We ordered our wedding cake and groom's cake from Baked In Breck. Nicci goes above and beyond. Both cakes were so delicious and so beautiful! I literally teared up at how gorgeous ...
the wedding cake was. The groom's cake looked exactly like the example picture we showed her. If you are getting married in Colorado anytime soon this is who you want to use!

vanilla bean ganache and vanilla buttercream, our second layer was chocolate with whipped dark chocolate ganache and chocolate butter cream and sanding sugar and the top layer was red velvet. It was gorgeous and delicious and I cannot recommend Baked in Breck enough! Thank you Nicci!
I found Baked in Breck via Instagram last Spring. Nicci had a lot of photos to comb through and it was an easy decision to reach out and ask if she was available to make a small ca...
ke for us on our elopement to Breckenridge. We heard back quickly and she was super friendly and gave us so many suggestions and ideas. There were zero doubts and no stress in the decision to hire Nicki. When we picked up our cake mid July it was just perfect. We chose a double layer white cake with a strawberry filling and cream cheese frosting with tints of coral and gold. It was stunning and tasted even better. We were able to save it for several mornings after to have with coffee and the sunrise in the mountains. It really was just perfect. The best part is now a year later when I reached out and she’s trying to coordinate a shipment to us so we can recreate that special moment. Thank you for a wonderful cake and how it all came together. I’d choose you every time!
