Best bridal boutique ever! Such sweet people and a great selection! I loved that sale rack!!
I came to Arzelle's with my mom and sister! We all had a great time talking with Kimmia. She let me pick out my own dresses to try on, take as many pictures as I liked, and continu...
ed to answer my questions months after I purchased my dress. They did my alterations in the store and steamed my dress before my bridal portraits and then again before my wedding day! They took such good care of me and my dress, always making sure I was prepared for the next set of the wedding process. Seriously the most friendly service ever! We love Arzelle's Bridal!!!
When we got engaged, I was so excited to go dress shopping. But I was immediately overwhelmed. There are so many boutiques - where to go? Finding the perfect dress was both the mos...
t intimidating, exciting and important. Thankfully, I found Arzelle's through reviews. I made 3 appointments for salons about town, with Arzelle's being the first. Admittedly, it's not in the most chic part of town, but when I walked into the stores I was IMMEDIATELY in love with everything I saw. The team at Arzelle's is INCREDIBLE. I was lucky enough that my dress was the third one I tried on. Yes, the third. And it was no coincidence. They listened to my style, how I wanted to feel and just hit the nail on the head. It was only the third wedding dress I ever tried on, but it was so perfect I never had to second guess the decision once. Have I mentioned that they are incredible? So friendly, so helpful and just generally lovely people. You genuinely become a part of a family when you are an Arzelle's Bride. When I drive by now, I just want to stop in and say hi. At every step of the way they were keeping me cool, calm and collected about the fit of my dress. (I was especially nervous about fitting into my dress once it came in.) And can we talk about Cindy, who does their alterations. Wow! She is amazing. So fast and unbelievably talented. She altered my dress, a bolero and even helped me flip my vail - it all fit perfectly. Please do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Kimmea and the team. They are absolutely the family you want to work with for such an important part of your day.
Arzelles has been in Nashville for a long time. They are experienced to the highest level in everything they do. The most wonderful experience!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arzelles!! Their dresses are stunning and the staff is incredible. From your first private appointment in the gorgeous boutique to your l...
ast fitting, they make you feel so special and beautiful. They even have sample dresses for those brides that are on a tighter budget like myself. They also have an on site seamstress that is quick and does beautiful work! Everyone should at least check it out!
I was an older bride getting married for the second time and very unsure about dress shopping....Kimmia made me feel comfortable and was so incredibly helpful! With her help, I fou...
nd a gorgeous dress in the sale dresses. Kay did a great job altering the dress and the lace jacket I also bought on clearance. They were both so helpful and pleasant to work with. The dresses at Arzelles are top knotch and GORGEOUS. My daughter's bridesmaid dress was bought off the rack too and was adorable (alfred sung silk dress). My only regret was not spending more time in my dress during alterations. I regret not adding straps (I battled my strapless dress falling down all day). Arzelles is where I bought my bridesmaid dresses for my first wedding 23 years ago and they are still a great salon with gorgeous dresses to choose from!
I feel in love with a dress there. They ordered the "updated" version without telling me. It did not look the same. When I questioned it at my first fitting, they told me it was ju...
st because it was too big and needed alterations. After 6 alterations, the dress still looked terrible. It had holes in the tulle, barely zipped, and I could not walk. I took it to another alterations place and they told me that the dress was basically ruined because of where the tear was and how poorly the alterations were. I ended up having to get a new dress 2 weeks before my wedding. This was a designer dress that they ruined and refused to take responsibility because their alterations person was contracted. DO NOT GO HERE!! It was an added stress and so time consuming for a dress that I didn't even wear on my wedding day but still paid for. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.
Exactly what the dress shopping experience I dreamed of would be. The dress selection might be a bit smaller than some of the larger salons, however they are carefully selected and...
every wedding dress on their racks is beautiful. There was not a single dress I looked at and thought to myself "who would ever wear that?!".
I loved their selection so much I ended up with TWO (sort of three) dresses for the big day! For two gowns and the overskirt for my fit and flare dress, I'm still under my dress budget.
THANK YOU, LADIES!
I happened to end up at Arzelles after an awful alteration experience in my home town so I was very nervous to use their services even to steam my dress, I can say from the minute ...
I walked in they made me feel comfortable. They did a great job at understanding my dress and everything needed to steam it properly. I wish I could have used their services for anything and everything related to my dress. Go here!!!
my dress came in a few weeks early and they were very helpful.
Go somewhere else.- They are not worried about the customer's satisfaction only about making $$. My daughter was in a wedding and all the bridesmaid dresses were incorrectly meas...
ured. So we paid $300 for a dress that did not fit and another $100 to have it altered. They also want to charge the out of town bridesmaid;s shipping cost of $30. It does not matter if you live in Memphis or California they will charge you $30 for ground shipping. They are very unprofessional and do not know what they need to do to make a customer happy. UNHAPPY with the whole experience.
I chose to make an appointment at this bridal store because it had been awarded the best of the knot in 2013 and I was more than unimpressed when I arrived. There is a very small g...
own selection and the employees were more worried about socializing than assisting me. I wouldn't recommend this store!
Arzelle's was the first place I went to look for wedding dresses. I brought several of my friends and we found the store to be such a comfortable environment. I went to a couple of...
other stores who were larger with more selection and also pricier, but ultimately I came back to Arzelle's to get my dress. Several of my bridesmaids also came back with me again to try on bridesmaid dresses and we also found those dresses there as well! Everyone was super nice and helpful! Luckily I needed no alterations at all on my dress, but I came back the week before the wedding and they steamed my dress for me and fixed my bustle!
I purchased my dress from Arzelle's on my second visit to the store. Some of the girls in the store seemed more interested in gossiping than helping me, but others went out of thei...
r way to help. I don't remember names. I got my alterations done at the store which was quite simple and seemed affordable... I only needed it taken in. Overall I would go back to Arzelle's because the alterations were perfect and I love my dress, but I wasn't overwhelmed by the great service by the girls on the floor by any means.
The girls at the shop were so friendly and genuinely excited about my wedding, even though there are SO many brides that come through the doors. The alterations were easy and done...
right.
I walked into Arzelle's not really knowing what I was getting into. My dress budget was pretty small, and I quickly realized that basically everything in the store was way past my...
limit. However, the girl who was helping me was very kind and understanding, and after listening to me describe what I was looking for, came over with a few bridesmaid dresses that could be ordered in ivory. The very first one I tried on was IT. I am very appreciative of the fact that even upon learning that I was not their normal clientele, the girl helping me didn't write me off, she worked with me to find something that would work.
I did have some issues with my fittings, though from what I understand the people who do the alterations are not employed by Arzelle's, they just have a symbiotic work relationship.
Overall, I was pleased, and I got the dress I was dreaming of.
Wonderful ladies to work with! They carry some of the best designers, and have every dress you could possibly imagine yourself trying on. Wish I could visit the store everyday!
Not only was my dress perfect, the experience in the store was wonderful. They don't overwhelm you into this huge decision, they just let you take your time and figure things out....
My dress and all bridesmaid dresses came from here and they were amaing!
I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses at Arzelle's because they were the only local vendors who carried the line of dresses I was interested in. They did have ...
a good selection but I didn't find the staff to be overly helpful. We were basically left to fend for ourselves. I feel this may be because we were shopping for bridesmaids and not the wedding dress. The cost of the dresses was full retail, in other words, very expensive. I ended up finding the same dresses online for about 30% under Arzelle's price.
The staff at Arzelle's was amazing. They were honest and up front and told me what they liked and didn't like on me. I did not feel pressured to buy a dress just so a salesperson c...
ould make commission. They were honest and very knowledgeable. The alterations were a bit steep and a button fell off my $2,500 dress, but other than that, my experience was wonderful.
THE place in Nashville to purchase your wedding gown!
Arzelle's is such a beautiful shop and makes every bride-to-be fell like she is a queen! It is wonderfully decorated with bi dressing rooms and so many styles of gowns, it took me ...
a long time just to narrow it down to my favorites. Erin could not have been nicer and she was very encouraging to me in what I liked, never criticizing or pushing me toward a more expensive gown or style I wasn't comfortable wearing. Once I chose my dress, all of the fittings went like clockwork, and my veil was gorgeous! I couldn't have dreamed up a prettier dress or a more fabulous group to work with!
Arzelle's Bridal is a great wedding shop, and they were the only place I could find a specific pair of earrings that I loved. They have gorgeous dresses and great jewelry :-)
Arzelle's was great. They really took their time helping me find my dress. I got my dress altered there as well and it look great. I had to only have two fittings before it was per...

t and helpful. The lady who does their alterations is amazing and surprisingly affordable! My bridesmaids even ordered their dresses there. I would highly recommend it!
These ladies are FABULOUS! They helped me not only with my dress, but my moms and bridesmaids! Everyone looked fabulous! Most helpful vendor by far!
Great place to go for your wedding dress. I can't speak to the alterations shop as I didn't use her. Not too big, not too small, just the right size. Cute accessories too.
This was the third place I looked at for dresses and when I put the dress on, it was exactly what I had been looking for. The girls are very helpful there and everything came in wa...

Wonderful customer service and excellent selection of wedding dresses in all price ranges!
Overall, my experience with Arzelle's was great. I planned my wedding in just 4 months, so ordering of dresses was my biggest concern. My bridemaids dresses didn't arrive until t...
