Aquafuzion

Everyone at Aquafuzion is professional, organized, and above all caring. I cannot wait to have them plan my next event. I will never be able to do another event without them!

ype, and design. The final product was just like she had promised! We are very grateful for all of the hard work put into making our flowers perfect!

ith Beverley about our wedding vision. She immediately understood what I was looking for, and was excited to work with us. Since she's the professional, and I'm not, I showed her some inspiration pictures and asked her to do her thing to bring my vision to life. The day of the wedding when I saw how everything came together, I wanted to cry I was so happy! Everything looked even better than I could have imagined. Beverley was a pleasure to work with, and her work was phenomenal. I highly recommend Aquafuzion!

ig day - coordinating everything to perfection. We also used Aquafuzion for our floral arrangements - these were all gorgeous. We strongly recommend Michelle and Aquafuzion!

recommend her and the Aquafuzion team. I wrote a more comprehensive review on Yelp if you would like to know more about my experience with Aquafuzion: https://www.yelp.com/biz/aquafuzion-monrovia-3?hrid=xQci7oHrynzkkxs2eRuyXA&utm_campaign=www_review_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct)

er for our wedding because we live on the east coast. Michelle was able to help us narrow down a nice venue within our budget and hire vendors throughout the process. She went to visit different locations and took several pictures for us to consider. I also hired them to do the on-site wedding coordination, and they did a great job! My family and guests even noticed how good of a job the team did. Because of them, our wedding went smoothly. I flew in a few months before the wedding to work on the final details. During the trip I went cake tasting and visited the venue. Michelle was very organized throughout the process, which made my trip worthwhile. Their office in Monrovia was a nice space--filled with bridal and girly decor, which made me feel very special as a bride. I know it is a little scary to hire someone who you have never met to plan your big day, but I can definitely say my experience with Aquafuzion was excellent. I highly recommend them.

ices. They did save us a lot of valuable time :) We recommend Michelle and Aquafuzion to anyone couples without hesitation!

e. Although I enjoyed planning for the event and enjoyed those art-and-craft stuffs as well as personalizing our own wedding, however, working full-time plus going to grad school at the same time really stressed me out. Michelle was my coordinator and she is very detailed-oriented and organized. Planning a garden wedding was definitely time-consuming as we have to prepare and coordinate a lot of things which usually not required if you are having an indoor or hotel wedding. Michelle provided help with finding and negotiating with potential vendors such as musicians, draping company, rental company, etc.... during the last two weeks, it was the most stressful time but Michelle relieved me from the stress and took over most of the coordination and spent a great deal of time communicating back and forth with the site coordinator, catering company, chandeliers company, draping company on all the details. Michelle is always pleasant and has a positive attitude. On our wedding day, our matron of honor also stated that Michelle is awesome! I truly appreciate the help I received from Michelle and the advice that Debbie gave me throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend Aquafusion to those who want a stress-free and memorable wedding!

casions, she recommended and got us better deals than we would've otherwise. Whenever I needed to contact her, I can feel comfortably shooting her an email or text and know she will get back to me asap. As we approach the wedding day, she's been contacting the entire wedding party and everyone involved on timelines and responsibilities. She did all that without ever mentioning to me, and that's a GREAT thing. Once you're down to the finishing race, the last thing I would want is getting information on things I don't need to know. We were able to not worry about any wedding logistics and focus on things only my wife and I needed to complete. At the wedding day, Michelle's execution was flawless. We've hit several bumps with audio technical difficulties from another vendor. She was quick to turnaround and discuss with me changes and plans to keep the wedding moving forward. Every other little detail we've discussed that needed to happen on the wedding day all executed perfectly. We also got our floral design from the team. They're able to listen to our change requests and give us everything we wanted. When you speak to them you know they're there to help and maximize the value for your dollar. The wedding day flowers and arrangement were beautiful and above our expectation. Nice words here are hard to justify, I would say look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Dare I say real life is even more stunning than the pictures.

re just like the picture I sent. I really appreciated how they itemized everything in their invoice and included pictures/inspiration to clearly showcase how my vision was going to look so there were no surprises

vely team to work with and Debbie is beyond an expert in the field of event planning and floral arrangements! I highly recommend Aquafuzion!

id not want to embarrass ourselves further (in working on our wedding with The Ritz-Carlton) by selecting a second rate wedding coordinator. Aquafuzion was able to assign us a coordinator within the same day that they called us back, and arrange an in-person meeting just 2 days later---unlike Michelle Groom from Mele Amore, who refused even one Skype session when we were her distance clients from Boston with a 6-hr time difference. After meeting Michelle Tu from Aquafuzion in person at The Ritz-Carlton menu tasting session in California on our visit there in March, we were already confident that we were making a better choice going with Aquafuzion's coordination services. We are glad to say now that we were not wrong after all, because: 1) Michelle Tu of Aquafuzion responded to all our calls and emails within 24 hours, unlike Michelle Groom of Mele Amore who took days, even weeks to get back to us---time we did not have with only 4 months to plan our wedding. 2) Aquafuzion helped us secure a floral budget that was only half the price of what Mele Amore was able to achieve. 3) Aquafuzion executed our wedding according to plan, keeping vendors and the bridal party together and well-fed, and even managing to secure time for us to eat! 4) Aquafuzion went out of their way to meet our needs, including: providing lemons to wash tea cups with for our Tea Ceremony, dressing the wedding cake with 30 paper butterflies, helping to stick individual labels on to ~100 seats for our lawn ceremony, carrying our bridal party's items up to the bridal suite for us, being patient with numerous last minute layout changes requested by family, and so much more... We are so grateful that Aquafuzion had us smiling all the way to our wedding day! Thank you for your hard work!!
