Amanda Day Events

ed calling for rain. Without hesitation, Amanda went above and beyond, working closely with our venue to secure a last-minute tent for the reception. I was so disappointed about the change in weather, but Amanda provided the reassurance, solutions, and comfort I needed.  She was so organized, professional, and overall so kind in the process and with the questions we had.  Not only that, her communication was seamless with us, including our families, bridal party, and every vendor involved. She made everyone feel supported and at ease. We’re beyond grateful for everything Amanda did to make our day run smoothly. Having her there to guide us through one of the biggest days of our lives was truly the best thing we could’ve asked for🥰

the big things, but the tiny, behind-the-scenes details that no one else would’ve thought to handle. She picked up donuts for our dessert table, personally handled vendor issues like retrieving new glasses from another source when our original ones were out of stock, and even collected all our floral vessels so our florist could avoid an extra trip (and fee). She truly cared about making the day smooth for everyone, not just us. Amanda thought of everything down to the smallest details. She let us ship items directly to her house to cut down on our load, hand-filled bags of petals for our ceremony toss, tested our projector and home videos at her own home to make sure the setup would go off without a hitch, and met with me as often as I needed just to help ease my anxiety during planning. Her calm, steady presence was honestly one of the most reassuring parts of the entire process. As a very Type A person, I usually struggle to hand off control but with Amanda, I never had a single doubt. That’s how organized, prepared, and thoughtful she was. I truly felt like I could relax, knowing she had everything under control. We cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is not only extremely professional but also deeply caring, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in your day, she’s the one. You will not regret it.

so organized, so on top of it. The day of our wedding she had everything so perfectly planned and together that I don’t think I had to answer a single question because she was right there with the answer😅 she made our day so incredibly special and had such a calming lovely energy the whole time❤️ I HIGHLY recommend her for any couple getting married!

ul. We asked her questions and for her opinions and she had some really good thoughts. On the day of the wedding, she helped put together the decorations, coordinated with our vendors, and helped with the clean up. She helped our DJ who is our friend and made sure that everything went smoothly. We gave her a shoutout during our toast since she did such a great job. I highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator!!

something joyful. My wife and I have never felt more taken care of than our wedding day, and we have Amanda to thank for that. Everything went perfectly, from the ceremony all the way to the last dance, and we know Amanda’s hard work is the reason why. Every transition, event, and piece of the ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. One of our favorite moments of the day was immediately after the ceremony, when my wife and I got to relax in a private portion of the venue for a few minutes. We were both overwhelmed with emotion and as soon as we went inside from the outdoor ceremony location, Amanda and her assistant were waiting for us with a drink and a few of the appetizers our caterer had prepared for our cocktail hour. We were immediately set at ease and given time to ourselves to just enjoy finally being married, relaxing into the joy of the day as we realized Amanda was going to take care of everything. From there we got to enjoy just feeling like celebrities on the best day of our lives, ushered from amazing moment to amazing moment. It was a completely perfect day, and will live in our memories that way forever. If you want the best day of your life to go as smoothly as ours did, call Amanda!

ional, and incredibly kind. Every timeline, vendor communication, and last-minute adjustment was taken care of for us. It felt like we had a trusted friend by our side throughout the entire process! If you’re looking for someone who will listen to you and help make your wedding not only beautiful but also stress-free, look no further!

and was a good amount. She has a great aura and knew exactly what to do to make the day of run smoothly so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Multiple guests that interacted with her during our wedding told me how awesome she is. I highly recommend using Amanda as your wedding coordinator!

Planning our Hood River, Oregon wedding from Michigan was no small feat, but Amanda made it seamless. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, understand our family dynamics, and bring our vision to life. Her suggestions on vendors, details, and timelines were spot-on and incredibly helpful. Amanda kept our wedding day (115 guests!) perfectly timed and running smoothly. My entire family couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful she was—so communicative, kind, and organized. One moment that stands out is when the shuttle left without us after the reception, and Amanda didn’t hesitate to drive my husband and me to our after-party herself—such a fun and memorable gesture! She also went above and beyond a few days later, meeting up with us to return our leftover belongings, even though she didn’t have to take care of those in the first place. I would hire Amanda again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride/groom looking for an exceptional coordinator or planner. She’s truly the best!

She answered my million question throughout the planning process. She was very responsive over email and text. She gave budget saving advice and recommendations for good vendors. On the wedding day she handled every detail without needing it to go through me. I got compliments from my guests on how great and helpful she was. Would definitely recommend Amanda for your wedding.

e and vendors. She is exceptionally organized, coordinated the services of all our vendors on the day of wedding, anticipated our needs, and was very gracious to all our guests special needs. She ensured that our event was a amazingly successful and enjoyable night for all!!

eason we were so calm when it started hailing before the ceremony. She has great vendor recommendations, and it wonderful at understanding the needs of her clients. We strongly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Thank you, Amanda!

anized, prompt with her responses, and has a calming presence that was invaluable in the planning process. She brought clarity, structure, and humor to an overwhelming process. Amanda was always available, no matter the day or time. She actively coordinated with our vendors, which was so helpful, especially in the last few months. She helped me trouble shoot through temperamental weather, and was gracious with some last minute changes. We planned our wedding from across the country, and our day absolutely blew us away. Day of the wedding, I am sure Amanda put out many small fires, many of which I am unaware of. She was such a warm presence, and knowing she was there helped us to be in the moment and savor our wedding day. I really cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Amanda. The Griffin House 5/25/24

d no clue where to even begin beyond a Pinterest board. Amanda was the first vendor I booked and boy oh boy do I feel blessed. She went above and beyond with recommending incredible vendors and communicating with them both prior to and during the wedding day. She would help me make checklists, check in on me, and was ALWAYS available to answer questions and steer me in the direction I needed to go. She is an expert in the field and will make sure that your day is unforgettable. We would not of come close to such a perfect day without Amanda. Truly, not a single thing went wrong because Amanda was there to keep things on track. 5/11/2024 at the Griffin House

nd the scenes, and made sure we could enjoy and be present with our guests. Our friends and families were raving about the day! Thank you for helping us create this special memory for us and our loved ones. :)

rder... All things I would have hated to do on my own. The day of she did all of the setup, coordinating, and tear down. When she needed help, she grabbed a few willing volunteers who were there early. We were able to relax and enjoy our day. Also, she literally saved my reception! There are 2 very similar venues and the caterer delivered it to the wrong one. We both had tacos, and even though their delivery was several hours early and a different vendor, they were ready to start eating. Amanda figured it out, wrangled people to help her go get the food, and brought everything back. We honestly had no idea until several days later. I would have been so stressed out if I knew about that and needed to take care of it on my own. I didn't have to, though. Because Amanda is amazing.

her enough for all of her vendor recommendations and willingness to discuss every detail of the wedding planning process. Her calm demeanor, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and creativity contributes to her success as an incredible wedding planner/day of coordinator. She is an absolute joy to work with and we could not recommend her more!

ing was going according to plan AND made sure we were drinking water. Seriously, make Amanda the first vendor you book because you won’t regret it!

u for all your effort and kindness!

Wedding Day. Her clear communication style and calm presence were assets to our overall experience! I would highly recommend Amanda for your next wedding. Mother of the Groom

rs organized in both the leadup and the actual day of. Plus, she was helpful in solving any issue that came up, including a vendor cancellation 8 days out. She didn't blink and found us a replacement in a matter of hours! On the day of, she handled everything with grace and professionalism, which made our day go incredibly smoothly. She helped keep us and the other vendors on track with what was coming next in the ceremony and reception. She went above and beyond to handle everything that happened on the day of! In general, Amanda is incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and thorough. Would highly recommend her!!

so easy to work with her. She went above and beyond helping with everything leading up to, during, and following the actual wedding. she came highly recommended by a dear friend who used her at her wedding as well and i am so thankful to my friend for sending her information my way. Amanda was a bright light of joy during the planning process and was so sweet talking me down many times from anxious spirals of wedding planning.

She is also just a very nice, sweet person who keeps everything on track and moving along. She is fantastic! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding coordinator that is thorough, professional and always available for anything that comes up throughout the planning process.

m a naturally anxious person and I was worried I’d be a mess on our wedding day but when Amanda took control and guided us through the day it truly was flawless. I couldn’t be happier!

rgy, organization, and clear communication helped make our wedding planning and the day itself run seamlessly. I felt so reassured seeing how she handled everything the day of. My fiancé and I felt like we could truly relax and enjoy our wedding knowing she was behind the scenes. I highly recommend Amanda for coordination services. Not only is she a rockstar coordinator, but she is such a warm and kind person! I am so glad to have had her as part of our wedding vendor team.

ys prior to our wedding. However in those 60 days she was able to create a detailed timeline for all the days events, which greatly reduced my stress when it came to communicating with my bridal party and family. Amanda got us through our rehearsal efficiently with our parents and 12 person bridal party. Which lead to a wonderful ceremony. On our wedding day Amanda took care of everything behind the scenes. She had all of our centerpieces and decorations set up perfectly in the limited time the venue provided for set up. My friends and I put together our centerpieces and she really made my vision come to life. We didn’t have a dj at our wedding, so she changed the song and playlist during important moments to me. Through our wedding planning she made all the things that I thought were daunting, into easy decisions. She was kind, thoughtful, and responsive. I am very grateful we chose Amanda as our wedding day coordinator.

on how we wanted our day to go. It was challenging getting all the planning done from afar, but Amanda went above and beyond to help ease our stress. She helped with providing/reaching out to vendors in the area. I would send her ideas (flowers, table decor, signage, etc.) and she would do her best to find the right vendors. I appreciated how available she was and how fast she would respond to my questions and concerns. On the day of our wedding, she helped set up all the decorations and adjusted as I made some last minute adjustments (haha). During the wedding, she helped with the flow of guests and worked closely with the DJ to help make announcements (time for dinner, toasts, cake cutting, etc.). Overall, Amanda was very helpful in making our wedding day come together even better than we imaged, if only she could add more time in the day haha.

the rest. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met and did an amazing job. My number one recommendation for anyone planning their wedding is to have a day of event coordinator, my second recommendation is to have Amanda Day be that coordinator for you. She’s easy to communicate with, she only wants what is best for you and the person you are marrying. She was the best!

ts and things to remember that I never would have thought of. Her focus was always on how I was doing and making sure there wasn't anything I was stressing over. I really appreciated how much information she gathered and how well she communicated with all the vendors. It made the day go very smoothly. Would highly recommend Amanda to anyone who wants to feel taken care of and especially if you struggle giving up control (like myself), and feel like you need capable hands to give everything over to. Far from letting me down, she truly made our wedding vision come to life!

together, and then they say of, she was on her game! Her assistant was also phenomenal as she is learning about the industry. Amanda has a way to command the room, point people in the right direction and get things going (in regards to after the wedding clean up & before the wedding organization). Definitely wouldn’t have pulled off the exact wedding we were imagining with out her expertise!

had for a coordinator prior to our wedding and on the day of. We met a few times prior to wedding week but she was always available for questions/ideas via text or email and was very quick to respond. She communicated with vendors for me and asked them my questions which was a huge help. She knows what she is doing from her many experiences and she thought of every tiny detail. I loved her detailed timeline too! On the day of she remained level-headed, was never stressed, and everything happened perfectly (at least that I know of, and that’s what you want as the bride!) I didn’t have to lift a finger, I fully trusted Amanda with my vision and she delivered and then some. My guests keep asking about her because she was so good at her job but was also so kind to everyone with every interaction. Despite the craziness of the day, she still found time to bring my husband and me drinks all night! I can’t say enough and would recommend her to anyone!

e of the sweetest people I have ever met. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

whenever I asked. This included specific recommendations to details I needed to sort out a few weeks before the wedding, which was so helpful! She ensures that you make your wedding uniquely your own while providing all of the support. Amanda is incredibly organized and responds very quickly. She had an entire timeline mapped out at the beginning of the year for a summer wedding, which helped put us at ease and also reminded us of things we had yet to think about. She definitely made the entire planning process a lot less stressful! On the day of the wedding, the entire day from getting ready to the ceremony and reception went smoothly because of Amanda. She told me and my husband where to be at particular times throughout the evening, and also made sure the entire bridal party got to have some appetizers from the cocktail hour since we were taking pictures. All of the guests were so impressed with how everything was set up and the flawless transitions throughout the night. I can never thank Amanda enough for everything she did for our wedding and I would highly recommend her. She is truly dedicated to making your day perfect. Thank you Amanda!!

She single-handedly saved the day when our hair and makeup artist canceled last minute, and resurrected our cake after the top tier slid off. I would highly recommend her!

wedding party went on late and she was there to the end which I didn't expect.

dance while in the planning stage. Example, wine tasting, trying to find vendors that were harder to locate, planning the set up by touring venue beforehand. And on the wedding day itself she helped with every aspect. She really is excellent at her job, and has a real passion for making peoples wedding days be a time of relaxation, happiness and celebration. Amanda was worth her weight in gold. On the day of the wedding every time someone had a question I was able to send them to Amanda for answers rather than stressing about details on my big day. My family and friends all found Amanda so helpful too. Amanda doing so much organization on the day allows those close to you to relax and enjoy the day too, rather than worrying about tasks that need to get done. She helped us celebrate and enjoy every moment. The wedding went off without a hitch and that was all thanks to Amanda’s help. Thank you Amanda from the bottom of our heart. If you are thinking about hiring a coordinator - do it! It’s so helpful. I could not recommend Amanda more!

ss free and knew I was in great hands! She even dropped off some forgotten items to my house! She was very easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions we had. Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a stress free wedding!

very organized! Very easy to communicate with via email or texting and very personable and friendly. We would recommend her to anyone for wedding planning!

I) because of being my older sister’s wedding coordinator as well as ours! On our big day Amanda was all in even though it was pouring down rain before the ceremony began! She was there for us through all the wedding planning and made sure we didn’t forget a single important detail. She asked all the right questions, stayed organized, and always made sure to note how we were feeling leading up to the day and of course the day of. We will always recommend Amanda Day because of her amazing work but mostly because of her heart and character. We consider Amanda a friend and are both honored to have had her there on our special day! Thank you so much Amanda !!! We love you! - The Niringiyimana’s

dule for the day of. She reached out to all of vendors and took care of many small details. She made our wedding so great because we able to focus on each other and our guests and enjoy the day. I was completely at ease on my wedding day knowing Amanda was by my side. Will absolutely be recommended to all of my newly engaged friends.

h many local vendors and was so quick to get us in touch with the best vendors in the area. Amanda was so organized and made sure to keep me up to date and keep me on track for the wedding. The day of the wedding she truly went above and beyond. She kept the day moving so smoothly and even went out in the pouring rain to help take down decorations so we could vacate the venue on time. She truly is the best. Her talent, kindness and organization just can't be beat. Love her endlessly!

at to skip. She holds a wealth of knowledge in local vendors again giving us a few choices instead of us weeding through ton of vendors. She was at the venue before us and worked all day to keep everything running smoothly. She didn't tell us what to do, she guided us through the process. So many detail we would have missed and not been ready, she was there to guide us. If you are getting married in the Vancouver area hire her! She was well worth every penny! If you haven't chosen a venue hire her she will help you find the perfect one.

little details we never would have thought about if it wasn’t for her. She made our day go so smoothly. I felt like the most relaxed bride because I knew we were in GREAT hands. Amanda is so kind, professional and fun to work with! I would absolutely recommend her to ANYONE getting married! Definitely worth it and I wouldn’t change a thing about our big day!! 🤍

ut a hitch. She managed a 200+ wedding with multiple vendors who had never worked together before and everything went smooth and any issues were taken care of promptly. Our guests had nothing but beautiful, kind things to say about our wedding and it truly would not have been what it was without her. We’re so grateful! Thank you, Amanda!!!

suggestions that we hadn't thought about, and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were not feeling the stress of our upcoming event either in planning or on the day of. When our venue lost all of our event info three weeks before the wedding, Amanda had it entirely covered and re-communicated the whole plan to them, and I barely had to worry about a thing. And then on the day of, her presence meant that we were able to be totally in the moment and leave our planning brains behind as we had the best day of our lives. She's professional, thoughtful, experienced, not to mention fun! Seriously, the best.
