unable to hire an outside bartender. But before we had made that decision, I was in contact with Bars on Wheels, trying to determine what their prices and services would look like if we chose a venue that allowed outside bartending. They were always quick to respond, they gave very thorough answers to my questions, put a lot of thought into creating a drink package that would make us happy, and were polite and friendly throughout the process. I did was impressed with them. My fiancé and I were wanting to have a dry wedding with fun mocktails, and Bars on Wheels had some amazing ideas for custom mocktails that were unique to my fiancé and I. You will not have to worry about a thing, the drinks were going strong all night, and our guests had an incredible time and really enjoyed this group of bartenders. We received so many compliments on the custom drinks! The margaritas were a huge hit and guests could select three different types of alcohol to go with the margarita, everyone loved them! I also loved the old fashioned!!

s and that you asked about the group who would be in attendance. When you summarized it as needing “vodka, wine, craft beer earlier in the evening and domestic beer for later,” I knew we were in the right hands. Many thanks for the wonderful service and making the experience so easy.

e also genuine and kind! At one point in the evening a guest spilled some red wine on my bridal gown and one of the bartenders helped some of my bridesmaids to clean it off, to me that was going above and beyond!
This was by far the most unprofessional and immature acting vendor. Bars on Wheels were awful with communication, as I would not receive email responses for days after asking them ...
questions, even on the week of the event! During my wedding I had guest come up to me about how the bartender was using profanity to multiple people. They ran out of alcohol, so the second bartender (that we had to pay $175 for) left for over 30 minutes to get more. They were so unprepared they ran out with 2 hours still for my wedding. When I called the owner Bruce, I did not call to ask for a refund, or anything. I called to let him know how poor the customer service was of his employees. Instead of being nice or trying to figure out the situation, he asked me, "were you there, and did you see it?" as if I was lying. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with on my wedding day, why would I lie! Our event coordinator was so shocked by how unprofessional they were she reached out to all of her friends to make sure they knew just how bad of an experience they made this couple feel. If it was possible, I would give them 0 stars. Worst experience ever!
Working with them was great! We had a bar for cocktail hour and then one in the main event space all night. Everything was perfectly done and the cocktails were great. I wish I had...
time to have more of them. One of the bartenders made sure to come to us when we were swamped greeting people to get our drink orders. We also had popcorn and the bartenders were nice enough to keep refilling the tins from the large bags under the table the entire night. I couldn't have been happier with their service.
Great to work with! Bars on Wheels has easy and clear packages with add on options and they easily answered all my questions. I would definitely work with them again and recommend ...
them!
Very Timely!
Professional and the bartenders were so nice!! Not once was the bar backed up had any issues!
No complaints and my guest loved our special drinks we created.
This company is GREAT! My sister first had them for her wedding in 2016, and they were wonderful, so I knew I wanted them for my wedding! They were especially great because we were...
married in Augusta, KY, so we needed a company that could travel. The owner is a bit abrasive, but don't let that throw you off! He REALLY wanted us to use their bars, but we had a farm wedding and they just didn't fit with our decor, so we stuck with our own bars and it worked out just fine. They were very accommodating, and we had a signature drink in addition to their select beer and wine package, and it worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this company!
