My husband and I hired BAR RO'D for our October wedding, and we had the best experience with them! We reached out to Ro last minute after a different bartending company had canceled on us - we were so worried that we wouldn't find another bartender two weeks before the wedding, but Ro immediately took action and lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. We are so grateful that they were available and willing to work with us so last minute! Everything was perfect, through cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. Ro, Devo, and Tom were professional, skilled, and friendly to our guests, who loved the three signature cocktails (old fashioned, cider mule, and Maryland bloody mary). It was a perfect day, and we are so grateful to BAR RO'D for helping make our dream happen!

They thoughtfully included delicious mocktail options for our pregnant guests, which was such a wonderful touch. They arrived with absolutely everything—bar setup, cups, napkins, supplies, garnishes, and all the details I would have otherwise spent countless hours coordinating. Their organization and preparation were impeccable. Drinks flowed all night, guests were happy, and they never ran out of anything. They were constantly one step ahead. Beyond their professionalism, Ro, Cara, and Devo are genuinely wonderful people. They are friendly, funny, engaging, and have the kind of personalities that instantly put guests at ease. They helped keep the energy up, interacted with everyone, and even assisted with cleanup. It felt like having trusted friends who also happened to be incredible event professionals. At the final walkthrough at the venue they came prepared, really paid attention to all aspects of the venue and the plan, inspected the bar they were going to use (since it was from the venue, not one of theirs), and asked great questions to make sure they fully understood the Run of Show. On the wedding day they made beautiful drinks, were extremely efficient, and were a true pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and attention to detail as bartenders really made my job so much easier. I truly felt like I could leave them to do their job and they had it all handled. ading up to the event, the vendor was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive to help make the mobile bartending service fit our needs. During the planning process, we set up multiple calls and determined the number of bartenders, bars, quantity/type of alcohol, quantity of mixers/cups/etc., placement of bars, and total cost. The vendor payed attention to detail and was extremely patient and empathetic. Their planning experience helped make the process easy! During the event, the bartending service was perfect - drinks were flowing, well mixed, and all of the guests really loved the set-up of the bars. The bartenders were very experienced as well - which really made me feel comfortable during the reception. The vendor even had LED lights on the bar that matched our flour arrangements. The mobile bars looked very formal and professional - something that we were looking for in a vendor. I definitely plan on using BAR RO'd again during my next event. I suggest you do the same!
