Using Arbor & Bloom events was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! Megan was able to help us manage vendors, develop schedules, and guide people day of. She attended o...
ur final walkthrough at the venue with us so that everyone was on the exact same page going into the wedding. She led our rehearsal and provided schedules to each member of the family and bridal party that she handed out to ensure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. Knowing that we had Megan to help us gave us so much peace of mind during the wedding, because we knew if a problem came up, that we could count on her to solve it!
Megan was amazing to work with and we are very thankful for all of her help to make our special day so perfect
I almost don't know what to say in this review because nothing I can say will adequately capture how absolutely PHENOMENAL Megan and her team are. We hired Megan as our full weddin...
g planner a little under two years prior to our April 2026 wedding and it was the single best decision we ever made in planning our wedding.
From the very start Megan was responsive, professional, and friendly. She made the entire process so smooth and relatively stress free. As part of the full wedding planning package she offers monthly meetings, helps to find all the vendors, handles all the communication and coordination with vendors, helps with wedding design, manages RSVPs, and so much more. She kept us on track throughout the entire process and managed everything expertly. When my vendors would ask me questions regarding the day of and timing, I would immediately tell them we needed to talk to Megan because she was ON TOP of everything and what she says goes haha. Even more impressive, every single one of our other vendors were familiar with her and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. Each one of my vendors made a point of telling me how lucky I was to be working with Megan because of how organized she is and how great she is to work with, and honestly I think that probably says more about how great she is than anything I could say.
Day of was an absolute dream. She and her team managed EVERYTHING. My friends, family, husband, and I just got to show up and enjoy every moment knowing that Megan and her team were there making sure everything ran perfectly. If anything went wrong that day I would't know because Megan made sure none of it reached me. There's a part of me that is sad our wedding is over now because we are going to miss Megan so much. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Megan and I promise you will never regret hiring Arbor and Bloom.
Megan and her team helped with my wedding on 9/27/25. I cannot express in words how amazing they were. I would hire her team for every single event I ever plan to the rest of my li...
fe. Every single thing I needed they had either thought of or handled with grace and efficiency. Every single vision, want, or need was planned and executed beyond my wildest dreams. Seriously, they are TOP NOTCH.
I had very little idea on how I wanted things to be set up - when I walked out it was like a dream. Better than I ever could have imagined.
If you are even considering Arbor and Bloom - I would 100% do it and book them as a vendor.
I could go on for days but the overall theme is that I’m so grateful and they do a stellar job.
Megan was such a great help to us! From venues to design to small details, Megan had it handled. Megan even was on maternity leave a couple months before our wedding, but she was s...
o forward-thinking and organized, that it did not cause any stress! The website platform she uses for planning was also a great, unexpected help, keeping us very organized. Would recommend Megan to anyone!

vailable from first contact to any questions we ran into. We were very impressed with the welcome gift we received from Arbor and Bloom (it was a nice touch)! Megan did a superb job of putting together a seamless timeline and getting vendors together behind the scenes. She also helped with the placement of some decor, which allowed family member to remain present in the moment of the day.
Megan is a timely, strong communicator and my only regret was not knowing about her sooner in the process! She will be your biggest cheerleader through the process no matter what stage of planning you are in. On the actual day of, my husband and I did not actually have to worry about a single thing besides loving each other and appreciating our family and friends. If you are looking for a sign to hire a wedding planner/coordinator, this is it! She truly was the key to the least stressful day we could have imagined. We thank you greatly, Megan!

d a lot of last minute coordinating when we (the bride and groom) were over making decisions! She was calm and professional and I honestly am not sure how the day would have gone without her help.
We hired Arbor & Bloom for a day of coordinator and it is the best money we spent. We had Tessa for our head coordinator and the communication was incredible start to finish. Tessa...
was at all the venue meetings so she had lots of notes and information prior to the wedding date. Our venue... was less than amazing and Tessa handled it amazingly. She went back and forth with them on things that she shouldn't have had to deal with and handled it so well and really felt like she was there for us not just to complete "another wedding". Day of was great! Again... our venue presented challenges for Tessa, Tonya and Emma but they all did such a great job making everything how we wanted even with the mess from others. Truly the best money we spent for the wedding by far. highly recommend.
Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with. On Arbor & Bloom's website, it says the company's primary goal is for their clients to have nothing to worry about on their special day...
. Megan and her team far surpassed this!! As someone who is a Type A, planner, control freak, I found it easy to trust Megan and know that she had everything handled. I did not have a single worry on my wedding day. While Megan was at my venue creating my dream space for the ceremony and reception the day-of (setting up all my candles, signage, guest book, etc.), Tonya was at my get-ready spot making sure we were on schedule, getting us lunch, and was truly such a sweet highlight of the day!
I bought the day-of-coordination package (gold package) and it was perfect for me. As stated before, I am a Type A person who loves to plan. Even as this type of person, it was incredibly helpful to have Megan as my day-of-coordinator, especially because in this package, she starts to provide her services eight weeks out.
I truly felt like everything was under control and was actually able to enjoy my last couple of months as a bride without worrying too much about the planning and coordinating of my wedding. She was easy to communicate with and always responded to us in a timely fashion.
Megan is knowledgable, provides helpful advice, is so sweet, and easy to work with. She truly made my wedding day and the weeks leading up to it a breeze! I 100% recommend Arbor and Bloom's services.
A huge thank you to Megan and the Arbor & Bloom team to making our dream wedding a reality!!
Do it. Just do it…but only with arbor and bloom. You seriously will NOT regret the investment made with this team and the stress it will save you planning and the day of.

t stress enough how much Megan and the arbor and bloom team made my wedding day so seamless and stress free. Without the extremely helpful insight and knowledge that this team brought, I don’t even know if I would’ve even had a wedding. Megan is beyond kind and SO flexible. She will go above and beyond to make your special day *special* and more. I really could not of had any better of a team. Thank you Megan and your team for truly making my wedding one to remember.
For any of those brides/grooms/helpers of those planning a wedding I would HIGHLY recommend this team as your go to. Thanks for making my day about the moments and allowing me to be present rather than the stressing about it all 💕

were A++++. I definitely think getting a wedding planner/coordinator, specially Arbor and Blooms, is the the way to go. Both my husband and I work full time jobs, so having Megan help us stay on track for a whole year of planning was amazing. Day of the wedding, she kept the day going and was super organized! Her team helped me so much to get through the day as a bride and made sure that if there was anything wrong going on, I was still stress free and don’t know about it. I was so thankful that Megan had an assistant from her team,, Emma (Maybe Tessa?), help me walk with my train through out the day, her assistant was so fun to be with. I also really liked how she worked with my other vendors to make sure that they were organized and informed about the whole day. Even our guests really liked Arbor and Blooms. Overall, the day came together beautifully and it was a lot of thanks to Arbor and Blooms. I’m really happy and thankful.

perfect beyond our wildest dreams. Even the two months prior to the wedding, whenever we ran into any hiccups with planning, she immediately came to the rescue. The wedding planning guide she sent was also incredibly helpful. We were truly able to sleep soundly and enjoy the day knowing Megan was taking care of us. 1000/10 recommend.

bove and beyond in so many ways. She was so organized and was so helpful in taking care of little details that I hadn’t even thought of. Not only was she great leading up to the day but I really felt so at ease on the day of. I planned our entire wedding and my husband gave some opinions on things but for the most part didn’t really care that much about the details. He didn’t say much about other vendors but was really vocal to me that he was so glad we had Tessa and that she helped A TON. My MOH and MIL also heavily complimented her as well.
My husband and I are beyond thankful that we chose Arbor and Bloom to be part of our wedding! From our first conversation with Tessa and Megan, all of my wedding anxieties were at ...
ease. They understood our vision for the day from the start and were so wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. Megan was an immense help with the design element of the wedding day. Tessa was our day of coordinator, and she truly went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. Everything was beautiful and flowed seamlessly thanks to their expertise and hard work. Choosing Arbor and Bloom was the best investment we made in our wedding, and I would highly recommend booking them for yours!

a wedding planner, this is it. Always kept me on schedule and always let me know who I should contact. My wedding wouldn’t have gone the way it did if it wasn’t for her. Kept me sane through the whole process!! Photographer, wedding dress, and planner are the three things that should be your biggest expense. You need the best.

s come true and you would have never known it wasn't the original plan! She was beyond helpful before the wedding gathering all the information and especially keeping us (the less-than-organized bride and groom) on track. The day of, she made everything flow perfectly and made it so magical. She was the rockstar of the day and I cannot recommend her enough. We could not have done it without her.

y of Coordinator expertise and it was one of the best decisions we made to celebrate our day. From coordinating with vendors to organizing detail boxes and displaying our details for both cocktail hour and reception and distributing tips to picking up Chick-fil-a nuggets as a surprise for our Wedding Party on the party bus, Megan and her assistant (Emma) executed our day flawlessly. We were the couple who had a vision and too many ideas. Arbor and Bloom listened, provided recommendations, and made our dreams come true. The day was perfect because of their attention to detail, prompt communication, and kind hearts. Thank you Megan and Emma for the BEST DAY!
Megan Adams and the Arbor&Bloom Events team were the backbone of our wedding. We cannot imagine having done it without them!

round for our Indiana-based wedding. She provided recommendations to trusted vendors, guided us through each checkpoint, responded promptly to every call/email/text, and somehow managed to keep all the details of our complicated DIY wedding straight. And she did all this while maintaining a peaceful and encouraging composure.
If you get to have Megan by your side throughout your wedding/planning process, then you have truly hit the jackpot. She's someone you can trust with one of the most special days of your life, and for us, that was a huge weight off our backs. Without Megan, our day just wouldn't have been as perfect as it was. Cannot recommend enough!

I am so incredibly thankful for Megan and her team! My now-husband and I hired Megan (Gold Package) for our wedding and it was probably the best decision we made with the wedding! ...
Megan began her coordination with a month to go till the wedding and was so helpful at getting a good timeline going for the day and reaching out to vendors. My trust in her allowed me to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about random details or burdening my family members with them. I seriously can't thank her enough! She is so incredibly thorough and well organized. They say no wedding is perfect, but I think I came close thanks to Arbor and Bloom!
WOW! We had the Gold Package with Day of Coordination with Tessa as our Coordinator. Even though this package technically really gets started 8 weeks out, I felt comfortable enough...
to inquire about any question I may have. Tessa was so helpful and made us feel so at ease. Starting 8 weeks out and we had our check in, I felt so great that I could shoulder off so much of the remaining coordination and touching base with all the vendors, timeline review, decor set up and take down with Tessa. Even though our venue had ceremony attendants and and event attendant, I knew my wedding was safe in the hands of Tessa as she had been the one talking with me for the last 8 weeks on the vision and all the details. Another reason we went with A&BE was that they stay until the end to do packing up the decor, etc. as part of the package which was so great because my family and friends were all partied out! If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, definitely do it! You can focus on being present at your wedding instead! Since Tessa was such an instrumental part of my planning process and day of, I feel like so close to her and I'm going to miss her now!

whole process, and we met multiple times to discuss the details of the wedding. She was very prompt in her responses, detailed, and organized which helped alleviate a lot of stress on my end of the wedding planning tasks as it got closer to our wedding day. Tessa led our whole rehearsal the day before, and she helped our wedding day run so smoothly start to finish. This allowed me and my mom to fully relax on our wedding day and not have to worry about setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, etc. It was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding to work with Tessa, and I would recommend her to any soon-to-be bride!

be enjoying myself, and everything went completely smoothly. We had to change to our rain location about 3 hours before the ceremony, and it was a seamless transition. Megan communicated with all my other vendors to set up a perfect plan and flow to the day. I'm a perfectionist, so believe me when I say it was SUCH a relief to feel completely secure on my wedding day that everything would be done--would work with her again without a moment's hesitation!

ool finishing up our graduation requirements and a busy application and interview season. Megan was more than worth the money in terms of making wedding planning even possible for us. She started from the beginning by helping us to envision the design and theme of our wedding, which she then helped us to achieve through her resources and connections to local vendors in Indianapolis. She was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She was easy to get in touch with and flexible with our last-minute changes. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly and our stress was kept to a minimum. We truly were able to enjoy this important moment with our friends, family, and each other. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony and reception ended up. We highly recommend Arbor and Bloom Events for anyone seeking wedding planning services.

anized. Arbor and Bloom sent a welcome package that included a wedding planning guide. This included some great tips and recommendations based in experience.
Along the way, Megan was available to answer any questions we had. Her experience has made her an amazing resource for advice, tips, and recommendations. Even though she was hired for day/month-of coordination, she made herself available when we got stuck in our planning process, and we were so grateful for that. She also reviewed and collected contracts from our other vendors, which was very helpful!
About 8 weeks before the wedding, Megan stepped in to coordinate between vendors and created a timeline for our event(s) - rehearsal and wedding day. She got to know those vendors and learned about their needs and timelines, so we could be fully prepared day-of. I was able to send images and diagrams of all of our decorations and their placements, so Megan and her team could set up for the event. They executed this even beyond expectations, and everything turned out so beautifully - this is amazing because we had a lot to set up!
Arbor and Bloom handled set up efficiently while also directing vendors and keeping our timeline moving. The whole day went along right on schedule. The team remained calm, collected, and professional the entire time, and if there were any problems, we did not know about them! We could not have had such a smooth wedding without Arbor and Bloom. It was the day we always dreamed of, and we cannot thank Megan enough for that!

If hiring Megan for your big day, you can expect someone that is thorough in her communication, willing to go above and beyond what's expected, and incredibly easy to interact with. I consider myself extremely lucky to have had her by my side for our year of planning!

Megan made my wedding day absolutely perfect and would highly recommend her to anyone!
I have been in the bridal party for multiple weddings run by Arbor and Bloom Events, meaning I have had close friends in the Indianapolis area work with Megan and her team to plan ...
and organize their big day. I have also been involved with several weddings managed by other wedding and event specialists, and let's just say there is a BIG difference. Arbor and Bloom is by far the most professional event planning company I've seen in my personal experience, leaving all of the others behind in the way that they step in for their clients and advocate for them at every turn. Megan is amazing in the way that she can spot and handle problems before anyone else even knows there was an issue - the amount of stress that she is able to take off of the shoulders of the wedding couple is tremendous. From minimizing waste, to maximizing returns on a budget, to working with venues and vendors to get exactly what the client is looking for; I can truly say that Megan and the team and Arbor and Bloom are head and shoulders above other options.
