a bad review for the bartenders showing up after cocktail hour. As my coordinator provided her with options to resolve her concern, Callie’s story began to change with additional excuses as to why she needed the extra money or to cancel. At that point, I had had enough and said that we could cancel because I was not paying extra for something I did not want and was told that there would be no refund for a cancellation. She then went completely silent. It wasn’t until the next afternoon that she responded following us informing her that we would have to call our lawyer for breach of contract if this issue wasn’t resolved. She then claimed that at 10p the night before, she had a family member unexpectedly pass away and that’s why she wanted to cancel and could not respond. She did not have a response to why she was trying to cancel before the family member supposedly passed away but reluctantly agreed to send one of her bartenders. Fast forward to the wedding day and we are all still not completely sure if we were going to have a bartender. We did have someone show up to bartend and she was great but unfortunately with this whole experience, I cannot caution someone enough. By using Bartenza, you are at risk of an unprofessional business causing significantly increased stress. Avoid at all costs.

nd it was the best thing we did! It made transporting the alcohol to the venue much easier since we would have had to do that all ourselves. The only kind of negative thing I have to say is I requested the supplies for whiskey sours and old fashions, which are my family's favorite drinks. The whisky sours were okay, nothing special, though, and they didn't have bitters for old fashions. But the bartender was very accommodating and made a "fake" old fashion that my family said was still tasty. The response time of answering emails was fantastic!

e bar staff! Callies crew is the best! They also provided staff to serve the food for my son's wedding. The folks serving food cleaned everything up afterward and even washed the serving dishes. During the reception they emptied the trash containers and helped keep the restroom trailers neat and refilled. GREAT PEOPLE! don't waste time. Hire them. We could not be happier and we are sure you will be too.

utely recommend them!

it and so did we! Callie was amazing!!!! She was so attentive, professional, fair, and communicative with us throughout the planning process! Thank you Callie and the rest of the Bartenza staff for being part of our day! Hire them for any of your bar needs!

table. We absolutely loved how bright it shined. It was the perfect addition to our day. My only complaint: It was a bit hard to get in touch with them at some points through email. Nonetheless, the process was smooth. Desteny + Michael

ed wedding in 2020 to 2021. She also helped with figuring out new pricing based on updated RSVPs. She was very flexible and dropped a bartender since our guest list decreased. I did have to work with more with Corkscrew Johnny's to initiate the order but Callie provided me with feedback and help to make sure we got the right quantities! Would recommend for hiring!

e. I cannot recommend them enough.

ve neon sign and how they set things up. But the most important part: the drinks were on point. We had three signature cocktails- Basil lime gin gimlet, Old fashioned and a Cosmo, all perfect! I am not going to wait for a wedding to hire these folks again!

any questions. Our reception dates switched multiple times because of Covid restrictions and Callie was beyond accommodating to all of our changes. I can't recommend Bartenza's services enough!!!

ons that came up during the planning process. For the day of the event, we had the pleasure of working with Tina, who has over +12 years of bartender experience. She was extremely friendly and did a perfect job of keeping up with guests to ensure they never had an empty glass. She was such a pleasure to work with, and we got so many comments throughout the night of how sweet she was!! Thank you Bartenza for an amazing night to remember! I cannot recommend this company enough!

enu and Callie, the owner, was able to call me right away and talk through the menu and drinks with me. Really great company and I would recommend them to anyone!

nd. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them for the next wedding. Got one more daughter.

unication and flexibility with what we wanted made them a terrific vendor to work with.

other event!

ecommend using them!

good time while also doing what they do best. You will not be disappointed with their services.

not say enough good things about them. My crowd was rowdy, loud and annoying lol and the bartenders had a smile on their face all night. I’m still getting compliments from the guests on how great the bartenders were. Side note, Callie was so helpful through this whole covid situation and was so accommodating during my roller coaster of plans.

bartenders/servers, how long, etc.) and Callie even met up with me to discuss the best options for our wedding. We ended up using the "Essential Bartender" service so that we didn't have to worry about renting and setting up extra bar tables/equipment ahead of time and we included additional food service staff to assist with the set up/clean up of the food and desserts. On the day of the wedding, Callie and her team just swooped in and took care of everything. The bar set up was perfect for our event, and everyone was so nice and pleasant to chat with. The staff went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly, and at the end of the night all our guests were complimenting the Bartenza service! We were truly grateful to have Bartenza at our wedding, and we cannot recommend them enough to all of our friends and family!

sy and helped recommend how much alcohol to buy depending on our guest count. The bartenders we had that night were awesome and our guests loved it!

id the complete bartender package which includes everything except the alcohol. (they did give us a shopping list for the alcohol so we knew how much to buy) Guests were very pleased with how attentive they were. Would recommend Bartenza to anyone looking for a great bartender for their event!

and her team, to the bartenders operating our ice luge, to them going above and beyond to ensure we had drinks all night it was a seamless experience. If you’re on the fence about booking DO IT! I promise you they will not disappoint. All four bartenders we hired were incredibly skilled and we are so happy to have had them and Bartenza as a part of our special day.

sional. I highly recommend Bartenza for all your bartending needs!
