ple was delicious and made for a tough decision. She collaborated with my florist to create the whimsical floral cake of my dreams. Already looking for an excuse to have more cake!

. She is a wonderfully kind person who was very accommodating and flexible throughout the planning process. 10/10 would recommend her to anybody to needs a baker for their wedding! Please pick Alyce in Flourland!! You won't regret it!
Alyce created a beautiful ombre 2-tier cake for our wedding on 10-25-25. She worked with my vision and was very easy to communicate with. I had my friends pick up the cake on weddi...
ng day and Alyce was very helpful in making sure they knew how to transport it. The quality of her cakes are excellent and I loved her tasting process where you get a box with samples of 6 flavors to take home and try at your leisure! This is brilliant because there is no pressure trying to taste in front of the baker. Plus, who can get through 6 prices of cake in one sitting! Her cakes were all very delicious (quite sweet) and I loved the unique flavor options. I highly recommend working with Alyce for your wedding day or any other occasion!
We loved having Alyce do our wedding cake for our August 2025 wedding! The take-home tasting box was a really easy and fun experience (really appreciated for busy couples who can’t...
spend a whole day tasting!) and she was so easy to get in touch with. Our wedding cake was a gorgeous vintage heart shape that she nailed the design for - I could not find a single other baker in Colorado who understood the assignment, and Alyce delivered with total professionalism and a delicious cake. The cake was delivered to our venue on time with no issues with temperature even in the summer, she confirmed our cake stand size would work, and we were so thrilled with the overall seamless experience. I want Alyce cakes for every occasion now!
Alyce in Flourland created just the cake we wanted! It was delicious and beautiful. Our flavor was: Why is a Raven like a writing desk?
Alyce at Flour Land was absolutely incredible to work with! She made the whole process so easy, even shipping us a tasting all the way to Cleveland for our wedding in Denver. Her c...
ommunication was excellent throughout, and she made everything feel seamless.
The cake itself was both delicious and stunning—my boss (who is obsessed with wedding cakes) even said it was the most gorgeous wedding cake she had ever seen. On top of that, Alyce is a dream because she eliminates the stress of trying to save or travel with cake for the one-year anniversary tradition—she’ll send you a fresh one instead!
Beyond her talent, Alyce was a joy to work with: creative, responsive, and so kind. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend Flour Land to any couple looking for a wedding cake that is as breathtaking as it is delicious.
Alyce did such a beautiful job for our dessert table at our wedding. I gave her a few inspo pictures and let her go wild and she completely delivered. I can’t recommend her enough!
Absolutely delicious wedding cake!! I am not usually a cake girly and Alyce’s is hard for me to stop eating! Guests loved her cake and raved about how good it was. Her designs are...
amazing!!! Such a talent and would recommend her 10/10!
Alyce in Flourland was absolutely incredible- full stop. As an event planner, I can tell you that the entire experience from beginning to end was extremely seamless, professional,...
and fun! Alyce's platform for the contract and order process was so easy to use, making the planning for our dessert table super simple; we could update our order at any time!
My fiance and I opted for a dessert table with a smaller cake; and Alyce hit everything out of the park. The mini desserts were a huge hit with our families, and our guests were incredibly impressed with the textures and flavors. In particular, I have to give a huge thank you to Alyce for incorporating Indian flavors into the desserts for our Hindu-fusion wedding. The rasmalai cakesicles were a fan favorite, and I am STILL thinking about the cardamon apple tarts!
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Alyce! You were so patient with us as we chose our flavors, and your dessert table was a highlight of the evening.

fection. Even though we were a small wedding with a relatively small order during her busiest weekend of the year, she still took great care of us. Our guests won't stop raving, especially about the Curiouser and Curiouser! cakesicles. Get you a desserts gal who makes you look at your wedding cake like this. Thank you!
Must hire! Alyce is absolutely lovely, responsive, caring and professional. The icing on the cake (pun intended) is how fabulous her creations are. She worked with us to customi...
ze our wedding cake and dessert offerings so we had a selection of our favorite flavors/combinations. Everyone made a point of saying how delicious the cake, cupcakes and macaroons were. We live in NJ and she was able to ship us our tasting so geography wasn't a problem. Highly, highly recommend.

e carrot cake in the history of the planet. We worked with Alyce to create the wedding cake and grooms cake for our January 2025 wedding. She designed a stunning cake but even better was the taste. She created a Carrot Cake that had Chai and Cumin and minimal cinnamon and it was DELICIOUS! We also had an Earl Gray and Blackberry flavor tier that our guests raved about. Our Grooms cake was a classic chocolate and again it was so tasty and delicious. Alyce is so creative and executes on the best level.
Alyce is an absolute treasure. Not only is she extremely talented, but she is warm, kind, professional, communicative, and a delight to work with. We did two cake tastings (mostly ...
because we wanted to eat more of her cake) and had the hardest time picking from her incredible flavors. After our tastings, we had Alyce make delicious cookies for our rehearsal dinner and two cakes (a wedding cake and a surprise groom's cake) for our wedding day. Alyce executed the vision of both cakes perfectly - enhancing the modern fall aesthetic with our wedding cake and perfectly capturing the playfulness of our wedding with the groom's cake. If you want to work with a wonderful human who makes delicious masterpieces for desserts, book Alyce right now!
We cannot say enough good things about Alyce in Flourland. We were extra excited about our wedding cake and desserts and Alyce was patient as we made our decisions, enjoyed not one...
but two tastings, and created the most beautiful cake and display. We thought we were ordering too much with a two-tier cake, 60 cakesicles and four dozen macarons for 75 people, but it was all gone before I even changed into my reception dress. Our wedding was three weeks ago and we’ve already had two people ask for Alyce’s information because of how delicious everything was. She is a delight to work with - professional, trustworthy, responsive, and so talented! We are already looking forward to working with her for a special occasion in the future.
Gorgeous and delicious dessert and lots of options and customizations available. Loved working with Alyce!

ered every question under the sun and wants it to be easy for the couple. When the wedding day came and we didn't have to worry about vendors, setting up, details, etc., it was a huge sigh of relief. We walked into Woodlands, our wedding venue, and everything looked perfect. Brett is THE BEST! All my calls were filled with making us feel ready, organized and of course laughter. I couldn't have imagined the day without her. Thank you SO much for making our day so easy, magical and possible! XO

ke people but Alyce has convinced us both to change our perception.
From our first interaction, Alyce has been genuine, professional, and filled with excitement for making her client's visions come to life. As self-proclaimed foodies, we were looking for someone who had a love for food and sweets like we do. Alyce did not disappoint. Her samples were fresh and perfect size to share with one to two people. She offered to do a second round for us to mix and match cake and icing flavors. We did not have a design in mind for decorations and elected to give Alyce creative control based on our wedding colors, venue, and overall "vibes." It was a work of art! The cake was to die for - both in design and taste. We loved it so much that we are having her make the cake again for our one year anniversary!
Aside from being an overall incredible human, business onwer, and baker, she also makes dog cakes and puts just as much thought and care into them. She made one for our wedding day, which was the same as one of our dog's birthdays, and it was beautiful.
We cannot say enough nice things about Alyce in Flourland and cannot recommend her enough! Promise you'll be over the moon with the results!

Alyce was a delight to work with, listening to my design requests and we had a blast at the taste testing. The cake itself was beautiful, with Alyce adding in design recommendations that absolutely took it above and beyond.

waiting for the pictures back on that end, but every single flavor, every last item was absolutely delicious! We recommend the chai, that was our wedding cake flavor, and I eagerly await my one year anniversary when we get to eat the slice we have saved frozen. Alyce and her team were a dream to work with, everything was planned quickly and seamlessly, and she was willing to work with me when I needed desserts at two different locations, at two separate times. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll be looking for another excuse to party in Colorado just so I can hire her again! 10000/10. Thanks Alyce!

ss. In addition, she kept in touch from the time I hired her until the wedding, checking in about relevant questions such as if I had a cake stand or wanted to rent one. She checked in with me the week before and week of to ensure delivery went smoothly, and she even adjusted her recipe for buttercream and custard to make it just right for us! The cakes turned out looking fantastic, we had more than enough, and they were quite possibly the best tasking cakes I've ever eaten (and I love baking from scratch myself). All around, an excellent choice for any baking needs.
Alyce was amazing! The cake tasting was so personable and welcoming. On the day of the wedding the cake was beautiful! We will be going back to Alyce for other events in the future...
