We thought all of our vendors truly knocked it out of the park, but the most common feedback from our guests was how incredible our band was. “I’ve never seen a better or more impressive wedding band in my life” was a sentiment shared by MULTIPLE guests, many of whom are musically inclined themselves. Our very large dance floor was packed all night, with guests of every generation having the time of their lives. Before the wedding, Liz (the CEO and band coordinator) had us categorize songs as “must plays,” “do not plays,” and “okay to play,” which was the perfect balance of making the night feel personal while giving the band flexibility to read the room and use their expertise to keep the energy going. They absolutely killed it! Every band member was unbelievably talented, but a special shout-out to the saxophone player — every time he came out onto the dance floor, the crowd went WILD. USE Heartbeat Dance Band if you want your dance floor packed and your guests dancing all night!

The day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch and Heartbeat was incredible! They learned our wedding song and performed it so well despite it not be super traditional! They were out in the crowd singing and getting the dance floor doing and did such an amazing job, especially Lawrence! All of our guests kept saying it was the best wedding band they’ve ever heard! ponsive and helpful in the administrative aspects of everything. She was so flexible and understanding when we had specific requests for the style of songs/music we wanted. We were able to really customize the genre of music to the T. It was so seamless working with Liz in getting everything ready for the big day. When the big day came, there were no hiccups. Band was amazing. They really read the crowd well and interacted accordingly. The sound techs were also awesome in managing the acoustics of the big room we were in. A live band is the way to go and Ariel Dance Band can deliver. Highly recommend!

She was extremely forthright which, although jarring at times, was ultimately appreciated. Additionally, the band added a few extra songs to their repertoire which we greatly appreciate. And, the band reached out requesting to speed up one of the songs for the processional. This was a good idea and speaks to the band’s professionalism and commitment to putting on a good show for all involved. The band’s energy was incredible and kept people on the dance floor all night long. We received so many compliments from guests about the band. The saxophonist in particular was amazing. Our one bit of criticism is that we specifically asked Liz/the band to not talk too much with the crowd. So we were extremely surprised when the band leader did a whole “pump up” routine before our first dance. After our planner talked with him the editorializing ended. The band manager Liz listened to our needs and requests at beginning, and she always made herself available either through phone calls, text messages, or zoom meetings. She even provided us with 12 pages long song lists that her band was able to perform in live, which made it super easy for us to choose from. In addition, Liz does not charge extra when I requested to play specific songs that were not from her list. She genuinely just wants to make my wedding day as special as it could be, not to rip me off with any reason to add additional cost to the bill. I truly felt how much she cared and wanted to do her best to make us happy. The MC Ashley was also a doll. She was nice and easy to work with when I asked her to go over the reception procedures with me. When the big day came, I was truly blown away! From the piano and violin solos during the ceremony and cocktail hours, to the whole 10 piece band performing live during the entire reception, every single moment was perfect! The music flew perfectly based on the timeline of the day and we had an absolute blast dancing and celebrating with our family and friends. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the whole team from Ariel Music&Event because you guys helped to make my dreams came true and I will never forget that day!!!

My grandfather loved all the Frank Sinatra songs, compliments from him are hard to come by! A few newly engaged friends have also asked me for the band name to look into for their upcoming nuptials. A special thank you to Liz the organizer for working closely with us to make for the perfect timeline and song list, it really is a night we will never forget.
