bout making the wedding look and feel beautiful and was supportive of all the ideas and extra touches we were excited about. At the same time, she gave honest advice about what would make the biggest impact and what we didn’t need to feel pressured to include. We felt supported in putting our budget toward what mattered most to us.
Throughout planning, Brandi gave us a great selection of vendors and space to make decisions without feeling rushed. She put together an excellent timeline and constantly reassured us that we were ahead of schedule, which helped us relax and enjoy the process. Having someone we trusted to share the mental load, keep the full picture in mind, and know our venue so well was invaluable.
On the wedding day, I didn’t have to think about a single logistical detail. I barely saw Brandi because she was behind the scenes making sure everything happened as planned! We got to be fully present and enjoy our wedding, and that was exactly what we hoped for in hiring a planner. We’re so grateful for everything she did and would absolutely recommend her.
We hired Brandi after we had issues with a prior planner. It was the greatest decision! We already had most of our vendors booked but Brandi helped us get everything organized and ...
create the perfect timeline for the day. Working with her felt easy and she is extremely knowledgeable about everything wedding! She and her assistant kept my wedding day flowing easily. Thank you AEP for handling all of the logistics on my wedding day so I could relax and enjoy every moment!

ved planners and came into the process with a very specific vision, so what we valued most was that Brandi knew how to work with us rather than take over. Over a long planning period, we had great touch points with her, and she consistently helped us think through the finer details, stress test our ideas, and turn what we had in mind into something that worked (flawlessly) day of.
She was also especially valuable as we got closer to the wedding, when a few unexpected vendor issues came up. Brandi was able to use her experience and relationships to help navigate them behind the scenes and keep what could have been a major source of stress from becoming one for us.
By the wedding day, we felt confident that Brandi understood both our plans and what mattered most to us, which let us actually enjoy the day rather than manage it. For couples who want to stay involved and have a strong point of view about their wedding, we would absolutely recommend her. She was a thoughtful, experienced partner who helped us execute a very specific vision.

reading this in the future that hiring Brandi Fisher as my planner was worth every dime. She will exceed your expectations far beyond anything you can imagine right now.
From the very first phone call, I knew I had made the right choice. She recommended excellent vendors that fit perfectly with my style and personality. She was there for anything I needed, handled everything that came up with my vendors, and communicated immediately. She kept me calm throughout the entire process with her humor and expertise.
On the day of the wedding, she showed her incredible level of detail and intention to make sure everything ran smoothly, and everything was absolutely beautiful. She made the reception look magical. She truly understood my vision and dialed in on the vibe I wanted for the decor. It turned out even better than I could have dreamed of.
This will truly be the first step toward making your wedding day stress-free and everything you want it to be.
Choosing AEP was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!
AEP was recommended to us by a family friend, and after doing some research and talking with Brandi, I immedia...
tely knew this was the right fit. Her personality, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping couples stood out right away. We were also looking for a day-of coordinator somewhat last minute, and Brandi was incredibly willing to work with us to find a package that fit for us. That meant so much to us and showed how much she truly cares about her couples. That kindness alone meant so much to us, and from our very first conversation, I knew we were in great hands.
Brandi is such a fireball in the best way possible. She has so much experience and knowledge, and she constantly opened our eyes to things we never would have thought about. She would bring up details we never even thought about and always had practical solutions that helped our day run more smoothly. Every recommendation came with an explanation of why she suggested it, which gave us so much confidence throughout the planning process. At the same time, she always reminded us that this was our wedding day. She never pressured us into anything and always emphasized that whatever decisions we made, she would make sure our day reflected exactly what we wanted.
Having Brandi and her team there on our wedding day made all the difference. They handled countless little details behind the scenes that most couples don’t even realize need attention. Because of them, my husband and I were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment instead of worrying about logistics. Our families and wedding party were able to relax too, especially my mom, who didn’t have to spend the day solving problems or coordinating everything.
If I could give one piece of advice to other couples, it would be t0 hire a planner or coordinator, you won’t regret it!!! I honestly thought I could handle everything myself, but there are so many little details that professionals think of that you simply don’t. Brandi and her team truly have your back from start to finish. They support you, advocate for you, and make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible so you can focus on what really matters.
My mom and I both couldn’t say enough wonderful things about Brandi and AEP. They are genuinely kind, incredibly organized, and so passionate about what they do. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator, and I am so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. I would recommend AEP to any couple without hesitation.
We chose Brandi as our wedding planner for our June 2026 wedding, and we're so grateful we did. We chose Brandi because she focuses heavily on the logistics side of planning, which...
was exactly what we were looking for. It allowed us to fully embrace the design aspects ourselves while knowing the planning details were in expert hands.
There are so many things to think about when planning a wedding, and Brandi was always there to talk us through everything and ensure we weren't overlooking anything important. On our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, and we were truly able to be present and enjoy every moment because we trusted that all the behind-the-scenes details were being handled.
The basic package was perfect for us as it gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy the day. For anyone on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I would absolutely recommend it. Even as an organized person, having someone to double-check everything and reassure us that we were on track took a huge weight off our shoulders.
Thank you, Brandi, Kit, and the AEP team!

s. When planning was stressful or confusing, she knew when to step in. We felt so supported by her and trusted her completely with our vision. AEP executed perfectly. She is publicly and proudly pro-LGBTQ and importantly, a real, down-to-earth person. Can't recommend enough.
Brandy was wonderful to work with. She was the planner for both of our daughter’s weddings! You know she’s good if you go back to her a second time! She is organized, helpful and a...
must have at the rehearsal and wedding day. She keeps things moving and is an incredible help with keeping everyone focused and on task! She will voice her opinion when needed but lets the decisions come only from you! She is a great resource for flowers, bands and anything else that you could possibly need! The weddings were perfect and went so smoothly because of her! I would definitely hire her and her team again!!

ss of selecting our band, florist, and photographer, saving me days of research. The florist they recommended did an exceptional job and was incredibly affordable—I truly believe AEP saved us thousands of dollars. We were also thrilled with the band and photographer they helped us choose!
Brandi's most invaluable contribution was developing our wedding day timeline. It was absolutely essential, used by everyone throughout the day—the photographer, the venue, and the entire wedding party. As the mother of the bride, I was able to relax and fully enjoy the wedding, all thanks to AEP."

ch we needed her until she asked the questions we would never have known to ask. We felt so much better knowing she was a part of the planning - whether you’re looking for classic or full on planning, Brandi goes above and beyond for her clients. Outside of the planning, she worked so hard to keep everything running seamlessly on the day of. Can’t recommend her enough!
We cannot recommend Brandi and All Events Planned enough! We chose Brandi to plan our wedding reception of 175 guests because AEP is located close to us and our venue, and we could...
not be happier that we did! Although we weren't sure what to expect, Brandi completely EXCEEDED our expectations! We did not expect her to be so available to us every step of the way and even give us professional advice on everything from decor to guest favors. She knows all of the nuances of the business and pulled off every little detail we planned with her (of which there were many). Brandi made us feel SO prioritized and valued, and she always placed our happiness and making things easier for us front and center. Her response time blew us away, and her willingness to take on tasks to reduce our stress was so refreshing. Her professionalism and dedication to our event contrasted the completely opposite experience we had with our ceremony planners in another state. In short, Brandi showed us what event planning should be, and we have zero doubt our wedding reception would have gone as successfully without her!
"I am so excited to get married but I am so not excited to do any of the planning" is how I started my relationship with Brandi and with that, she made it as smooth a journey as it...
probably can get for a bride! There were 3 major moments when I said "this is worth every penny". 1 - When I was able to completely skip the research phase for vendors and trust her expertise to pick the best of the best for my specific wants/needs, 2 - her attendance at our tasting/event walkthrough when she was there to make sure every detail was covered, and of course 3 - the big day - I felt SO relieved to just be able to trust that the flow of the day was being handled by a true A-team. While I'm sure there were stressful parts of the day, I luckily managed to not feel the burden of any of them, and ultimately that's what's truly priceless about Brandi and her team's services.
Planning a multicultural wedding (Indian/American) is a complex process, with specific events and rituals that take place before and during the ceremony. Finding someone who unders...
tood this and could handle these details took time, but Brandi stood out from the start. She was honest, upfront, and clear about how she could assist throughout the planning process.
We chose her “partial planning” package, and it was exactly what we needed. Brandi worked closely with us and other vendors to create a wedding weekend timeline. She also communicated excellently with all our vendors to ensure everyone was aligned. She went above and beyond to help resolve unexpected issues—even months before the wedding! Her attention to detail was incredible, and she and her team helped bring our reception vision to life, handling tasks like setting up charger plates, name cards and holders, tying ribbons on napkins, and setting up the photo station.
Brandi also did an amazing job coordinating with our family members, ensuring everyone understood their roles during the ceremony. Despite some unforeseen hiccups on the wedding day, she handled everything with remarkable expertise. She kept us on track with the timeline (no small feat for an Indian wedding!) and served as the main point of contact for our vendors, some of whom were at the venue in-person for the first time.
Thanks to Brandi’s professionalism, dedication, and calm demeanor, our wedding day ran smoothly, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We’re so glad we chose Brandi as our wedding planner and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!
Brandi is ABSOLUTELY AMAAAZING! She made the planning process so much less stressful, and helped us work with our timeline in a way that seemed manageable. We didn't have to worr...
y about missing anything because we felt so confident that she was on top of everything and keeping us on track. She is super organized, so easy to work with, helpful with any and all questions, very quick to respond, she knows all the vendors (which was so helpful regarding recommendations, comparisons, and communicating with everyone), and she is just a very warm, energetic, and friendly person. We did the partial planning package, and Brandi went above and beyond, checking in with us throughout the process, and we had multiple long phone call meetings to go over our timeline. She worked with our venue throughout the planning process, and on the day of our wedding, she helped everything run smoothly and remembered all the little things that are easy to slip out of the mind on the big day (so that we could focus on each other and our loved ones). I really don't know what we would have done without her.
We are so grateful and appreciative of you Brandi- you helped us so much in so many ways, and we really can't thank you enough. We would recommend you to anyone!!
My fiance and I went back and forth about whether we needed a wedding planner and/or day-of coordinator, but in the end, I am 10000% grateful that we chose Brandi! During our first...
meeting, we knew Brandi was there to help us plan *our* wedding - not something cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all. Brandi had vendor suggestions that were aligned with our goals and priorities. She truly got to know us as a couple, and empowered us to make the best decisions for our wedding day! We were so thankful for the wedding day timeline she created to ensure we didn’t miss anything. On the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly, and we were able to enjoy the entire celebration!
We cannot say enough great things about Kaitlin! From start to finish, she made the wedding planning process seamless and stress-free. Kaitlin’s attention to detail, creativity, an...
d professionalism were evident in every aspect of our special day.
She listened to our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Every detail—from the timeline to the decor—was executed flawlessly, and her calm demeanor kept everything running smoothly. We felt completely at ease knowing Kaitlin was handling everything behind the scenes.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and well-organized everything was. Kaitlin truly made our dream wedding a reality, and we are so grateful for her dedication and hard work. If you’re looking for someone who is not only talented but also a joy to work with Kaitlin from All Events Planned is the perfect choice!
We were recommended to AEP by a close friend, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the referral. From the very first call, I knew Kaitlin would be the perfect fit for us. H...
er calm and reassuring voice immediately put me at ease, and her ability to listen and focus on even the smallest details is truly unmatched. As someone who is definitely on the Type-A side, I can only imagine how challenging I might’ve been at times. But Kaitlin handled me with such grace, professionalism, and patience—it felt like I had a true partner every step of the way.
Throughout the planning process, my (now) husband and I would look at each other and just say, “She’s so worth it.” But nothing could top her presence and support on the actual wedding day. Kaitlin and her assistant were on it—it was like she could read my mind, appearing just when I needed her most. She was always proactive, handling potential issues before they even became problems, and gracefully took on any last-minute requests I threw her way.
Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how kind, attentive, and helpful Kaitlin and her assistant were. They truly made everyone feel at ease, it was clear how hard they were working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly.
I can’t tell you how many times Shane and I looked at each other during the wedding and just sighed in relief, saying, "We never could’ve done this without her.” Kaitlin and AEP were worth every penny. If you're looking for someone to make your wedding day stress-free and absolutely perfect, I cannot recommend Kaitlin enough. Having her by our side was truly a blessing, and we will be forever grateful for her role in making our day everything we dreamed of and more.
Thank you so, so much, Kaitlin!

n calls with her throughout the planning process, she came to our tasting and rehearsal, and was timely in her response for the many questions I had. She knew every single detail about our wedding well before the "day of" and I just knew things would run smoothly with her in charge. The relief I felt knowing she was at my venue the day of the wedding allowed me and my bridal party to fully relax and enjoy getting ready.
I also really appreciated her level of knowledge and expertise on the wedding industry. She gave such honest/sound advice based on the many weddings she has coordinated, and I just really trusted her opinion on so many things. It also helped that she has such great relationships with so many vendors in the Cleveland area, and others seem to genuinely enjoy working with her.
If you're looking for a coordinator who will go above and beyond for you, HIRE BRANDI. I promise you will not regret it!

ur wedding. We could not have had a perfect day without Brandi.
What stood out to us was her 'all business' attitude. We knew that nothing would slip by Brandi, and it made us feel comfortable knowing that if something slipped our minds, she was there to catch it. Additionally, Brandi followed our lead and gave us input when we asked. We appreciated the creative freedom throughout the process as we are both type-a people.
We can't say enough good things about Brandi and her team and would fully recommend her services to be a part of your wedding.

ur NYE celebration, Brandi went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was nothing short of magical.
Brandi's attention to detail is unparalleled. She meticulously organized every aspect of the event we needed, from coordinating with vendors to creating a detailed timeline that made my Type A heart so happy and kept everything running smoothly. Her eye for design helped to transform our venue into a dreamy space that perfectly captured our vision.
But what truly sets Brandi apart is her dedication to her clients, who become friends. She was always available to answer our questions, offer guidance, and provide reassurance.
One of the most impressive aspects of Brandi's work was her ability to handle unexpected challenges. She navigated last-minute issues, ensuring that our day remained flawless for me.
Our wedding day exceeded our expectations, and we owe the stress-free day to Brandi. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is not only highly skilled but also a sheer joy to work with, you've found her! She is a true gem in the wedding planning industry, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by our side! Thank you, Brandi, for making our special day absolutely unforgettable!

Kaitlin and AEP were simply amazing from start to finish. She gladly took on our extremely detailed wedding on an incredibly shortened timeline (90 days!) and absolutely nailed it....
The number of decisions that had to be made were mind-boggling for us, but she approached them with grace and optimism. We NEVER felt rushed or that we were falling behind, even though we took days to respond due to our own hectic schedules. She was with us every step of the way. Simply put, we could not have done this without her! Thank you, Katilin!!

to ask. Brandi was great at giving us about 5 of her top vendors based on my preferences and I went to research them from there. I loved each and every one of them when it came to my wedding day! We had plenty of meetings & phone calls through out the year and a half of my engagement and always was very honest about my ideas if they would work or not. I really appreciate that in a planner, as I wouldn’t want someone to just try to please me and then it not turn out well! The month before and the day of was when I was SO HAPPY I hired Brandi. She was answering all my random texts at all hours of the day as I was getting more nervous getting closer to the big day, and during the wedding day, I have never seen someone do so well with communication with all the vendors, heard my guests, and even went out of her way to get chairs with arm rests on them from an office down the street so we could do the Hora! Everything went so smooth, I feel like she fixed every issue before I even knew there was a problem! If you want a planner that is going to get the job done and done extremely well, hire Brandi!!

he handled day-of situations with grace and professionalism. Her coordination with our vendors and the Marriott was superb. There were a lot of things behind the scenes that she executed without us knowing, which we were so appreciative of. I felt so much better having that additional support from a team who lives and breathes wedding planning. elp with details, timeline, and the day running smoothly. I also have chronic illness and Brandi was extremely sensitive to that, more so than any other vendor I worked with. She made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, as stress free as possible, and all of my health concerns were taken care of. It was more than I could have asked for. If you are wondering if you have the budget for her, I would say make room in the budget for her because she's so worth it. I have absolutely no regrets about hiring AEP and recommend them to any bride.
Brandi is by far the best wedding planner there is. She made sure everything leading up to the wedding was taken care of and during the wedding she made sure things went smoothly. ...
We never once had to talk to any vendors during our wedding until the end of the night when they were saying "bye" to us. Why was this? Because she took care of everything. If you are looking for a wedding planner, she is the one.

She was my sounding board while re-scheduling due to COVID; she provided support and reassurance.
I appreciated her attention to detail, she truly thought of everything! She created and shared a timeline for our day which was crucial to ensure we had a good plan set.
Day of wedding she made sure everything was set up perfectly which allowed me to remain worry free while taking photos! She kept things running smoothly at the reception and was there anytime I needed a thing - from signing the marriage certificate to putting away jewelry for safe keeping.
