Working with Erik at Amaryllis is one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process! From start to finish he was great to work with, so knowledgeable and down to earth. He worked with us to stay within our budget, even if that meant re-working things where need be which was much appreciated. And then on wedding day Erik & his team absolutely blew away our expectations!! Our florals are better than we could have ever imagined - beyond stunning & truly took our breath away! Our guests could not stop talking about our florals and I am still getting compliments to this day. If you are still looking for a florist - book them!! You will not regret it!

We worked with Erik for my wedding 10/25/25 at Edgewood country club. When I met with him last summer I said I loved purple but knew lavender did not go with October, in which Erik told me gem tones are considered fall and we could do darker purples. The October before the wedding (2024) the leaves looked so beautiful and I texted Erik freaking out if I made the wrong decision not going with fall colors in which he called me and talked me off a ledge and then showed me the most gorgeous purple center piece sample a week later. I originally wanted my bouquet to be all Picasso calla Lilly’s (white with purple in the center). Those flowers came in darker than expected (much more purple than white) and instead of bringing just a dark bouquet Erik made one with all Picasso calla Lilly’s and then made a second bridal bouquet that mixed in white flowers to lighten it up and let me pick that morning which I SOO appreciated. My bridesmaid bouquets were insane I was obsessed, and he wrapped them in black since my girls were wearing black to that the colors of the flowers would really pop. Erik also designed a gorgeous purple chuppah for us and used the top piece around our sweetheart table. Additionally we were going back and forth on indoor vs outdoor ceremony and he told me I could wait until first thing the morning of to decide instead of the day before. I do not have my professional photos in yet but hopefully these still show how beautiful the colors looked together. Erik was great to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend !

Erik begins each wedding journey with a personal consultation. During this initial meeting, Erik or a member of his team will strive to learn about your tastes and interests, your wedding plans, and your desired theme. From there, they provide floral samples to help finalize your design brief and undertake venue visits to get a feel for your wedding location and event space.
From romantic and rustic to modern and glamorous, Amaryllis Event Decor tailors its blooms to match each couple’s theme and tastes. Personal florals such as boutonnieres, bouquets, and corsages are available. When it comes to event design, Erik can provide altar and aisle decor, centerpieces, and an array of other installations to make your venue blossom. Other items available for hire include backdrops, candles and holders, and table runners. This full-service florist takes care of delivery, setup, and cleanup at wedding venues.

I was blown away by the floral arrangements on the day of the wedding and can’t thank him and his team enough. d and executed our flower requests for centerpieces, bouquets, and ceremony flowers. All deliveries were also done seamlessly without interfering with our wedding day at all. On top of that, our venue unfortunately had a huge fire less than 48 hours before our wedding. The day and hours leading up to our wedding to see if it was going to even happen as planned, Erik stayed in touch with us and remained flexible to our needs. Luckily, our venue was able to repair and continue our wedding as planned. Would recommend Erik for your wedding flowers based on the quality of work and being easy to work with

From the beginning of our wedding journey to the actual wedding day, Erik was beyond helpful – incredibly patient, comforting, and responsive to our many, many questions. I remember, when we first met with him, he gave us advice for approaching the wedding planning journey. He was someone we immediately felt comfortable working with. Erik helped us brainstorm and navigate tough creative decisions, such as how to thoughtfully repurpose our ceremony décor for our reception. Did I mention he is the most patient man alive? We went through at least 4 rounds of different design ideas, including coming to him 3 months before our wedding date to ask that we basically start from scratch – new colors, new designs, new budget. Erik took it in stride, meeting with me and my future mother-in-law for 3 hours to rediscuss every detail of our wedding décor and flowers. Let me tell you – our flowers looked STUNNING on our wedding day!! I was speechless when I walked into our ballroom and I still am honestly. Our guests gushed and gushed about how fabulous everything looked. Booking Erik for our wedding is one of the best decisions we made.

Even though the cost of flowers had dramatically gone up from the time of our initial booking, Erik was willing to work with us and our budget. Our guests were talking about the center pieces all night and saying how classy and elegant everything looked. I was also told by so many people that this was the best decorated wedding they have ever been to! The Park Savoy (our venue) also said that this was one of the best if not the best decor they have ever seen. From the flowers and candles to the arch that was made for us we could not have been happier. Erik and his team made everything so beautiful and I would recommend him to anyone. He was worth every cent !

explained I wanted an elegant romantic all white look, meanwhile my mom wanted some pop of color. Erik spent over an hour going through photos of centerpieces, bouquets and types of flowers with us. He was ultimately able to create something far more amazing than i could have imagined. I also handed him a picture of a chuppah I had found online and asked for something similiar with a few white flowers and what he created was stunning. He went above and beyond in every way. I cant recommend Erik enough!

I went t o meet Erik unsure of exactly what I wanted but knew exactly what I didn’t want. Erik was able to work with me and understand the vision and feeling I wanted. The ballroom Is enormous so he worked with me to find centerpieces and flowers that complimented the room and made it feel both classy and romantic. He is truly an artist! My chuppah, aisle, bouquets for my girls, centerpieces were unbelievable and all my guests still can’t stop talking about how gorgeous the flowers were
