The Peruvian­ born dynamo’s salon in Downtown Sarasota has become an essential stop on the itineraries of everyone from young trendy Hollywood actresses and world-weary executives to glamorous socialites on the go and hot surfer boys enroute to the sea. Ana is a master hair stylist and makeup artist with over forty years’ experience and has worked with some of the best beauty professionals in the world. ​Ana Molinari began her career training with Paul Mitchell. Prior to that, she studied at Helena Rubinstein Cosmetology School. She has studied at Toni & Guy Advanced Cutting, Jingles Advanced Cutting, and L’Oreal Advanced Color School. She was awarded the Gold Scissor Award and the L’Oreal Color Award. She came into her own at Garfinkel’s Salon in Washington, D.C. before moving to Sarasota and opening her own salons which boast an uncompromising team of stylists that specialize in all hair, skin, nails, and bodies. In addition to styling countless magazine covers, her work has been seen on many famous actors, musicians, and models. She has been involved in music videos, television, and film. Including work on reality shows such as Breaking Amish and Siesta Key. You can also see her work in the film Great Expectations, the local ABC news anchors, and the Sarasota Film Festival.

Fabiola Beckmann has lived and breathed fashion for 30 years. Daughter of Ana Molinari, she has participated in every aspect of the salon and spa industry. She has honed extensive knowledge, and grown an incredible team of bridal experts. Fabiola and her award-winning team are known for exceptionally personal service, flawless itineraries, and style that will exceed ALL expectations.

Frederique Chauveau began her career as a hair artist 20 years ago in France. Being in the beauty industry from the day she was born, at six years old she knew what her career would be. She began her education during her seven years with Jacques Dessange in Paris. In 2002, she came to Sarasota and began her career with Ana Molinari. Her artistic expertise is well known not only for her Bridal and Event hair but also can be found on-set styling for magazines such as Sarasota Magazine, SRQ magazine, Nuovo Brides and shooting ad campaigns and lookbooks such as Belks and David Donahue. Frederique has also won best wedding hair in Florida for the last 6 years in a row.

Born and raised in Ukraine, Olga at the age of 19 moved to Florida to begin her career in beauty. In 2014, she graduated from the Beauty School of America in Miami and began specializing in special event hair and makeup. Since then, she has attend numerous master classes from leading stylists in Europe and the United States. Her passion of meeting different people from around the world and making them feel and look beautiful is definitely her life's calling.

Mayte, originally from Cartagena, Colombia, developed a passion for beauty and hair care at an early age, inspired by her mother, a renowned stylist and owner of a prestigious salon in Cartagena. Immersed in the world of beauty, Mayte apprenticed in her mother's business before pursuing formal education. She graduated in Graphic Design and Cosmetology from BELSY Beauty School in 2004 and completed additional training at TiGi in Bogota, launching her career as a hairdresser and makeup artist. With over 25 years of industry experience, Mayte is a licensed cosmetologist, having earned her certification at All Star College in Houston, TX, in 2013. Specializing in hair styling, updos, facial treatments, eyelash extensions and makeup, she relocated to Sarasota. Mayte remains in the forefront of modern trends of bridal and special event hair and makeup.

Alejandro is a fashion and beauty enthusiast began his journey in the world of hairdressing at the prestigious Salem Cosmetology School, where he specialized as a master colorist. This expertise opened doors for him to collaborate with renowned stylists in Colombia, introducing him to the world of fashion and beauty pageants. Eager to broaden his expertise, he advanced his skills by becoming a certified master colorist with L'Oréal and Igora. He also completed numerous specialized courses with renowned brands such as Ampi and Moroccan Oil, and participated in training sessions with leading makeup artists in the fashion industry. His career flourished as he became the official makeup artist for Miss World Colombia and Señorita Colombia. His work has also been featured on magazine covers and in books in Colombia. Currently living in Florida, he continues to grow as an artist, working with Ana Molinari and bringing over 10 years of certified experience. He is known for his ability to achieve any look his clients envision.

Samantha's passion for makeup was sparked during her pageant experience, leading her to pursue formal training at the Academy of Glam in Ft Lauderdale under the tutelage of renowned makeup artist Victoria Duke. She further refined her craft in New York City, studying with celebrity artist Zuleika Rivera, and gained advanced techniques through masterclasses with Scott Barnes, the famed makeup artist for Jennifer Lopez. Although young, Sam is dedicated to perfection in her work, consistently delivering outstanding artistry.

Petra began doing makeup over a decade ago, helping her fellow dancers/models achieve the perfect look required for stage and camera. Her makeup skills continued to develop when she moved to New York City and began doing professional makeup for ballroom dance competitions and editorial photo shoots. Her repertoire includes bridal, stage, natural and editorial makeup. She mixes these styles for creating a look that is elevated and eye catching, yet subtle in nature. She has the unique understanding of studio and event makeup from her experiences of being in front of and behind the camera.

Luara is a professional makeup artist with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and boosting confidence. With experience in social events, photoshoots, and special occasions, she specializes in personalized makeup looks that highlight each client's unique features. Her goal is to deliver flawless, long lasting results while providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Amy Darr is a Master Stylist and bridal artist known for creating timeless, elevated looks for modern brides. Specializing in luxury bridal styling, seamless extensions, and flawless finishing work, Amy brings artistry, precision, and calm expertise to one of life’s most meaningful moments. A second-generation talent, Amy began her career in 2009 and refined her craft through advanced education with Paul Mitchell, Redken, L’Oréal Professionnel, and Schwarzkopf. She holds prestigious certifications in Great Lengths Extensions and Brazilian Blowout, allowing her to craft effortlessly polished styles that photograph beautifully and last from ceremony to celebration. Since joining Ana Molinari in 2016, Amy has become a sought-after bridal specialist, serving Sarasota’s most discerning clientele—from intimate coastal ceremonies to grand destination weddings. Her approach blends trend-aware technique with personalized attention, ensuring each bride feels radiant, confident, and entirely herself. For Amy, bridal hair is more than styling—it is the art of capturing a moment in time with elegance, intention, and lasting beauty.

Wayne Bilotti is a master hairstylist, colorist, and wig specialist based in our Ritz salon location with over three decades of experience across film, television, theater, and luxury hospitality.  A 10- time Emmy nominee, Wayne has served as Department Head Hair Stylist on major daytime and primetime productions including One Life to Live, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Sex and the City 2, The Wolf of Wall Street, Father of the Bride, and many more.  His work spans network news, feature films, Broadway and regional theater including The Asolo and The Van Wezel, and high end salons.  Trained by industry icons such as Vidal Sassoon, Oribe and Louis Licari, Wayne is known for precision cutting, expert color, and special event hair design.
