Arielle Fera Events

r years as a wedding photographer. When it came time to plan my wedding I knew that she would understand my vision. From our first call to our last there never was a doubt in my mind that I was in the best hands. She is personable, professional, creative, romantic, a visionary and everything in-between. Arielle always made sure we were on track with our timeline, she pushed me to be more creative than I would have been with our wedding, She made sure to get to know Ken I - to keep our day authentic, and she delivered everything she promised and more. I feel so blessed to have not only had the opportunity to work with Arielle but above all get to know her beautiful personality. She is exquisite. a phenomenal vendor, heartwarming friend, and we will forever cherish everything she has done for us!

edding beyond our wildest dreams that really captured us as a couple. With a team who we trusted coordinating the day of, we felt like guests at our own wedding in the best way. We cannot recommend them enough and are thrilled that Kelly and the team are helping my with sister’s wedding soon!!

through our venue. From our first initial call we had an instant connection, and I was so excited to work with her. This leads me to Kelly. Kelly was our go to person throughout our wedding and I would be absolutely LOST without her. She was absolutely amazing. Kelly was there to think of all details I would have never thought of myself. We would text throughout the day about anything and everything to do with our wedding that I needed help with. Everything leading up to our big day was so organized, well thought out and executed perfectly. Our ceremony/reception was so beautiful all thanks to her making our vision come to life. Christine was also amazing the day of with myself and the girls as well as Sarah making sure the boys were ready to go. I can go on and on, but I am truly so thankful for all of them.

d. She made the process seamless, which let us focus on the “fun” parts of wedding planning. My now-husband and I work in corporate America, and I mention that because we both spend time delivering complicated projects, creating timelines, managing budgets, etc. Despite our backgrounds, we could NOT have done this without Arielle. We weren’t 100% sure we wanted to work with a planner because we thought we could do it on our own, but now on the other side of the wedding I can tell you with certainty we could NOT have done this with without her. There are 1000s of details that go into planning a wedding in addition to actually pulling the day off off and Arielle and her team did this perfectly. Arielle helped us take nebulous ideas about what we wanted for the wedding look and feel (we said words like “pub with lots of wood” and “dinner party”) and she evolved it into a cohesive design that was truly amazing. We’ve received so many compliments from guests on how beautiful it was. Most importantly, it really embodied my husband and I and felt like “us”. Throughout the process she was on top of all the details and kept us to our schedule. She was super flexible with meeting with us (we typically could only meet after work hours or weekends) and she always accommodated our schedule. I also really appreciated how Arielle helped us work through budget decisions and figure out the right package with each vendor. In the planning process, there are so many tiered options and it can be super overwhelming to understand what to invest in vs. save on and Arielle gave us wonderful direction and feedback. She never made us feel like a choice was “less than” if we chose to save and helped us make the most of our budget. In addition to the tactical and execution activities Arielle owned and delivered, her value was in a lot of the intangibles. My husband, our families, and I were able to be way less stressed knowing Arielle was on point for most of the details and we were actually able to enjoy being engaged and focus on the “fun” elements of planning (which for us was choosing florals, cocktails, etc.). This made the process more enjoyable with my husband, but also gave me wonderful moments with my mom while planning instead of focusing on the stress. I can’t thank Arielle and her team enough for that time with my family and helping ease what can be such a stressful time. The last “intangible” that Arielle brought to us with connecting us with so many wonderful local vendors. Throughout planning you end up speaking with your vendors a ton and on the day of we spent a lot of time with them (especially photographers, hair & makeup, etc.). Arielle connected us with some of the most wonderful vendors and people out there who made all the difference on our day. She was constantly complimented by our vendors for being the best in the business and we can’t agree more. Hire Arielle and her team, it’ll be the best decision you make and your day will be beautiful!

know where to start. I was referred to Arielle by my photographer (best referral ever!) and from the first meeting I had with Arielle via zoom I knew she was the planner for me. No other planner I spoke to even had a fraction of the attention to detail and organization that Arielle possessed. From the very first onboarding meeting, Arielle made every single aspect of our wedding planning journey enjoyable and fun. Arielle made sure deadlines were met but without being nagging or annoying. She made me feel empowered and celebrated through every part of the process. Arielle took my vision and made them a reality with her connections to amazing vendors and her knowledge of the business. She truly the best of the best. She is THE planner!!!! When it came to actually executing the day itself Arielle and her team were impeccable with every single detail. From running our schedule efficiently to executing intricate design details, not one thing got overlooked. She and her team hand painted numbers on to fruit for table number signs as well as individually placed 100’s of small chamomile flowers on to all my guests plates. These were just a FEW details that were executed perfectly. I was able to enjoy my special day through and through because of Arielle and her team. Every single person in my wedding party commented that Arielle was the best wedding planner they had ever met. I am truly so lucky to have crossed paths with Arielle and her team during my wedding process. I wish every bride was able to have Arielle in their corner- I truly can’t thank her enough for making my wedding the best day of our lives. I am happy to have had such an amazing crew on my team and cherish the friendship I have made along the way. All I can say is this is your sign to pick Arielle Fera Events!

spoke to Arielle once and canceled our other calls. We were one of those couples that didn’t have a very clear idea of what we wanted, but Arielle helped us zero in on exactly what was right for us and how to pull it off with the most incredible vendor team. She’s an expert at this and walked us through every step. On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless and even more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She even personally stepped in to do some emergency pinning for my dress literally seconds before our grand entrance and first dance, which 100% saved me from tripping and falling. From the big-picture ideas to the tiny details, Arielle and her team were on top of everything. I highly recommend AFE.

ork with Kelly and I mean it when I say I could not have done it without her. I had a very specific vision for my wedding but was not the best at articulating it or making design decisions / selections - somehow, Kelly understood me so well from the very beginning and brought my vision to life better than I could have ever imagined. Kelly is absolutely amazing at what she does and continuously went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. She was so responsive, easy to work with and had ideas / recommendations we never would have thought of that elevated the look & feel of our wedding so much. Not to mention, she’s also the absolute sweetest and most genuine person! Our wedding was an absolute dream that was perfect down to every single little detail and went off without a hitch, which is 100% because of the hard work, professionalism and design excellence of Kelly & the AFE team. We cannot recommend the AFE team enough, they are the absolute BEST at what they do and worth every single penny (and more!!)).

nd her amazing team. Having AFE was hands down the best decision I made during the wedding planning process! Her talent for creating stunning designs, attention to detail, understanding a vision, making people feel at ease, and keeping track of one million things at a time is extraordinary. What sets her apart is her warm and kind demeanor. Her fun and energetic personality brought so much joy and excitement to the wedding planning process. She made our entire day seamless, and I got to enjoy the best of my life stress-free! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding planner to make our dream wedding come true. I highly recommend AFE to anyone looking for a flawless wedding experience!

to a visually stunning celebration. Not only do their coordination skills exceed expectations, ensuring a seamless flow of events, but their clear and timely communication made the collaborative process a breeze. Arielle Fera Events creates an unmatched wedding experience for both their clients as well as the vendors working on their team. As a photographer, it was a privilege to capture the magic of an event where beauty, coordination, communication, and organization came together seamlessly. I wholeheartedly recommend AFE to couples seeking a truly extraordinary wedding.

s responsive, knowledgable, creative, adaptable and fun to work with. Kelly orchestrated all aspects of the day from logistics and timeline to small event details. Kelly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it all!

decision fatigue and was in desperate need of direction. Arielle, serving as mom/therapist/planner calmed me instantly - not only did she have a clear plan in place, she had Kelly, who quickly became my hero. Kelly picked up where I had left off, and two weeks in I could breathe again! I felt back on track and was ready to get into the details. I started describing my vision of a summery, colorful, playful wedding, and when Kelly shared with me the design proposal it was as if she had known me for years. I had a clear idea of what I wanted, but I had no idea how Kelly would magnify my ideas and truly bring everything to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined. Kelly continued to impress me throughout the process, she took attention to detail to a whole new level and has expertise and connections in the wedding industry that are invaluable. She made herself available at all times, made multiple trips to the venue (even when I couldn’t be there), sourced amazing quality decor, and coordinated across all vendor teams. She is truly a magician and I do not know how she does it all. Everyone I spoke with in the weeks leading up to the wedding would ask me “are you nervous?” or “how are you so calm?” I simply answered… “Kelly”. Even on the wedding day one of my bridesmaids, Kristen, asked me “are you nervous now?” the answer was still no. I had so much confidence in Kelly, she knew exactly OUR vision, she had a thorough plan, and she made me feel totally calm and comfortable. And my trust in Kelly allowed me to fully enjoy the day with zero concern for anything going on in front of my eyes or behind the scenes. It was the greatest gift I could have asked for. I am forever grateful to the Arielle Fera Team for making the planning process stress-free and fun, and even more so for making my wedding the most beautiful, perfect day of my life. If you are on the fence with whether or not you need a planner, regardless of if you have a vision, I promise you do. And if they happen to be available, the Arielle Fera Team is 1000% your best bet!

a lot of difficult, unexpected life events and often didn't have a lot of time or energy to spend on wedding planning. I believe that we would have had to put our wedding on hold if it weren't for the AFE team. However, thanks to their expertise, and assistance, we were still able to have our dream wedding! I have so many positive things to say about my experience with AFE that I couldn't possibly fit them all, but here are the highlights: - Right off the bat, I was impressed with their responsiveness and the time and thought they put into our discussions before we were even officially clients. This continued tenfold after we hired them-- they make you feel like you're their only client! - When it came to hiring vendors, Arielle made the process easy. Rather than having to worry about quality, I just had to check out her curated list and pick who best fit my budget and vibe. And, as a bonus, she was able to use her connections to get us access to a vendor we otherwise would not have been able to hire. - In terms of our design, my husband and I had some specifics in mind, but mostly just had a general idea of the vibe that we wanted the event to have. She and her team PERFECTLY translated our half-baked ideas into stunning designs that incorporated personal touches throughout. - She kept us on track with our task list. As I said before, my husband and I were hit with A LOT during our engagement. One thing I never had to worry about was whether or not I was forgetting about a task. Her gentle reminders and to-do lists minimized my stress and worry. - Her logistical planning is flawless. It wasn't until I saw the down-to-the-minute wedding day timeline that I realized just how much work she and her team were putting in behind the scenes (and how much work I didn't have to do) to make sure the wedding went smoothly. - The difference her team makes is noticeable to EVERYBODY. I'm at an age where my friends are starting to attend a lot of weddings, and I was told by multiple friends that mine was the best one so far. The AFE difference is so noticeable that I had someone ask for Arielle's information not just because the wedding was beautiful and fun, but also because of how impressed they were with their logistically flawless experience as a guest. I cannot stress enough how crucial Arielle and her team were to making our wedding day a success, and would 100% recommend them to any couple who is just beginning their wedding planning process.

o adorably petite! Let’s just say we had a lot of moving parts. Guests from all corners of the country, including important family members with mobility issues. Concerns about accessibility. Worries about a partially outdoor cocktail hour and reception in a tent in July. The importance of fine food and drink. Coordinating a long day of transportation between multiple locations. A bride with a multi-faceted sense of style and a true love of fine paper. The bride and groom wanted a sophisticated and elegant event that would be relaxed and tons of fun, and that is what they got. The reception was at the beautiful Glen Foerd mansion on the Delaware River. There were personal aspects that were incorporated into the overall design that truly reflected the couple and what is important to them. Wax seals honoring the groom’s heritage, fresh herbs showing the couple’s love of cooking together, and the couple’s immediate families at the head table, just to name a few. Arielle had asked me if my husband and I wanted to be part of the tent reveal, and I hesitate because I wanted the couple to share a few moments alone at that time. She prodded a little, and we went in after them but before the guests were invited in. I am so very glad that we had the chance to admire the room as a whole, and every meticulous detail as well, because we would not have appreciated it as much when the room was bustling with lots of guests. It was just stunning, and the mood was perfect. Driving home the day after the wedding, I realized that I was smiling the whole way as I was dozing off!! I have not stopped swooning. Choosing AFE was the best decision we made. Thank you to Arielle and her team of lovely and talented ladies, Kelly, Marcie and Victoria, for everything you did-- everything we know about, and everything we had no idea you were doing. I am a very happy mother-of-the-bride!

and Kelly was there for us throughout the ride. She always made herself available to us, no matter what time of day, and made our wedding feel so special. She's kind, fun and solution-orriented - someone you definitely want on your team! Christine was AMAZING when it came to day-of logistics. My husband and I were able go into our wedding day completely stress-free because of the AFE team!

nd reached out to Arielle Fera Events. From the very first call they were wonderful to work with! Arielle was so helpful and transparent during our first call, and helped us pick the perfect package. We went with design package and it was one of the BEST decisions we made! Kelly was our designer, and she is a rockstar! Extremely professional is every way, but made the whole process SO much fun. I still can't get over how perfectly she captured our vision in the original lookbook and then made everything seamlessly come together on the wedding day. All of decor and florals were gorgeous and we were able to enjoy our big day because we had Kelly working on the details! My whole family was blown away by how perfectly the day went and by how beautiful everything looked. Kelly not only executed the perfect decor, but was there to hand me tissues right before I went down the aisle and have a tide stick ready when I spilled on my dress during cocktail hour. We will be forever grateful for the care and thought she put in to making our wedding look beautiful, but also for her support on our big day!

she is so friendly, personable, positive and understood my vision! I worked with Arielle and Kelly on month of coordination and design execution for my October 2022 wedding. Our wedding had lots of moving parts, multiple locations, vendors, rain/hurricane contingency plans but Arielle handled it all with ease. She was able to execute a flawless event that our guests couldn't stop talking about. Arielle, Kelly & Christine transformed my lakefront country club into the most beautiful and romantic setup I've ever seen there and executed my vision flawlessly. Even better, my parents, husband and I were able to enjoy every single moment of the day and didn't have to worry about a thing because Arielle had everything handled! If you're looking for a wedding planner/designer I couldn't recommend Arielle and AFE more!

e. The design and guest experience were the two most important things to me so hiring AFE to help me make those aspects flawless was a no brainer. Kelly thinks of so many beautiful and special little details that I would never have thought to include. In addition to perfecting the whole design prior to, Kelly is on-site the day of the wedding to make sure everything is set up exactly how you planned. We even had a somewhat significant hiccup during our venue walkthrough a few days before the wedding- Kelly and Christine took care of EVERYTHING including owning all comms with the venue and others to ensure everything would be perfect day-of. I truly don’t think I could have pulled it off without Kelly and Christine. Our wedding turned out absolutely stunning thanks to Kelly and the day went so smoothly thanks to Christine. Not only is the AFE team amazing at all things related to wedding execution, they are amazing women who are genuinely invested in your happiness as a couple. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to move forward with hiring AFE, just do it! It will be one of the best choices you’ll make in your wedding planning journey! Thank you Kelly & Christine for all that you did to make our day so special!

d our vision and went above and beyond to plan, curate, and execute a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. She is the sweetest, kindest, most creative and fun person who is truly passionate about the couple and the wedding, and she is so darn good at what she does! She is a one stop shop for everything- from vendors to logistics to creative design to welcome bags- you name it, she's got it covered. She took all of our stress away completely and designed a wedding that surpassed all of our expectations. If I can pass on one piece of wedding advice, it would be to book Arielle immediately!!!

und Arielle and her team. We worked closely with Kelly for design and Christine for coordination. They are fantastic individually and then as a team - wow! Beside picking the right groom:), my daughter's choice to partner with the Arielle Fera team was the essential ingredient to her magical winter wedding in December. Choose Arielle Fera's team- they make the whole experience so Fun, Calm and Joyful!!

these services wasn’t worth it, when a day before the wedding he was like “how could we have done this without them!” Kelly was with us the whole way. Whether it was a planning call, design idea or just a sweet check-in text, I knew Kelly had my back and she took my vision and made it better than I ever could have imagined. She’s also just an amazing person and kept us all laughing and smiling when things got stressful. I’m currently going through Kelly withdrawal now that it’s all over! Christine is a coordinating wizard - I’m a former investment banker who loves organization and a good excel sheet and Christine blew us away, keeping everyone on track and catching little errors. I can’t recommend the team from Arielle Fera Events enough. They exceeded our already high expectations and became friends along the way. We love you guys and so appreciate everything you did to make our day so special!!

extremely available throughout our planning journey. We used Arielle for a month of coordinator, and she made sure our day ran perfectly. She and Christine managed to wrangle our families, guests, and vendors and ensured all we felt was calm and joy throughout the day. Arielle absolutely went above and beyond to make sure she understood all of the intricacies of our wedding and the day was truly perfect thanks to her help. I highly recommend working with Arielle and team!

wedding day logistics, we knew we were in the best hands. They truly played a huge role in making our day the most perfect day we could have imagined. I had a vision for what the day would look like in my mind, but Kelly really helped pull it together with her design ideas and recommendations. I loved being able to bounce ideas off her, and her high energy and enthusiasm were so appreciated and got me pumped up too! And closer to the wedding date, I was so happy to have Christine to help with coordinating with vendors - she was one of the most on top of it people I’ve ever met. And although it unexpectedly rained on our wedding day, Kelly and Christine were SO amazing with making sure that we had the best wedding day, and I was so grateful for their positive attitudes and hard work. Would 100% recommend this dream team to every bride!!

were! we truly could not have pulled off our wedding without them. From the start, Arielle was so personable and took the time to get to know me and my fiance and developed a great relationship with us. She was so responsive, professional, and always available for a phone call if I needed her. Once we hit the one month mark, Arielle and her team completely took over everything - contacting and coordinating all vendors, organizing decor for the reception, reminding me of remaining details to plan - their hard work helped my fiance and I relax and enjoy the time leading up to our Wedding. On the wedding day, not only did Arielle and her team help to make the day so FLAWLESS but also were just so nice to have by our side the whole day, from helping to calm my nerves to reminding me to take a few minutes to enjoy this moment. Weeks after the wedding SO many of our family and friends said how they can't believe how smooth and easy the day was - and that was all because of Arielle and her team. I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our dream Wedding come true.

th of or day of coordination. Arielle worked with me to customize our contract based upon what I was looking for and our budget. Arielle was super responsive, professional, transparent, and prompt throughout the initial contract process. Fast forward to the months approaching our September 2020 wedding and things changed due to the pandemic. Arielle and our coordinator, Christine, checked in with us regularly to touch base on our status. We decided to have a small ceremony in 2020 and push our full reception out to September 2021. I still wanted assistance with our small 2020 ceremony and Arielle worked with us again to customize based on our needs. Arielle was extremely fair and flexible considering the pandemic, allowing us to advance part of our contract/fees one year forward. I have heard so many stories from other COVID brides not getting money back or vendors not working with them to adjust their date. I am so thankful that this was not something we dealt with. For our 2020 ceremony, Christine didn't treat our abbreviated 27 person event any differently than a full blown wedding. She was professional, organized, responsive, and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day by taking care of all the logistical details. As I was planning for our 2021 reception, I decided that I really wanted some additional help with design elements in June of 2021 - only 3 months before the big day! AGAIN, Arielle Fera was able to make this happen for me! Thank goodness Kelly was available to help me with this - it made all the difference in making the setting special and beautiful. Arielle worked with me to customize an add on to our contract / services, and I had the pleasure of working with both Christine and Kelly in 2021. After the amount of time that I got to spend working with all three of these women, I truly feel like they are much more than vendors but they really feel like friends! Kelly was so supportive, kind, and enthusiastic throughout our entire design process. It felt like my wedding was the only one she was working on. I have zero creative skills and Kelly helped me to bring our venue to life even more with personal touches that looked gorgeous. Two of my favorite design aspects (hard to pick 2!) were the seating chart and the head table. Christine, again, did an incredible job with the coordination - my husband and I were so impressed with the timeline built in 15 minute increments! Christine was such a calming presence and really went above and beyond in helping resolve some of the hiccups we had to deal with last minute. Christine and Kelly were also there for all of our final venue walk throughs beforehand and Christine ran our rehearsal, which was great. I would 1000% recommend working with Arielle Fera Events. They are wonderful people, incredible at their jobs, have a vast network in the industry, and they are extremely professional women.

d studying for and taking the bar exam. Secondly, I knew I wanted a highly designed large wedding and while I had a semblance of a vision— I had no idea how to execute it. I talked to a couple of planners and honestly always left the call feeling more stressed than when I started —until I talked to Arielle! From that first call—I could tell how excited she was to help me, that she was genuinely listening to what I wanted for the wedding, and already thinking about how we could make it happen! After that and for my entire engagement I always knew Arielle and her team had everything under control. People kept asking me if I was finding the planning process stressful and even in the midst of the pandemic— I really was not. Arielle’s organized structure for her planning and design process left me so confident everything was taken care of! I loved chatting with her and Kelly and would look forward to our calls every time :) The vendors they found for us were all incredible, and the design plan was exactly what I had wanted—but better! On the weeks leading up to the wedding I was so much less stressed knowing Arielle and her team had our logistics covered! The wedding day itself was the best day ever and all our guests keep saying it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to! Arielle and her team are true professionals and a joy to work with —I am so glad I did :)

ine every step of the way! The organization is unparalleled and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Above all though, the designs are STUNNING!! There is no detail that is overlooked when you work with AFE. Cannot stress how much I recommend working with Arielle and her team!

ionary, army general, and friend. There were points along the way when we weren’t sure our wedding could happen as we had hoped, but Arielle kept us calm and nursed us through the uncertainty. Meanwhile, she and her team (especially Kelly!) developed a stunning design plan for us, perfectly attuned to our whimsical taste and cleverly maximizing every penny of our budget. We’re both control freaks, but we were more than happy to cede control to Arielle, whom we’d confidently trust with our firstborn. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of—even when a power outage threatened to derail dinner and dancing. Arielle came to the rescue, and we all had the time of our lives, tremendous thunderstorm and all!

nd I first met to talk about design I didn’t exactly give her much to work with because I didn’t know what I wanted. I trusted Arielle 100% and gave her free design reigns. When she came back to me with her design plan and aesthetic, I was blown away. Besides being a design extraordinaire, Arielle and her team planned my wedding during the pandemic! It is not easy to plan for a big event with so many unknowns, but that didn’t matter because AFE is so organized that we had a plan for every scenario and possible COVID restriction. The one thing I remember about planning a wedding during COVID, was Arielle’s positive attitude and her presence. During every phone call I had with Arielle, she ALWAYS would say “you know what we’re going to make it work and it’s going to be the best, most beautiful day of your life regardless.” She was always there for me no matter the day or time. I would talk to her at 8 pm on a Friday or 8 am on a Sunday. When working with AFE you truly are never alone in your planning process. The wedding itself was flawless. I did not have one thought about any wedding related detail on the day of because Arielle, Kelly, and Christine were two steps ahead of everything. We received so many compliments on the tables and design of the wedding. Our families were also blown away by Arielle and her team’s execution on wedding day (and if my mother is speechless that’s a BIG). AFE had the most upbeat, positive, prepared, organized, classy presence throughout the entire day. They even wore fanny packs that reminded me of Mary Poppin’s bag the packs had everything. If you needed it, they had it and would whip out whatever you requested. Arielle Fera Events sets the bar so high. They truly are the best of the best. They genuinely care about designing and planning a wedding that the bride & groom desire. AFE is there for you 120% and I am truly grateful, honored, and blessed I got to know them throughout the wedding planning process & experience.

sive, proactive and took action! She made the organizing and planning process on the design seamless - making sure that all vendors worked together and all aspects of the wedding tied together perfectly. I was a COVID bride, where we had to move our wedding date twice. Arielle was always there to help us through our options, walk us through best next steps and helped us stay ahead of and organized by always having a plan b. We were never stressed through the process because we were always ready for anything! Leading up to the wedding she took on the heavy lifting with all vendors, so we didn't have to do a thing. She was so organized and was always one step ahead with all questions and details! Day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing - everything about the wedding turned out perfect from the design, set up, to end of the night tear down! She and her took care of everything! I highly recommend working with Arielle - her attention to detail, organizations, design taste, and professionalism is amazing! All of my bridesmaids loved her day of as well!!!

brainstorming, creating, and organizing of all the details leading up to our wedding day (many important details that I never would have thought of)! My husband and I and our families are so beyond grateful to have had her expertise and support on our wedding day! She truly helped make the day run so smoothly and flawlessly even when I had last minute changes! She handled everything with a cheerful and peaceful spirit, which made the day very relaxing from start to finish. Everyone deserves to have a peace and joy filled wedding day and having Arielle as your wedding planner means that you will!! Thank you to Arielle and her team for everything you did for Andrew and I! We are forever grateful! Love, Kelley

ng on the Friday morning of a holiday weekend, Arielle had the whole day rebooked and all contracts signed by end of business. She is truly a miracle worker! I am so excited to have the chance to work with her for another year as we begin planning for our October 2021 celebration. If you are looking for a planner, designer, and all around great person - Arielle Fera is your person.

e did we know when we chose this date back in 2019, we would be faced with a major pandemic. That aside, we had a big vision for our wedding with many moving parts and we knew we needed some extra help orchestrating a timeline. I interviewed several planners in the NY/NJ/PA area but didn’t really connect with any of them. During our initial phone call with Arielle, she took the time to get to know each of us as a person, as a couple, and what our vision was for our wedding day. I could tell from that moment that Arielle was a genuine person who we could trust to put together a great timeline for our wedding day; but what we got was so much more. She truly went above and beyond at every opportunity to ensure our special day was perfect. Anytime I needed advice, Arielle made herself available to chat. My work schedule can be hectic, but she always found time to hear me out. About 8 months out from the wedding, my now husband and I decided it was time to part ways with another vendor we hired due to a communication disconnect. This was a very stressful time for us, but thankfully we had Arielle to turn to. She remained completely professional and put her clients’ needs first. She provided an introduction to a vendor who we determined was better suited to our needs. This was the first of many times we thanked goodness that we had Arielle on our side. As the big day approached, and the restrictions due to the pandemic were putting some strain on our plans, Arielle was there to listen to me vent about the stress of having a wedding during COVID-19. She not only listened, but provided support and feedback; we knew that we did not want to change our date, so Arielle helped us develop a plan A, B and C! When we had our first in person meeting with Arielle and Kelly about 12 weeks before the wedding, it was hard to believe it was the first time meeting these ladies! It felt like we were meeting with old friends. They made the planning process so seamless and after we met, I could feel the weight of the world being lifted from my shoulders. Arielle is definitely someone who is serious about her business and you can see that in the way she puts her clients first. As anticipated, the day of the wedding had a lot of moving parts: getting ready, first look, beach ceremony, departure by boat after the ceremony, cocktail hour, tented reception on the boardwalk with rented table settings, champagne wall, various stationary (ceremony programs, place cards, menus, signage, custom masks and cocktail napkins, flip flops), a 4-tiered cake for an outdoor wedding in August, magician, comedian, waterski show, live band, speeches, first dances – all of this was perfectly executed, absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have done it without her. Now that I am married, I definitely understand why planning a wedding can be stressful, but with Arielle Fera, it doesn’t have to be! I recommend her wholeheartedly and know that if she could help make my 2020 wedding perfect, she can do anything!

might be unusual, but the wedding that Arielle had planned for us for the fall of 2020, was suddenly shifted up to the fall of 2019. With just two months notice until the new wedding date, Arielle and her team shifted focus and put in major crunch time hours to make my wedding a dream come true! We had two events, one was an intimate ceremony with 20 people and the other was a 200 guest reception two days later. Both events were planned with so much beauty and ease thanks to Arielle. She thought of every little detail, even down to the day of food and refreshments served to the bridal party while getting our make up done. It is truly the little things that Arielle did to make me feel like I was her only bride to focus on, which I know was not the case. She recommended the most amazing vendors and coordinated every little detail perfectly fitting my style. I truly felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing during the entire process! Arielle is more than a wedding planner, coordinator, and miracle- worker, she became a friend, a confidant, a member of our family ❤️ Words cannot describe how grateful I am to have met her. I can’t wait until my friends and family start to plan their weddings, my biggest piece of advice will be to call Arielle first!!

w I would of made it. OK, maybe I would of made it, but it wouldn’t have been as beautiful ! There is something about Arielle I just instantly vibed with. Like me, she was so passionate about her job...when she talked design and planning, you could hear the smile in her voice, I really felt that. I knew we would work so well together. Trust me, there was alot of hand holding and follow up with me, she never lost her patience. Not even the many times I told her I was cancelling the Wedding. She knew just how to reel me in and put my feet on the ground. I miss her and talking everyday...I wish I could find something else to hire her for ! My hope is that any of my engaged friends or family hire her so I can see her amazing work again. Arielle is essential in planning and design. Her team and vendor recommendations are spot on. Do not wait, hire her today...even if you think you don’t need a planner you do. Enjoy the fun stuff and let Arielle and her team handle the rest ! I will be forever grateful XOXO

iend and she truly understood my vision for our wedding day. We worked with Arielle starting about 6 weeks out from our wedding. She immediately put all our worries aside and ensured us she would take care of all the crazy last minute follow ups with our vendors and details. Arielle has a true passion for wedding planning and is extremely detailed oriented. My husband and I travel for work, so it was very nice to know Arielle had everything covered back home. The day of our wedding, Arielle and her team did an incredible job! Our reception was better than we could have ever imagined! Every details was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Arielle kept me at ease the entire day even when something didn't go as planned. Arielle is such a caring and kind individual who truly wants to provide the best service for her clients. I can honestly say, I couldn't have gotten through the wedding planning process without her beside me!

elle to help us coordinate plans, as I live on the other side of the state from where wedding was being held. Arielle was amazing to work with; always cheerful and positive, and she did a great job of keeping us on track and carrying out our vision. She was able to pull all the details together effortlessly; not an easy tasks as we had many moving parts, locations, and a large bridal party to deal with. She and her wonderful assistants were resourceful, totally organized, prepared and kept us on track all weekend. I am a natural worrier, and I can honestly say that I had no qualms about turning things over to Arielle as I knew she had everything under control! Having Arielle in charge allowed me to put my worries aside and truly enjoy the day. The best and smartest decision I made in this whole wedding process was to hire Arielle!

lanning process is not finding her sooner. Arielle made it very clear from the start that making me happy and bringing my dream wedding to life were her top priorities. Making those things happen couldn’t have been an easy task- but she exceeded any and every expectation! Arielle is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. She managed many different personalities and vendors and gave us the most perfect wedding day. She’s so thorough and detail-oriented, and that meant the world to me as a bride. Arielle also has unbelievably beautiful taste. She designed the most beautiful event I’ve ever seen (and we heard the same from most of our guests!). From the welcome bag details to the floral design on the walls to the escort card display to the tablescape - her ideas were more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined. From a few adjectives and colors that I gave her when we first spoke, she created a design plan of details and things that I didn’t even know I wanted. There were also design/decorative details in the venue that I didn’t love but she made it so that guests’ eyes were drawn to beautiful florals and the windows instead of the parts of the rooms that I didn’t like. She’s SO talented. Lastly, Arielle is the sweetest person. She is exactly the type of person that every bride needs by her side. She has such a positive energy and after deciding to work together, I was immediately at ease knowing that she was the one I was trusting with my wedding! By the time of my wedding, I truly felt like Arielle was a part of the wedding because she was a friend - not because she was our planner.

ssible" mentality which I appreciated. She was so organized, had immaculate attention to detail and was always gently guiding me along to make decisions and get things done. I don't know what I would have done without her, she was a life saver and extremely helpful (at all hours of the day/night!) She got me so excited from day one and helped with design vision and budgeting and most importantly, execution. I worked with her about a year and a half out and miss her already!! She'll take care of every wedding as if it's her own, book her now!!

zed and we would've been truly lost without her on the day-of.

myself (with the help of my mother) from California. There were many passionate people who were invested in our wedding and about six months out from the wedding, I realized that the stress of planning a wedding and managing everyone’s expectations from afar was wayyyyy to hard. I am SO lucky to have found Arielle. She enthusiastically jumped on board and completely took all the stress away. She not only had amazing ideas to put together my vision, but she also beautifully managed the expectations of my family. When the day of came, I was sure everyone was going to be happy and have an amazing time (which in itself is blessing.) If I had to do it all over again, I would hire Arielle right from the beginning! My advice: hire her immediately, you won’t regret it!

she is so good at what she does! I knew bits and pieces of what I liked and didn't like but had honestly never envisioned what our wedding day would look like. At our initial planning meeting she immediately brought everything to life from just a small pinterest page. From the initial planning meeting on, everything was super organized, collaborative and fun. When I walked into the venue space for the first time I couldn't help but get emotional! All the little details tied together perfectly and transformed the space. Arielle and her team also helped with all the logistics leading up to the day and day-of. Our wedding day was stress free, super fun AND beautiful all thanks to her and her team! We've had so many of our guests say how stunning everything was and it truly was more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined! The best!!

ed me that something would go wrong at my wedding and I would just have to brush it aside and move on - but with Arielle in charge truly not one thing went wrong. Our wedding was perfectly executed and skillfully designed to be even better than I ever could have imagined. I initially tried to plan without the help of a wedding planner, but quickly became stressed out and overwhelmed. Yes it is possible to plan your own wedding but as someone who did half with and half without Arielle's help - I would seriously recommend you just hire her from the get go. Arielle was flexible with my needs and created a custom planning package for me since I had already started on my own. She was completely professional, warm and friendly from the very beginning. She took my ideas and turned them into a more stylish, affordable and beautiful version of my vision so that my wedding still felt like my own (just better). On the actual day of the wedding she coordinated everything flawlessly, even including delegating one of her team members to return my dog to my house after she had had enough of bridal portraits! Most importantly Arielle is the sweetest soul and you immediately feel comfortable working with her and having her around your friends and family on one of the most important days of your life. She knows this industry so well and had so many great tips and tricks to make our day run smoothly. Also - special shout out to her assistant Christine who is the loveliest person ever and intuitively knew everything I might need help with before I could even ask.

to a large Center City wedding. As the groom, I can comfortably say she was 100% the most important part of the planning. I can't recommend her enough. She knows her stuff. She's direct. She knows how to keep things moving forward in a positive manner. The day of...it all ran smoothly!

oject management - and I sincerely believe I COULD NOT have done it without her!!! Arielle defines grace under pressure. Her dedication, organization and vision are unmatched. Honestly, we almost proceeded without a wedding planner and in retrospect, it was BY FAR the best decision we made. She was invaluable to us, truly. I immediately instilled my full trust in her judgement and recommendations. She made even the chaos of a thunderstorm and execution of plan B feel seamless and joyous. She showed the utmost dedication to Ryan and I - prioritizing our concerns and putting us at the center of her attention the entire evening our our wedding. I am certain her team left soaking wet and point-blank exhausted, but they never let it show. She was shining with optimism and smiles throughout the entire process, right until the sparkler send off. Her expertise with vendor engagements and contracting is unmatched -- give this gift to yourself and HIRE ARIELLE. You will blink and be sitting here writing your own, glowing review!

needed the help of a professional so we hired Arielle as our weekend coordinator with her partial planning package. she officially started working with us a few months out from our big day. safe to say that our wedding would not have happened without her. she is an absolute professional from start to finish. she made sure everything was handled and under control and I honestly did not have to worry about a thing. she truly put my mind at ease and made the experience so much fun. not to mention her styling expertise that is second to none. she completely understood my vision and brought it to life beyond my wildest dreams. she has an amazing eye and left no stones unturned. every detail was absolutely perfect. and on the wedding day, she made me feel so relaxed and literally was there any time i needed absolutely anything. her team was amazing and was always available to help and give direction. Arielle literally had to cut out layers of my dress during the reception because i was so hot! She just went above and beyond to make my happy and comfortable (and fed) all day! i am so grateful for her and so happy to call her a great friend now.
