I can't imagine there is more lovely, friendly, organized, efficient, caring and talented wedding photographer in the world than Angela King. Her website and social media express h...
er talent, but can't begin to convey the joy her presence brings to a celebration of love. She clearly loves love and wants to capture its most precious moments for posterity. From our first conversations via phone and email, it was clear she knows exactly what she is doing and is supremely detail-oriented. We had planned a somewhat casual ceremony with a big party in our backyard, and she completely understood the assignment of capturing the happiness of our union while being very sensitive to the fact that we were blending families. Her images of our home and yard before the guests arrived, during prep and beauty treatments, first look, ceremony, and dance party are pure artistry. I truly can't stop looking at them without tearing up, remembering the joy of the day. Beyond that, she is insanely organized and managed to knock out wonderful family group photos after the ceremony without anyone missing a moment of the afterparty. She is truly a wedding ninja, and one of the most delightful humans I have ever met. She will truly make your day.
Everyone should hire Angela for their wedding!!
When we spoke to her for the first time we instantly picked up on her positive energy and care for her clients. Her package were r...
easonably priced and matched the value we knew we would get.
In May 2025 we met her downtown at 7am for a complimentary photoshoot at sunrise, after our engagement a few months before. She had great ideas and was accommodating to our wishes too, those photos were fantastic!
Between then and our Valentine’s Day wedding at Lost Pines she was always responsive and friendly whenever we reached out. Either her or Kelly was with my wife or I every minute from when they arrived at the venue to the time of the ceremony. I particularly noticed their coordination for our first look, especially because of the rain that needed to be accounted for.
Something that sets Angela apart is her relationship with many other vendors in the Austin wedding community. I think her chemistry with our planner and musician created great moments to photograph. During the reception we saw her and Josh jamming together!
We guarantee that hiring Angela will be the easiest decision you make!

wing wedding photographers, I knew she was the one. She is so friendly and helpful. Before we even signed the contract with her, right after our intro call, she sent us a timeline for our wedding along with vendor recommendations (many of which we used from DJs to wedding suit retailers) and photo tips like doing the dip and kiss on the way back up the aisle after the ceremony, and looking at each other during the ceremony instead of the officiant. Not only did we love her, but all of our wedding guests loved her too! She was so inclusive, kind, and made everyone feel like a star. She also handled sensitive situations with grace and professionalism...like divorces and wedding guests wanting to be in certain photos that they weren't supposed to be in. Her experience as a teacher is one of her superpowers. The photos that she and her awesome second shooter took are incredible. They beautifully captured one of the best and most special days of our lives. They caught so many hilarious, beautiful, and sentimental candid moments that brought tears to our eyes. She remember every pose I'd had on my shot list, which I was so thankful for because on my wedding day I couldn't remember a thing, so I was so grateful that I could rely on her. She definitely helped out with our wedding planning and organization as well like knowing what time the best light was going to be at. She also knew our venue, Horseshoe Bay, very well so she knew the most beautiful places to take photos. We loved the few film photos that she included in our galleries as well. I wasn't sure we needed any photos other than digital, but I'm so glad she included a few film photos because the colors look so gorgeous and unique and the photos kind of look like classic polaroids. She also gave us a sneak peek of some of our photos just a few days after our wedding that we got to enjoy on our honeymoon, which was so much fun and so thoughtful of her. She also worked awesomely with our amazing videographers at Moonlit Weddings. We couldn't recommend Angela more highly. She was the MVP and one of our favorite vendors and was a huge reason that our wedding went so smoothly and beautifully and she gave us amazing memories that we'll have for the rest of our lives and can pass down to future generations. Thank you so much Angela for everything you did for us!
When planning a wedding, there are a few vendors that can make or break your day and your photographer is one of them. As we researched photographers in our area, we were drawn to ...
Angela King Photography. We were immediately impressed her after looking at her gallery.
Angela was amazing to work with! From scheduling (and rescheduling) our engagement photos due to the weather, she was always patient and accommodating. My husband and I don't like to be the center of attention and in turn shy away from the camera. Angela has a way with making her clients feel comfortable and relaxed so she can capture beautiful moments.
I guess it was only fitting that we would run into rain on our wedding day, too. Angela reached out the day before to calm my nerves and offered to adjust our previously agreed upon schedule for the day to ensure we could capture all of the pictures before the rain was scheduled to start. She showed up early on the day of the wedding to scope out the best spots for our pictures and that truly meant a lot. She even had a few clear umbrellas for me and some bridesmaids to use as the light rain fell.
Angela's final gallery turned out AMAZING and we are beyond happy with the results. I feel as if I am reliving our wedding day when I look back at the photographs. She captured everyone! From the bride/groom to our family and friends. We love them!
Angela is such a warm person and we loved working with her over the past year. We highly recommend choosing Angela King Photography for your wedding!

ys went above and beyond to put our minds at ease. She had the best recommendations for the location of our engagement photoshoot, and we knew right away we made the best decision choosing her as our photographer! She truly makes you feel so confident and comfortable while taking photos and has the best vision. On the wedding day, she arrived early and got straight to work taking our details photos (that turned out beautifully). Everyone couldn't stop commenting on how great she was and how much of a natural she is interacting with all types of people to ensure perfect photographs that capture our wedding day! She was so timely with making sure we got all the shots we needed (group family shots, bridal party, etc.). I truly cannot thank her enough for capturing the best day of our lives so perfectly!!

cess stress-free and enjoyable. Our engagement photos were stunning, and our wedding day photos turned out even better than we could have imagined.
On the day of our wedding, it started to rain just 30 minutes before the ceremony. Angie handled the situation with such grace, ensuring the transition to our backup plan was seamless. She brought so much fun and energy to our special day, making the experience truly amazing.
We are so grateful for Angie's incredible work and dedication. Having her as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, memorable photos. Thank you, Angie!

re incredible. Angie was always in touch and available to answer any questions we had and went above a beyond in all aspects. She made the engagement shoot so fun and was able to capture our love so beautifully. On the day of the wedding, she was incredible capturing everything and then some and just making sure the day and photos were filled with love and light. She even got us a sneak peek of the gallery right away and we were just blown away with her work. 10/10 would recommend!

bly grateful for the beautiful memories captured on our special day.
First and foremost, Angela was not just on time, but early, ensuring that every moment of our day was captured with precision and care. Angela possesses an exceptional talent for photography. What truly set Angela apart was her ability to remember all the specific details and requests we had discussed prior to the wedding. She listened attentively to our vision and executed it flawlessly, ensuring that every shot we had in mind was captured beautifully. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making our day special and went above and beyond to make it happen.
We couldn't have asked for a better wedding photographer, and we highly recommend Angela King to anyone in need of exceptional photography services!!!! Highly HIGHLY recommend!
The Drewetts!
Photography was something very important to me, so I did a lot of research before and I am so happy we went with Angie! From our engagement photos to the wedding, she was always so...
friendly and encouraging. She is really good at giving direction to make the poses look effortlessly beautiful! She made sure to get all the shots I wanted, which was nice because in the moment of the wedding I was so excited, and I didn't want to think about my lists, but she remembered everything we had discussed. My husband is notorious for hating photoshoots, and he even leaned over and said "I'm actually having fun doing these!" which I never thought I would hear! She got our sneak peeks back to us really quickly, which was great because I was so excited to share with friends and family! The photos are absolutely stunning, as I knew they would be. We already have many framed photos in our house from our engagement shoot with her, and now we will have the most beautiful memories to frame from our wedding. I highly recommend to book Angie!

I scooped up Angie within hours of getting engaged after seeing her work on social media for over a year. She is hands down the best photographer!! She was always so responsive via...
email, so I never had an issue communicating! Her bubbly personality made us feel so comfortable during our engagement shoot, and on wedding day. She knows exactly how to place you and will do anything to get “the shot.” She has the best eye for locations and will scoot you ½ an inch just to make sure she gets you in the best spot, which is so important! She doesn’t miss a single detail even if it meant stopping to make sure veil, train, etc were perfect before snapping. Her light and airy editing makes wedding photos dreamy. It is very easy to access your gallery and save photos, which was important to us. Angie stays busy with a lot of weddings, but I’m hoping we can squeeze her in for any future family photos because I don’t think I could trust any other photographer! Thank you Angie!!

so comfortable and just made it feel so easy. The wedding day was amazing with her and it didn't feel like we even spent that long taking pictures! She did such a great job of styling the shots quickly and getting everything she needed in pictures in record time. Her second shooter was also phenomenal and we loved the experience of having them at our wedding! We have seen a few shots of the day so far and they are magical, and I can't wait to see the rest! You need Angela King for your wedding!!
Angela is AMAZING! She beyond exceeded any expectation or hope I had for photos. She is so sweet, fun and easy to work with. I’ve been receiving messages from friends and friends ...
of friends that her work belongs in bridal magazines, everyone is in awe. I also received an email the morning after my wedding with a sneak peak album with 70 pictures. I’m so happy with our decision to use Angela for our engagement and wedding pictures!
the best of the best- that is how i would describe Angie!

as time to seek out a professional! I found Angie as she was recommended by the venue and our wedding planner. She from the first encounter was a DREAM.
She booked our engagement session for the next week, knowing we had been pushed out, and got us our photos back SO quickly.
They came out incredible.
before the wedding, i was having nerves, i told Angie about this and she wrote me a heartfelt email about how its normal to be nervous and she would do everything in her power to keep my introverted self calm.
She knew i had lost my mom years ago, and she told me she would help me with my dress etc if i wanted her to.
she came on the wedding day full of pep and spunk, and also CALM as a cucumber.
She laughed with us, helped us enjoy getting ready and she was amazing with the photos, and quick!
i know she got amazing shots.
I cannot thank and recommend Angie enough! she is a GEM, shes like if your best friend was a photographer.
really, i can't even put it into words.

gie responded quickly, was eager to answer all of our questions, went above and beyond to put our minds at ease, and we could tell how personable she was even through e-mail! Without hesitation, we chose to go with Angie for our wedding day, but we didn’t realize we would be getting so much more than her photography expertise. Angie happily assisted us along the way with so many details. She helped us pick the perfect outfits and location for our engagement shoot, she drew up a detailed wedding day timeline, she travelled to shoot bridal portraits (even snuck in some pictures of my dog and I last minute), and she gave helpful tips about other vendors. On the wedding day, Angie arrived early and got right to work, and she worked very well with everyone! Angie is also a pro at bustling dresses (is there anything she can’t do??). She has a special way of connecting with all people and fostering confidence in how family and friends should stand, pose, and be themselves all at the same time! I haven’t even made it to talking about the actual pictures yet, because we’re just so blown away with her genuine nature, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout the entire experience! The photos turned out WAY BETTER than we even imagined, and we will cherish them forever. We are so grateful for our friendship with Angie and 100% recommend, 5 stars, and one of the best vendors we worked with! Love you, Angie!

riends wedding in 2017. I reached out to her while planning my wedding. She even remembered me and my fiancé from that previous wedding. She did our engagement shots and wedding photos. She even did a surprise first look with my me and my mom during my bridal portraits. My mom and I had been separated for five months because of COVID and my mom hadn’t seen me in my dress except for the day I did dress shopping 10 months before. Angie is so detail oriented and she will make you look amazing in every photograph. I LOVED working with her. My husband and I agree she was worth every penny and more!!!! HIRE THIS WOMAN!
Perfect in every way!

hat last a lifetime. It's so important to capture every moment of this very special day. When my daughter and I met with Angie, we felt an instant connection. Her sweet, warm personality won us over immediately, along with how attentive she was as my daughter shared her wedding photo wishes. Angie is such a professional who loves love, and knows how to photograph it.
Angie is very talented in making everyone feel comfortable right from the start of the photo sessions. Her professional experience and artistic talents enable her to make the most of lighting, settings both indoor and outdoors, and she knows just the complimentary way to pose for the shot. Angie arrived very prepared, knowing what photos she wanted in order to capture the love and joys of the day. Angie was so skilled in capturing those special quiet moments shared between mother/daughter, father/daughter, mother/son, father/son, bridesmaids reveal, first look and so much more. So much so that you forgot Angie was even there enabling you to be “in the moment”.
As a special surprise to me, my daughter worked with Angie to plan a bridal portrait session without me knowing. I was asked to “dress nice”, so I did as asked, not knowing why. Angie was at the venue, waiting to capture the very moment when I would first see my beautiful daughter in her wedding dress, hair and makeup done, ready for her bridal portraits. I will treasure this very special mother/daughter moment forever! I am so thankful that Angie was to able to capture the love we share.
They say, “The proof is in the pudding”, and that it is! Angie's photos are breathtaking and let me just say, the tears flow every time I look them over. The day was captured perfectly and beautifully! Now we all have a lifetime of “looks”ahead as we relive the love shared that day.
Thank you Angie! You are a treasure!

e reliving our wedding day. And we got to see the details we missed, like cocktail hour, which was so special.
Angie was so quick to reply to every email I sent and even provided a detailed timeline before I booked her. You get not just a photographer with her but a planner and helper all in one, she even was able to help wrangle my wild toddler and get the most perfect photos of her!!
We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and went from a March to an October wedding. Angie was first vendor we contacted (even before the venue) to get availability from because we knew we could not do our wedding with out her. Once we picked a new date with Angie everything else fell in place and she made rebooking seamless.
If you have the chance to book Angie, do it!!

ic, timeless, light and airy editing. She takes beautiful and natural photos that do not look posed! She guided us through all of our shots to make for the most amazing engagement, bridal portraits and wedding day shots I could have ever dreamed of! Angie was always on time or early. She helped me personally select my outfits for our engagement photos and helped with boutiques and online shops that she suggested had great outfits and dresses. She captures every detail and nothing is missed! For example, I had my engagement ring and wedding band on in opposite order from the ceremony....She was about to do some close ups of our rings and noticed they were reversed and had me switch them prior to taking the photos. She made sure my veil and even hair was in perfect order while taking photos. (I even used multiple veils for photos, highly recommend!) Not only does she do fantastic work, but she is a dream to work with. She helped plan our wedding day timeline. She is so sweet and thoughtful. She talked me out of a panic moment before my bridals because I had some major tan lines that I thought would ruin my photos (during the lockdown when I couldn’t do anything about my tan mishap) She assured me that she could easily edit those out.. And she did! :) My bridesmaids were nervous about posing and I told them, don’t you worry, she’ll tell you exactly what to do! They were amazed with her coaching skills! Our wedding photos are just amazing, and I treasure all of them. We are absolutely blown away by them. She captured our wedding perfectly, and I could not be happier with the results! I have looked at these photos over and over again, but still am amazed (and forget about ones I looked at before). It is going to be tough to pick which ones to print for framing in our home!! I cannot recommend her highly enough! Angie was even flexible with our postponing of our original wedding date due to COVID.
If you are lucky enough to find Angie with you wedding date available, BOOK HER! Don’t think twice!
Where do we begin?! Angela was the absolute best to work with throughout our entire wedding process. She and her 2nd shooter brought so much positive reinforcement to our day. The ...
energy and time they put into making sure our day was one of a kind was unprecedented!! Not only did Angela execute on all of our shots to the tee, at one point she was seen helping out by cleaning up a spill! These are the moments that make your vendors great and Angela was a step above. Thank you so much for all the hard work, kindness and patience you showed Angela! We couldn’t be any more satisfied and definitely plan to bring you up in every conversation with our friends about wedding planning.
Angie was hands down the best vendor that we booked for our wedding! Not only is she one of the most kind-hearted and sweetest people I’ve come across, she is also unbelievably tal...
ented at what she does! Neither me or my husband likes being the center of attention, but she made us feel so at ease and confident! You can tell that Angie truly loves what she does and she goes above and beyond to make sure your day flows perfectly! All of our pictures are beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Angie, for making our day so special! We can’t wait to continue to look back on these pictures for years to come!
I don’t even know where to begin with Angie. She was just so amazing and has made this entire engagement and wedding experience beyond perfect. Even during Covid-19, Angie kept me ...
feeling optimistic and she really helped me stay positive. Her pictures are absolutely stunning. I mean they truly speak for themselves. But the woman behind the camera on the inside and out is the absolute best person ever! I am so blessed that she was part of our day and I pray she starts doing family photos too because I want her to literally be my family photographer forever. She is just the sweetest person and so genuine. Her personality is what makes her amazing to work with.
I have to admit, I was a bit nervous on how these pictures would turn out. Mainly because we have a few camera shy friends and my husband can definitely feel awkward being in front of the lens. I wondered if that would show in some pictures, the nerves some of us felt that day with all these eyes on us lol. But none of those feelings were shown in pictures. And that is all thanks to Angie. She definitely made the process super fun and was able to capture everything so fast. Our friends who are shy and my husband, really appreciated how quick she was and how she gave pointers on what to do in order to get the best pictures.
I do want to mention that my mother in law had passed away before we got married. And Angie had reached out on social media multiple times just to comment on pictures we had posted with her. She gave her condolences but also has continued to give us words of encouragement. Just by looking at Angie’s pictures, everyone can tell that she definitely knows the best angles and lighting and how to pose to where you look effortless and natural. All of her shots have always been amazing. But I think how she has handled us as friends, more so than just clients, speaks volumes. She responded to every text and insta message I have ever sent her when I asked for advice. Which was a ton. But I felt comfortable enough to talk to her about anything. She is an amazing photographer. But like I said before, who she is as a person, is what made our experience throughout this entire thing so unbelievably wonderful.
I am so grateful to have found her and I really hope she decides to expand her business into family photography because I really do not want to ever work with another photographer after this. No one could top Angie King!
Angela is the absolute best!!! I can’t even begin to describe how amazing she is. Her pictures speak for themselves. They are absolutely beautiful and she knows exactly how to pose...
you and get the right shot! So extremely talented! My husband and I can’t get over how she managed to make up look so good in our pictures. Not only is she an incredible photographer, but she is so kind and willing to help with anything you need on your big day. She radiates joy and is never without a smile and it was such a great time getting to meet and know her on our wedding day!! We will cherish our photos forever and we are so thankful to Angela!
Angie has been so incredibly sweet, helpful, professional, and amazing to work with thus far!

ness, so we opted for a mini ceremony on our original date to honor our big day. I reached out to Angie to see if she would be interested/available to photograph the day, and she replied instantly to say that, not only was she willing and able, but that she was willing to help with a timeline, etc.
She showed up early, stayed late, and helped make our day run smoothly. She is so easy to work with and made everyone feel natural and comfortable in front of the camera, and to top it off, her work is breathtaking.
We are so grateful for her experience and willingness to go above and beyond.
Can't wait for the big celebration next year!

If you like organization, this is the right photographer for you. Her attention to detail is incredible…she asked me questions and had ideas I would have never thought of! My husband and I were so happy with the quality and amount of photos we had to choose from after our special day. We are not sure how to narrow them down because we love them all. I’m honestly sad our phone calls and emails are over, but she has other couples to make happy! Angela King photography is the BEST and you MUST use her!!

ly uses colors to her advantage, especially greenery. This style was exactly what I was looking for and the reason we booked.
As I got to know her and we worked together, she proved to be essential to planning and I was always asking her advice about wedding related things. She truly is so passionate about what she does, you can tell that each photo is taken and edited with love and dedication (yes I know that sounds cheesy).
She gave the best advice, had the knowledge to help me with everything from a timeline to veils to helping me get my dress on. On the day of, I had family trying to position themselves and offer suggestions and I think a few of them were shocked at my intensity when I told them, “Do whatever Angie says”.
Anyway, please consider booking Angie, she is so creative and passionate about the industry, she will make your day truly unforgettable and she travels!!
Thank you again, Angie, you made our day absolutely perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about Angie! I had worked with her before and knew she was wonderful on giving everyone direction. This was even more so highlighted on our wedding ...
day when our family was very hard to gather and Angie helped us out with getting everyone where they needed to be.
Not only did Angie take amazing photos on our wedding day, but she also made sure that we had an amazing time. My shoes were hurting my feet, so I kept sitting down and Angie came up to me several times to make sure I was okay and help if needed. I feel very blessed to have found Angie and had her as our photographer on our wedding day.
We’ve already received some photos, but I look forward to receiving more. I can not recommend Angie enough for anyone getting married. She will help with everything needed and ensure you get beautiful photos on your wedding day.

After getting engaged, my fiancé and I knew we wanted Angie to be the first vendor we booked! She is so fun to work with and makes you feel so comfortable! On our wedding day, we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that Angie was going to get all of the best photos and capture everything we envisioned. When we got our wedding photos back, we LOVED every single one. They are exactly what we had always dreamed of! We are so lucky to be able to relive our wedding day over and over in the beautiful photos that she captured for us. We are forever thankful that we chose a photographer that we absolutely love!!

O quickly, and there are so many great ones! She was also very understanding of our concerns on family dynamics, and made sure to get every photo we wanted (and more). Both of our moms were blown away with her efficiency and professionalism. We have had friends with horror stories from their photographers and not having to worry about this was so valuable.

I also have to say, she was extremely professional and never missed a beat. She went above and beyond and helped me decide on things like outfits to wear, what makeup artists photographed well, etc. She even bustled my dress for me at the wedding!
Angela King is the best photographer you could hire- Take my word for it and book her!

to work with and did an amazing job directing us and our wedding party on how to pose; all the photos turned out looking so natural and none of them forced. She really has a gift for that! We had a strong cold front come through on our wedding day but I was determined to take photos in our beautiful outdoor setting and Angela did an amazing job helping to direct me so I didn’t look like I was freezing in our photos and she was really fast and efficient at changing out lenses so we could move through the photos quickly. She’s a dream to work with and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Angela did my engagement photos! She was so fun to work with and knew exactly how to take the shots we wanted. She was also so kind and opened to different ideas.

She posted a group of pictures on her blog about a week after the wedding and my husband and I could not stop looking at it because she captured every moment of the day perfectly! We just got all of the pictures back and LOVED every single one!!!! She was so awesome when we were shooting outside in the August heat and knew exactly what poses we needed to do and made the whole process of shooting with the bridal party and family so smooth! Angie was so awesome to work with leading up to the wedding and I am so happy we booked her! One of the best vendors ever!!!!!!

ment the cake, music, food, etc. but our most frequent compliments were about Angie! Angie's attention to detail, efficiency, creativity and organization is unbelievable! Not only is she THE SWEETEST human alive making working with her a blast, she's incredibly talented as a photographer. She captured the most beautiful candid moments. Every time I look through our pictures, I can't help but smile and laugh - it's as if we're right back in our venue on our wedding day. All I can say is ,you definitely will not be disappointed, she is worth every.single.penny. I'll leave you with the fact that one of my bridesmaids has been in 12 weddings, and repeatedly commented on how flawless the process of capturing couple/bridal party/family photos was.
