After an unexpected and stressful experience with our original wedding planner, we found ourselves searching for someone new to help bring our October 10, 2026 wedding together. After countless interviews, conversations, and trying to find someone we felt we could truly trust, we found Jori. Looking back, we couldn't be more thankful that our paths crossed! From the moment Jori stepped in, she went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. She took on a wedding with more than 200 guests, numerous vendors, an extensive timeline, countless personalized details, and a bride who might have had just a few additional ideas and changes along the way. Okay, maybe more than a few! 😂 Every time we thought we had everything finalized, another idea, question, or last-minute detail seemed to appear. Through it all, Jori showed patience, dedication, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help make our vision a reality. What meant the most to us was that she understood this wasn't just another wedding. This was our wedding, a day we had poured our hearts into and one that held so much meaning for our family. She didn't just help coordinate vendors and manage a timeline. She helped restore our confidence in the planning process and gave us the reassurance that everything we had worked so hard for was in capable hands. Our wedding at Vennebu Hill was everything we had dreamed of and so much more. My small business began in 2018, I was fresh out of college with a Bachelors in Graphic Arts. I ran as a freelance artist - designing logos, resumes, home decor and more! all the questions I had, was extremely organized and professional for our rehearsal and wedding, and helped the wedding day to run extremely smoothly!! Early in the wedding planning process we questioned whether a day of coordinator would be worth it, but if you are in that same boat the answer is YES! Jori helped so much and allowed us to be fully present during our special day and not worry about all of the details! We didn't need to worry about a thing it was so amazing to get to fully enjoy everything we had planned for for months. Jori even sent us a Google drive folder with some photos and videos of our wedding day which was so appreciated as we wait for the pictures from our photographer. Jori spent the better part of a day prior to the wedding going over every single detail - where things were located, where and how they needed to be placed. Jori was here early the morning of the wedding setting up. We were absolutely thrilled when we arrived back home and saw how beautiful everything looked. Anytime a vendor asked me anything, I directed them to Jori. She was also spectacular with the clean up at the end of the night - everything done perfectly. She even took pictures and videos and shared them with us the next day. This helped to tide us over while we waited for the professional pictures. e any stressors on my wedding day, but with Jori, I got so much more than that. She was so organized during the month leading up to our wedding. She utilized spreadsheets that I could easily plug in the pertinent information. Jori took it upon herself to figure out any information I didn't have. She contacted all of my vendors and coordinated all their arrival times and event details, so all I did on my wedding day was show up. She was present for all my final vendor calls and even drove an hour to our venue the week before so we could do a walk-through together. Even though we decided against it, she was willing to drive to our house and pick up our dogs so they could be a part of our photos, too. While setting up tables, helping with decor, coordinating transportation, directing vendors and the wedding party, creating my dessert table, guarding the card box, putting away decor at the end of the night, etc., Jori still managed to check in on me and kept a calm demeanor that made me feel at ease. I can confidently say our wedding day went perfectly, and we have Jori to thank for that.

Throughout the whole lead up to our wedding Jori kept me (the bride) level headed and communicating effectively with other vendors to ensure that the day was going to run just as I imagined. On my actual wedding day I did not have to have a single worry, as Jori was punctual, organized, professional, and so upbeat! Everything was handled perfectly, from ensuring vendors getting paid in cash got my payments, keeping everyone on time, communicating between the vendors and wedding party & venue, and even setup and takedown of decor (plus monitoring cards and gifts in my not locked box!). By the time Jori's time with us ended that evening, the groom and I had been dancing the night away and enjoying the company of our guests while the details were handled smoothly and expertly, so we didn't have to worry. As a special addition, she also sent us images and clips she had been taking throughout the day to hold us over until our pictures from the photographers arrive, such a treat the day after to be able to have images to share right away!
