communication was exceptional from start to finish.
On the day of the wedding, Diane took over like a true professional. She went above and beyond our expectations and delivered a seamless day for my wife and me. Family and friends kept complimenting us on how smoothly everything ran, and that was all thanks to her.

If you’re debating whether or not to book an event coordinator—don’t think twice.
We booked Dianne just one month before our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made. ...
Before hiring her, I was stressed and overwhelmed. But the moment we brought her on board, she stepped in with ease and confidence, taking over without adding any pressure.
Dianne was incredibly professional from start to finish. She communicated clearly, responded to all my texts and calls promptly, and only reached out when necessary—always with a calm and helpful demeanor. She also offered thoughtful suggestions that made a huge difference in how smoothly our big day ran.
Dianne and Irene truly helped take the stress off both before and during the wedding. I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. I would strongly recommend Dianne and her team!

lly appreciated the coordination with the other vendors and giving us countdowns to where we needed to be at in the timeline of our wedding. It was also so helpful that she was able to bring most of the items in her own car the day of the wedding so my family did not have to worry. I also appreciated the quickness in her response to questions I had or worries through text and by email. I highly suggest Dianne as a coordinator.

everything ran smoothly on the day and took care of the details, which allowed us to enjoy our special day without worrying about anything. There was also a mishap with the flowers at church but Dianne and her assistant took care of it -- I appreciated that so much! Thank you!
Dianne was always very responsive! Even though the rehearsal was taken care of by our church, she still came to help with the set up and to be there during the rehearsal. She hel...
ped with appetizer set-up/clean-up (we did our own) which was a huge concern of mine. She handled the dessert table being prepped, and so much more! I can honestly say that our reception went perfectly! If there were any issues, I have no idea and her and her assistant handled all of it!
They were amazing! We needed to hire bartenders for our wedding they were so professional and wonderful!

eposit... this is sad for the day of event when only a phone call and a bit of email was exchanged. How can I cancel 6 months in advance if I booked in only 3 months before the wedding and cancelled after 3 weeks, 2 months before the wedding?
Dianne and her staff (Charise) were wonderful and made everything happen like clockwork. Could not be happier with them. They handled a variety of vendors with ease.

take the reins away from me so I can fully enjoy my day with the bridal party and most importantly my husband. She did just that!
her and her assistant came on time and went above and beyond with everything from setting the table decorations up and decorating the venue, handing out the money envelopes to our vendors, signing any leftover credit card receipts.. She helped us stay on schedule and was there for anything that we needed. My Dress needed to be bustled and she was on it! They also helped us at the end of the evening with tidying up! I truly I'm so fortunate that I found Dianne to coordinate our wedding day! The day was perfect thanks to her and her assistant. Lastly, she was super easy to work with, I didn't have to tell her much as she just came in and conquered! Thank you again Dianne!
