Allyssa Elaine Events

llyssa's wedding coordination services as the very first thing. It was truly one of the greatest investments we could have ever made, and we’ll be forever grateful for everything she did to make their wedding day absolutely perfect. We researched and built our AMAZING Vendor team based on Allyssa's recommendations, and every single Vendor had the same response: "Oh, Allyssa? She's the best!" That alone speaks volumes about how respected she is within the wedding industry. From creating the timeline to coordinating every detail on the wedding day, Allyssa allowed the Bride, Groom, and our entire family to simply enjoy the day. We weren't answering questions, solving problems, or worrying about what came next; we were fully present, making special memories. In fact, if there were any issues that day, we never knew about them! To make things even more impressive, our ceremony location had to change the week of the wedding due to construction and AC issues, and Allyssa handled everything seamlessly and professionally. Our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful, organized, and stress-free the entire day felt. Allyssa is professional, organized, kind, and an absolute Rock Star to work with. Five stars don't seem like enough. We recommend Allyssa wholeheartedly and would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping create a day our family will treasure forever! Cheers to Allyssa!!!

ing on track are unmatched. One of the best parts of working with Allyssa was her incredible network of vendors. She helped us put together the perfect team — from our photographer, DJ, musicians, florist, and venue to every other detail. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and connected us with people who brought our vision to life. On the wedding day, Allyssa was an absolute rockstar. She handled everything behind the scenes so we could just be present, celebrate with the people we love, and enjoy every minute. If you're looking for someone who is organized, experienced, and genuinely cares about making your wedding day everything you hoped it would be, Allyssa is the person you want by your side!

ype planner like me enjoy my wedding day! Cannot recommend her enough!

el not only manageable, but actually enjoyable. Her organization, attention to detail, and ability to think of everything is unmatched. She listened so closely to what we wanted and brought our vision to life in a way that felt so true to us, but even better than we could have imagined. I never once felt stressed knowing she was in our corner, she handled every detail with so much care and intention. On the wedding day, she was everything. Calm, on top of it, and somehow everywhere at once making sure everything ran seamlessly. Because of her, I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and just enjoy the day with the people I love most. She gave us the gift of being fully present on one of the most important days of our lives and that’s something I will forever be grateful for. If you’re considering booking her, do it, you will not regret it! Allyssa, thank you for everything!!! We love you!!!!

s while planning a wedding not in our city. We selected the coordination package from her services but she was able to still answer questions promptly and helpfully along the entirety of our 1.5 year engagement/wedding planning journey. My only regret is only not selecting her full services package so don't make the same mistake we did and just go for it :) During the month before the wedding she helped seamlessly integrate last minute changes to the timelines, various last minute panic requests, and put out last minute fires. Our printing company last minute for a DIY signage piece ended up not working out and she quickly sourced a ton of recommendations which ended up coming through for us. Lastly, on the day of the wedding, our timeline was SO seamless that we were actually half an hour ahead of schedule - I have been in 4 weddings and my bridesmaids have been in many of them as well, and that has quite literally NEVER happened in any of the weddings we've collectively been in. It was also the calmest morning ever and with 12 bridesmaids that is no small feat - this all speaks volumes to Allyssa's experience, attention to detail and professionalism. Every single detail (and there were a lot!) was executed to perfection, anything we had forgotten Allyssa had covered for us on the day of, and most importantly my husband and our entire families were able to enjoy the entire day stress free. We are so incredibly thankful to Allyssa for helping making our day so amazing!

ing to the table and comes across as effortless on her part. From day one, her organization kept me on track despite my insanely busy schedule. Most people feel that wedding planning is stressful and I actually think I had FUN planning the wedding of my dreams. She has such amazing relationships in the industry, so knew all of my vendors were trustworthy and going to make my day so special (and they did!!!).  Her calm demeanor in every situation makes for the most hands free and stress free wedding day. I was so stress free and having the time of my life that I wasn’t even bothered when I got espresso martini spilled all over the front of my dress! Allyssa was immediately at my side with (a lot of) Shout wipes to take care of business and get my back to my party!  She took my vision and made it reality. Allyssa genuinely made my wedding day the absolute best day of my life!

that when I got married one day, I would want Allyssa's help. Allyssa goes above and beyond going above and beyond. We don't have the right words in the dictionary to accurately explain just how attentive and considerate Allyssa is when it comes to giving her brides the most perfect day, catering what "perfect" means to each person. I have seen her act as a seamstress, a family counselor, a content creator, a hair stylist, and countless other roles to fill in any and all gaps in the wedding day perfection. I had a guest come up to me at my wedding and say that her dress had ripped and Allyssa appeared out of nowhere with a sewing kit and stitched it right up for her. I don't know what kind of Mary Poppins magic Allyssa possesses to make it all happen, but I am so grateful to her for helping this Type B bride in a very Type A family keep her sanity during wedding planning and have the most perfect, beautiful wedding day. The Christmas wedding of my childhood dreams would have still been just a dream, but with Allyssa's wonderful vendor connections, artful eye, and organizational expertise, it became a reality with beautiful memories and mementos that my husband and I will cherish for the rest of our lives.

hen there’s Allyssa. She’s an angel on Earth.  “Done!”, “Already taken care of!”, “Did it!”, are phrases you will hear frequently but never tire of if you hire Allyssa. She’s always four, five, even six steps ahead of you. There were so many moments throughout the planning process when I’d think of something — and before I could even say it out loud, Allyssa had already taken care of it. This was especially true on wedding day. It’s as if she could read my mind! She always had an answer, a solution, or a suggestion ready, and somehow managed to make everything feel effortless and joyful. Working with Allyssa was an absolute dream from start to finish. I can’t emphasize this enough, but it was truly our honor and privilege to be her clients. From our very first meeting, I could tell she was special — calm, collected, and so genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. She truly loves what she does and she’s absolutely phenomenal at it. She has many clients (as she deserves), but you wouldn’t know it. She makes you feel like 1/1 – so special, seen, and important. She knows every detail that contributes to a successful wedding and executes them with pure ease. When you have decision fatigue (and believe me, you most likely will), she’s there to offer her recommendations that can only come with years of experience in the business. She answers questions honestly and with intention. I can’t tell you how helpful it was to have someone with insight and recommendations to ensure the day will be as beautiful as you’ve always dreamed. Her organization skills are absolutely next level; every detail was handled so seamlessly that I never once had to worry about what came next or if items were taken care of – they were.  I'm a very anxious person at baseline. It’s hard for me to enjoy social events that I host because I am constantly wanting to make sure every detail is attended to and people are having a good time. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to have Allyssa to take care of me, my husband, and our wedding day. I don’t think she realizes what she did for me during the wedding planning process and on wedding day – she gave me my greatest memory to date, free of dark clouds of anxiety and stress. She gave me peace of mind. I enjoyed my wedding day because of her. I can remember every detail because of her. I wasn’t constantly watching the clock to ensure we were on time. I wasn’t directing guests or vendors. I wasn’t setting up or tearing down. I was living in the moment with my new husband, enjoying our day that she helped us curate. I’m sitting here at a loss of words to truly capture how paramount she was for our wedding day… I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Because of Allyssa, we were able to be fully present and soak in every single moment — something truly priceless. She’s not just a planner; she’s a true professional, a creative partner, and honestly, a friend. If you’re lucky enough to have Allyssa by your side for your wedding, you can trust that everything will be even more beautiful than you imagined.  Thank you, Allyssa, for turning our dream day into a flawless reality. You are pure magic and such a blessing! You will always hold a special place in our hearts.

tions, and a calm, confident presence that made the entire process so much easier. She went above and beyond to understand my vision and helped bring it to life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Throughout my engagement, Allyssa was an invaluable resource for vendor suggestions, planning tools, and creative ideas that tied everything together beautifully. She was always quick to respond, incredibly organized, and made me feel like I was her only client—something I deeply appreciated during such a busy and emotional season. Her attention to detail was unmatched, ensuring that every little thing that mattered to me and my family was thoughtfully handled and executed to perfection. On the wedding day itself, Allyssa was calm, composed, and in complete control of every moving part. She guided me seamlessly through each moment, kept the timeline running effortlessly, and handled any hiccups behind the scenes before I even knew they existed. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and truly enjoy the day. I can’t recommend Allyssa enough to any bride looking for a planner who is both professional and genuinely kind. She has such a gift for what she does, and working with her was wonderful  from beginning to end.

ding up to the wedding. On the day of our ceremony and reception, Allyssa gently lead us through the whole day. If something went wrong, I never heard about it. My husband and I kept waiting for the "shoe to drop" and it never did. If we got behind schedule, Allyssa got us back on track seamlessly. She was lovely to work with and all of our family and bridal party agreed! If you have a chance to work with Allyssa, count yourself very lucky because you will have the most beautiful and relaxing wedding day imagined!

nd their weddings, we knew we needed her for our day. Allyssa is the ultimate coordinator. She is kind, easy to work with, and so incredibly organized. I can truly describe my wedding day as perfect, and I owe that to Allyssa. She is everywhere you need her to be, has the answer to every question, and if there was a problem - she solved it before I ever knew about it. Every vendor we encountered had nice things to say about AEE when we said we were working with her. Her reputation precedes her and it is well earned. Booking with AEE was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We cannot thank Allyssa and her team enough!!!

Her attention to detail, focus on keeping couples on track with an all encompassing to-do list, ability to communicate our exact thoughts and vision with each vendor and really anything else you can think of she's no doubt the best (including bustling my wife's dress in what had to be record time). We cannot thank Allyssa enough for everything she did for us on our special day, the entire night we felt relaxed and didn't lift a finger and were not bothered by anyone. She made sure we had food and a fresh drink to start the evening and at all times checked in to make sure we were doing okay. Every person in the wedding party (including us) were so impressed by Allyssa's detailed timeline which had the entire day planned out to the minute. If you're a future bride and groom and you need a wedding planner/coordinator, Allyssa is the best there is! Allyssa - thank you again for making our day one we'll never forget. Kolton & Caroline

d she did just that! From our first conversation to being so organized with her materials in a Google Drive so both of us worked together from the moment I signed on so I could work at a pace for when I had info, to our meeting 30 days out to fill in the blanks so she could communicate to all vendors effectively. When she said she would take over all vendor relationships, she meant it! I’ve had friends who felt “ghosted” by their day-of person, but not Allyssa. She was attentive and was there when I needed her. Her day-of positive energy was what we needed. My Mom and bridesmaids loved her! It was my choice to hire a day-of plannersince my family didn’t live in St. Louis; I would recommend her to everyone, and can only imagine her creativity and experience for full planning services!!! She even captured behind the scenes moments of some photos/videos when she didn’t have to!

ys ready for the next step of the day, without ever making anyone feel rushed. Allyssa is truly servant-hearted, always has her clients’ best interests in mind, and that translates into also giving her vendor team a wonderful experience. All-around the best!

alm under pressure, and truly understands how to turn a vision into reality. My daughter had a general idea of what she wanted and after our initial meeting, Allyssa presented us with a beautiful vision board which ended up being the blueprint for our perfect wedding. From suggesting the best vendors and helping us stay on budget to managing timelines and answering every question (big or small) Allyssa was there for us every step of the way. On the wedding day, she coordinated everything flawlessly—even handling vendor tips—so we could focus on celebrating with our daughter instead of worrying about logistics. If you’re planning your daughter’s wedding and want someone you can fully trust to make it beautiful and stress-free, I highly recommend Allyssa. She helped bring our daughter’s dream wedding to life—and allowed us to actually enjoy it!

k, she's got it". She is very nice, knowledgeable, responsive and very organized. I genuinely never felt stressed on wedding day and I didn't have to think about absolutely anything else other than getting ready, getting married and enjoying the evening with my husband and our loved ones. The day goes by in a blur and Im glad I didn't have to think or worry about anything else. To me, our wedding day was perfect and we even ran ahead of schedule! If there were any hiccups I never learned about them...honestly, to this day, I have no idea if something went wrong haha. Additionally she and her team did an amazing job at making the wedding look like I envisioned it! then organizing everything back up and putting it in our cars which also def took a lot of stress off our family and friends. All in all 100/10, look no further, she and her team are 100% worth it. Frankly my only regret was not hiring her as a planner from the beginning.

covered. All events ran smoothly and Allyssa was great about keeping things on-time while informing the bride of what was next! Organized, efficient, communicative, and professional - I highly recommend Allyssa!

. We even had her do the design as well to pull to make sure everything pulled together exactly as I envisioned it. When our wedding day came, I felt so relaxed knowing Allyssa and her team had everything under control. From coordinating the timing with all the vendors to bustling my dress, she was such a great support for the most amazing day and would recommend her to anyone!

tiful and stress free wedding day then Allyssa is your girl!!

th it! Our wedding was 10/26/24 and we started working with her in May of 2023. It's so obvious why she books up so quick! Allyssa offers so many resources and is well-connected with nothing but amazing vendors. Her guidance and advice are much appreciated and she is professional, easy to reach, and very responsive. Planning a wedding while working and in school was hard for me and my husband, and Allyssa made sure that we stayed on top of the planning and met all the deadlines. But beyond her skills as a planner, she is one of the sweetest people and was such a pleasure to work with. You can tell that she LOVES what she does and is so devoted to ensuring that her couples have the day of their dreams. She is so personable and it's obvious that she provides a personalized experience to her clients, and no two weddings she plans are the same. She is well-versed in traditional weddings but for clients looking for more non-traditional or unconventional aspects, she has wonderful suggestions. My husband is Albanian and she did a perfect job of helping us incorporate cultural aspects into the ceremony and reception. For any bumps in the road, her quick thinking and creative solutions will help your day run as smooth as possible. Leading up to my wedding, I had heard stories from others about how stressful planning a wedding is and how the day itself can be hard to remember due to the stress and commotion. However, that was never my experience thanks to Allyssa and her team. Planning was nearly seamless and our wedding day couldn't have gone better. I was able to relax and enjoy spending time with our loved ones knowing that we were in great hands. <3 I really can't say enough good things about Allyssa and her team. So much goes into planning one of the most special days of your life and so many things occur behind the scenes that you don't even think about until you're well into the planning process! Without Allyssa, this wedding would have been such a struggle to plan. I can't recommend her and her team enough. And again, beyond her resourcefulness and professionalism, Allyssa is so so fun to work with and creates such a personalized experience- priceless! Thank you, Allyssa, for all of your hard work and dedication to making our wedding vision come true. We appreciate you so much!! Shumë faleminderit (thank you so much), Jocelyn & Kevin

nks to Allyssa and so do my family and friends. It was an amazing flawless experience strictly due to her. We purchased the full package wedding planning as my husband and I are both physicians, and boy was it worth the $. She helped us from start (finding a venue) to finish (literally packs things into your car during the wedding). Planning a wedding seems so daunting and she made it seamless. She recommends reliable vendors, contacts them, sets up appointments for you, and even goes to the appointments with you. She helped me make many of the decisions (there are just too many lets be honest). I said this to her during most of our meetings, there would be no wedding without Allyssa. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. She has a meticulously planned itinerary that is realistic and so helpful. As a bride, you don't have to think or worry about anything because she does all that for you. It's like being a guest at your own wedding--stress free and good times only. She has a tackle box filled with oopsie-fixers for anything that may go wrong... my husband spilled taco on his shirt and she got it right off. She thinks of everything, is somehow everywhere at all times, and has everything under control. She is calm, cool and collected under pressure; which is a MUST HAVE on your wedding day. On top of being ^^ all this ^^, she is a great person. She is so nice, funny, and friendly! I loved hanging out with her during the process. My husband couldn't make it to many of the planning appointments, so Allyssa went with me!! It's like having a best friend come along who also has great taste and knows everyone. If you're on the fence about getting a wedding planner, the answer is simple--HIRE ALLYSSA. If you want to remember every detail of your wedding--HIRE ALLYSSA. And, in my case, if you want there to be any wedding at all--HIRE ALLYSSA. I just love her!!

there the whole way. She was organized, and had amazing communication the entire time. Allyssa took so much stress off of my husband and I, and gave us the opportunity to have fun and enjoy planning our wedding. Day of, I knew I had nothing to worry about. Allyssa brought my vision to life, and even made it better than I imagined. She dealt with any and everything that came up, and made sure my only job was to relax and enjoy getting ready. We would not have been able to have our beautiful wedding without Allyssa. We are forever grateful that she was apart of our journey.

2) If you are wondering why you should book Allyssa Elaine Events - You need to book with Allyssa Elaine Events because her talent is making hard things look easy. My husband and I booked Allyssa's Full Planning package. We worked with her for a year prior to our wedding. Because we had Allyssa on board from the very beginning, my husband and I were able to truly enjoy our time being engaged and focus our energy on other fun engagement activities like my bridal shower & bachelorette and his bachelor party. We both have demanding careers so we definitely knew we needed a hands-on wedding planner. A prior bride of her’s told me how accessible she was. That really sealed the deal for us when selecting a wedding planner. Now I’m here to tell you that’s absolutely accurate. Allyssa was always so responsive and made her herself available for us. At times it was hard to imagine to she had other brides because she always gave us 100% of her attention and made us feel so special. Our wedding day could not have gone smoother and was entirely stress free because of Allyssa. She even told me what a calm bride I was. Me!? Calm!? Ha! That just goes to show how much trust we had in Allyssa and how excellent she is! She made sure everyone involved in the wedding from vendors, our wedding party, and guests knew exactly where to be and what to do so my husband and I didn't have to field questions all day and could just enjoy our special day. I can't even list all the things Allyssa did to make our wedding day perfect because more than half of her magic happened behind the scenes. All of these pieces of our wedding that we planned with her for the entire year prior just seemed to ✨ effortlessly ✨ fall into place. But that's the thing. Your wedding day takes A LOT of effort! But it all seemed so easy and so smooth because of Allyssa. She is beauty, she is grace, and in true Taylor Swift doppelgänger fashion, she made everything look effortless!

ly transformed the process, she made herself available well before the 6 weeks whenever I needed her and met with me and the vendors to ensure everything was perfectly aligned with my vision. As someone who is typically very anxious, I was amazed at how stress-free my wedding day was, all thanks to her. Allyssa went above and beyond, handling every detail and truly bringing my ideas to life, designing gorgeous signage, creating and executing a flawless timeline, and making sure everything was exactly where it needed to be. She was always there when I needed her and was so helpful with even the little things from tidying up the bridal suite for pictures, to helping buckle my shoes, and managing my dress that had many parts. Even at the at the end of the night, due to a miscommunication on my end about a vehicle for all of our stuff. Allyssa packed everything into her own car and made it easy for us to get our stuff later Everything turned out far beyond what I imagined, and I was able to enjoy the day, knowing that no matter what came up, Allyssa would handle it. Her professionalism, creativity, and calm demeanor made everything so much easier, and I can never thank her enough for helping make our wedding day perfect. A wedding planner/ coordinator is 100% worth the investment and I could not recommended Allyssa Elaine Events enough!

nue and meetings, I cannot thank her enough. She made our wedding go so smooth and it genuinely was a perfect day. From our very first meeting and then our six week call, our timeline was so well planned and thought out. After our call, my husband and I felt a thousand pounds lifted off of our shoulders. I genuinely cannot recommend a coordinator enough and highly recommend Allyssa. Her amazing personality, kind and calm words, and overall demeanor made my wedding day amazing. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you again Allyssa!!!

to our vision and recommended trusted vendors. Whenever we mentioned Allyssa was our planner to other vendors, they always breathed a sign of relief and said "Allyssa is the best!" This was always the best sign as she is well respected by members in the industry. She kept us on track, on budget and was always there to answer questions no matter how big or small. On our wedding day, we truly had no stress on the logistics / details knowing that Allyssa was there and had already spoken with all of our vendors to iron out any kinks. I'm sure there were things that came up but we never heard about any issues and fully got to enjoy every second of our day. I truly could not recommend her and her team more. There was nothing I would change about our day and Allyssa was a HUGE part of making that so! She is the best!!!

ly with her in charge. Her wedding checklist was beyond helpful making sure I stayed on track in the months leading up to the wedding taking into account every miniscual detail that I might need. She brought such a light energy and calming presence to the day. Thank you for everything Allyssa we absolutely loved having you and will be recommending you to all of our friends!

t one, I realized we definitely needed someone to be the point person on our wedding day and to help with some of the planning, timeline and logistics. Looking back, it was the absolute best decision and we're SO glad we went with Allyssa! Our entire bridal party was so impressed with Allyssa and her team. She made any decisions that came up, solved numerous problems, kept everyone on track, and most importantly, made sure everyone could be present in the moment. My husband and I haven't stopped talking about how flawless our wedding day was and how Allyssa and her team played the biggest part in that! Allyssa has a ton of experience and it shows. She's kind, thoughtful and very professional. I can't recommend AEE enough!

right on track up to the big day. She offered amazing recommendations for all our vendors and was always responsive if we had questions. On the day of Allyssa coordinated everything for us so we didn’t have to worry with zero issues and was extremely professional. She was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t imagine our wedding going well without her help!

before our wedding, she took over all the communication with our vendors and reread contracts and organized the day of, so we could focus on other things. She helped deal with issues and offered advice whenever I texted her with questions. On wedding day, she was the calming presence that you need on such a whirlwind day. At one point, I didn’t like a flower in my bouquet, and Allyssa swiftly cut it out without me even having to ask. I truly do not have enough words to thank Allyssa. I knew the whole night while we were dancing and enjoying our day that everything was taken care of because we had Allyssa and her team. If I could offer any soon-to-be-bride advice for their wedding day, it would be to hire Allyssa!

y phenomenal! I’m always amazed at her professional calmness even under what could be a stressful situation. Her attention to detail under any circumstance is outstanding. She’s creative, offers great communication, and is well organized. She goes above and beyond, helping out in ways that aren’t even required, just to make sure your wedding goes smoothly. If you’re debating on hiring her, I can tell you in all honesty after knowing her for a few years now, you won’t be disappointed.

the wedding and throughout the entire wedding process. When I first got engaged I was lost on where to start - just so overwhelmed by all the information out there. Hiring Allyssa was the best decision because she helped my mom and I organize the wedding process. She helped my husband and I discover what exactly we wanted out of the wedding and she helped us execute it all. She kept us on a timeline and ensured things were completed on time. Our wedding would not have been as fun and spectacular as it was without Allyssa.    She made it so my husband and I could focus on each other instead of all the tiny details throughout the day. She made it so my mom, sister, and bridesmaids, also got to enjoy the day and did not have to attend to the details. During our rehearsal she helped ensure the bridal party knew what they were doing and felt comfortable with their roles. On our wedding day she met with all the vendors and set everything up which helped us all to relax and enjoy the wedding morning. Throughout the day she helped ensure we stuck to our timeline  (which I greatly appreciate as a type A individual). She came to the rescue when we couldn’t figure out the bustle for my dress and knew so many tips and tricks throughout the day to help it all run smoothly. She was so amazing that she even stayed well past 12:30am to help me get out of my wedding dress - way too many buttons for my husband!    I cannot recommend Allyssa enough. If you are on the fence about hiring her DO IT! Set up a phone call with her and you will come to realize just how great of a person she is! You will not regret it and it is without a doubt money well spent! I talk about Allyssa at each of the weddings I go to and have recommended her to many of my friends. I will forever be grateful to Allyssa and am blessed to have met her!

dinating my daughter’s dream wedding. Allyssa ensured we selected the right vendors, stayed within budget, and adhered to the planning timeline. She kept us organized and brought clarity to the items we needed to make decisions on each month. She has many helpful planning templates to use throughout the process from budgets, timelines, photo lists, checklists, etc. Allyssa attended vendor and venue meetings with the bride in my absence and coordinated with vendors to keep the process moving forward to our special day. Two extraordinary situations stand out on the day of the wedding where Allyssa came to the rescue. While getting dressed for the church, I finished 2 button loops on the bride’s dress (no small feat) with 28 more to go. I thought to myself, we are going to be late to the ceremony, so I called out to Allyssa. She leaped into action, whipped out her trusty crochet needle, and before I knew it all the button loops were done, and we were off to the ceremony! After the ceremony, Allyssa helped us bustle the dress in less than 30 seconds, despite four of us struggling to bustle it for over 10 minutes. She is a professional with loads of experience and knows exactly what to do in any situation. I planned a second wedding three weeks later without Allyssa. Throughout that wedding, I said many times I wished Allyssa was there to help us as she was deeply missed. Take my advice as someone who planned two weddings within three weeks of each other, hire Allyssa. Please give yourself, the bride & your family members the special gift of Allyssa. Do not think twice – she will take care of all the details which allows you to relax and enjoy your special celebration!

ern for my wedding day was figuring out all of the logistics of how everything will play out. From when we met with Allyssa 6 weeks prior to our day, I knew I was in the best hands possible! After our call, she immediately contacted all of my vendors, created a very detailed timeline for the day, and made adjustments with my vendors as needed. Whatever I had questions about, she had the answers! We were able to hand off all of our decor to her a few days prior and she took our vision and put it together perfectly. We weren’t able to run our rehearsal at our actual venue, but Allyssa made the rehearsal run so efficiently and smooth. She made sure my bridal party and family all had printed timelines for the next day as well. The day of, I had no worries what so ever. If there were any issues that day, I was not aware of them! Allyssa is so calm, easy to work with, and truly amazing at what she does. I can’t say enough good things about her. Our day was more perfect than I could’ve ever imagined and I owe it to her. If you need a wedding coordinator, I highly recommend Allyssa!!! 🩷

gold mirror. We used glue dots to hang the names, and it was very hot on the day of the wedding. When my sisters’ boyfriends transported the mirror to the venue, it got so hot that all of the names fell off and they accidentally stepped on them, ruining the paper. Before my mom even knew this was happening, Allyssa had reached out and retrieved the file, sent it to Fedex to be printed, sent the boys to pick it up and had all of the names back up like nothing happened. INCREDIBLE!!! I don’t know how she does it! Allyssa, you are truly amazing at your job and such a sweet vendor turned friend. We are so thankful for all that you did to make Drew and I’s wedding so perfect! My mom and I’s favorite quote of wedding planning was “don’t worry, Allyssa will handle it,” and we were so right. We can’t wait to hire Allyssa for both of my sisters’ weddings in the future!

rganized with helpful docs and planning forms for our vendors. Allyssa was a calming presence on our wedding day and ensured everything ran smoothly. She was the main point of contact with our vendors going into the day, ensured everything was set up according to our vision, and our personal items were well taken care of. It was such a relief knowing we were in such good hands and could truly enjoy our wedding day. Thank you to Allyssa and team for helping make our day magical. We wish we could relive it all over again.

ly. She is a kind, knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly, and felt like talking with a friend. I 10/10 recommend AEE for wedding planning and coordination!

Planning package and we never looked back. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, she would always get back to me and helped ease the burden of planning a wedding. She had so many resources and after our 6 week meeting, I felt so prepared for the lead up to our wedding. On the day of coordination, she was always there when I needed her for something. She truly made us feel like we could relax and enjoy the day, since everything would be taken care of. HIRE HER, it will be the best decision you make!

e to fully trust to take over everything I had carefully planned and designed so me, my now new husband (!!!) and my family could enjoy wedding day worry free. At our 6-week out meeting Allyssa listened, took notes, laughed with us, and provided us with unwavering reassurance. She is BEYOND calm, so truly unbelievably organized, a quick problem solver, an amazing communicator, and a joy to work with. Plus, a huge Swiftie - obviously sealed the deal for me. She goes above and beyond the bullet points on her scope of work outline. Our day would not have been so perfectly seamless without her. My parents have said over and over again "Yes, we definitely needed Allyssa," and we will all be saying that for years to come. Please, if you're in the market for a planner or on the fence if you need a coordinator or not - you NEED Allyssa on your team. I absolutely promise you it will be one of the best decisions you make. Thank you, Allyssa and the whole AEE team for putting on the most enchanting day of my wildest dreams.

e friend. She treated us like family, she coordinated every vendor contact, every communication, and every detail. She knew our wedding venue and their staff very well, as well as all of the vendors we chose, and executed our timeline and event flawlessly. She never turned away a phone call or late night email, and she always made herself available to us. If you want a wedding planner/coordinator who truly cares about your wedding day as much as you do, put your trust in Allyssa. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted thanks to her hard work, dedication, and years of experience. She is truly an incredible human with an enormous heart for helping others discover their dreams and bringing them to life. We love Allyssa and would absolutely recommend her to everyone we meet!

le. I am an extremely type A person, obsessed with to do lists and tracking. Still, I’ve never met someone quite as detail oriented as Allyssa. Nothing will be forgotten under her supervision! Even with the partial planning package, throughout the planning process Allyssa was sure to send me frequent reminders/check-ins. Nothing ever felt rushed or past due. She has a foresight that is unparalleled. She also has the BEST vendor recommendations, which were all particular to our budget, vision, and personality, and all melded together so well. We opted to do the design package with Allyssa, and she delivered! She created a custom proposal using our Pinterest/photo inspiration/verbal descriptions, and, over the course of 2 years, communicated with us, our rentals services (Styled and Staged), and our florist (Katie at Rouge) to literally construct the things dreams are made of, being very flexible as our vision evolved over that period of time. From insight on stationary, to tables/place settings, to florals/displays, everything was executed better than I could ever imagine. I could not be more amazed by how visually beautiful our wedding was, and how on par it was with the vision we had! On the actual wedding weekend, she knew how to command a room and get things done, while at the same time still managing to keep the energy light and fun. The day prior, she picked up/dropped off our rentals, and her leading the rehearsal was efficient yet effective. Everyone knew their roles and felt ready for the wedding day. She had hard copies of our timeline to provide to all wedding party members as well. Day of, she arrived early, making sure everything was executed to perfection. Her and her assistant Jordan were so on top of things, that if anything went wrong, it was rapidly addressed and/or I literally did not notice it. For instance, my bustle broke right before the first dance and she safety pinned it like an absolute boss in less than 1 minute, and it stayed put through multiple dips, twirls, and lifts! We had to change hotel rooms mid-wedding day, and Allyssa ensured that all of our personal belongings were shifted and taken care of. She executed a very detailed, extensive room flip in very minimal time. During reception dancing, the dress zipper of one of our guests ripped, and Allyssa was there to reconstruct her dress back using safety pins-she was able to dance the night away comfortably! After our wedding, she was sure to collect all our rentals, make sure our personal belongings at the wedding (signage, photos, outfit changes, etc) were cared for, and even sent in our marriage license. Her assistant Jordan went above and beyond by using our Polaroid camera from our guest book station to take candids thoughout the day. Allyssa made the most beautiful highlight reel to share on instagram. Both of these captures were so wonderful because we were able to enjoy/share all of this while waiting for our professional photos/video. Choose Allyssa, and you and your guests will all be taken care of without a doubt. Truly one of the best decisions we made!

to take care of, she had resources like templates and outlines organized in drives for me to stay on track and feel supported, and her lovely personality is just an added bonus as you start to work with her. Allyssa covered every base for us whether it was from a creative, operational/logistics, or calming perspective - she and her team will make you feel as if nothing could go wrong on the big day. She was incredibly professional and I walked away from working with her like I had truly gained a new friend as well! I couldn't recommend Allyssa and her team enough as a planner if I tried!!! Thanks for making our wedding day perfect AEE!

y, efficiently, and eloquently. I 100% recommend Allyssa for your wedding day + special events. Not only did I appreciate her and team, everyone who was in attendance at my wedding knew she was hitting the mark + amazing!

one to bring our vision to life was a nerve-wracking task, but Allyssa proved to be the perfect match. Right from the get-go, the documents she shared with us kept us organized and prompted us to consider aspects we hadn't even thought of. When we met with her about six weeks before the big day – she was the epitome of calm, cool, and collected. Allyssa wasn't just an incredible coordinator; she was a wonderful human being to have by our side so close to the wedding. On the day of the celebration, she seemed to defy the laws of physics, being everywhere at once to ensure everything unfolded as planned. Our venue was a masterpiece, decorated just as we had envisioned, and Allyssa effortlessly handled those last-minute curveballs we couldn't have anticipated. As the night drew to a close, we bid our farewells after a perfect final dance. Miraculously, Allyssa had transformed into a behind-the-scenes wizard, packaging and storing everything – from decor to leftover goodies - ready for us without having to lift a finger. Ending our evening with zero stress was a gift we didn't know we needed. Reflecting on the night, we found ourselves wishing we could shower Allyssa with a million thanks for making our day beyond perfect. Countless people advised us to have a wedding coordinator, emphasizing the importance of us and our loved ones enjoying the day without fretting over the small details. I'm thrilled I heeded that advice, and I can confidently say Allyssa does it best. If you want your wedding day to be a flawless and enjoyable masterpiece, hire Allyssa – you won't be disappointed. She's the real MVP of wedding planning & coordination!
