Great place! Lots to do and the rooms were nice!
AC all the way! So much fun... beach and bars!
Nice vendue
I had about 50 rooms booked at Bally's for my wedding weekend and there were so many problems. Although I had my welcome bags (out of town bags) prearranged, the bell hop and front...
desk had no idea they were coming or what to do with them. The front desk tried to put my mother in the Claridge instead of Bally’s (even though her room had been booked for over 10 months). One of our guests returned to their room after the wedding and found that their key did not work. They went to the front desk and were told that the hotel staff had gone into their room, packed up their stuff (without permission), and moved them to another room (without permission) to allow another hotel guest to have an adjoining room. At midnight after a wedding the last thing you want to do is track down your new hotel room and re-arrange all of your personal belongings. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! This guest did not receive any compensation. Another one of our guests went to their assigned room after check-in and found another couple having "relations" in their room. After the wedding we emailed Bally's with our complaints and they did not even have the courtesy to reply.
Everyone in my party had a good time and there was plenty to do for the weekend.
