had them (and I had a lot), met with us to plan beforehand and to know each other better, helped with the rehearsal dinner, and made sure our big day was special for us to enjoy with our closest friends and family. No task was too big for Amanda and her crew and we are so grateful for that. For example, when it came time to serve dinner, she made sure my husband and myself had drinks and even helped to carry our plates back to our seats with us. I was especially grateful for the team work on the day of with the other vendors as well. I’d recommend her again and again! Thank you!!

Looking back, we honestly should have hired Amanda as our coordinator because of how much work, time, and effort she puts into everything she does. She goes above and beyond in ways you don’t always see, and it made such a huge difference in our wedding day. You can truly tell how much she cares about her couples and making sure everything is perfect. Our wedding day ended up having a major rainstorm where it absolutely downpoured, and Amanda jumped right in to help us reset everything inside. Because of her, we were still able to have both an indoor and outdoor ceremony and didn’t have to let the weather ruin a thing. She handled everything so calmly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. And it wasn’t just us who loved her — she won over everyone! Even at our rehearsal dinner, everyone was talking about how wonderful she was. Amanda and her team are some of the kindest, most genuine people, and you can tell they truly care about making your day special. We are so grateful we found Amanda and couldn’t have asked for a better person to help make our wedding day so beautiful and memorable. She was truly a blessing to have, and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation! 💗

Her husband was just as wonderful behind the scenes, always attentive, helpful, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Together, they made such an incredible team and played a huge part in making our wedding day feel effortless. We are so grateful for everything she and her husband did for us and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

ough everything in the legal process, was flexible with all details, made herself available, explained things to us thoroughly, and wrangled my big family for the rehearsal dinner with ease. We appreciated her professionalism and ability to take charge and give instructions during mg the events themselves (as many family members often linger not knowing what to do). She took the time to meet with us, ask questions about our relationship, and ask what we wanted for the ceremony. She wrote our whole ceremony based on what we wanted included, and let us read it over and make any changes days before the wedding. Overall I’d hire her 100x over and recommend her for all your wedding officiating needs.

And as the bride's mom, watching her panic and feel like the wedding she worked so hard for might not happen the way she dreamed was just heartbreaking. But Amanda never panicked. Not once. She was calm, reassuring, resourceful, and somehow always seemed to have a “we’ll figure this out” attitude even when the rest of us were spiraling a little. She connected us with the new venue that ended up being absolutely perfect, and from there she and her team just took care of everything. The day of the wedding, I cannot even explain how nice it was to be able to actually enjoy the day instead of worrying about every little detail. Everything ran so smoothly behind the scenes because Amanda and her team were on top of it all. They handled things before we even knew there was something to handle. As a mother of the bride, I can honestly say she gave us such a gift in being able to be present and soak in those moments instead of stressing all day long. If you are looking for a coordinator who truly cares, stays calm under pressure, and will go above and beyond for you, I could not recommend Amanda and her team more. Forever grateful for them. ❤️

times and sent us her write up ahead of time for us to review (it was perfect, by the way).  Amanda and Roger came to our rehearsal the night before the wedding. We had decided not to include music because we didn’t want to deal with the logistics - Amanda and Roger literally had brought their Bluetooth speaker and figured it out right then and there for us!! On the day of the wedding, they arrived early and quite literally helped in every way possible! Amanda was holding my water most of the day, offered her hand up to get rid of my gum before the ceremony, brought me snacks while taking photos, and helped round up guests for photos! There is so much more that they both did to make our wedding day the most smooth, relaxed, stress-free day possible. I cannot recommend them enough!

After leaving with our certificate I contacted Amanda and within the hour she was available to provide a great sign and go ceremony at a local park.  Amanda made both of us very comfortable with a great professionalism  in officiating a very personal experience where I finally got my “I do”

So many people the day of complimented Amanda and her team for how amazing they were as how much they know what they are doing! So here goes.... She was an absolute delight and wrote the most wonderful ceremony script for our Halloween Night Wedding! Amanda was great with communication and understanding what we wanted and didn't want in regards to the wording and such with our ceremony. I told her to add some of her own style and flare to it and she DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!!!! I would give her 100 stars if I could! I think I might've even told her that after I read the script she came up with... Her and her husband were awesome and definitely rolled with our unorganized flow of a wedding... 🤣 Amanda is so creative and lovely! Whether you are looking for a super traditional, upscale, themed or untraditional wedding (like me with my Halloween Night Wedding) I know for fact that Amanda will deliver the perfect ceremony for you!!! Again, I'm terrible at remembering to do things so this review is being written on new years eve..... And I feel like a terrible person for not taking the time to do it sooner. But Amanda was absolutely amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!!!
