We still talk about our wedding cake from Angela and it's been 2 years. A late review but the memory is just as fresh!
Angela was so easy to work with and sent us home with 3 dif...
ferent flavors of cupcakes that we asked for to try and pick one to use for our wedding cake.
We planned to use a faux 3-tiered cake with a company we found to display and have for the cake cutting ceremony at our wedding to help save money, and so with only great flavor and texture in mind, we reached out to angela to create enough cake for all of our 140+ guests.
We ended up choosing a vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream on the outside. Basically the closest we could get to an English Victoria Sponge Cake (our favorite)!
My husband and I aren't even being biased when we say it may have been one of the most delicious wedding cakes we've ever had. It was so moist and flavorful.
We put out some of the leftover wedding cake at our post wedding brunch the next day, which was catered. The caterers genuinely asked us who baked our wedding cake because they themselves couldnt get over how delicious it was and wanted to work with her. Angela I hope they contacted you!
And even though the cake wasn't even theirs, the caterers that day wrapped a large slice to put in the freezer safely for my husband and I so we could enjoy it on our first wedding anniversary which was last year. And honestly, even after a year old the cake was DELICIOUS!
After the wedding festivities, people normally end up having leftover wedding cake sitting in their fridges for months. Whatever leftovers we had of our wedding cake was gone within a week because it was so good. My family couldn't get enough of it either.
Basically Angela, you are a talent for a delicious cake! Thank you!
I cannot RAVE enough about our wedding cake experience! From the very beginning, Angela made the process feel very easy. We switched over from emailing to texting because it worked...
out better for me.
I was able to tailor every detail, from the cake flavor and buttercream to the flowers on the cake. Trust me when I say I scoured the bakers on Long Island to find THE baker for my husband and I. It is nearly impossible to find someone who can execute a pistachio cake with rose buttercream *perfectly*, but she did it with such talent and care.
The tasting process was so fun too. We mixed and matched flavors and picked up cupcakes from Angela. Once we chose our combination, we were basically counting down the days until we could eat that cake again. And now, even a week later, we’re still enjoying it, and it’s just as delicious as it was on our wedding day!
If you’re looking for a baker who will truly listen to you, collaborate with you, design your dream cake, and bake something absolutely unforgettable… run to her!!!

, last minute, she worked with our budget, she provided the florals which were more affordable than getting them from the florist, and she managed to get every single detail we asked for in such short notice. She delivered the cake and all our guests were amazed. Not only does she deliver with such a beautiful presence, but the cake tastes just as good as it looks! Better than all these overpriced fancy bakers, she is truly heaven sent!!
