Ashlee Zimmerman Photography

second shooter, Mikayla, worked seamlessly together and kept everything running smoothly. We stayed on schedule, never felt rushed, and were able to enjoy every moment. Ashlee and Mikayla made us feel so comfortable, like we had a friend with us all day. They were attentive, detail-oriented, and always checked if we had any extra requests while also suggesting great ideas to capture natural, beautiful moments. Ashlee was especially sweet during the intimate moments—like helping me into my dress with my mom—and even came to the rescue when my strap broke right before our first dance! From start to finish, Ashlee was incredibly responsive, answered all my (many!) questions, and helped us create a timeline that maximized our time without stress. We are beyond thankful for both Ashlee and Mikayla and would recommend them to absolutely everyone!

ithout it looking to forced or posed. She was truly a comfort to us as we first shot our engagement photos, and all the way up to our wedding day! Prices are reasonable for the packages she offers, and communication was smooth throughout! We LOVE our photos (which came back so fast), and we are so excited to have such beautiful pictures that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Please consider Ashlee to handle your special day; thank you Ashlee! :)

everyone feel comfortable. I’ve enjoyed the opportunity of getting to use her as my wedding photographer. Highly recommend!!

ossible for us. She was timely with her communication, easy to talk to and be comfortable with, and her work is beautiful. She had a gorgeous album full of wedding portraits ready for us quickly after our wedding day, and are thrilled. She made sure that our dog could be a part of our engagement photos and our wedding day portraits because this was important to us. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Ashlee and her photos!

th. She beautifully captures the details and posed pictures but she also captures the candid, joyful moments in such a beautiful way that makes you feel the joy of the moment. All of our wedding pictures are stunning and she got us our entire album back in less than 2 weeks!! 🤯 I couldn’t recommend Ashlee more and plan on having her take all of our family pictures in the future!

per easy to talk to, very high energy, and just an all-around amazing vibe to have around. One of my favorite things about Ashlee is that she made sure to get the job done without making it too serious, always keeping the mood light and fun. She easily managed the bridal and family photos on the day of the wedding, and quickly helped to adjust our schedule when the groom was running late (no shocker there). She had our gallery completed in less than 2 weeks, and the photos were beyond stunning! I love that she captured the traditional portraits, but also captured lots of of candid, natural moments. Nothing every felt staged, so the photos came out truly showing who we our and our relationship. I also loved that she captured a lot of pictures of our guests too, so we were able to get a feel for the entire wedding as a whole. Ashlee was amazing to work with and I would 100% recommend her! I'm sure we will be using her in the future for any other milestones we might want captured.

st a lifetime. We first met Ashlee at our engagement session and she immediately made us feel comfortable and confident. This of course carried over to our wedding day where she continued to make us laugh. She keeps the mood light and bubbly which makes for amazing results. You can see our personalities shine through the photos she takes! Not only do we now have the most beautiful wedding photos to look at, we even have a wedding album that Ashlee had made for us. It captures the day perfectly! We cannot speak highly enough of Ashlee!

uring the moment, working through our tight timeline and making us have fun with it in the process. She is overall wonderful and "thank you" doesn't begin to express our gratitude

ing her for future projects. If you are considering her please do not hesitate she will be an integral part on making your big day the best day

nd was so helpful in the planning process with helping to create our timeline. Working with her has been so fun, and we received our full wedding gallery so quickly and are so happy with the images. We're already looking forward to working with her in the future.

nd luckily she was available. My husband and I just got married last week and she was so wonderful with us all day and made us feel so comfortable taking all of our pictures, was very accommodating and we were even ahead of schedule on our timeline getting all the shots we needed so there was no added stress! We can't wait to see all our pictures which we know will be wonderful. We highly recommend booking Ashlee for your next photo shoot needs!

handful of times, much better than the ‘coordinator’ the venue gave us. Everything turned out stunning and we couldn’t have been happier.

omplete awe. She was able to capture our love in the best way. However, our wedding photos blew us completely out of the water. There are so many good ones that I honestly don't even have a favorite. I received so many compliments on them! Not only does Ashlee do amazing work but she is so down to earth and is so kind. My husband hates taking photos to begin with, and she made both sessions feel so effortless. She was able to make us laugh and joke around which put our nerves at ease. Ashlee was receptive to what we wanted but also shared her ideas on what would work better with the timeline for the day. On the day of the wedding, she helped to keep everything running smoothly. She truly cares for the people that she works with. I can't say enough good things about Ashlee. We will definitely hire her for anniversary shoots in the future!

to have amazing memories to look back on, and Ashlee was the perfect choice! My husband first booked her to capture our proposal as a surprise to me...she did amazing planning it with my husband and helping him choose the perfect spot, blending in and fooling me/not realizing a photographer was there until the moment it happened! Of course, we had to have her for our wedding too! She was fantastic and professional throughout it all. She is personable and fun to work with too. She effortlessly worked with our videographer so they could BOTH capture all our amazing moments. She captured ALL our special moments in gorgeous photos, and we got a whole gallery of 1000 photos even before our estimated time, only about a week and a half after the day! We will continue booking Ashlee for all our special moments in life and can't wait to work with her again!

r field for our engagement session and the photos are absolutely stunning. I love how her style is timeless and looks so effortless. I can't wait to see what magic she creates for our wedding photos. Thank you Ashlee!!

ck and efficient which was a huge plus for an August wedding! Her photos are STUNNING.

s so professional in everything she does and her pictures are so beautiful. She was able to capture every small and big moment of our day, that we will be able to cherish forever. She made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Also, her turnaround time to deliver our album was just amazing. We cannot wait to use Ashlee for future photos. Thank you so much Ashlee!

ike a close friend when working with Ashlee. The information and planning stage was so simple, the engagement and wedding day photoshoots were a blast and her photos are absolutely breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to memorialize our wedding and we hope to use Ashlee in the years to come when our family grows! Thank you so much, Ashlee!

Ashlee made me feel very comfortable! She captured the big and small moments of our wedding day beautifully, and we've gotten so many compliments about how the pictures turned out. Ashlee worked tirelessly to get our pictures edited and returned to us quickly, and we had them back in about two weeks! Would recommend Ashlee for wedding day photography or smaller sessions!

We loved all of the pictures and Ashlee had all of them finished and back to us within 3 weeks! We will definitely be working with Ashlee again in the future.

g. Our pictures were the most important part for me. I was 100% confident in my decision simply from our engagement pictures Ashlee took. She actually got my husband to loosen up, smile, and have fun while taking pictures. Our wedding day was no different. She had us laughing and playing around, and she truly captured our love and fun. The entire wedding party and our parents kept saying how amazing Ashlee and her second photographer, Taylor, were. They both worked so well together and with our party. They captured all the groups of people I wanted, and all of the other images I wanted as well, such as the details of everything I made for the wedding (flowers, centerpieces, signs) and specific shots of us around the venue. Ashlee even captured moments I had no idea she was there for which I love. We got our pictures back really fast. All of them are gorgeous. I can't stop looking at them! They aren't just staged poses. They're fun, loving, and most importantly, real. Ashlee's pictures show your true personality and capture the moments you never want to forget for the rest of your lives. I can relive every part of that day thanks to Ashlee and her incredible photography. It'll be the best decision you make, too!

ived many compliments from our guests about Ashlee and her second shooter Taylor and just how lovely they were to work with. Our photos are stunning and we could not be happier with them.

ss-free. The pictures were amazing. She really has an eye for capturing wonderful moments. I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a photographer.

They were encouraging and helpful whenever we felt awkward in group photos. During the ceremony, they were quiet and respectful, while managing to get beautiful shots. My husband and I are delighted with the photos and would recommend using Ashlee Zimmerman Photography to anyone looking for professional photos.

and I know that seems like a “duh” thing to say, but a few of our friends weren’t happy with their photographers because of this very reason. Ashlee had worked at our venue before so it was great that she was familiar with the spaces she had to work with. We chose a package where we included an engagement session and we chose the venue. We’d never had professional pictures before so this was a great practice for the day off. Ashlee really put a bit more at ease. On the day of she was great about getting everyone organized and where they needed to be. And finally, the pictures!! Ashlee’s work is worth the price in my opinion. Ashlee brought along a second photographer, and the photos we have of our day are perfect. They both are talented and easy to work with. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

was everything we could have asked for and more. Our engagement photos and wedding gallery both bring us so much joy to look through. Her style is both timeless and BEAUTIFUL! We love every single one of our photos and will cherish them forever! She kept on top of our timeline and ensured everything ran smoothly. We cannot recommend her enough, Ashlee is simply the best! :)

d, sensing what we needed before we even knew ourselves. We got so many compliments on how calm and comfortable we looked on our wedding day. I didn't see my husband before the ceremony, but I was definitely not calm. Noticing that I was taking deep breaths to calm my nerves, Ashlee talked me through everything, got me to be my goofy self and helped me enjoy the moment. Even when the nerves had passed, her fun-loving nature encouraged me and my husband to be ourselves. Our photos are so authentically us and we could not have done that without Ashlee.

ruly can't even write all of the good things about her in this short review. Ashlee is a talented photographer. Her work speaks for itself. What I think needs to be emphasized is her ability to really capture YOU in her work. To me, wedding photos can often look repetitive or sterile. But, Ashlee is able to make them unique and personal to truly capture the emotion and personality of the people in them. My husband and I are both quite shy why it comes to taking pictures - with Ashlee behind the camera, you'd have never known that. She is so fun, kind, and really makes your time with her feel like you are hanging out with one of your oldest friends. She is incredibly professional, efficient, and organized. From the very first conversation I had with her, to our engagement session, to the wedding day and getting our gallery back - she was just incredible. She went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. We had a FREEZING cold day with snow on the ground the day of our engagement session, and a 90 degree day for our wedding - Ashlee was a champion through those extremes and made the day so fun, we weren't even thinking about it! She was incredibly understanding, kind, and professional in dealing with some difficult dynamics on our wedding day, too. Anyone who can get my husband to "not hate" taking photos and actually admit that he had a good time, deserves a gold medal :)So, if you are looking for an awesome photographer and someone to add to your dream team, hire Ashlee. You will not regret it. I wish I had more events that required a photographer, because I'd just be so happy to work with her again. Plus, she loves dogs - so automatic win, am I right?! Thank you Ashlee, for everything. You work is amazing and more importantly, you are an incredible human. My husband doesn't know it yet, but if/when we are blessed with children, we will be making the trip back to PA for a session with you!

ad to have her. She was everything we hoped for and more! Ashlee is friendly, professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable about her job. Admittedly, we were a handful and she handled the entire day with such grace and tact. Ashlee, from the bottom of my heart thank you for being our photographer, you are THE BEST!

the fall, and we were sweating like crazy under our heavy sweaters and flannels - but when Ashlee delivered our gallery, she had worked her insane magic and made every picture look like a crisp fall day! She also made my husband and I feel so comfortable getting our picture taken - we were so relaxed and laughed the whole time we were with her, which let us get some of the shots that are now our favorites. And then there was the wedding day. Ashlee and her second shooter were an absolute dream!! They were invisible during the important moments, like our ceremony, and still managed to get incredibly detailed candid shots without being in our faces the whole time. Ashlee is so down to earth, but also super focused - she made sure we stepped away from the dance floor to take some sunset pictures, which are now my absolute favorite shots of the day. Ashlee also delivered our album insanely quickly - and not a day has gone by that I haven't opened the gallery on my commute just to scroll through and smile. I seriously can't take my eyes off these pictures! We're going to print a million of them and put them all over our house. Long story short - Ashlee is the perfect wedding photographer and you should book her ASAP :)

ted the times she went beyond her role on our wedding day- ie. helping my mom button up my dress and getting me out of the car in the rain so my dress didn't get dirty. Those were the moments where I felt she was truly invested in my experience of my wedding day and not just fulfilling her duties of taking our photos. Our day had its challenges, our wedding party was large and sometimes rowdy, it was raining off and on, the day was long, yet Ashlee remained glowing, energized, and genuinely excited for us for the 10+ hours she was with us. As we were walking to a spot to take our couple photos, the windows of a bar were open and they had live music. My husband grabbed my hand and we broke out dancing on the sidewalk. Ashlee stood in the middle of the road and stopped traffic to capture what will forever be one of my favorite moments of our day and of my life. We absolutely adore and cherish those photos as they are very "us." If you want a dedicated, energized, flexible, genuinely invested photographer who will be the best cheerleader all day and capture who you both truly are, look no further. You have found her.

e Zimmerman! She is truly a master at her craft!! Not to mention a stunning person inside and out! I hired her initially because she had affordable packages and her portfolio was filled with the kind of pictures I wanted to fill my home with, candid and gorgeous. You can tell how easy and relaxed she makes people feel by the moments she captures. I then booked her for a boudoir photoshoot after meeting her because just meeting her once put my planning mind to ease. She makes it so easy to laugh and make the best of every moment. Ashlee and Bethany were an absolute joy to work with!! 13/10 would and do recommend! I cannot wait to hire her again!

cular.

nnot thank Ashlee and Taylor enough for being a part and helping us remember our special day.

he is the ULTIMATE hype girl, makes you feel great while she's snapping pictures, makes sure you're getting the look you want. She even brought my usually camera hesitant husband out of his shell and he loved working with her and the photographer she brought as her second in charge. Our pictures are stunning and I couldn't be happier.

e were able to enjoy our wedding day while she captured it all. I almost cried when we got our photos back because she captured the true emotion and joy of the day so well. Her photos are so beautiful and thoughtful. I cannot recommend her enough! I hope you book her for your wedding so you are as happy as we are when you get your photos!

uch fun to work with - super kind, upbeat and professional. Many of our guests even came up to me to compliment both Ashlee and her second shooter Bethany. I was surprised with how quick she got our photos to us, I wasn't expecting them for at least a few weeks. The photos are stunning and I can't wait to order prints! Highly recommend! Thank you again Ashlee, I'm so happy you had our date available. I can't wait to work with you in the future!

who has amazing quality, doesn't pose you in uncomfortable positions, and has a fun going personality to match... Ashlee is your girl! She even turned around both our engagement photos and wedding photos in record time and gave us her full attention despite the crazy 2021 wedding year. If she is available for your date, don't hesitate to book! You will NOT regret it!

ing day move along smoothly while capturing every special moment perfectly. We loved working with Ashlee, she is so sweet and all of our pictures are better than we could have ever imagined!

or. Ashlee is a total pro and made sure our day of photo schedule went like clockwork. She is also a blast to work with and made the process super fun. I would urge anyone looking for a wedding photographer to book with her ASAP - she is the best!!
