Everything about Arizona Nordic Village was perfect for our wedding. We were looking for a place that felt like being in nature without sacrificing any amenities like power and that's exactly what we got. They welcome anyone to visit to see how beautiful it is, and have tons of pictures of gorgeous weddings that they've held before, but that's not all that the Nordic Village does right. Throughout our planning process, the Nordic Village was there to help. We had a personal tour when we were just interested, with a follow-up tour as we got closer to our wedding. But outside of that, when we wanted to bring parents, or our wedding planner on short notice it wasn't an issue. They also provide great resources throughout the process. We were provided a list of preferred vendors, and the communication between the Nordic Village and these vendors was perfect. Not once during the process or on our wedding day did we have any issues despite being so far outside of town. On our wedding day, the staff at Nordic Village pulled all the stops to make the day special. I wasn't the most focused on the day, but our planner was so appreciative of all the help the staff provided. Everything was setup and ready on the day of before we got there, making setup so nice and easy. Overall, I cannot recommend the Nordic Village enough, and the staff there will make your day special.

Arizona Nordic Village was such a beautiful venue! The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The communication was solid, both via emails and calls we setup since we were not local. Everything was perfect! They were flexible and ready to help with anything we needed. So happy with our selection of ANV as the venue for our wedding!

ay of coordinator through the venue so we didn’t hire a coordinator. The day of the wedding, the coordinators that we were communicating with us during the whole process were out of office (nothing wrong with that but was a bit weird considering they were our point of contact the whole planning process). The day of “coordinator” was not very helpful and put a lot of stress on our families because we were under the impression that they would play a traditional coordinator role. I wish there was more communication.

VER, their team (Sarah, Morgan, and Kendra) was horrible to work with. They overcharged me twice, they had to reschedule the venue walk through with my planner DAY OF because they forget they had a wedding that day; which was also inconvenient since I drove from PHX and my planner from Tucson. The WORST thought was that I paid to rent out every cabin and room they offered so that our day would just be filled with our wedding party. They double booked and did not communicate this with me, so when I got to the venue the day of our wedding, there were strangers everywhere and the rooms we paid for were filled with people who were not our guests. They did not give me any notice or apologize for this major inconvenience, nor did they do anything to make up for it. What they should have done was paid for a hotel for all of the people they booked who were not apart of the wedding. Instead, they did not give me a refund for the rooms, offer an apology, or give me any advanced notice.

heating lamps when I got there the lady that was helping with the wedding didn't want to refill them saying I didn't pay for them so I had to stop in the middle of my Reception to go get a receipt to show her that I paid for them. It was a good thing that I kept it And it seemed like she got a little upset that she had to refill them.
