All in the Details Events

ess. She made sure everything was in line for the day of and kept things moving smoothly, but all the work she put in leading up to the big day was especially impressive. Kaleigh was professional, kind, calm, and a huge part of what made our wedding so wonderful. We can't thank her enough!!! - Hannah Coleman

but as soon as we found Melissa, everything fell beautifully into place. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and helped make our day feel so special. Melissa was always one step ahead, incredibly organized, and genuinely understood our vision. On the day of the wedding, she and her assistant handled everything flawlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. She even intercepted a mariachi band playing on the other side of our venue during our ceremony without us ever knowing there was an issue! We cannot express enough how grateful we are for All in the Details Events. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care made our dream wedding a reality. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator who will make your special day everything you envision and more.

such a stress-free and fun process! We are so happy and grateful!! Could not recommend more!

esmaids and groomsman, made sure the couples walk out was planned and announced accordingly, had the dinner/ speeches/ etc all on schedule and did so good with making sure it went perfectly. I could not have asked for a better planned for my sisters wedding. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone who needed a planner

as all because of Jessica and her assistant, Kaleigh. Their communication is fantastic and they couldn’t be more organized. I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders when they started helping me with the wedding planning process. I recommend using them if you want the best day ever!!!

when she started helping me answer questions that vendor was asking me. She helped me think about things I needed to figure out before they came up that I never would've thought of. She helped me communicate clearly with all of my vendors and helped me follow up with vendors ensuring they did what we wanted them to! She did all this while still being kind and gentle and encouraging throughout the whole wedding planning season and wedding day. She helped keep the energy high and eliminated stress and chaos on my wedding day. I will miss Jessie now that I'm done planning!!

made us feel calm, confident, and excited throughout the entire wedding season. I could go on and on about how incredible she is. There is nobody else that could’ve done her job with so much grace, passion, and excellence. We would choose her AGAIN and AGAIN!!!!! Even on our wedding day we could sit back and enjoy because of all the behind the scenes work she did. Not only that…we get to call her a forever friend. It is rare to come across someone like Brandy but we are thankful we did.

or me and made my day so special. I told her after the wedding was over that I was sad because I wouldn't have my Brandy calls and texts anymore. She also helped me bring my vision to life for my tables and the overall decor of the venue. She is the best ever, don't hesitate to use All in the Details for your wedding!

get done. She is so sweet and personable and helped us feel calm and well-taken care of throughout the whole experience. Our families loved her too! Our wedding day genuinely went off without a hitch and it's absolutely thanks to Oanh. Brandy from All in the Details made us some beautiful signage as well! Oanh went above and beyond, picking up everything we needed on the day of and helping arrange our venue beautifully. She helped us think of touches we never would have come up with on our own to make sure everything was perfect! We couldn't be more thankful :)

band and I hosted 80 New Yorkers in the San Antonio Hill Country, and Brandy was with us every step of the way. She helped me in so many ways and I always felt I could be honest with her. We wanted our wedding to feel like an event. There wasn’t a dull moment that evening. We had 200 people, and over 20 vendors and Brandy wrangled them all into order from the time they arrived. From the buracho burros, to the giant dancing robots, from curating the timeline, to the GORGEOUS signage she custom created for our crest, our wedding truly would not have been the same without her!

ths. Brandy helped create a day that perfectly represented my fiance and me. Every element and detail was perfectly tailored to us and made our guests feel special. Brandy created our invitation suite (the most gorgeous stationery I have ever seen), signage, and other stunning design details. She created vision boards that brought life to any dream I'd ever had and created a day that far exceeded any of my wildest dreams. She helped with selecting and managing each vendor relationship and gave guidance on each detail, down to the flatware selections. The day of my wedding, I was able to be fully immersed in the day without one single worry about execution. If you're on the fence about whether to hire a planner, DO IT. And beg to work with Brandy. She's the sweetest and best thing that happened throughout our wedding planning process and I've made a friend for life. All in the Details is an excellent company and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone without an ounce of hesitation.

ed me find the best vendors for my style and budget and took care of the many wedding planning dimensions with grace. I felt like I could reach out to her about all of my questions (I had many) and truly felt like she cared about making our wedding amazing. And it was! Every detail was executed flawlessly! Brandy designed my invitations and signage and she knocked it out of the park! She considered all of my ideas and made those elements so gorgeous and memorable.

review for Melissa and Brandy, with All in the Details, who orchestrated the most stunning and unforgettable wedding for my daughter. Their dedication, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail truly made all the difference in creating a day that exceeded our wildest dreams. They were always available to address any questions or concerns, making the entire planning process stress-free. From the moment we met Melissa & Brandy, we knew we were in good hands. Their warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and their professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. her the whole day & we all celebrated their day with joy since “all the details” were planned for and taken care of.

iring someone who speaks the language of this business, has an outstanding reputation, and has connections with a lot of people in this business! Melissa made our day so special and stress-free!

was asking about some vendors and why they hadn’t arrived yet. Melissa, the owner of the company and the primary coordinator for our event, scolded me for asking questions and rudely stated the timeline is fluid and to stop worrying about it. I was approached throughout the evening by guests and bridal party members that were individually either hollered at or chastised. Reserved seat placards were placed too late in the beginning of the ceremony, leading to my wife’s grandparents seating four rows back from the originally intended front seats. Melissa allowed the bar staff to take a bottle of 29 year old champagne (which was saved since the day she was born for her wedding day) and put it on ice for general serving. Luckily the fantastic bar staff didn’t end up serving it! But the icing on this cake was when I was approached by my DJ, Jimmy, who saw the coordinator speaking to me at the very end of the night. He asked if she had told me he would charge me for any time past the scheduled end (because we were delayed enjoying a cigar with all the groomsmen) to which I replied yes, she said it would be 150$. Apparently, prior to this, she told the DJ she did not want him extending for free (which he said he does happily for all his couples) because she was “tired” and “wanted to go home”.. this was the tipping point that led me to write this review. Not only did she approach me in front of all my friends, asking very publicly if I wanted to pay all these various fees to extend, but she had the audacity to complain to my DJ… I won’t say it ruined my entire wedding, that wouldn’t be fair and I wouldn’t let one person do that. But that certainly ruined what would’ve been a fantastic ending to the wedding. The absolute ONLY saving grace for All in the Details was another coordinator, Brandy Prundt, the one who was supposed to be our coordinator but unfortunately caught a stomach bug the night before the wedding. It’s disheartening to know the OWNER of the company isn't willing to provide the same service her employees are. Her company recently acquired Bartenders4You, a great company with a fantastic staff. I truly hope she doesn’t run that one into the ground…

manding, a full scale, military option, leading her troops directly into the ground. Try to have compassion and be a little more friendly a smile goes along way that’ll be my advice moving forward if you want to stay in business. Remember, they hired you! You don’t have the right to treat people or guest like livestock.

ocess to understand our priorities, budget, and aesthetic. I can honestly say leading up to and the day of the wedding, we didn’t feel any stress. I’m so thankful we had them!

as scheduled. Brandy and her assistant made that happen. Once I saw Brandy there the day of the wedding, I stopped worrying and enjoyed the day with my daughter. This is the wedding planner you need for your child's big day!!!!!

best vendors, told us what was not necessary, and the best part.....gave us the most spectacular beautiful wedding and kept us on budget! I am still getting phone calls complimenting us on just how classy and fun the wedding was. Melissa thought of things that I didn't even know we needed but it is all those little things that I didn't need to think about - because she took care of it. Printing invitations, signage, rsvp's, booking blocks of rooms, band, food, alcohol, props, etc. Enough said, just call Melissa. Her and her team will take care of you....

ith her schedule, adaptable, and a great listener. With some last minute changes she stepped up and really made our wedding day perfect! We are so thankful!

l in the Details handled every single request, question, etc. of mine with patience, transparency and top notch quality. I met with about 5 different planners and All in the Details stuck out to me from the start. Melissa - who is also the owner of the business - anticipated my every question and need, and after 500+ days of planning together, we truly became lifelong friends. Not only was she there for me every step of the way from a planning perspective, but she calmed my *extreme* anxiety on multiple occasions and continually reminded me of the end goal - getting to marry my husband, surrounded my friends and family! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa and her team - they collaborate on ideas together, work through challenges together and are truly a TEAM that will be there for you in every way that you could ever need on your big day! I am SO grateful that I found All in the Details and would absolutely recommend them to any one of my friends and family! Thank you Melissa, thank you Brandy and thank you to the ENTIRE team for taking care of me over the past two years and executing on every single detail and vision of mine for my special day! It was absolutely perfect in every way and I am infinitely grateful <3

utely seamlessly. I cannot recommend them enough. They also designed all of our paper products including invitations for the wedding and they were so beautiful and we got SO many compliments!! They are just amazing!

m were able to execute our day perfectly! The year leading up to our wedding... Melissa and her team were able to navigate the planning process amongst my family's strong personalities and vocal opinions with grace and was able to help us navigate and find compromise. She assisted in helping us find WONDERFUL vendors, was at every planning and walk through meeting, and kept me positive when I began to fill with worry about everything going well (which was often). If I asked a question or a change was discussed, she had already addressed it or taken care of it. There were a few rearrangements we had to do the day of due to the weather, but Melissa discussed those changes with me and made the necessary changes to make it all work. I felt the most confident and calm on our wedding day. Our guests loved the ceremony and the reception, and to this day are still calling it the event of season. Hahaha. Without Melissa and her team none of it would have been possible. I'm so grateful to her and her team. I look back on our day with love, joy, and peace. Thank you again to Melissa and her team at All in the Details!

ked with our budget and you will definitely get what you pay for. So many venues require wedding planners today so All in the Details would be my first and only recommendation 💕💕

elissa provided great suggestions for other vendors and worked closely with all of them to make our dream day come to life!

ect! I felt so relaxed on my big day thanks to Noelle. I highly recommend All in the Details!!

with our custom wedding logo that was incredible! The day went by seamlessly and I never noticed anything other than perfection.

ing, so Keri and her team took over. They made sure everything was correct by checking each invitation and personally mailing them. Keri calmed my daughter and me down when our nerves got the better of us. We had so many people tell us how gorgeous, perfect and fun Kristina and Blake’s wedding was and how it was The Best wedding they have ever been to. We have Keri and her team with All in the Details to thank for that. She understood our vision and made sure it happened. I would highly recommend her for your daughter’s special day.

and just hire her. Ok thanks byeeee

smallest detail spectacular. The best decision I made when planning a wedding was hiring them as my planning team. Make the right choice and go with All in the Details Events for your wedding!

ization of vendors especially the days leading up to her wedding and day of made our day extra special allowing us to enjoy the ceremony and reception. We highly recommend Melissa and her team at All in the Details!

vision and brings it to life! I think her strengths really come through in the design, she is truly gifted in that category! Working with her was a breeze, she was attentive without being pushy and always advocated for what we wanted. I absolutely loved working with her and would do it again in a heartbeat. Our wedding was so beautiful and timeless with Melissa's help.

me down when I started to worry about things. She really had it in control. On the day of, the Band had a little glitch, it was fixed and I didnt find out about it until days later! You may think you can do it all…but having a planner is a gift to yourself. I was able to be fully in the moment and enjoy the day with my daughter and family! We Loved Working With All In The Details and would absolutely recommend them to others! ❤️

ns I had about design. I am so thankful I had her as my wedding planner for my big day. Everything went so smooth and looked incredible. Her and her assistant Noelle made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted and needed on our wedding day. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommended using them for your big day!

rtable as an LGBTQ couple and helped us find recommended vendors. She answered countless questions and went above and beyond. Noelle was so helpful on the day of the wedding and was always one step ahead. They both treated us like Queens & we felt like royalty! We had no concept of time, and they kept everything on schedule. Their personalities were so fitting, and we definitely recommended working with All in the Details.

t was, and the service they provide is worth every penny! I leaned on Sarah’s recommendations when it came to vendors and I am so glad I did, all vendors were top notch and professional which just helped me trust her more for the big day! You can tell All in the Details has a good reputation and is respected in the wedding business world by the confidence my vendors expressed when I told them who my wedding planner was. There are Type A people and then there is Sarah who is so organized, prepared, thoughtful and most importantly listens to every single detail you mention and REMEMBERS IT! I received so many complements after the wedding on how my husband and I looked like we had the best time and did not look stressed one bit, and I have to say it was completely true! I did not question anything on my wedding day and I honestly can say I do not even know if anything went wrong behind the scenes because Sarah and her team handled everything perfectly! The only thing I am sad about is that my time working with Sarah has come to an end and I won’t be looking in my inbox for emails from her. In the 9 months I worked with Sarah planning my wedding I came to have the utter most respect for the quality of work she does but also for the passion she has behind her to make someone else wedding day perfect!

anted to have it in my parents' backyard. When others thought it could not be done, Melissa said, "yes, I can see it, let's do it!" Melissa was so patient with not only me, but my parents with any stresses or worries we had. She took care of everything! She recommended the best caterers, hair and make-up artists, floral, DJ, etc. She was always available whenever I had a question or concern. The wedding and reception was PERFECT. Everything we wanted and more. I still can't get over how amazing it was. All of our guests loved everything about the wedding and complimented all the details. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing this company is and how much I appreciate their hard work. They truly worked SO hard in making our wedding beautiful. One of the many wonderful qualities about this company is the fact that everyone that works for All in the Details loves what they do and are so passionate about creating and organizing your dream event. They truly love it! Wedding planning is stressful, but with All in the Details, it doesn't have to be. The wedding weekend and the day of the wedding I was not stressed at all because they had everything handled. So, to All in the Details Events: THANK YOU! I am forever grateful to this company for making our wedding such a dream and an event that we will forever remember and cherish. I love this company a lot. :)

r that we could have ever imagined or hoped. She was able to trouble shoot effectively and quickly. Any issue with vendors, COVID, and weather that came up; Melissa already had a solution for. Her creativity, experience and detailed eye truly made the wedding the best night of our lives. We had a rain cloud that was about to cause a downpour in our ceremony, and within 10 min she had moved the entire ceremony set up - including a flower arch!- to a new location and had it laid out perfectly in such a way that it looked like the original plan. She has been a source of inspiration of ideas, a wealth of knowledge, and a true advocate for not only the wedding day, but for myself as a bride. We could not have had the beautiful ceremony and super fun reception (that guests are still talking about) if it were not for Melissa. I cannot recommend her enough!

many things I would have never even thought about. She helped me design our wedding and her creative ideas and expertise really helped our vision come to life! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and I give so much thanks to her. She is so knowledgeable and has so many business connections in the industry, she helped me find great vendors and handled so much of the logistics in the planning process. Not to mention, All in the Details is more than just wedding planning, they have various rental items and photo booth services etc. It was nice to know if we needed something "last minute" we were able to rent from them directly. The day of our wedding couldn't have gone more smoothly or perfectly. Everything was amazing, flawless, and beautiful. Thank you Keri. I cannot say it enough, this company was great to work with and Keri was wonderful. Please please please if you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/coordinator- I'd say do it and contact All in The Details.

ith, and fun. I would wholeheartedly recommend her. I hear all the time how stressful wedding days are and how nothing goes well. That was not our experience. Truely the best day of my life, not only because I was marrying the woman of my dreams, but because Keri took care of everything and I did not have to worry about any of the details. I cannot tell you how grateful I am we chose her! And if you are LGBTQ+ and want a true ally who will help you navigate the wedding process with ease, care, and thoughtfulness-- Keri is your person!

to paper as well as helped us locate other vendors. Throughout the planning process, she was available and helpful, always finding new ways to help us feel less stress. On the day of, she ensured everything went smoothly and we felt like we had absolutely no worries. Everything was incredible, and I wish I could give this company six stars!

hat will pop up along the way that you don't even consider. We hired Melissa with All in the Details, and it was some of the best money we spent on the wedding. Melissa is a true professional and made sure we felt comfortable leading up to our wedding day. On the wedding day, she took care of the MANY moving parts so that we could focus on enjoying the experience of getting married. One of the many fires she helped put out was when my bouquet was delivered and was not at all what I was expecting. She tracked down the florist and had them rework it while I continued to get ready. One of the benefits of hiring All in the Details that we didn't expect was that Melissa would be a calming presence in the midst of a chaotic last week (the weather projections bounced between amazing and horrific daily). Knowing that she was experienced and had been through this process for years was reassuring in a way that we didn't know we needed. If you don't know if you need a wedding coordinator or not, you do; if you don't know if you should hire All in the Details or not, you should.
