Barb, thank you so much for making our wedding day so absolutely PERFECT, we couldn't have done it without you!!!!

ere going to use Artistry for our planning AND floral needs. Every contact my wife, and I had with Barb was pleasant. She met with us at the Opal Sands for our tasting and guided us with her thoughts on what she had learned about us in order to have the most exquisite dinner for our reception. She was even able to get the special sangria recipe from our favorite restaurant; so my wife was able to have it after the wedding. I have heard from numerous people at our wedding that Barb and her team were meticulous, courteous, and professional. We received plenty of compliments on the decor, flowers, and timing of our wedding and reception. This would not have been possible without the expertise of this team and their fabulous leader. There is no other planner/florist to choose fornyour wedding. If you do decide to go with someone else don't be heartbroken when it is less than PERFECT. We will be using Artistry for our vow renewal in 20years for sure.... Celeste and I love you Barb and you will always be considered family.

Great Gatsby fairytale. If there is anything I can say about these women and this company is that YOU NEED THEM! They are like fairy god mothers that make all your wedding dreams come true. They were there for me every single step of the way to give me a glass of water or to make sure the leaves on the flowers were right. I felt genuinely about them and I can't express how great they are, but I clearly just tried my best!

but Barb always made me feel better that even on my wedding day I had nothing to worry about I had 100% trust in her and her team .

or the ceremony and reception. She helped us with the timeline and made what could've been a nightmare into a perfect, smooth, transitionless dream. During the homily, our priest even had to stop and mention how beautiful the flower arrangements were. Everyone said that it was the most beautiful wedding they have attended! If I wouldn't have had her, I would've been completely lost. She's amazing!!!

The weeks leading up to the wedding, she was extremely efficient and quick at responding to any questions we had. The flower arrangements were more than beautiful. Unfortunately, the weather took a turn for the worst, and it was very impressive how quickly the team worked to move the ceremony indoors and redirect the guests. I would strongly recommend Barb from Artistry Designs to anyone having an event or gathering!

very least, a day-of planner. From the first time we met Barb my daughter and I felt instantly at ease. She was both responsive to our needs and creative in her visions. She helped us make our ideas a reality, all the while keeping us on budget. Barb was such a calming presence on the big day! From mending the maid of honor's dress to keeping the whole event's timing on track, she was a pleasure to work with! When we first saw the reception ballroom design, it took our breath away. The florals were incredible! So, now that our second daughter is engaged we knew just where to go. This time around we decided to increase Barb's involvment by hiring her as our full-time wedding coordinator. We know this wedding will be just as lovely as the first one! We would highly recommend Barb and the Artistry Designs Group! -Gaynor Dietz (mother-of-the-bride) & Lauren Davis (bride)

She helped guide us from start to finish and always steered us into the right direction and helped us to save in every way possible. t how beautiful the flowers were! Aside from making the whole process so much easier (and calmer) her fee and prices were beyond reasonable, she kept us on budget or below and saved us so much money. She was there every step of the way and had an answer for everything. All the vendors she recommended were fabulous. The whole planning process, the wedding day and GORGEOUS FLOWERS would not have been possible without Barb! She gave my daughter and her husband a DREAM WEDDING!!! We just could not have done it without her, she will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you, Cathy

gives you advice, insight, simplifications, and referrals for everything you need in your wedding planning process. Barb does an amazing job making your wedding vision a reality. All wedding design work Barb does is classy & sophisticated, yet matches your style & vision as a couple. Barb worked tirelessly to make sure our centerpieces; bouquets, décor, & linens exactly matched our challenging wedding color palette. Barb has a great report with all venues and vendors that she recommends and they are all top notch. Our wedding day would not have been as organized, successful, and well decorated without her!

ion venue. After thoroughly looking through her portfolio and reading numerous reviews, I knew we had to work with her and used her services for planning, flowers, lighting, and wedding decorations. Barb provided top notch vendors. All of them that I truly loved working with...from photography and video, to invitations and makeup. Barb had timelines and made sure I was on schedule on everything that needed to be done. Didn't feel the "stress" that comes with wedding planning bc of Barb and her team. I truly enjoyed the wedding planning process. Barb was also accommodating and worked with my mom and I on our budget, especially on the wedding flowers and decors. I remember reading emails at midnight and 1 in the morning from Barb tweaking the flowers and making sure it fit our budget. After seeing the church then the reception room, I knew we made the right decision. The lighting; the huge centerpieces; the way she laid out the escort cards; and the way the candles were scattered in the room; her eye for detail and perfection was clear and obvious. It was what I had imagined in my head. The feeling that I wanted to convey during the reception she was able to make a reality. And, to top it off...everything was organized. If there was a glitch during the day, I was not aware of it. And, better yet, my mom was not aware of it. Barb and her team gave me everything I imagined and I'm thankful she was part of my day!

y could not have asked for anything more. Everything went off without a hitch and I continue to get compliments about how beautiful the wedding was. All of the other vendors that she connected me with were fantastic as well- and they all had the most amazing compliments for Barb. She really is the engine that keeps everything going as well as has the creativity and vision to bring any wedding dream to life! Thank you Barb for an amazing wedding that I will never forget!

process and the results surpassed my expectations for our wedding. The wedding flowers were gorgeous and when I entered the reception for the first time, the room was absolutely breath-taking! I can't thank Barb enough for making our wedding day a truly beautiful event.

ints about anything. If you're looking for the perfect wedding, Barb and her Artistry Design team is who you want!

with us, recommending trusted vendors, reviewing contracts, providing timelines, and so much more! She made herself accessible and was always quick to respond to an email, phone call or text. It was really the month before the wedding that I appreciated her hard work the most! It was wonderful and such a relief to have one contact, as she coordinated everything with the venue and the rest of the vendors. When it came to the decor and florals, her work took my breath away! She listened to all my ideas, understood my vision (even when I may not have seen the big picture or was able to articulate it), and was able to make it come to life even better than I could have ever imagined. Her attention to detail is spectacular and the flowers were gorgeous! Barb is a true professional that I fully trusted to coordinate my entire wedding and I would highly recommend her and the Artistry Designs Group team to any bride!

Artistry Designs Group was able to work with us so that we were able to have the wedding of our dreams and still stay close to our budget. Barb as our day of coordinator was the best decision we could've made. She made sure the whole day went smoothly, and it truly went off without a hitch! Barb and her team, including her lovely daughter, contributed so much to ensuring we had a perfect wedding day, and I could not ask for more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

te. Every flower arrangement looks fresh and unique. All the tables, specially the bridal party one look perfectly decorated. Barbara is a very responsible, reliable woman with great taste. The wedding was a success, and Barbara played a big role on making this posible.

utiful work, choosing her as our florist and coordinator was an easy decision. Living in Chicago and having a hectic work schedule, I was worried that I would not be able to be as involved as I had hoped in the planning process. Although we only met once or twice in person before the wedding, we talked on the phone and emailed ideas, pictures, and questions to each other often. She listened to my ideas and added new suggestions to enhance every aspect of the wedding. I could trust Barb to give me her honest opinion and at times to make decisions on my behalf. It all culminated in the most amazing wedding I could have ever imagined. The flowers were gorgeous, the lighting made it seem as if our marriage canopy was floating in the night's sky. It was the perfect setting to start a beautiful marriage! We were overwhelmed with the compliments we received in the weeks and months to follow. We could not have been happier with her work and would happily recommend her to others. Love, Erin and Andrew

dding was going to be at Bella Collina in Montverde, Florida. She completely outdid herself with everything!!!! I was a mess with ideas and constant new ideas and she made my vision and fairytale wedding a reality. She traveled to Bella Collina and did day of coordination, flowers, decor, and lighting. She gave us the most beautiful canopy with a flower bar and hanging chandelier that fit perfectly with Bella Collina. All the flowers and decor were vintage chic which is exactly what I was going for! Her communication was amazing as there were some nights it was 12:30-1:00 a.m. and she would still be emailing back. I can't thank you enough for giving us our fairytale wedding and being such a special part of our wedding! You exceeded our expectations and made all my rambled ideas into the most beautiful wedding I have yet to see at Bella Collina. Our guests were in awe with all the detail, hard work, and just everything about the wedding. We will definitely stay in touch and you will always hold a special place in our hearts for giving us the wedding of our dreams and something to remember for the rest of our lives!!!

wedding coordinator of the resort, and I am so thankful for that! Barb not only handled every request I threw her way (for the record was A LOT!), she worked with my busy schedule and kept me in line with the numerous important details and deadlines. She made living over two hours from the resort a breeze, coordinating a single day with the appropriate vendors to run through trials, tastings, and detail finalization. Barb saved me hours of research and review reading with her recommendations to find the best possible hair and makeup artist, photographer, and DJ for my wedding. The entire planning process was extremely efficient. However, I didn’t realize how thankful I was for Barb until the wedding was finally here. Our officiant was unable to attend the rehearsal, so Barb stepped in and her experience with the process was obvious. She managed to not only run the ceremony the exact way the reverend ran it the next day, but sweet, little Barb managed to rally a bridal party of 22 loud individuals plus families and got the job done in less than a half hour! Although, my thankfulness does not end there, the wedding day was more than I could ever dream. From the timeline, to the recommended vendors, to the details, I was left speechless with the end result. The timeline was planned so perfectly that I did not feel rushed one bit, not to mention allowed time for me to relax before the ceremony began. Barb’s work on the floral arrangements and details surpassed anything I could possibly imagine. You can tell Barb’s passion for her career shines through her work. Her attention to detail, experience, and professionalism with the entire process was AMAZING! She made my wedding a dream come true and I will cherish every minute of it for the rest of my life!! Thank you Barb! Love, Nikki & Chris

vendors and Barb's name was given to me by the catering manager. After setting up my free consultation and meeting with Barb, I knew she would be the right fit. I used her for partial wedding planning services, flowers, lighting and décor. She helped me with every request I had and was available to meet any time I needed her. It was really helpful to centralize everything and made it easy to manage. She also helped coordinate with my other vendors like the photographer and transportation. Everyone that I worked with had nothing but great things to say about her. Needless to say the wedding day was flawless and she made my vision a reality. Everything was perfect and the flowers were stunning!! It has been a few weeks since the wedding and we have received the most amazing compliments. Our Pastor came up to me at church and said that our wedding was the most amazing wedding he has ever seen or been a part of (and he has done many). He said it was just like something you see in the movies. My co-workers were raving over the flowers and how “stunning" they were. The consensus across the board was that the wedding was “spectacular”. Thanks for everything Barb! I can’t wait to work with you on the next big event!! Vanessa & Kyle

ith the planning process. She always answered my countless emails and addressed any of my concerns. We would meet on lunch breaks between working 40-50 hour weeks to make sure everything was on target for the big day. She really helped with choosing my vendors and was always keeping my budget in mind. The decor was beautiful, and I appreciate all her hard work. Thanks Barb!!! :)

any wedding, we had a lot of moving parts up to the day of the wedding itself and we were making changes based on a lot of those factors. Throughout the process, Barb was very professional, courteous, and understanding and made my wife and I feel like we were a team working together. And BOY did she deliver! Our wedding at the Con Cesar exceeded our expectations by a mile largely because of Barb's keen eye for decorations, lighting, and flowers. The reception room was stunning. We can't say enough good things about Barb and her staff! -Gio and Melissa
