Altared Vows by Taya is a wedding officiant business based in Wilmington, DE. Since 2005, this company has brought numerous couples together in marriage. Whether you are having a civil ceremony or private elopement, this experienced celebrant can help you mark your wedding with a heartfelt and meaningful ceremony.
Reverend Taya Dianna is the owner and operator of Altared Vows by Taya. She was inspired to establish her own business after struggling to find a suitable officiant for her own wedding. Taya recognized a gap in the market for non-denominational weddings with multiple faiths as an alternative to single religion ceremonies.
Altared Vows by Taya can facilitate civil unions, commitment ceremonies, and vow renewals. Whatever your background or beliefs, Taya will work with you to make your union official. Before the wedding, she will spend some time getting to know you personally, so she can compose and conduct a ceremony that fits your unique love story.

as great to see how she was able to take things important to us and put them together in a script that flowed great, mentioning our top memories, while adding in a sense of humor that allowed everyone to share the special moment with us. Her ability to keep things organized helped us with a peace of mind that throughout the day, leading up to the ceremony, we knew we would be in good hands and everything would go very smooth. We had a wonderful ceremony and day - thank you Taya!
We were recommended Rev Taya through an industry contact. We could not be more pleased with the service provided. We did her semi-DIY package and received SO MANY scripts and promp...
ts from Rev Taya to use to create our own ceremony and vows. Her knowledge, resources, and personal commitment was beyond what we could have hoped for.

non-religious ceremony. We couldn't have "tied the knot" without her!! Highly recommend as a wedding officiant.
Taya was so easy to work with! The questionaire she had us complete was very detailed but our ceremony was perfect and described us and our relationship to a "T" and I know it was...
because of all the details she asked for. We found out 5 weeks before our wedding that we were going to have to reschedule it (Thanks COVID). Taya came and performed a small ceremony for us on our original date and was so flexible with our multiple reschedules. The script she created for our ceremony was perfect and tied in so many personal connections to our lives that it truly did tell the story of our relationship and the important characteristics, traits, and activities that we share and enjoy together.

e wrong copy of my marriage license! She performed the service and even helped us set up some nice photos while my Matron of Honor ran back to the house for the correct license. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant they can rely on. Thanks again Taya for making my wedding day perfect!!!

and email. When we finally got ahold of her we discovered she had us down for the wrong ceremony type b/c she didn't look at the final contract. 4 months till our big day and we're out an officiant and threatening legal action b/c she won't return our deposit. STAY AWAY!!!!
Reverend Taya worked with me to put together a beautiful ceremony and she performed it perfectly. And we did everything through e-mail!
