Ash Events LLC

nd her groom’s wishes and executed it all. Basically, she makes it happen! We enjoyed our meetings throughout the year of planning and all of her recommendations. The day of the wedding Ashley and her team gracefully glided through the event like a well-oiled machine always 10 steps ahead of us while focused on the needs of the bride and groom.  Ashley has the beautiful gift of listening and retaining information during the planning year. Reserve Ash Events and enjoy this most special time!

i would not have even thought about. They made our day completely stress free as they did all of the heavy lifting with the planning, design, and vendor communication. when it came to our actual day, the entire team was involved in every aspect and made sure everything went off without a hitch.  I seriously cannot reccomend Ash events enough, you will regret it if you don’t hire them.

cess and their hands on help on our wedding day. I absolutely loved the whole team that was there on my wedding day! Couldn’t recommend them enough, and they’re worth every penny!!

end was full of 0 stress on our end because of how they confidently and expertly managed each of our vendors. They even covered details for us that we would have certainly forgotten, such as cocktail napkin + pen holders, etc. Couldn't recommend them enough and Carlie + Piper were great throughout the whole process in scheduling tastings, helping us manage design/decor decisions as we second-guessed our choices + bustling a crazy wedding gown train. Thank you all so much!

being involved in planning all the details, but having their team step in about 10-14 days before the big day was exactly what I needed. Throughout the planning process I asked a lot of questions, and Ashley and her team were always quick to respond and incredibly kind and helpful every time. When they stepped in before the wedding, they took the reins, coordinated with our vendors, and made sure every detail was accounted for. On the wedding day, I felt completely stress-free knowing everything was in their hands. I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day with my husband, family, and friends instead of worrying about logistics. If you're someone who wants to plan your wedding but still have professionals make sure everything runs smoothly, the Event Management package is absolutely the way to go. And if you're not as crazy about planning as I am, I'm sure they would be just as amazing to work with to plan your entire event from start to finish!

about making our day perfect. As a very organized bride, I wanted a team who could step in and flawlessly execute my vision, and that’s exactly what they did. They went above and beyond on the day of our wedding, with 3–4 team members onsite ensuring everything ran smoothly. There was always someone checking in with me, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Literally nothing went wrong — and if it did, I had no idea because they handled everything so seamlessly. Even though our wedding was small (just 45 guests), they treated it like a royal affair. Every detail was exactly how I wanted it, and the entire Ash Events team was so friendly, professional, and calm throughout the day. I can’t recommend them enough — if you’re looking for coordinators who will care as much about your day as you do, Ash Events is the one!

uld trust to make the day beautiful and run smooth. The company has clearly earned a great reputation and it was so reassuring to hear all the great things every time someone asked me who my planner was. It made me feel so comfortable! Carlie was our main girl and she was so sweet! She always got back to me whenever I had questions and was great on the wedding day. I cannot get over how my wedding day looked just like my inspo pics! All the videos and pictures we got the next day from the wedding were so special! They absolutely know what they are doing! Everyone from the company was so kind and sweet. I am so happy and grateful for how my wedding day turned out!

o knew the vendors/areas well. From the beginning, Ash and her team were helpful with even just getting started planning a wedding and providing resources throughout the process. They have excellent knowledge on Myrtle Beach weddings/events/contacts/etc.   Carlie was our lead for the wedding day and she was fantastic! She came the night before for rehearsal and helped walk our big group through everything. Her and the team on our wedding day were amazing and I am so grateful we had them there! They helped the day run smoothly, keeping everything and everyone on track. They coordinated with our vendors which was one less thing for us as a couple to have to worry about. Even little things that you don’t think about like someone following behind you for photos holding your veil and dress or giving advice on when to bring our dog in 😊 Could not recommend them enough!

planning process. They were not only incredibly organized, but also took the time to truly understand my vision for the wedding. I never felt alone in the planning process, and I could always reach out with questions or ideas, which made everything feel so much more manageable. Leading up to the big day, Ash Events was on top of every detail. Their attention to detail, punctuality, and organization ensured that I was able to enjoy the process rather than stress over every little thing, especially in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. Their team was attentive, kind, and professional—making sure that every detail was perfect and that my husband and I (and our families) had nothing to worry about. They anticipated our needs before we even had a chance to ask, and their calm and supportive presence made all the difference. Thanks to Ash Events, our wedding day was nothing short of magical. It was truly a dream come true, and I am beyond grateful for their hard work, dedication, and support. If you're looking for a planner who goes above and beyond, I can't recommend Ash Events enough!

e services I received day of my event. I am type A and had everything planned, all we needed was someone to execute it. We had various communications about my desires, and it seemed it was understood clearly prior. I sadly was not able to have Ashley present herself, and I was sent multiple assistants instead. They did not seem to be prepared at all, and went as far as not even knowing the name of my groom or wedding party during rehearsal practice. Any questions I had were met with an attitude and confusion, and I had several guests complain to me about their interaction with the planners. Even my other vendors asked me all day if I was okay due to the treatment they saw and the lack of preparedness. For example, my flower girls didn't even have flowers to throw down the aisle after I asked 3X before walking down the aisle if someone filled them. I also asked to be hidden from the guests to ensure my dress was a surprise reveal, and all the guests were escorted past me in a room with glass windows. My mother, who was undergoing chemo treatments at the time, was talked to so poorly for asking the planner to move flowers out of the bird baths 5 mins before my wedding started (which we were told wasn't allowed by the venue they had worked at 1000's of times and we would be fined) that she cried before I walked down the aisle. I brought up my concerns to Ashley after on a phone call and was more or less told I was lying about the treatment towards me and my family. If I would have let it, it could've easily ruined my day. I hired this group as locals recommended them, but I sadly did not have that same experience. I hope no one else has the same experience after paying the thousands of dollars for services on the most important day of your life. They are good at what they do, but I definitely think you should pay extra to have Ashley personally there to avoid things like this. However, I was even more disappointed I didn't even get an apology for the issues that occurred.

nsultation to the final moments of the reception, Ash’s team were organized, creative, calm under pressure, and an absolute joy to work with. Every detail was thoughtfully executed — from vendor coordination and timeline management to décor setup and guest experience. We were super busy with work and our kids, so Ash was crucial in giving us quick and beautiful options that brought our wedding to life in a way that exceeded all expectations. Their attention to detail, professional relationships in the industry, and ability to stay two steps ahead made the day feel effortless for us. On the day of the wedding, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing that everything was in expert hands. They also kept us fed which we could not have been more thankful for! Special shout out also for having our signature drinks in our hands right after the ceremony. Our family and guests were equally impressed and raved about how seamless everything was, never mind gorgeous. If you're looking for a planner who will treat your day with as much care and passion as you would (but so you don’t have to stress about it), look no further than Ash Events. We are beyond grateful and recommend her wholeheartedly.

s and had excellent communication as well as great knowledge and insight into local vendors. The planning process was seamless! The whole team made sure the whole wedding day flowed so well, and they handled everything so that my husband and I could enjoy the day! We are thrilled with how everything turned out, and we cannot recommend Ash and her team more!!

ht my wedding to life. Best of all, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Love them. Thanks a bunch to you ladies you’re rockstars! :)

. Ashley was very organized, friendly, responsive and professional. We would highly recommend Ashley. Thank you for helping make our day so special!!

nmatched. I received many compliments from my guests about how smoothly the day went and how much we were able to accomplish and still be able to enjoy our day. I did not have to lift a finger on the day of my wedding. As soon as we walked down the aisle, we had drinks and appetizers waiting for us from Ashley and her team. Someone was beside me constantly helping hold my dress up and hold my flowers. The timeline Ashley creates is absolutely crucial to being able to be present and enjoy your day and guests. From the very beginning, Ashley will provide you with all the information and tools needed to execute the vision you have for your wedding day. From there, Ashley and her team will make it all happen for you. She has the best vendor recommendations and will communicate with them for you. Ashley is so experienced, she will ask you questions you never even thought of. You will have constant reassurance, utmost care, and be in the best wedding planner hands there are. I thoroughly enjoyed working and communicating with Ashley over the last year planning our wedding. I truly couldn’t have pictured our wedding day more perfect and would not have been able to do it without Ash Events.

all the best vendors and could really help me plan our special day. If I can give 10 stars I would! The whole process was seamless and they really are top-notch. Every time I met with Ash and her team they made me feel at ease and had everything taken care of. Ash and Carlie contributed to making our wedding day unforgettable. From the first consultation to the end of the big day, they took care of all the little things and even added some special touches. Plus they were the most energetic and fun people to have a part of our big day! I hope they know how much we appreciate them!! They truly captured my vision and made our night so magical. They were by far my best wedding investment. We were so blessed to have such an amazing team. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

g for, even if you are bad at explaining it. We trusted her so much, that I didn’t even think about the logistics of anything on the day of. It was perfect in every way. Her attention to detail is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The team she had with her was amazing too. Presley and Carly were the sweetest, and they made it feel like I had extra friends on the day of! Ash, we can never thank you enough. We truly love you and appreciate the artistry behind everything that you do!💛

lped ease the stress of all the big decisions. They listened to our vision and made it come to life! The day of they made sure everything ran smoothly so we didn't have to worry. They were organized making sure the flow of the day moved seamlessly, while also making sure we always had a fresh drink in our hand. If you are looking for a planner I highly recommend Ash Events you will not be disappointed!

you can and implement it flawlessly and with grace. I can't even imagine what my wedding day would have looked like without Ash and her amazing team!

thout them. Ashley is the goddess of all things wedding, and clearly she only hires the best. Carlie was the lead for my wedding and WOW. From the time we hired ASH EVENTS she was professional and helpful. I told her my vision and her and the team made it better than I could have ever imagined. I’m not sure how they got my dollar store budget decor to look like the Pinterest board that dreams are made of but my gosh it did. Bri was my go to girl the day of my wedding and she is incredible. From holding my veil to helping me change- she was by my side to cater to all my needs. She helped ensure my photographer got all the shots I wanted, and even helped us fix ourselves and pose us. Mandy was on social media duty…. Okay….people literally hire content creators and we got one for free from ash events. We had fun making tik-tocks with her, but the best part was that less than 24 hours later I had hundreds of pictures and videos from the day. Mia helped do all the things from rounding up my family to help breaking down the venue when the night was over. I literally can’t think of one single thing that went wrong or wasn’t perfect. I know this is because of Ash and her team. I didn’t lift a finger, the day of my wedding and that’s how it should be. If you’re going to “skimp” on anything wedding related DON’T let it be your planner. Thank you soooo much Ashley, Carlie, Bri, Mia, and Mandy. You all are so very talented!

is not good with planning or organizing they showed me so much grace. There were things I wanted to handle myself but the moment I told them I wanted them to take the reins they went above and beyond. Any time I had questions they answered. I had a few hiccups along the way but they never made me feel bad and helped me fix them. They also never once made me feel bad or judged when I wanted to stick to a certain budget and always offered me suggestions for vendors or items that fit my budget better. I went from a girl who didn’t even want to have a wedding to having the best day of my life because of Ash Events. I truly cannot say enough good things about this team!

life but was so easy and fun to work with! Through the whole process she kept us on track with timelines, checked in regularly, and was always available to answer our questions and calm any anxieties. Ashley is everything you want in an organized, knowledgeable, professional wedding planner but she adds a level of care and love that is so comforting. Thanks to Ashley and her team’s expertise and organization, the day ran so smoothly, I got to be fully present knowing everything was being taken care of; that was the best gift. Her professionalism and dedication were truly exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. If you're looking for someone who will make your wedding day truly special and unforgettable, we highly recommend AshEvents. Thank you for everything, Ashley!

y dream idea, detail and aspect of our wedding weekend was executed to perfection! I have a professional background in large scale event planning and I knew the most important vendor to find and really connect with was a planner. After lots of research and getting to know Ashley on the initial call, I knew I found the perfect partner and team to execute our dream wedding weekend. Ashley & her team are experts in all things wedding & event planning. She recommended phenomenal vendors that were a perfect fit for our vision and budget. I LOVED working with Taryn & Ashley on the wedding design and aesthetic as they walked me through every element of design process and handled all the logistics. Ashley and her team are extremely accessible, helpful, supportive, proactive, and most importantly professional problem solvers. I cannot emphasis enough how truly amazing Ashley and her team are at what they do! They are a joy to work with and you can count on them for ALL THE THINGS! Hire Ash Events, trust them through the process and you will have the best possibly experience in planning your wedding!

ed. She took the time to really understand our vision for the wedding and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of it was executed flawlessly. From coordinating with vendors to creating detailed timelines, she had everything meticulously organized, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the lead-up to our wedding. One of the things I appreciated most about having Ashley & Bri coordinate our day was their problem-solving skills. No matter what unexpected challenges arose —including a massive thunderstorm right before our ceremony — she handled them with grace and efficiency, always keeping us informed and offering solutions that put our minds at ease. Her ability to think on her feet and adapt to any situation was truly impressive. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on soaking in every moment with our loved ones. From coordinating the ceremony to orchestrating the reception, Ash ensured that everything flowed seamlessly, and we couldn't have asked for a more stress-free, fun day!

o worry about. Ash and her team went above and beyond with our wedding, when there were some staffing issues, Ash stepped up, no questions asked. Any problem on the day was handled quickly and without me knowing what happened until I asked after the wedding. I am truly grateful to this team, and I could not recommend them more highly.

and so helpful. Callie, thank you so much for helping me find the best vendors and put together the most beautiful day, wishing you and your family the best.:) Taryn and Ashley, thank you so much for jumping in for the last month and day of. Everything went perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me accomplish all our dreams for the wedding day as well as all my dad's "surprises" that seem to get more and more over the top as the wedding got closer haha. Thank you so much again, we seriously had the time of our lives and can't believe it's already over. Love y'all so much, The Robbins

utions, if needed, to ensure what I envisioned for my wedding and make it 1000x better. Her team was extremely attentive and professional the ENTIRE event. I have a whole album of the best candid photos and videos that I will forever cherish!

d in every way. The amount of people that have complimented how beautiful and well organized our wedding was is all thanks to the Ash Events team & of course Ashley. We couldn't have asked for a better team for our special day!!

ire process was so much less stressful and actually enjoyable because I had Ashley. The wedding day went so smoothly - even my guests noticed and I still get compliments on that! Ashley’s attention to detail and dedication to her work does not go unnoticed! Her team was such a pleasure to have around too - there was always someone to snap some behind the scene picks, hold my dress, grab me drinks, and anything else I could ever need! At one point, I fell on the dance floor and immediately Ashley was there helping me get up LOL! I’ll never find all the words to say much I appreciate Ashley and her team, so let me just say THANK YOU for everything you do. You guys are magical wedding wizards and I’ll forever remember how you made my dream wedding a reality :)

't do -and do PERFECTLY). This was hands down the best money we invested into our wedding day. Ashley and her team made the day/the month+ leading up to it stress-free. I can truly say that I did not have a single worry on my wedding day and had the best time. It was absolutely stunning (she designed it- I had no vision, no time, no desire), and there is NO WAY we could have pulled off such a mind-blowingly smooth and gorgeous event without Ashley & team. She did ALL the stressing and all the heavy lifting. Best weekend of my life.

cation with vendors to her day of coordination, Ash and her team made the whole thing go as smooth as possible. She was incredibly responsive before the wedding with any questions and even helped us navigate a few post wedding things. My wife and I joked that they were so prepared and intuitive that they knew what we were thinking before we even did. They even provided us with around 900 of their personal photos from the day so we’d have them. It was such a personal touch. We were so happy with Ash and her team and they seriously gave us our dream wedding. We cannot recommend Ash events enough!

about anything - they had such great relationships with all the vendors we were using, were so familiar with our venue and were so easy to communicate with. Simply cannot recommend them enough! We were able to fully enjoy our wedding day because of Ash Events.

ile planning her own!). When we first chose to get married at Atalaya Castle, we knew there would be logistical challenges planning from Virginia, especially given all of the coordination required for a wedding in Huntington State Park. Any worries we had quickly melted away with Chelsea’s unbelievable attention to detail and commitment to our vision. She was amazing throughout the process, and went above and beyond in the final weeks and day of coordination. There was nothing she didn’t have covered, making it so easy for us to just enjoy the day and be present in the moment. We cannot recommend the Ash Events team enough. They were a true blessing and we are so thankful for everything they did to make our wedding everything we hoped.

e their only wedding that weekend so we had the whole team there helping and cheering us on. We had a smaller wedding of only family and a few friends at Brookgreen Gardens. We were completely lost on vendors before our meeting with her and she hooked us up with all the premier vendors in the Grand Strand and Charleston areas. We had the Event Management package that included the Month of Coordination services. This plan worked best for my now wife and I because we both wanted to be very involved in the planning and coordinating process. We worked with Ashley back and forth with questions that came up and she was always helpful and delighted to be of assistance. I have never seen a team handle logistics on the week leading up to our wedding and the day of better than this team. We did not have to worry about anything the month of and was only bothered with logistics when it was a last resort issue that needed our final decision. Unfortunately, we had some weather issues that day and Ashley worked with our vendors to come up with the best plans possible for us to be able to get all the pictures and videos possible. Once the question got to us it was these are the two best options we have worked out and we just had to choose. One of our favorite special touches they included was being presented with our favorite drinks right after we walked down the aisle, it was great! We were also surprised with an entire album shared to us of all the pictures their team took from setting up to breaking down our events. There are over 800 pictures and videos that were amazing to see how our day was created and the efforts they took to make our day exactly what we had been planning. We 10/10 recommend them and hope to work with them in the future for other events.

forward with the month of planner package. They handled a final review of our vendor contracts, our rehearsal the day before, and absolutely everything on the big day. I was skeptical leading up to the event that they would be able to pull off my vision (I had a LOT of small details and expectations that I was worried would not be brought to life), but honestly, their services were worth every penny and they blew my expectations out of the water. They prepared my husband and me throughout every step of the day and took care of issue resolution without bringing a single worry to my attention the entire time. They also did an amazing job taking care of our parents the day of, helping keep us all refreshed with food and drinks throughout the evening and making sure we all could fully enjoy the event. Lastly, they shared a HUGE album full of amazing candid wedding content videos and photographs from the big day. We are so grateful to have all of the memories captured (we did not hire a videographer and honestly did not even need it given how much content they gave us) THANK YOU so so much for everything, you've got new raving fans from the Shea/Walsh clan and we are forever grateful. Hire them - you will not regret it!

. They helped us stay under budget and handled logistics in a way that made the process and the big day very relaxing. The week and day of especially were a breeze thanks to Ashe events. They handlers all vendor communication and all we had to do is enjoy. They even took hundreds of pictures and videos and shared them with us immediately after as we waited for our professional pictures… a huge bonus I wasn’t even aware of when we decided to work with Ash Events. Hire Ash Events - you won’t regret it!

ur ~200 person destination wedding in South Carolina and ~50 person rehearsal dinner. We are from Massachusetts and only made a couple of trips down to Pawleys Island during the two years we were planning the wedding. Ashley recommended amazing vendors in the area, managed all our contracts and kept everything so organized. She was very responsive whenever I found something new to stress over. By the time our wedding day came, I was able to completely relax because I had complete faith in Ashley and Ash Events to deliver us the wedding of our dreams. Callie worked with us for our rehearsal dinner and made everything run perfectly. I truly felt like I had known these women my whole life and they were helping to make one of their own friend's or family member's dreams come true. The kindness and professionalism is something I will always remember. I 10/10 recommend for any event! I hope to have to use them for another event in the future :)

llar vendors to pivoting the day of due to inclement weather, Ashley and Chelsea M were on top of every detail from start to finish. My husband and I didn’t have to think about a thing on our wedding day, and were able to just sit back and enjoy the moment with our family and friends. At the end of the night, I remember talking with my husband about how wonderful everything turned out. They helped us feel SO special. One of the sweetest perks was being given access to their “behind the scenes” social media videos and photos the following day! I can’t recommend them enough!

gan, we prioritized having a full planning package. However, we never could have imagined how incredible Ash (and the Chelsea’s, who assisted day-of!) would be – The Ash Events Team is worth their weight in gold. As a Type A bride myself, Ash’s level of organization immediately made me feel at ease. She provided us with curated lists of vendor recommendations, which made nailing down these crucial pieces from afar a breeze, and who all exceeded our expectations on the big day. Throughout the planning process, Ash was always available to answer my questions (no matter how small or silly), listened to every idea I had, and worked to make it possible. She also crafted a PERFECT timeline for our wedding day… Seriously, even some of our vendors were mentioning to us how relaxed the day was. I would be remiss to not mention the million little things Ash and her team did throughout the day to make it THAT much better – Saving hor d’oeuvres for my husband and I to snack on during photos, having our favorite cocktails waiting for us at the end of the aisle, holding down my dress to get the perfect sunset photos, and even laying out our After Party outfits in our hotel suite. Ash truly goes above and beyond and allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day, soaking in every moment. On top of everything, Ash’s team managed to capture over 500 pictures and videos of our wedding day that she sent to us the very next morning, allowing us to relive the day over and over again. We received so many compliments from our guests on how well-executed the day was – We’re not entirely sure how we would have pulled this off without Ash and her team (and we honestly had SO much fun with them!). I could go on-and-on, but if you are reading this and you haven’t sent that inquiry e-mail yet, do it now… We love Ash Events!

tting up meetings, making sure she knew everything I had planned and needed and kept me calm the entire time. The day of was fabulous. They left me zero time to be stressed. Picking up my belongings to bring to the venue, taking photos and videos all day to catch all the special moments I will cherish forever, they never let my cup go empty, and finished the night by making sure all of my belongings were in my car and it was ready to go. I have never felt more calm and spoiled and that is exactly how a wedding should feel.

she was doing. Everything was perfect and wouldn't have been without her. She's an MVP.

ld ask for. Using their servcies was worth every penny. During the day of, Chelsea was on top of her game 110% of the time. She made sure my husband and family were well taken care of throughout the whole event. Throughout the planning process, they provided so much insight, documents, tips, etc. and it was incredibly helpful. I will 10000% use Ash Events for my next life event. Thank you ladies for everything! Our day was so special and I'm so glad they were there to help & celebrate!

ve known-it was stress free for us as a couple. Our requests for the day were handled graciously and beautifully presented. We would 100% recommend Ash Events to any couple for their wedding planning needs!

r clients. I knew I wanted a wedding planner from the beginning, but it was something I had to convince my parents on, and after the wedding, my dad said numerous times that Ashley, Callie and the rest of the team were so fantastic! He also said he didn't know what we would've done without them! If you are looking for a wedding planner, stop here and hire Ash events, and go ahead and purchase the full time planner plan!!! I promise you won't regret it! No chance I would've had the absolute wedding of my dreams with Ashley and Callie's help!
