We honestly just stumbled upon it as we were in the early stages of wedding planning and set up a call with Maria. We ended up booking full service planning with Maria about 14 months before our actual wedding date. It’s been almost two months since our wedding day and we are still talking about how much value we found in hiring Austin Event Co.
What started as a consultation with Maria turned into over a year of planning calls, countless text messages, venue walkthroughs, and coffee shop meetups so she could make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. We were absolutely blown away by the amount of time she spent with us, her response time, and the level of detail she had for our day.
Maria handled all communication with our vendors from start to finish, including gathering quotes, asking for revisions, and advocating for us when necessary. It was such a relief to realize I wouldn’t have to send a single email to any vendors - all I had to do was communicate with Maria (which felt like I was just talking to a friend) and she handled the rest!
Maria met us at our venue for ceremony rehearsal the day before and really eased our minds about the logistics of the day and made the process very smooth for our family and wedding party. She even stuck around to set up for our rehearsal dinner.
On the wedding day, Maria and her team (Rachel + Emily) executed the day FLAWLESSLY. If there were any hiccups, I never heard about them and we were able to be fully present in the day while they handle all the behind the scenes. Several of our family members and bridal party members made comments about how smoothly the day ran - they knew exactly where to be and when they needed to be there and there was always someone available to answer questions.

We ended up booking a lot of vendors that she recommended, and every single person came together to help our dreams come true. My husband and I were so happy with Maria’s organization and skill, she kept everything fun while being super professional and we never felt overwhelmed at any point during the process.
