Ann and her team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire wedding planning process and our wedding weekend! I could truly relax and enjoy my big day because they were so on...
top of everything. Ann is a truly beautiful person inside and out and made the entire process so special and memorable. Hiring AWE Planning was the best decision I made, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! My husband also loves Ann, and her team made him feel so comfortable throughout the day. I recommend her services to every single bride I encounter because she is that amazing.
Ann and the AWE planning team were absolutely amazing! Their attention to detail resulted in a flawless design that was exactly what we had envisioned. They seamlessly coordinated ...
with all vendors which made our lives so much easier. When it came to the day of, Ann's team took care of everything and we (including our families) did not have to lift a finger and were solely focused on enjoying the day. We could not think of a better planning team and would recommend Ann and AWE Planning to everyone!!
Couldn't even begin to say how perfect our wedding day was because of Anne and the help she (and her team) provided. There was literally not one single issue the entire day. The ...
communication was fantastic the entire process, the professionalism was top notch, and the overall experience was something we couldn't have ever imagined. They were incredibly attentive to every detail and it showed. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

planner! My experience with AWE Planning was flawless from start to finish. Ann made me feel like the most special bride, celebrating every detail along the way as if it were for her own wedding.
I'm not sure I have the words to accurately express how incredible AWE was to work with. Working with this team was hands down the best decision I made. Ann was incredibly professi...
onal, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She listened to what I wanted and helped me make it a reality in a way I could have never expected. Of course, I decided to do a "simple" backyard wedding, which was anything but simple since we had to bring every vendor in ourselves. Without Ann and her team, it would have been so hard to execute but she organized everything perfectly. Even when I had quirky ideas that weren't typical for a wedding, she showed me how to make them work (like a dance floor on Persian rugs!). She even moonlit as my therapist at times when I had a stressful situation limiting family invitations. To say that Ann and her team went above and beyond is an understatement. I was so relaxed on my wedding day because I knew they were creating magic. They worked so hard to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. If I could go back I'd chose to work with AWE a million times over.
Ann was INCREDIBLE. By the end of wedding planning she felt like family. She is a perfectionist, very type A, and detail oriented which is everything I needed in a wedding planner...
. She always took the time to listen to what I wanted and made it happen for me. She was open to working with other vendors but also had a list of vendor recommendations that she had great experiences with in the past which was amazing because I didn’t have to search for anything. Ann was great at giving me deadlines for when things needed to be completed on my end and if I wasn’t sure how to do something she would explain step by step. I was never once stressed in planning my wedding and I know that was because of Ann! I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
Planning my daughter’s wedding with Ann was truly a pleasure. The minute Ann stepped in and took over, things just fell into place. Her weekly check in meetings were key to keepin...
g my family on track - I still miss them!! Ann is creative, organized and most of all professional. She gets it done! Her vendor contacts are also fantastic. We were so happy with everyone she connected us with. From hunting down a very specific floral arch, to assembling a one of a kind escort board and holding my hand with a crash course lesson on Venmo - we couldn’t be more pleased with Ann and her entire team! Ann is invested in your event from the beginning and gives it her all. I would 100% hire Ann again for any event I am planning.
TLDR: Best investment you’ll make + Ann is an amazing human

he helped me create the wedding of my dreams. She is so kind and a perfect communicator. She knew exactly how much to keep me in the loop on the details based on my preferences to avoid causing this bride any unnecessary stress.
I had some tough life events happen during the course of my planning and she was there with me through it all. Day of my wedding, I just wanted to just show up and have a great time with my family and friends. That is exactly what happened! It was the party of a lifetime and I honestly wouldn’t change a thing! I am so grateful for her and her team who helped things run smoothly. There are not enough words to express my gratitude. Ann- you rock!

sband and I were so happy that we LITERALLY skipped back down the aisle!
Ann thinks of the things you don't even realize you're supposed to be thinking about, covering every single base with an uplifting, happy attitude. In addition to her top-notch organization skills, she'll make sure you're feeling good every step of the way. Planning a wedding is infamously stressful, but she makes it fun and celebratory -- the way it should be!
She has great relationships with all of our vendors, which made my wedding day flow seamlessly as she acted as showrunner, keeping track of everything and everyone like she'd done it a million times before. Since she was already friends with our photographers, florist, cake designer and more, everyone was all smiles all day.
I live in New York City, but my wedding was in my hometown of Charlotte. Ann helped us plan across state lines with ease, meeting on Zoom when we couldn't in person. She has experience at almost every venue imaginable and will already be familiar with the space -- I'd bet that she could draw a map of our venue in her sleep.
She'll even go so far as to CONTACT YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE if you realize your passport is expiring 5 days before the honeymoon (speaking from experience...!) This lady will go above and beyond for you, and I can't recommend her enough.
I recommended AWE Planning to my friend who's getting married in a few weeks, and now they're working together, too. Ann and I are already texting about how excited we are to see each other that day! When hiring Ann, you're not just ensuring a successful wedding -- you're making a friend :) <3
The best wedding gift my daughter received was the gift of discovering and working with Ann at AWE Planning. Ann is truly a gem! She was a dream to work with and handled every task...
with precision, ease, and grace. She always had answers and solutions to our questions due to her connections to top vendors in the area. Ann’s expertise and calm demeanor allowed us to enjoy every minute of the wedding weekend. The wedding day was filled with fun and relaxation for us while Ann and her assistant, Julie, handled all the details with the vendors. We truly couldn’t have managed without Ann! She is the DREAM WEDDING PLANNER!
We are extremely happy that we chose AWE Planning for our month/day of Coordinator. Ann is so special. She truly made the last month of planning so enjoyable and we looked forward ...
to meeting with her weekly. She is so positive, kind, organized, dedicated and supportive. Ann and Julie made the wedding day PERFECT. We are forever grateful and made a friend for life.
When you hire Ann as your wedding planner, you’re not just hiring someone who will pay meticulous attention to every detail and support you during your wedding planning every step ...
of the way. You are making a friend; someone who genuinely cares about the love between you and your partner and is as dedicated to making your vision come true as you are.
My (now) husband and I can’t say enough good things about Ann. She went the extra mile in every aspect of wedding planning to make sure my experience was smooth and enjoyable. She kept me on track with friendly reminders of tasks I needed to complete, and helped as much as she could in knocking out those tasks with me. With Ann, you are in good hands every step of the way.
The wedding planning process wasn’t stressful AT ALL thanks to Ann; it was actually so much fun!! We had meetings at wine bars, coffee shops, and over dinner with our families (her husband and kids are adorable btw!!). Ann’s eye for style and her ability to keep you on track to execute on your dream aesthetic are soft skills that not many people have. I could throw out many different ideas to Ann that I couldn’t decide on, and she helped me hone in on a decision that was the perfect fit for our wedding. She took so much stress out of the equation by having an educated, confident answer for you to help you decide on all those little details that make your wedding special.
Ann’s relationships with wedding vendors are one of her many value propositions. She knows EVERYONE and she knows how to get you a deal! In an environment where everything is marked up for weddings, Ann goes above and beyond to survey her network of vendors (florists, photographers, videographers, paper goods, etc.) to find you the best bang for your buck. We ended up landing under budget thanks to Ann’s scrupulous accounting of our spending!
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ann in every aspect of our wedding planning and are so grateful to her for helping us make our dream day come true. We were so lucky to find her and will be finding any excuse to use Ann’s services in the future! We highly recommend using Ann for your wedding planning needs—you will be blown away by her professionalism, grace, attention to detail, and fun spin she brings to wedding planning!
Unparalleled, elevated sophisticated wedding day magic is delivered by Ann and her team. We had a stress free YEAR with Ann and my daughter planning the entire wedding for nearly 2...

I had the ultimate pleasure to be able to watch this event unfold with no worries at any point. As the Mother and Father of the bride it was a gift to us to attend a monumental day and have every single detail handled to perfection. I really appreciated that she managed and directed all the action, the bridesmaids and groomsmen leaving me to fully enjoy and focus on the newly wedded couple and the guests.
Ann and the team are behind the scenes the entire wedding day managing the next moment about to unfold. It’s a exciting and busy day that starts early and ends late, and it’s incredibly important for all those moments to go off well! Ann was able to deliver excellence and if I’m being honest it’s not a compliment I hand out often. Well done AWE Planning, you and your team are excellent at what you do and it’s a lot!

to decide if it was worth the money) but I do not regret my choice at all. In every meeting we had leading up to the wedding she made me feel so special and more excited as we went through the planning process. She took care of coordinating with my vendors, made sure everything was flawless and beautiful, kept everyone on a timeline the day of, worked with me to get the most out of my budget, gave great feedback and truly was invested in our overall experience. Ann was always available by email, phone call or text if I needed anything. In addition to her wonderful communication skills she was extremely prompt and organized with all of the important details and paperwork. She allowed my now husband and I as well as our families to relax and really enjoy our weekend, and that alone is well worth choosing to go with AWE Planning. Everything was absolutely perfect and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Thanks so much Ann!

always one step ahead for execution and planning of your wedding day. We were a COVID couple that had a million curveballs thrown their way and many changes to what we originally wanted. We downsized from 200 to 30 guests, and even so, the AWE team enabled us to have the most beautiful wedding day experience that felt like a dream, keeping our anxiety low. Their first priority was to always ensure that what the bride and groom wanted, happened. Their expertise in planning and execution was obvious from the moment we asked for their help, to the last hours of our intimate reception. Without hesitation, this team made the experience 10 times better than if we had not had them. We felt so special, they treated us like family. The best decision we made for our wedding day asking AWE Planning to be a part of it. Thank you Ann, Julie, and Will for being ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!

to help make vital decisions, talk through uncertainties and points of stress, and constantly in contact with vendors. She even pin pointed areas where we saved a few hundred dollars. Ann and her assistant Julie were absolutely pivotal during our wedding weekend, from the rehearsal dinner down to making sure our daughter was happy during the reception. Ann blew our minds; she paid acute attention to detail and made our wedding the best day of our lives. If my husband and I could get married over and over again, Ann would be our wedding planner EVERY single time. Words cannot begin to describe how priceless and invaluable AWE Planning is!
Ann is a true gem. She's professional, genuine, organized, and extremely fun! At first, I was nervous about hiring a wedding planner. My husband and I decided to shy away from the ...
traditional ceremony and major wedding festivities, and simply wanted an intimate dinner celebration with less than 40 people. Ann fully embraced and completely understood my vision, and was extremely open-minded. She helped plan every single detail and stood by me throughout the whole process (literally becoming my best friend), making sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Even for such a small event, she contributed her whole heart, her time, and was passionate about every moment making it one hell of an unforgettable night. Our friends and family still talk about "the party of the year!" I'm already thinking about how I can have Ann plan my baby shower and all other events in the future. She is a bad ass planner!

ss effortlessly. We recently got married in East Hampton at the Hedges Inn and had nothing short of a story book, fairy tale wedding..... on a realistic budget! They executed every detail to perfection and kept a eye on every contract and vendor due date without fault. I was a pretty particular bride, marrying an equally particular Groom, who had little time to focus on planning, we shared our vision and handed it over to these amazing professionals to execute. On our wedding day we didn't have to lift a finger, we could truly enjoy and celebrate with our loved ones. We truly couldn't have asked for a better planning team. Know that you are in the best hands with the AWE team. AWE PLANNING will help facilitate the wedding of your dreams!

ading up to our destination wedding finding and coordinating all of our national and international vendors. Knowing that photography was a key element for us, Ann researched to find the very best photographer on the island and then negotiated with him to fit within a budget. She was early to every meeting and would even do a pre-call with me before calls with vendors, to confirm all details.
On site during our wedding week, I was a care free bride as I knew I had hired the very best. Wil, her husband, was instrumental in helping ensure every detail was correct on site from moving chairs to lining up our wedding processional. He was there to make sure it was perfect.
During our wedding reception, my husband was so excited he accidentally spilt a red drink on my white wedding gown! I moved to the side and asked someone to find Ann. She was there in an instant with a cup of club soda and removed the stain in a flash. As a wedding planner, she truly did it all.
As an extremely satisfied bride, I would provide the highest possible recommendation for AWE Planning, five stars is just not enough. If you want your wedding day to be the fairy tale you dreamed about, then book the services of AWE Planning. Working with them, made my wedding day simply incredible.
Please feel free to message me if you have any questions about our experience working with AWE Planning.
