ding but I'm so insanely glad we decided to and SO glad we booked Baldwin and Rose. Not only did she provide so much guidance during planning, she was a pillar emotional support leading up to the big day. Come wedding weekend, it felt like everything was going wrong. Our venue was being difficult, the weather was iffy and we felt super underprepared. But Halley made all our worries disappear. We bought a house a month before the wedding (wouldn't recommend doing that btw) so all the plans we had got put on a back burner to try and get renovations done. We were so checked out but she made sure every detail we wanted was accounted for and helped guide all the vendors with such grace and diligence. From the big things like set up to details as small as carrying Bobby pins, she was there. I tell everyone all the time, the only reason our wedding went as smoothly as it did was because of this angel on earth taking care of all our worries. She fought for us and what we wanted and make sure our vision came to life. Not only was she super organized and professional, she was so kind and warm. Every call we had included a mini mental breakdown on my part and she took each worry piece by piece and helped me work through all my big ideas and bigger feelings lol. Her humanity and friendliness has stuck with us since, I couldn't be more grateful for all her hard work and patience. I will scream it on the mountains forever- you will not regret it if you book with her. Any big events I have coming up I will 100% be coming back to Baldwin and Rose. You've got fans in us for life!

She instantly helped lift the weight of my wedding off my shoulders! I thought I could do it alone, but now my first advice to any newly engaged couple is to hire a day of coordinator and not just anyone, I would recommend Halley 1000%. She works with you, checks in on you, and she makes you feel more like a friend than someone who is just their because it's their job. I can't thank her enough for all of her help and support!

By the time Halley came on board, all of the vendors had been identified, but she was able to step in towards the end and establish herself as the point of contact. Our wedding was a three-event affair; we had a welcome dinner the night before and a farewell brunch the morning after. All events were held on the property of my in-laws and required a lot of DIY logistics planning and set-up. Halley was right there to take care of everything from laying out the linens and setting up the decor, to moving the chairs from the dining tent to the ceremony site and back again, to getting the favors and the cupcakes set up, to making sure the other vendors had everything they needed. Because my focus was heavily centered on the wedding, I didn't really have a lot of bandwidth for planning the before and after events. But Halley and I had a brainstorming session where we came up with a simple but lovely theme that worked wonderfully across all three events and was true to the aesthetic I was after. Our wedding was pretty low-key as weddings go, and we didn't have (nor did we want) a lot of the traditional or the trendy bells and whistles. Halley got that immediately, she respected that, and put her whole self into ensuring we had the day we wanted. It was clear she really cared about us as people not just as clients. My now-husband said to me the morning of the wedding (so after the first event of the weekend) that he was so glad I insisted on getting a wedding coordinator, and not only that, one who really knew her stuff (not his exact words--his were a little more colorful). Best wedding gift ever! Halley was worth every penny of her very reasonable rate and I highly recommend her services.

She got us organized, created to-do lists, delegated work to our parents, called vendors, booked them all, and sent us a detailed invoice at the end. I should also mention that we were actually planning TWO weddings, one local and one 3,000 miles away. So everything she completed had to be done twice, and totally remote for half of it. It all went off perfectly and we are so happy with the results! Halley herself is gregarious, meticulous, easy to work with, and the most thoughtful person I've ever met. I highly recommend her services. Once you hire her, you will breathe a deep sigh of relief and things will start going according to plan.
