About this vendor
Based in Waldo, OH, All Occasions Catering & Banquet Facility is a catering company that provides dining solutions for weddings and events. This includes onsite and offsite options. The team is dedicated to high standards of customer service complemented by mouth-watering selections that help create an event to remember.
All Occasions Catering & Banquet Facility started in 1981 at a backyard class reunion. After roasting a pig on an open flame, word quickly spread how delicious the results were. From here, the company was born and more foods were added to the menus. In 1998, it was suggested that the business expand to have an onsite catering facility that could be rented for events. Today, they can host celebrations of between 25 and 350 guests with two open-floor ballrooms featuring chandelier lighting. The Barn at All Occasions also sits on the property, with wood accents and elegant lighting in the rafters. Here, couples can mark their milestone moment with up to 400 people. Their all-inclusive services help make organizing a wedding straightforward.
No matter the style of your event, the team at All Occasions Catering & Banquet Facility seeks to make it a success. They can also cater for other events, such as showers and rehearsal dinners. Couples have an array of entrees and sides to choose from, as well as a variety of beverages to complete the meal. Dinnerware, linens, and other rentals can be provided. During the event, the professional staff ensures that the meal goes smoothly and they take care of the setup and takedown of items provided in the packages. The menus showcase a range of flavors from different food groups, such as succulent meats and fresh vegetables.

I used All Occasions for my wedding at the beginning of June and they exceeded my expectations. From the beginning the wedding coordinator Karellyn was great to work with - she cap...
tured every detail and nothing was missed day of, she did a very thorough job. Out of everything on our wedding day, we received the most compliments about our food. We did a tasting and everything was good, but the mac and cheese and short rib were the most complimented. The food setup was presented well and guests loved the fact that several menu items were gluten free. Would definitely recommend them for weddings.
All Occasions Catering was wonderful to work with for our wedding. Their food was exceptional! The waitstaff was polite, courteous, and so helpful. They are a one-stop-shop for ...
catering. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer a multitude of options. We would highly recommend All Occasions Catering for your next event.
DELICIOUS and affordable catering for our special day. Baked potato bar was a huge hit!
All Occasions is the BEST catering company!! We hired them to cater our wedding at Four Seasons Barn in August 2023. Our previous caterer fell through, and we're SO glad because we...
would have never got to work with All Occasions. They were there for us through such an unexpected change and put our mind at ease! We didn't have to worry about a single thing because they handled all of it, and they were so organized. Anything we wanted or needed, they made it happen for us! Communication is so important, and through the whole process, it could not have been better. They were so quick to respond to emails. The food and service at our wedding was outstanding! All of our guests kept complimenting the food (and they still are!) They loved it! Every single staff member always has a smile on their face, and they're so kind! You can tell they're truly passionate about what they do. We don't have a single bad thing to say about this company! They were hands down our best vendor. Thank you All Occasions you all deserve the world!!
All Occasions was simply amazing! Maddy who was our go-to contact for planning was amazing at answering all of our questions and keeping us informed! We had the chicken focaccia an...
d the roasted pork for our wedding, both of which were amazing and a great hit with everyone! I would definitely recommend All Occasions to any couple looking for catering for their wedding!!

a few communication breaks that made working with AOC harder than needed, but in the end, my day was great.
I had a wonderful experience with All Occasions. The food was wonderful. Hal, the owner, assisted us on our special day. His professionalism and willingness to help surpassed ex...
pectations. Maddy was great to work with as well. My mom is still talking about the food several weeks later, and she is really picky! I will be in touch for my next event!

Aubree is one amazing...
gal, and we connected immediately. She never made us feel like we were over the top with all our questions. This is how to run a business, top notch and exquisite service!!
All Occasions Catering hit it out of the park with our daughter's wedding reception at The Barn at Stratford. It was Melissa, the coordinator at Stratford that referred us to All ...
Occasions and we are so glad she did.
Aubree, the coordinator at AOC has more patience than anyone I've ever met in the wedding industry. She took the time to answer our many questions throughout the planning process without making us feel like we were taking up too much time or annoying her. Her replies were quick and efficient. As a result the wedding day went off without a single problem!
We have food allergies (celiac) and vegetarians in our family so the tweaking of the typical menu was needed. NO one got sick from cross contamination of gluten, the vegetarians were amazed with the food choices and everything tasted SO. DANG. GOOD.
As a member of the wedding industry, I knew it was going to be hard to "sit on my hands" and not help. AOC and their team went above and beyond to make sure I could be a guest at my daughter's wedding and not feel obligated or even aware of anything needing to be done.
Not only was the food and staff superb, I was amazed at all the things that were included in the very affordable catering prices. Linens, napkins, real flatware, ivory china, glass ware, bartenders, knowledgable staff and so much more. I'd book AOC again in a heartbeat.
I wonder if I could book them to make dinner tonight so I don't have to....
Thank you Aubree and staff! We loved the whole day!
I can’t even explain how happy I am to have chosen All Occasions as our wedding caterer. The food was phenomenal and very reasonably priced for what you get and the quality. Aubree...
was the best to work with. The whole staff was so attentive and on the ball the entire night. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for a caterer for any event!
We use All Occasions to cater our daughter's wedding at The Barn at Stratford in Delaware, OH. From the minute I spoke with Aubree, their wedding coordinator, on the phone, I knew ...
we were in good hands. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were second to none. She and the entire group of individuals who contributed to our event were very kind, flexible, eager to please, and extremely hard-working. From planning beforehand through the day of the wedding (setup, cooking, serving, and cleanup), every detail was wonderful, and every person just lovely. We are so thankful that our initial caterer backed out and left us hanging, so that we could find and use All Occasions!!! The food was delicious and abundant, the service exceptional, and the price very reasonable. But it is their people who make this a company I highly recommend.
Overall, wonderful catering service. We had a buffet style wedding reception off site. Aubree was great at all the pre-planning and we appreciated going to their open house to tast...
e their food too. They took care of our napkins, drink-ware and plates. They were even able to bring in their own ice since our venue didn't have the capacity for it. Sometimes the wait staff was hard to find to get some dished cleared but over all they did a wonderful job!!! Thank you!!!
We used the catering company for my brother's rehearsal and loved the food so we hired them for my wedding. The staff was incredible, the food was super tasty (We had two buffets-...
one for adults and one for kids) and they were so helpful in cutting the desserts.
Callie Rogers was incredible, professional, and very good. She knows what she is doing, and does it very well. I was very impressed with her.
THE ONLY ISSUE I had was the bartenders. They hired from outside the catering company, but they didn't know how to make any drinks. IT would have been fine for just beer and wine, but we had a couple of SIMPLE mixed drinks that were apparently not made properly during the reception. So make sure you give your bartenders exact recipes of the drinks you want made (I forgot to do this... but then again, Gin and Tonics are pretty self-explanatory?) and have someone be in charge of making sure the drinks are being made properly, and the bar is being kept clean and organised.
When planning my wedding I researched many different caterers around Marion, Ohio. I knew of all occasions so I spoke with people from there to get quotes on how much it was going ...
to be. After looking we ended up going with another caterer because all occasions was over priced by like 5 or 6 dollars per plate. We ended up finding someone that was cheaper and was great. All occasions food was great when I tried it just couldnt justify paying so much per plate.
While All Occasions is also a wedding venue and has a banquet facility and place to have the ceremony on their premise, I chose to do off-site catering and they brought all of the ...
things I needed for my ceremony and reception to the vineyard I selected as my venue for our wedding. Everything was just the way I wanted it and service was great and great value as well.
