The stylists were on time and well prepared. They worked for 5 hours straight, doing hair and makeup for bridesmaids. They all looked beautiful!
DISASTER.
Unskilled stylists Shawn and Ann massacred the bridal party hair. A blind cat would do a better job. I wouldn’t recommend even if it’s your last option. One of my brid...
esmaids left crying and the other two paid to be polite and left, only to redo their hair from scratch. Both Ann and Shawn made excuses for their incompetence, even shaming a new mom for her hair regrowth.
Carole(the owner) was polite but clearly didn’t understand her teams skill set or a poor quality beauty service. The on-site coordinator was not polite or helpful.
Disclaimer* this does not reflect the Makeup Artist Ashlyn and her team who were wonderful to work with and did an amazing job. Or the stylist Erica.
What a fabulous place to get nails done for a wedding. The mani/pedi area is on its own so you don't have to share space with other salon clients, and the availability of a small ...
party room allowed us to bring in food and drink to aid in our celebration. Carole had the entire area decorated - she even asked for the wedding colors and ensured the area was done up with balloons to match the wedding theme. The best part was the communication - Carole checked in several times before our big day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Its a rare find to go to a salon that cares so much and communicates so well.
