Amazing Edibles Catering

e true memory-makers, not just caterers. From the very first consultation, Andrea, Samantha, Remedy, and their entire team were more than accommodating, genuinely listened to our vision, and worked tirelessly to make every single request happen, setting the stage for a truly flawless event. Service & Attention to Detail: The Epitome of Hospitality The service provided by the entire staff (wait staff and bartenders) was impeccable. Our guests are still raving about the warm, flawless feeling they received. The attention to detail was exceptional, perfectly executing our vision with the stunning place settings. Our tables, complete with luxurious velvet napkins and elegant gold flatware, looked absolutely breathtaking. The passed appetizers and drinks (including amazing martinis and Guinness!) during cocktail hour were phenomenal and truly elevated the experience. Furthermore, our dedicated personal waitress was attentive and perfectly attuned to our needs throughout dinner, ensuring we were taken care of without ever having to ask. The management went above and beyond: Samantha was magnificent on the floor, running the show with a constantly smiling face and checking in with us exactly when we needed her. Andrea came personally from the kitchen to check on us (bride & groom) during cocktail hour, a gesture of personal care that was truly next level and meant the world to us. The small moments, like a bartender immediately filling my champagne glass when I set it down, summed up their proactive and attentive staff. They even stayed late to help my dad with cleanup logistics! Their whole team embodied the epitome of the service industry. The Food: Absolutely Incredible We simply cannot say enough about the food, WOW! It was absolutely incredible. We know hot food at a wedding is a rare feat, but the temperature of every single dish was perfectly hot, a massive undertaking that didn't go unnoticed by our families. The generous portion sizes were appreciated, and the incredible preparation of the fall vegetables, braised short rib, potatoes truly captured the harvest theme we wanted. Incorporating our specific request for Kerrygold butter and ensuring all wine glasses were filled were just more examples of their dedication to personalized care. The feedback from our guests has been overwhelming. Here are a few messages we received: "I think the food at your wedding was the best wedding food I have ever had." "The beef at the wedding was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever had." "Everything was absolutely perfect; that was BY FAR the BEST meal I've ever had at a wedding, and probably ever will have." Crafting a Once-In-A-Lifetime Moment Amazing Edibles gave us a once-in-a-lifetime meal and moment that perfectly reflected our hopes of breaking bread with the people we love the most. Their commitment to excellence transformed a simple gathering into a beautiful, collaborative feast that made our guests feel cherished and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our celebration. Their commitment to excellence made our wedding day not just beautiful, but truly flawless. Thank you, Andrea, Samantha, and team, for everything! y communicative, kind, and their top priority was ensuring the couple was satisfied. Catering can sometimes be one of the most stressful wedding tasks, but Andrea and her team made it easy. I cannot speak highly enough of Amazing Edibles!  We were having a Polish American wedding and Andrea and her team were more than happy to incorporate Polish traditions into our meals. The food was delicious and they were able to accommodate all of our culinary desires. The wedding courses were a huge hit because of them! It was all very appreciated by numerous guests.  On wedding day, the catering staff were terrific. The bride and groom had their personal caterer, who was unbelievably attentive and ensured it was a smooth evening. We got compliments from our guests by how quickly everyone received their meals and how kind the caterers were. Truly delicious food and big portions. It was an incredible experience.

g and afterwards how wonderful the food was, which was very surprising for some of them who had rarely if ever had good "wedding food". Andrea and her team make an inherently complicated process as stress free as possible and on the day of your event they execute flawlessly. Their menu is full of options and they always have a creative solution if you aren't seeing exactly what you want. Their communication is excellent, their food is delicious, and they really do everything they can do make sure guests have the best experience possible. I cannot recommend them enough.

erience was exceptional. They made us feel special by showcasing all their menu options and presenting the food beautifully. Since one side of our family is Greek, they thoughtfully tailored the menu to include Greek-inspired dishes, which was a wonderful personal touch. On the big day, everything was seamless. Amazing Edibles handled the setup without any stress, and the timing of the meal went flawlessly. The food was not only delicious but also received numerous compliments from our guests. They included a late-night snack, which was a fun addition and a great way to end the night. One standout moment was when they prepared a private hors d'oeuvre plate just for me and my husband to enjoy before the cocktail hour – such a thoughtful and generous gesture. We also appreciated that they allowed us to bring in our own cake, and they decorated it beautifully without us even asking. Additionally, they were very accommodating when some of our guests brought their own desserts, displaying them beautifully for everyone to enjoy. Amazing Edibles took our preferences into account, offered suggestions without being pushy, and went above and beyond in developing the room layout and event flow to ensure everything ran smoothly. The entire experience was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for better food, service, or attention to detail. Remedy Gaudino and the Amazing Edibles team were incredibly organized, attentive, and delivered on every promise. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caterer who goes above and beyond to make your event special.
