ANDI Soirees

g short of spectacular—we did not have to worry about a single thing. Andi and her team took care of everything with very thoughtful attention and professionalism. Every vendor, timeline, and transition flowed perfectly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our guests are still reaching out to let us know how wonderful the entire wedding was. If you are looking for a wedding planner who will anticipate every need and deliver a truly unforgettable event, Andi is the person.

Florida, I would absolutely work with her—and she exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Andi made the entire process feel seamless. Her communication is incredible—she responds quickly, keeps you in the loop, and makes you feel like nothing is ever slipping through the cracks. Any time I had a question, she was already on top of it. What’s even more impressive is that she planned our entire wedding in just 9 weeks, which still feels unbelievable. Not once did I feel stressed about the timeline because I trusted her completely. She handled everything with such professionalism and ease, and the entire day ran flawlessly. One of the biggest advantages of working with Andi is her strong relationships with local vendors. She knows exactly who to recommend, and it made every decision so much easier. You can tell how respected and connected she is in the industry. And a special shoutout to the wedding cake—something I specifically said I wanted to be delicious and memorable. Andi absolutely delivered. Multiple guests have asked where it was from, which says everything. If you’re even considering working with Andi, don’t hesitate. She is organized, responsive, incredibly talented, and truly cares about making your day perfect.

ble. There were countless situations she handled behind the scenes that we probably still don’t even know about, and she executed everything flawlessly. We unfortunately had two rainy days during the weekend, but Andi’s preparation and backup plans made everything feel completely seamless. By the time our wedding day arrived, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Andi is extremely effective and incredibly easy to communicate with. She responds to emails quickly and always gives honest, thoughtful advice whenever you need help making decisions. Over the 6+ months we spent planning together, we genuinely looked forward to our conversations with her. Not only did my wife and I love working with Andi, but our friends and family constantly commented on how amazing she was and how smoothly everything ran. She made sure every detail was perfect and helped create the best weekend of our lives. We truly cannot recommend Andi enough.

Andi EXECUTES! As the groom, I of course was less than enthused with the whole wedding planning process in general, but having Andi made everything much much more stress free and enjoyable. When everything came together on the wedding day, it resulted in an experience that my wife and I are eternally grateful for and will never forget. Andi and her team were so attentive to detail, to us, and to the guests. Multiple people told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and a lot of that is thanks to Andi. I give her my highest reccomendation!

attention to detail.  She is regarded so highly by all of the vendors involved in our big day!  I was so impressed with her from beginning to end.  She also has the unique ability to remain calm and focused and her vibe then transcends to the parents , the bride and groom and the bridal party.  ANDI also works within budget guidelines and delivers an elevated experience for everyone! Our wedding day was flawless!  ANDI and her team took care of every detail and we were all able to enjoy ourselves. Our wedding at Vizcaya was a dream come true for my son Austin and his bride Dani.  It exceeded our expectations! ANDI is a pro and I cannot recommend her enough.  If I had the whole thing to do over again, I would choose her.  Thank you to ANDI Soirees.....you were amazing to work with !!!

s sense of luxury that made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. Every element, from the ambiance and flow to the smallest finishing touches, felt thoughtful, refined, and perfectly curated. What truly sets her apart is her professionalism and calm presence. She anticipate needs before they arise, manage vendors flawlessly, and execute with absolute confidence. The result was an event that felt elegant, personal, and impeccably run—allowing my brother and I to be fully present and enjoy every moment. ans in place when the weather didn’t cooperate for our wedding! Could not recommend Andi enough! She is also extremely kind, understanding and such a hard worker. Her list of vendors she recommends is beyond and everyone is so professional. We love Andi and would use her time and time again for any large parties we have! 10/10 recommend! <3 Jordan and Luka

f mind. She is incredibly thoughtful, prepared, and always ten steps ahead, which allowed me to actually enjoy the process rather than feel overwhelmed by it. Andi’s deep connections throughout South Florida truly set her apart. Because of her relationships with vendors and creatives in the area, we were able to get so imaginative with our decor, rentals, and overall design. She helped us think outside the box while still keeping everything cohesive and elevated. Every recommendation felt intentional and perfectly aligned with the vision we were building. What impressed me most was Andi’s ability to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. Every touchpoint we had felt purposeful. She used each conversation as an opportunity to better understand me, my style, and what mattered most to us as a couple. From intuitively knowing the kind of welcome bags we would love, to setting the exact tone and vibe for our rehearsal dinner, she somehow took all of my “out there” and scattered ideas and transformed them into a beautifully curated, personalized wedding weekend. The end result felt so uniquely us. Nothing felt generic or templated - it was thoughtful, intentional, and deeply personal. Andi has an incredible gift for translating a bride’s vision into an experience that feels effortless, elevated, and meaningful. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a planner who is not only organized and connected, but genuinely invested in creating something special and unforgettable.

st meeting, working with her was a joy. We cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to make their special day both unforgettable and entirely stress-free. If you want a wedding that is as memorable as it is seamless, Andi is the person to call!

completely on top of every detail. We planned a full wedding weekend with Andi, consisting of multiple large events — a seated rehearsal dinner for 165 guests, our wedding for 200 people at 1 Hotel South Beach, and a post-wedding brunch — across different venues and with many vendors involved. Andi managed everything seamlessly. She helped us think through decisions at every stage, kept us on track, coordinated across venues and vendor teams, and made what could have felt overwhelming feel completely manageable. The entire weekend ran so smoothly, truly not one thing went wrong. What stood out most was how stress-free the experience was. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was being handled with care and precision. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and her vendor recommendations were outstanding. Every vendor she suggested - from our bridal valet to our band and beyond - was not only incredibly talented, but genuinely kind and a joy to work with. That positive energy made the entire weekend even more special. Beyond her professionalism, Andi is a pleasure to work with. She is warm, responsive, and truly invested in her couples. Thanks to her, our wedding weekend exceeded every expectation - beautifully executed, joyful, and completely stress-free. We are so grateful to have worked with her and cannot recommend her highly enough!

e very best experience for everyone involved. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and sincerity. Absolutely amazing!

nyone see one for their upcoming wedding and our special event.

nized, and she alleviated so much stress as she handled every single detail perfectly. We live in Houston, TX and planning a destination wedding seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but we were in the best of hands working with Andi. From recommending vendors, providing a fully comprehensive to-do list, attending every meeting with vendors and giving extremely helpful and honest recommendations based on previous experiences, and handling everything including timelines, setup, etc. on the wedding weekend - Andi completely blew us away at how well she managed everything. We also had the most incredible experience working with each of the vendors she recommended through her vendor relationships - we literally would not have changed a thing, and they each contributed to the wedding of our dreams.

away. Andi made it so easy and seamless for us. Everything and every detail was thought out and created beyond our imaginations. Andi was on top of everything and helped even the most ADD person like me stay on top of it all. When the wedding week came there was not a thing I had to worry about because Andi had EVERYTHING done and finished and I had 0 worries throughout the whole process. Our wedding week was a breeze and was 30x more beautiful than I could have even imagined. Working with Andi was one of the greatest joys of my life. She truly makes dreams come true. A sweet and lovely soul who truthfully cares about you, your family, and your friends. I feel honored to have gotten to work with her and Parrish of London on florals. Thank you for everything Andi. 💜

f a million things & executed so many details that we will never even know about! Andi did all of this with love, grace, kindness, professionalism, attention to detail and compassion. She is a busy lady & we never felt like a number…ever! She made us feel like we were her only clients! We can’t stop thinking about the ceremony & reception and we are eternally grateful that she was our coordinator!! We cannot recommend her enough! Amazing ANDI!!!!

. Incredible service by an even better person!

ay, in ways I truly didn’t even know were possible (and I have very high expectations). She is truly a once-in-a-lifetime wedding planner and one in a trillion person. She is meticulously organized, endlessly patient, creative, and so deeply invested in bringing every couple’s vision to life with absolute perfection. I have never met someone with greater attention to detail. No matter how big or small, every single element of our wedding was FLAWLESSLY executed. Andi handled everything- from vendor coordination to last-minute tweaks with grace, flexibility, and a level of calm that instantly put me at ease. There genuinely wasn’t a single moment of stress for me throughout the entire process and throughout the wedding weekend and I was able to fully enjoy every second of it knowing I was in amazing hands and she had everything handled. What truly sets Andi apart is her unparalleled dedication to her clients. No matter what time of day (or night), any day of the week I reached out, she responded within minutes - if not SECONDS. Her commitment and dedication to her clients goes way beyond logistics, coordination and planning- she takes so much time to truly understand her couples as people, their relationship, their family dynamics, and what will make their day uniquely theirs. And beyond all of her incredible professionalism and expertise, Andi is simply so much fun to work with. Her energy is infectious, her positivity is unwavering, and she made the entire planning experience not just stress-free, but genuinely SO enjoyable. She brings the perfect blend of warmth, precision, and creativity, making every step of the process feel seamless and exciting. Thanks to Andi, my wedding wasn’t just the dream wedding I have been fantasizing over every single minute for the last 16 months of being engaged-it was SOOO much better than I ever could have possibly imagined. Every detail was perfect, every moment was filled with joy, and I got to experience the best day (and weekend) of my life with not a single worry or disappointment. She is, without a doubt, the most thorough, organized and talented planner and person I have ever met and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much for everything Andi, I am absolutely in awe of you and feel so blessed to have had you by my side for this time in my life. I miss you already but know that we have so many fun parties to plan together in our future <3

way possible. I cannot imagine a better planner than Andi, my wife and I are extremely grateful to have her in our corner throughout the process, and especially on our wedding day. It was a truly special weekend.

person but I have nothing on Andi...she made sure my husband and I were on top of all of our to-dos throughout the entire planning process. Her vendor recommendations are all of the highest quality - if Andi is recommending someone, there's a good reason for it. My wedding weekend turned out better than I could have imagined all thanks to Andi and her team. I will forever be grateful to Andi for helping us pull it off.

da, and from the moment we met Andi, we knew she was the right fit for us. As busy professionals with limited time for wedding planning, we needed someone who could handle it all—and Andi did. From the start, Andi was incredibly organized and responsive, which immediately put us at ease. She was always available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process. This was Andi’s first time working at our venue (which had a lot of restrictions), but she handled the event management team with ease, making sure everything went smoothly despite some challenges. She helped bring our vision to life beautifully, and suggested creative ideas we never would have thought of—like a magician for our welcome party, which our friends and family are still raving about! She made the vendor selection process easy by bringing us only the best, and her strong relationships with each vendor meant we got meaningful attention to every aspect of our wedding. Hiring Andi was the best investment we made for our wedding. Thanks to her, our entire wedding weekend was flawless. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment, knowing she was on top of everything. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t hesitate! We loved working with Andi.

e took the reins and made the entire wedding planning process seamless, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. She handled every detail with precision and grace, allowing my family to relax and not think about a thing on the weekend weekend. Andi is incredibly organized, creative, responsive, calm and resourceful. One of my favorite parts about this process was her honesty - anytime we threw an idea at her, she would get creative, give her opinion and make it happen - or we decided to cross it off the list. She brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined, all while managing vendors, timelines, and adjustments with ease. I literally didn’t hear about one single issue from the weekend. She earned our full trust early on in meeting her and delivered — she’s even better than advertised. Her services are an investment and I’m so grateful and happy in our decision to move forward with her. The peace of mind she gave us—and the sheer perfection of our wedding day—made it one of the best decisions we made. If you’re considering hiring her, don’t hesitate; she is an absolute gem, has a dream team list of vendors, and will make your special day unforgettable and pure magic!

er positive attitude made a stressful process more enjoyable, and she always had a kind word or solution when things felt overwhelming. Andi’s vendor recommendations were spot-on - she connected us with an incredible band, stunning florals, and photographers / videographers who were not only talented but a joy to work with on the big day. This was especially important as we were planning a destination wedding and did not have the chance to meet all of the vendors before booking them. Her deep knowledge of our venue and her strong relationships with the staff were invaluable - it really felt like we had a dream team the entire weekend! On the day of the wedding, unexpected wind forced us to move the ceremony indoors, but Andi handled it flawlessly. What started as "Plan B" quickly became a magical, unforgettable night. She transformed the indoor space into something truly beautiful and ensured the entire event was smooth, fun, and perfectly timed. We will always be grateful for Andi’s expertise, warmth, and dedication. Her talent is definitely making a dream event come to life!

owledge and it was made evident through her consistent graceful execution of all my wedding requests. She made the process feel as though my husband and I did not have to lift a finger . And he works with the best of the best vendors and because of this we felt so confident in every agreement and service lined up for the wedding. Something that sets Andi apart from others however is the service she provides. Every email was answered in a fast friendly and accurate manner. And when I say fast I mean FAST!!Based on the service we received, it was also so evident that Andi LOVES what she does and this made the experience that much more enjoyable. She put so much hard work and passion into our event and it couldn't have even been comparable without her. Moving on to the big day, it was honestly seamless. No hiccups or bumps, which I never expected because things just happen sometimes. Andi was so organized and had a very detailed agenda and timeline for both our events to help everyone (vendors, family, and my husband and I) stay on track. She also helped read the crowd and how each event was going to make any adjustments if needed. Because of this our guests and us were fully able to sit back and take everything in the whole weekend. Andi, we are grateful that we were able to work with you for this once in a lifetime day. I would trust you to plan anything, and look forward to hopefully working with you again someday!

eved us from all of the pressure that we felt. A shout-out to Ocean Reef Club and to all of the amazing vendors you surround yourself with, including but not limited to Parrish Designs, Alicia the valet, Christel, Kati and Thanh from Daniela Gozlan Hair and make-up, to the amazing band, Private Stock and to videographer, Tostada films. A huge thank you too to Dallas wedding photographer, Gabby Marie! Your combined professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic created a magical weekend for all of our family and friends. Every single one of our dreams and some we didn’t even know we had in our hearts came true. Thank you for your expertise & guidance in producing a treasure trove of memories that will last us all a lifetime. "I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought; and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder." G.K. Chesterton-

ver missed a beat. She responded quickly, she was so insanely organized, she answered everything with full transparency, and she made me feel comfortable the entire time we were planning. Wedding weekend she was BEYOND AMAZING. We truly trusted her to handle it all and there was a lot! We had to switch the reception inside because of the rain and she made it my dream wedding! Our plan B felt even better than our plan A. She did everything in 24 hours to make it happen and it could not have gone any better. She handles stress and pressure with grace. She takes care of you the way you need and I would recommend Andi to every person on this planet! I love her so much and I know she will make every bride feel the same way!

vendor she introduced us to was wonderful; Daniela make-up, Erika photography, Parrish Design decor and Bridal Valet. It was a 4 day wedding with several events each day and she was present for each one, ready to help, answer any question or any need. I worked with her to plan the rehearsal dinner and it was exactly what I envisioned. The communication when planning was clear and efficient. The night could not have been more beautiful. Every time I needed her she would appear. The wedding was beyond anything I imagined; from the flowers, to the New Orleans 2nd Line, the dinner (food was impeccable) and the Band at the reception. The reception was planned for outside and the day before Andi and the Bride had to make the call to move it indoors due to the weather. I cannot explain what an elegant, magical space she created over night - we all agreed it was even better than outside. She truly created the Bride's dream wedding and we all got to live inside of that dream for 4 days! I highly recommend Andi!!!

ant by your side on your special day. No matter how small something feels, she will make sure it is accomplished and easy. 10/10!

She was amazing from start to finish and made my daughter’s wedding dream come true. From recommending vendors to, knowing the ORC rules, to being a shoulder to cry on, she was so helpful, organized and decisive. She doesn’t play around or beat around the bush. If we had a question, she had an answer! The day before the wedding, the weather turned and a beach wedding was going to be a mess. My daughter was crushed. Andi told her that she would do everything to bring the outdoors, in. And she sure did! Walking into that room, was a dream and she brought it to life in 24 hours! I am not sure how she pulled it off, but we were amazed! So thankful for her, the attention to detail, communication and overall caring for her brides, that we would certainly recommend her to anyone wanting to get married in the South of Florida area! She is not just a wedding planner to our family, she is now a friend!!

're probably feeling like this is a tricky position to be in! I had never planned a wedding before, nor been close to the process, so I had no idea what to look for, what I did and did not need from a planner, etc. So, when a friend who works in the wedding biz in Miami recommended we talk with Andi during our search, my now-husband and I literally Googled "questions to ask a wedding planner when interviewing them" :) We told Andi as much when chatting with her, and she was very accommodating of our complete lack of wedding know-how. As luck would have it, the only Saturday she has available for the month we wanted to get married was the date we really wanted the most, and that was my first hunch that this was going to be a match made in heaven. The second and third nods from the universe that Andi was going to be our planner were (2) she didn't try to "sell" us on her service - she's confident *and*not pushy, which I appreciate in any sales situation & (3) Andi felt like someone I could be friends with had we met outside of wedding world - she & I simply clicked. We had a short turn around time to plan the wedding (my then-fiancé & I first spoke with Andi in August, officially hired her in September, got married in February, and had to change our venue in November!!) but you'd never know it, considering how it all panned out. It was literally PERFECT. And, the décor, music, photo & HMU vendors she recommended were all excellent. Truly - no notes. Multiple people (guests and bridesmaids alike) have since told me that I was *SO* chill that weekend that they were worried I was totally dissociating :) but I wasn't! I just knew that Andi had everything under control, and should something become a problem, she would fix it. I knew this to be true not because of more gut feelings, but because the Thursday before my Saturday wedding, the venue I'd chosen for my Sunday brunch tried to cancel on us. Yes, I'm serious. And, Andi worked tirelessly (and successfully) to make sure the event took place, at the venue, as planned. P.S., beware the Ritz Bal Harbour. Trust me. One last thing I'll say is this: there WILL be things that go wrong when planning your wedding - its inevitable. There's too many moving parts & people for it to be 100% smooth sailing. As a result, you want a planner who is not afraid of bumps in the road, who knows her stuff, and who will advocate ruthlessly for the vision you have of your perfect, ideal wedding. That person is Andi Lipton. Hire her. Refer her to everyone you know. And thank me later :)

r meeting with several planners, there was no question that Andi truly knows the wedding industry inside and out. Her attention to detail and calming presence made every step of the process feel effortless. She is able to gracefully navigate any road bumps that happen to come up. Her recommendations were spot on, and we quickly learned early on to just trust Andi - she knows exactly what she's doing, and she'll make your dream wedding a reality. On our wedding day, Andi was like a reassuring beacon of support. She seamlessly orchestrated every aspect and ensured that everything ran according to plan, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the moment. I genuinely don't know what we would have done without her. She is truly the best, worth every penny, and we would recommend her to anyone.

ays responded with a great plan, which was always elegant and practical (right up my alley). Andi is uber organized so everything went according to plan - fantastic to work with! Signed, very happy Mother of the Groom

rea so did not even know where to begin. Because of her organization, once the wedding weekend arrived, we were able to really enjoy ourselves. I looked around and saw everything she put together and was amazed. Her process is a well thought out machine. She started off by offering us a range of vendors for different areas (Photography, Videography, Flowers/Décor, Entertainment) for us to choose from. She kept the options narrow - if we weren’t satisfied with the initial vendors, she gave us another 3 options until we nailed down people we liked. We booked the big vendors early and as we decided on add-ons (photo booth, cigar rollers, etc.) she responded fast with options. She even helped negotiate with a band for our welcome party I found on Instagram – she did it all! Also, not to be forgotten, her team was such a help throughout the entire wedding weekend. She has surrounded herself with a great team.

di was/is an exceptional wedding planner and goes above and beyond for you. After you describe your dream wedding to Andi, she’ll run with it, handle every detail, and somehow make it even better than you could imagine—at least, that is what she did with ours. In the months leading up to the big day, Andi and her team was incredibly responsive to emails/texts, recommended amazing vendors, and pushed the vendors/venue to make sure you have the most perfect wedding possible. Your big day will be stress free, as Andi will have every detail mapped out. You, your wedding party, and all your hired vendors will have access to a detailed timeline that ensures there are no hiccups and everything runs smoothly.

Reef Club and I live in Orlando. She made everything happen long distance. She made our meetings that did have in person fun and efficient and I always felt like I could trust her with my vision. I could not imagine planning a wedding without her.

l, detail oriented, organized and decisive person I’ve ever met. All of the vendors she recommended were amazing. It was truly the most perfect and magical wedding weekend and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did.

nd everything was executed perfectly to our tastes. Everything from the design, the venue, the food, etc. was beautiful and our guests had the best time. We had so many people tell us this was the best wedding they had been to. Andi kept everything on track and running smoothly from the moment we started working with her. We were so lucky to have such an AMAZING team throughout the whole process make our big day a dream. Huge thank you to Andi!!

ding we had. She is so organized and professional. Highly recommend her for your wedding or next big event!

truly remarkable. Andi's organizational skills are off the charts. She had a meticulous eye for detail and was on top of every aspect of the wedding, ensuring that nothing slipped through the cracks. Her ability to keep everything on track and running smoothly made the entire process feel seamless. Communication was never an issue with Andi. She was prompt in responding to our questions, always approachable, and had a way of making us feel like her top priority. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable discussing our ideas and concerns, and we always knew we were in capable hands. One of the standout qualities of Andi is her vast network of vendor relationships. She introduced us to some of the most talented professionals in the wedding industry, and it was clear that she had established strong connections with them. This not only made the decision-making process easier but also ensured we had a top-notch team working together to bring our vision to life. Andi's guidance in making key decisions was invaluable. She offered insightful advice while always keeping our vision in mind. Her experience and expertise were evident in every suggestion she made, and we trusted her judgment completely. Thanks to Andi's exceptional work, our wedding planning experience was as stress-free as it could possibly be. We truly couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Andi is the person you want by your side when it comes to planning one of the most important days in your life. We are forever grateful for her dedication, and our wedding day would not have been the same without her. Thank you, Andi, for making our dreams a reality.

kend ever. Andi and her team are simply the best. All her recommended vendors did excellent work for us and so did all of her team members. Andi understood us so well and was so on top of everything! We're so grateful for Andi and her team. We wouldn't change a thing!!

florals to hotel blocks and an after party. Our guests were well taken care of and had nothing but positive things to say about the weekend. We would recommend ANDI Soirees to anyone looking for a stress-free wedding journey.

g. She is extremely detail oriented, attentive and a pro! The wedding was a huge success with guests from all over the world. Everything from the flowers, venue, food and website was top quality and done with such taste. Andi is also great at listening to feedback and adjusting quickly. She's a wonderful person and empathetic to what is important to the bride, groom and their families. We recommend her without any hesitation.

r ability to problem solve any issues - with Andi, I always felt confident that everything was handled. She was able to resolve wedding-week venue issues before we even knew about them, could communicate our vision and feedback to vendors much better than we ever could, and was always there to provide a trusted opinion when we needed it. I always knew I could text or call Andi for a question, idea, or opinion and she'd get back to me within minutes. Every vendor that Andi recommended was exceptional, and I think these relationships are a testament to her work ethic and professionalism. I was so relaxed when the wedding weekend arrived because I knew every detail was thought through down to the minute. I recommended Andi to a close friend and can't wait to attend another Andi Soirees wedding soon as a guest - I would recommend her a million times over, and couldn't have done it without her!!

t shot: She is organized, responsive, proactive, detail oriented (is an understatement) and an overall dream to be around/work with. I have a huge and very demanding family.. and I can be tough myself. Andi handled all challenges and personalities with grace (and a sense of humor!). She executed everything perfectly. The food, flowers, band, photographer, schedule of the day, hair and makeup… everything went off without a single hitch. Even when there were a few chaotic moments (no fault of hers at all), she arrived onsite early and made sure that everything was remedied in record time. I had a few ideas in my head of what I wanted the wedding to look like, but had some trouble articulating it. Even when I couldn’t quite put in to words exactly what I wanted she ran with it and gave perfect direction to all of the vendors.. because the wedding was just spectacular (is she a mind reader??). I know she has so many events all year round, but every part of our wedding felt so personal to us. She really understood what we were after, and no part of the wedding felt cookie cutter. Lastly, she felt like an ally throughout the wedding planning chaos. She’s a voice of reason in the madness! Truly a spectacular experience. Book Andi.. you really won’t regret it!!

She did such an amazing job, timed every single detail to the minute. She has fabulous vendors that she works so well with that are located all over Miami/south Florida. It was so nice knowing the vendors knew each other and worked so well together. When needed, they picked up on each other's roles and made us feel so comfortable/that we were in good hands. Because Andi was so on top of the details we didn't feel rushed because she made sure there was enough time for hair/makeup, photos with bridesmaids, photos with family members, touch-ups before the cocktail hour etc. etc. We were able to enjoy every minute of the weekend and soak it all in knowing the details were being handled behind the scenes and that everything would work out. It was a three day wedding weekend with about 240 guests and she handled it all with her team. She knew a local country band for Friday night, local singer/musician for the church, the best makeup artist in my opinion (Daniela Gozlan), and decorations/florist (Xquisite Events). Big fan of Andi and her amazing contacts. The most important vendor is the planner, which a lot of people don't realize!!

ng expert. Andi made the whole wedding planning process less stressful (especially planning out of state) and was there to help with whatever we needed. The wedding weekend was absolutely seamless, and we couldn’t have done it without Andi! She made sure we were taken care of, we had everything we needed, and we were on time the whole weekend (her wedding day timeline is next level). It was also super helpful to have all her vendor recommendations. Every single one we worked with was absolutely amazing! With Andi’s lead/expertise and all the vendors talents, our wedding vision came to life exactly how we imagined. Our guests continue to talk about our wedding day/weekend and how beautiful and perfect it was! Andi, all your hard work and support does not go unnoticed, and we really appreciate the detail, organization, TIME, and effort you put into making our wedding day/weekend the most magical and memorable for us!
