I’ve tried to write this review a hundred times but I cannot capture just how amazing Allie was - there not enough stars for her work. She kept the pace perfect - I wasn’t rushed, ...
but there weren’t any awkward lulls either. A lot of times I feel like I have to drive the photography and come up with poses etc - Allie took care of it all so I could soak up my wedding day! The pace was great, she has beautiful and natural poses, and I felt like we were all buddies just 5 minutes in! I cried looking at her beautiful work and I still look through the photos every week. My husband is 6’4” and I’m 5’6” so photography can get a little wonky - but Allie took it in stride and there’s not one photo where we don’t look our best! She even made sure to help me adjust my dress/makeup/hair throughout the shoot so nothing went funky along the way. Allie gave me the gift of a lifetime with her work and beautiful personality. If you are reading this, book her now!!
Long Story Short:
Professional, personable, great pace, perfect work, attentive to details, supportive, amazing ideas that turn out great, such a kind person, and just absolutely rocks!
Allie worked with my now fiancé Ben to scheme the perfect proposal. Although the proposal wasn't a surprise, the photographs Allie captured were stunning and will truly last a life...
time. Especially with an unpredicted storm, she was still able to make a dreary scenery, and us, look stunning. So thankful that the Lord allowed us to cross paths. I would recommend her to anyone in the Atlantic Beach, NC area (we were just on a family vacation).

h . Thanks you so much , mami for capturing the most memorable photos on our special day ! Xoxo
If you're deciding on a wedding photographer - choose Allie! She was fantastic to work with for our wedding. She made both of us feel so relaxed and comfortable while shooting and ...
it really came through in the photos. She has the right amount of energy to keep things fun, light, and lively but could also quickly corral our big families to capture all the photos we wanted.
From delivering a customized app with tons of sneak peek pics the morning after our wedding to several FaceTime sessions to perfect the layout for our final wedding album, Allie went above and beyond!
Photos were the thing I was most selective about during the planning process and I am so glad I trusted her to capture our day. She gave us the most stunning images that truly encapsulated our day and the emotions we felt.
When our first potential wedding photographer became unresponsive my fiancee and I knew that we wanted to speak to Allie in person to make sure she knew exactly what we needed. Dur...
ing that very first conversation with Allie we knew right away that we loved her. She is so full of energy and passion for photography (and German Shepherds!!) that it comes through in her photos. She made sure that we were completely comfortable during our engagement session and helped my fiancee loosen up so that every picture didn't look "posed". We knew exactly what to expect on our wedding day and knowing that Allie "had it" allowed us to focus on our special day and were able to spend time with our family and friends the whole reception. Allie Miller is an amazing photographer but she is also an amazing person.
Allie’s passion for photography and love for her customers cannot be matched. Allie is professional, reliable, responsive, and extremely talented. What makes her stand out is her f...
un personality and her drive to go above and beyond. Allie recommended wedding vendors, provided suggestions on day of timelines, and kept in contact with me throughout the year to see how wedding planning was going. When Allie visited Washington, DC, she offered to take my engagement photos so I didn’t have to worry about making an extra trip to NC. Allie’s humor and ability to easily relate to people made her stand out on my wedding day. The bridal party still talks about how much they loved her! Two weeks after my wedding, Hurricane Florence hit the coast. Although Allie had so many other things to worry about, she still reached out to ensure my pictures will be ready. You will not find anyone else like her, she is truly the best!
Allie was wonderful to work with! I planned most of my wedding long distance and she made it so easy to coordinate photography details long distance. She made me feel at ease and t...
aken care of, even though I didn't meet her in person until the week before our wedding. The day of the wedding, she was quick to capture all of the detail shots and efficiently took the of the family portraits with time to spare (I have a lot of family). She was upbeat, helpful in ways that didn't even pertain to photography, and took great photos without being intrusive to the ceremony or reception. My husband and I are so thankful we found her!
All I can say is that Allie is a TOTAL ROCKSTAR!!! It’s as if her camera is divinely guided, to seek out the most rare and precious moments.
She is able to really SEE people, and ...
to capture that essence on film.
Not only that, but she is truly a unique and wonderful human being; Her drive and energy are contagious!!! She is not simply a photographer, but a TRUE Artist. I felt so special and honored to be a part of her process.
And now; to have these absolutely BREATHTAKING photographs; that capture all the feelings, excitement, and emotions of the day. I can’t imagine a more wonderful gift than that.
If you get the chance to work with her, DO IT. You will have a blast. And you will get unique, personal, heartfelt photos that are beyond your wildest expectations!!
She is truly in a league of her own.

day of the wedding was perfect. She and her second shooter Jodi were so enthusiastic and easy to work with. She got all of the shots she needed, but never got in my bridesmaids or my way. But what really matters, the pictures she took were SO SO SO BEAUTIFUL! My family and bridal party are obsessed with her and I know they will also be booking her someday for their special events.

ng day too. She always puts the bride and groom FIRST. My family, my wedding party, and I fell in love with her. The pictures were more beautiful than we could ever have imagined. Breathtaking shots! We couldn't have found better photographers to capture our special day! We'll definitely be requesting her services again in the future!

de Allie stand out from the rest. From first booking Allie to getting our final albums, we really feel that Allie took care of us throughout the entire process. You can tell from her photos how passionate she is about being the best of the best. The quality of her photos speaks for themselves. Her responsiveness is top notch--we met up and talked with her several times, so she knew exactly what photos we wanted, and I think she had an excellent grasp on our personalities, which showed through in our photos. My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Allie, and we can't recommend her enough to our friends and all you future brides!
