We got both our engagement ring, and one of our wedding bands done with Bario Neal.
The engagement ring was a custom piece - we selected one of the stone arrangements shown on th...
eir website, and then met with a staff member to select specific stones, placement, and metals.
The staff and space were welcoming, and both pieces are beautiful. Would highly recommend!
My wife and I worked with the Bario Neal location in Brooklyn to build our custom matching engagement and wedding rings. They were so kind and helpful and talked me (in particular)...
through multiple stone changes, and in the end, we both have gorgeous ring stacks that we can't stop looking at!!
We LOVED LOVED LOVED working with Bario Neal.
We went to Bario for both of our wedding bands. The Bario team treated my husband so well - listened to what he did/didn't want and ...
provided plenty of options for him to pick from. He was able to try on a number of styles and we never felt rushed through our appointment. He ended up with a very cool gold band that went through a special firing process so it's a little wavy.
For my band I was a little more indecisive (again, they were so patient!). I wanted to take advantage of the unique designs and gemstones that Bario Neal is known for so I ended up doing a custom design of a curved band. They were able to make the curve custom to my engagement ring (which wasn't purchased at Bario). The process was great - they did have to hold onto my engagement ring for a few weeks, but they created a 3D silicone mold of the wedding band for me to try before they created the final product.
We also added a couple of different sapphires to my band (sapphire is both of our birthstones AND we got married in September), which really made the design special.
All in all: a great experience, high quality jewelry at a fair price, and beautiful designs.
My husband and I bought our wedding bands from Bario Neal and we could not reccomend them more. Upon receiving our bands, we realized they were slightly different than what we were...
expecting. Bario Neal immeditely assisted us and made it right. They rush ordered the correct bands and we had them just in time for our wedding! Excellent customer service and the most beautiful products. Our rings are truly so special and we are forever grateful.
My husband and I got married in Philadelphia earlier this month, and we used Bario Neal from beginning to end. To say we were happy with the service would be an enormous understate...
ment. My husband had purchased jewelry from Bario before, but we went together in November 2021 to pick out an engagement ring, and it was such a lovely and emotional process. They were never ever even the least bit pushy. We picked out a gorgeous ring that I am obsessed with to this day. Bario also created a custom necklace for me made from an heirloom family diamond, and Taylor did an incredible job bringing my vision to life. We went back again to get our wedding bands, and they made the process professional and easy every step of the way. It feels good to know that we used a local, women-owned business that sources ethically - especially when we're talking about a large purchase that will follow us through the rest of our lives. We could not be more thrilled with Bario Neal and would highly recommend them.
I am so happy that I got my wedding ring from Bario Neal. Getting an ethically made ring was important to me and they have such a beautiful selection and excellent craftsmanship. I...
worked with Naomi both times that I was visiting Philly from out of town - the first time to view their options and the second time to decide on a final option. Naomi and Taylor helped me with getting a slight custom change made for my ring, and Taylor was flexible with arranging my pickup for a time that was convenient for me. I would highly recommend getting any jewelry from Bario Neal!
Bario Neal provided amazing products with exceptional customer service! We got a cluster engagement ring and later a custom wedding band to match.
• Personal consultations (first v...
irtually then in person) with a wonderful expert who listened to our ideas and provided fantastic suggestions for our one-of-a-kind rings
• There was a very large selection of stones that allowed us to pick the perfect set for our rings
• They have excellent customer services. When there was an issue with one of the stone settings after we had the ring for a month, Bario Neal fixed the problem for us without additional charge.
We worked with the Williamsburg store on a custom designed engagement ring and could not be more thrilled with how it turned out. The planning and service was exceptional and the s...
taff went above and beyond to help us create something special and unique. We loved the experience and the commitment to sustainable practices so much that we also got our wedding bands here!
We stumbled across Bario Neal by chance. We were going to get engaged and I had never wanted a ring and then at the 11th hour decided to check out some antique shops to see if I li...
ked something. No success there, but then we just happened across Bario Neal and were fortunate they were able to meet with us on the spot without an appointment. I fell in love with the first ring I tried on and was sold by their ethical approaches and business model. We didn't even consider going anywhere else for our wedding bands. We had a great experience with all of their staff we worked with.
Bario-Neal creates beautiful and ethically sourced jewelry, as well as being a completely approachable and friendly place to shop for the inexperienced jewelry shopper. I found the...
lack of sales pressure really great. Lauren walked us through our options clearly, was patient with our trying things on and hemming and hawing, and was responsive in answering our follow-up questions by email. We're thrilled with our wedding rings!
Check out their Instagram. Speaks for itself, but visiting the store is an absolute delight. I just love my ring so much; can't stop staring!
I ordered my wedding band from Bario Neal, after having admired several friends's jewelry from them. It's the fishtail ring; very narrow, which is what I wanted, but with a fairly ...
simple design and a lot of sparkle. The service from the company was great (we ordered online, rather than going to one of their stores, but I've only ever heard good things about going in person too), and the ring is gorgeous! An excellent choice, I couldn't be happier.
When we were looking for wedding bands, it was really important for us to find a company that used ethically sourced diamonds, which was a much harder task than we realized. Bario ...
Neal totally fit the bill - they have absolutely stunning rings and their ethical practices and activism made us so confident that we were putting our money where we wanted it!! We went to their store to pick out and order our rings, and the staff was very pleasant and patient. There was a miscommunication with the rings we ordered and they were incredibly responsive in communicating with us and they did everything possible to fix the situation quickly. We couldn't be happier with our wedding bands and I'm sure I'll be back to purchase other products!
I LOVE my ring. It's beautiful, it was custom (and included family diamonds) and everything went smoothly and is as I requested. The one thing I would say is that the rings take ...
a while (so don't leave it til the last minute), and they only ship on Tuesdays (which meant that I had to overnight mine)... and given that they knew my wedding date, it made me a little nervous that they didn't message me the week before to let me know that things were being cut close and to suggest that I use an overnight shipping method. I don't know what this kind of jewelry should typically cost, but from what I hear this ring was about average/slightly expensive - but it's beautiful and I love it so much, so it was worth every penny.
My husband and I both love our rings. They're recycled gold, unique, and so pretty.
My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Bario-Neal, and we went back to them for our wedding rings. We were very happy with the value and service we received, but most importan...
tly, we feel good about the origins of the stones and metal in our pieces. We receive so many compliments on our wedding rings, and it's nice to know that they were created with our social values in mind.
My now-husband designed my engagement ring with Anna Bario and we went back to get both of our rings at Bario Neal. We LOVE them! The designs, the quality, the ethically sourced ma...
terials--everything is great. It is a refreshing change from the usual jewelry stores where you feel pressured and/or swindled. Bario Neal makes high quality jewelry that will last a lifetime--and it is so beautiful. I still smile every time I look down and see my rings.
My husband and I custom ordered our wedding rings from Bario-Neal and couldn't be happier.
Anna Bario designed both my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Working with the Bario-Neal staff was a dream -- they showed us many different styles, explaining terms, sustain...
ability, and background of metals and stones along the way. We left with pieces that are uniquely "us," and feel good knowing that no one had to suffer just so that we could have jewelry to symbolize our marriage. I will likely never buy jewelry anywhere else.
We bought our wedding bands here even though we are across the country in California. Any time we had questions about the rings they were happy to assist. They even sent us ring si...
zers free of charge so that we could choose the right size. The presentation when they send you the rings is really adorable too! They send you the rings in a small glass bottle! We used that in the ceremony! So adorable!
