Amanis Flowers did an absolutely incredible job creating the flowers for my daughter’s wedding! Every arrangement was breathtaking, from the ceremony and reception flowers to the beautiful bridal bouquets. Cristian brought our vision to life and created the most gorgeous floral designs that made the entire day even more special. She was wonderful to work with, communicated quickly, and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Her talent, attention to detail, and dedication truly showed in every arrangement. We could not have been happier with how everything turned out! I highly recommend Amanis Flowers to anyone looking for stunning wedding flowers and an exceptional experience. I trusted Christina to execute my wedding florals but unfortunately my dream wedding florals were a disaster. Instead I was faced with a bride's worst nightmare.
Our agreement spe...
cified a simple color palette of blush pink, ivory, and chartreuse. Floral-forward with no dark greenery. Instead, the arrangements I received were greenery-heavy and featured high-contrast colors that deviated significantly from our plan. While the contract allows for substitutions of equal or greater value, it also states that the agreed-upon style and color palette must be maintained. She did not communicate any changes or seek my input on substitutions, resulting in a complete redesign that did not honor our original vision. The florals delivered were not what we carefully planned or what was promised in our contract. I was not prepared for these changes on my wedding day, and I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication and unprofessional oversight.
My bridal arrangement originally included several flowers and colors that were outside of my chosen palette, such as dark magenta/red lilies, hot pink roses, and dark aubergine peonies. Consequently, the bouquet had to be remade to remove these elements. This process compromised the overall composition as a significant bulk of the florals were lost, and the final result did not fully align with the design I had envisioned.
This was not a close call, she did not do what she promised. It was truly heartbreaking to face on the day of my wedding.
