Hi Ashley, are you still doing photography? Haven’t been able to reach you by phone or email for 6 months, and our wedding is in June!
At this point, we have hired another photog...
rapher for full price and will do what we can to recover our retainer. The contract reads that the retainer "covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and an online gallery of
selected photos." However, none of these services have been rendered.
If you hire this photographer, I'd HIGHLY recommend you find some way to hold your "retainer" in escrow or withhold all payment until after the event. She has left us short $1000 and absolutely no way to contact her.

Ashley's services may seem pricey at first glance, but you get what you pay for and once you realize how much time and effort goes into her work, it is absolutely worth every penny.
Ashley has an amazing eye for details. She suggested shots that never would have occurred to me and they are some of my favorites.
Choose Ashley Athey Photography and you will be extremely pleased with the results.
Ashley and her husband Alex did a wonderful job photographing our wedding. It was wonderful to have two photographers so we could get double the number of shots. On top of her tale...
nt, Ashley has a great bubbly personality. We spent a large portion of the day with her and it was wonderful to have someone so friendly and happy taking our pictures!! Her price was expensive, but you get a copy of a DVD with print rights to the pictures and unlimited coverage on the day of your wedding. It felt it was worth it in the end and would hire her again for future family pictures or other events.
They were very flexible with us and took wonderful pictures! It is a husband and wife team, so you get pictures from two different angles which is great! Everyone including parents...

price of one! She was willing to allow me to have the wedding photography experience I wanted and gave her opinion and experience when appropriate without being over bearing. At the reception I didnt even notice them around snapping pictures, but by the end of it I had almost 2,000 pics!!! They captured some very special moments and I would hire them again in a hearbeat! You will not be disapointed if you hire this husband and wife team! I am hoping to use them again in the near future.
Ashley and Alex captured our day perfectly! My husband and I were sad that we didn't get a recording of our ceremony, but with the pictures that we got, it told the complete story!...
They make sure to get every great moment and every detail. I would highly recommend them to any future bride. There are so many great pictures of our wedding that I can hardly choose which ones to print! We cannot thank them enough!
