Ashley!!!!! We planned an out of state wedding which comes with its load of complications but it was also kind of in the middle of nowhere so we really needed some help. We had her...
for day of coordination and it went beautifully! Bridesmaid dress broke? She was in the sewing it 20 MINUTES before the ceremony and she was able to walk down beautifully and ON TIME! There was accidentally an allergy mishap (on my end, not any of the vendors) and ASHLEY WAS THERE WITH THE BENADRYL and no issues came about! Everyone was fine :) My bustle broke JUST BEFORE my first dance? She was there with the safety pin and it held wonderfully. It rained in the middle of our ceremony causing us to relocate the ENTIRE cocktail hour from outside to under cover??? Within 15 minutes, 15 minutes!! Everyone was already relocated...INCLUDING DJ CATERING AND BARTENDER and all guests happily under dry cover. I did not have to worry about a thing, it the most stress free day I could have had and Ashley and her team really gave me the opportunity and reassurance to not worry about anything and everything went smoothly...to my knowledge and that's what matters!! Highly recommend, reasonably priced for the wonderful attention to detail and support you get. Love this team and so glad I went with them!
Ashley and her team truly brought my dream wedding to life. From the very beginning, they helped me design every detail and made the entire planning process feel effortless. Since ...
I had a destination wedding and live 15 hours away from the venue, Avail Weddings was invaluable—they provided trusted local recommendations for every vendor we needed. Some of these vendors didn’t even have websites, and without Avail, we never would have found our incredible caterer (Tracy—ask for her!).
On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Ashley was working tirelessly behind the scenes, handling every detail with such care and professionalism. One moment that really stood out to me happened during the reception when my dress kept coming un-bustled, Ashley immediately pulled out her kit and fixed it so I could enjoy the rest of the night without a second thought. There's a picture of Ashley fixing the dress in the attached photos!
It’s those little, thoughtful moments that made Ashley and her team so special. I’m endlessly grateful for everything they did to make our day perfect.
Ashley and her team were very friendly and we enjoyed working with them! The day went perfectly and we did not have any major mishaps, which was very relieving as a bride. The tabl...
escapes were exactly how I wanted them and Avail did a great job ensuring the décor and set up went according to what we had planned. Ashley and her team also stopped by the store on the way to the venue to bring an item my mom had forgotten, as well as walked the bridal party through the umbrella process in case they needed to use them during the ceremony.
We were afraid it was going to rain during the ceremony but thankfully it cleared up right before! Avail did a great job with the rain back up plan we had in place and were quick to revert everything back to the no-rain plan!
It was such a beautiful, magical day!

y dreams come true with the decor package and set up! We also used Angela as our officiant and she was the sweetest and incorporated pieces we wanted perfectly with her own words! It was a perfect day and we could have never done it without Avail!

tails. Avail Weddings exceeded our expectations! They were professional, very helpful during the planning process, and made sure everything the day of went off without an issue. Our wedding day would not have been as perfect if not for Ashley and her team.
Thank you Avail Weddings for our beautiful day! Ashley and her team made our wedding day run flawlessly. They were so organized and on top of everything. Also, thank you so much to...
their officiant, Angela. She was incredible and we loved her so much!
We loved having avail weddings for our coordinator. They had a lot of helpful list, hints, and ideas to help planning go easier. It was very organized with spreadsheets to fill out...
which helped make sure I didn’t forget anything. They would answer any questions I had and they had a few scheduled phone calls with me to go over details. When we met Ashley in person at a rehearsal dinner she was very nice and pleasant to be around also professional and was able to control the small crowd to show us exactly what we need to do and the cues of when to do them. On the wedding day they helped make sure everything was where I wanted it and also I added things I didn’t even think of. For example I did my flowers myself and had a lot of extra and they (asked me first) put them around the reception area like in the garland that was in the middle of the tables and on the cake table and anywhere that looked nice. I am very happy I had them as my Coordinator and I knew everything would be taken care of! Absolutely would recommend them!!
My husband and I got married on June 24th at the Parker Mill. We hired Avail to do our planning and I am thankful to have had them on our team on the day of our wedding! Teresa wor...
ked flawlessly to make sure that we were able to get everything we wanted to be done at our wedding without a hitch. If we started to get behind she would quickly adjust the schedule and kept the day moving smoothly! Kyle and I were able to relax and have fun on the day of, knowing that someone else was there to make sure that everything that needed to happen would!
