All About the Gown

I would have otherwise not tried on. This was my second boutique and by far the best I went to!

plenty of private space for us. My consultant, Boiana, was kind, patient, and made sure we stayed within the desired budget. The store owner even popped in a few times during the consultation to give her opinion and help pull dresses she thought I would like. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a variety of dress size and wanting to support and female (mother/daughter) owned local business.

ll feel very comfortable. I would recommend checking them out and you will not be disappointed!

l that I wouldn’t find a dress because of my bigger build, but that was never an issue. Dress after dress , the selection was more difficult. I would recommend this company again and again! Thank you to my friend, Lynne, for your help (shopping with a friend is better than shopping alone especially for an important event like this) and Celeste!!

ith me trying on numerous dresses until I finally found the one! I had just about given up finding the “right” dress but Celeste made that process so much easier and stress free compared to where I shopped prior to coming here. Make your first appointment here You will not be disappointed!

e other store I had an appointment with, made me feel rushed to say my opinions in each dress I tried on and after trying on a total of 7 dresses I finally figured out kind of style I liked (which was A-line) and she basically kicked us out by saying "Well looks like we have exhausted all the opinions you like so I guess this isn't the shop for you. Maybe you'll have better luck at the next place" Very upsetting I had to have my first dress experience here and deal with such a rude stylists. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.

hing I loved. Celeste made my experience unforgettable. She had my trying on gowns and searching for what I liked. I tried on an endless amount of beautiful gowns until I found the one. Celeste made sure that all of the accessories fit to make my gown one of a kind. With over skirts and off the shoulder straps, she made my dream come true. It was sad that I didn’t have anyone to share that special moment but Celeste was the best at making sure that that moment was shared and beautiful. I probably talked her ear off but I was trying to distract myself from such stress I was feeling and she unknowingly blessed me that day. I hope to come back and have my mom and mother in law find a beautiful occasion dress too. I wish I could relive my experience!

ns and ultimately helped me find the one! My experience at All About the Gown was amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!

was just my mom and I in the room, but the stylist/consultant made the day feel like a grand affair. We were treated with such care and the stylist's excitement made me SO excited for the wedding day after a long planning process that was filled with uncertainty. I felt incredible in every dress that we chose, and I loved that I got to pick out pretty much whatever I wanted to try on! It was such a customized, personal experience, and I can't thank All About the Gown enough for their support and expertise.

N, and so memorable. I'm honored to be an All About The Gown bride and I can't wait to say "I do" in my dress! Thank you Judy!

as stress free and I found my dream dress here! A big thank you to Boianna for helping me find the perfect dress, you were amazing!! I would highly recommend going here to find your wedding dress!

erience!

at all by them but was supported to try on different styles. They ultimately helped me find the dress of my dreams. I can’t thank them enough!

were in was GORGEOUS! It was truly a glamorous experience and everyone who worked with us was wonderful. I found my gown in less than 30 minutes and have absolutely no regrets. From the beauty to the service, you will absolutely love your experience.

he first many dresses I tried on weren’t right for me. This store has a lot of lace, embellishment, and romantic dresses, and fewer sleek, simpler gowns. However, the minute I put on one of the final dresses it was clear it was the one for me. My attendant was very knowledgeable, upbeat, and so easy to work with. She pulled extra dresses based on my likes and dislikes. She never pressured me to put on a dress I didn’t like. And she made the process really easy and fun. I’m very glad I went to All About the Gown and can’t wait to wear my dress!!!

the stylist really listened and tuned into the key things I was looking for in a dress. I am pretty indecisive in general and went way over my appointment time before I could finally commit to the dress. Not once did I feel pressured or like a bother to anyone, I felt really supported and allowed the time I needed to make my decision. The owner came into my appointment as well to share feedback and offer advise on potential alterations. I do think it would be nice if they could maybe provide an iPad or something for brides to use to compare how the gowns photograph (since photos last forever!) as it’s not super easy for everyone to compare what they see in the mirror back to back. Overall, I am so pleased with my dress, the support I got in store, and how responsive and engaged the store has been with me even after I left my appointment. Highly recommend!

!

s were on display and that I was able to choose what I wanted to try on vs other places I visited. My stylist Teanna was sweet and knowledgeable, and very patient with me. I traveled almost 2 hours to visit here and so glad I did. I can't wait for that call that my dress has arrived!

Angela who was so helpful. Overall it was a great experience, one I will never forget.

and the ability to go in and select different dress was truly a magical experience. I felt beyond special and was able to find my dream dress... I really couldn’t express how amazing this place is.

k you for creating a patient, warm and welcoming environment.

FUN process and everyone at All About The Gown made me feel special and beautiful! I can’t wait to go back for my try on 🥰

ft me With what I thought was a good experience now into terribly awful one. This review isn’t to bash the place, but simply warn other brides to ask questions and understand their policies that they do not inform you of. Because of MY experience that was ruined, I will rate them zero stars. Hopefully other brides will have a much happier experience shall they choose to come here because I do not wish anyone to feel the way do after leaving this place. I’ve been in tears since I left the place and it’s suppose to be a magical feeling. After all it is the biggest day of your life and it should be perfect! so don’t get caught up in sweet sales talk and people making you think you want something you don’t. Best of luck to all future brides and I hope you find the dress of your dreams to walk down the aisle to the love of your life in!!

I tried on. The entire staff was supportive and helpful!! Such an amazing place with amazing people! They make you feel right at home! ...and the dresses are absolutely stunning!!!

eft. Tianna was an extraordinary stylist! I highly recommend this place for your styling needs. I can't wait for my veil to come in that Tianna matched with my dress, perfectly.

2 weeks ago, and had no idea what I wanted in a dress, so I pretty much expected to have a first appointment trial run. Stefany took care of me and she was SO beyond helpful and wonderful to work with. I probably tried on 10+ dresses, and she made me feel so confident, and really helped me figure out what I wanted in a dress. Not to mention, the dresses at AATG are simply stunning. I walked out with my dream dress and I couldn't be more excited. Thank you Stefany and AATG team!

My stylist was the best! The dresses she chose for me were perfect; every single one looked good. My stylist was also so positive and made me feel beautiful. I am so happy I chose to go here!

e was so incredibly patient and fun! Cannot recommend these group of ladies enough!!! <3

(I could go on forever), by other boutiques in this area! (Northwest Chicago suburbs / southwest WI). At both appointments, the staff at All About The Gown really made me feel special and were SO helpful and friendly during the entire process! Special shout out to my bridal specialist, Boiana! B, I am so thankful I had you to help me find my wedding dress! Working with you made the entire experience perfect! Thank you! 10/10 would recommend making an appointment here! The staff is extremely accommodating! You can tell, they love what they do.

xcited to help me find what I was looking for in my price range! Having a room to ourselves was so fun and helped us all feel more comfortable during the coronavirus! This was my first and last time shopping for a wedding dress!

essure. I really was able to take my time and explore my options before saying yes. The owner, Judy, her daughter and staff are amazing! This dress shop went above and beyond any of the other four bridal shops I visited in the area. Thank you for helping me find my dress!

which I hadn't seen at any other boutiques. The stylists really listen to what you're looking for and are great at picking out things that you might not have originally pictured yourself in. They really helped me narrow down my search and made me feel amazing in the dress that I chose. Their dressing room spaces are awesome. Very open, with accessories right there in the room. Their prices are super reasonable for any budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone whose looking for a fun, stylish, one of a kind dress! Thanks to All About the Gown!

am. They have such a wide variety and beautiful collection of dresses to choose from. Look no further- your dress is waiting at All About the Gown!

s the 6th (and final) store I went to in my search for my wedding dress. I was honestly starting to think I wasn’t going to be able to find a dress I loved. Angela encouraged me to be open to all dress styles and was so great about listening to what I was saying. The people I brought with me had plenty of opinions but Angela made sure to focus first and foremost on what I was saying and how I was feeling. Angela was so easy to talk with and I enjoyed just chatting with her while getting into and out of dresses. I had such a great experience trying on dresses and the fact that I found THE dress here, made my experience that much better.

e feel so comfortable and relaxed! I never felt rushed and was able to try on many dresses! Thank you again to all of you!

. She was just kind and helpful the entire time. Something awesome about this shop is that you get to personally go out on the floor and look at EVERY dress they have available on the rack and to order. We weren’t expecting that and it was so much fun! I also brought a full house of guests with me and Angela and Judy were extremely gracious and welcoming with us. Another perk is the location. It gives you the perfect excuse to have a fun weekend away in Lake Geneva! Thank you so much All About The Gown, I will be recommending you to all of the future bride-to-be in my life!

mazing!! Their bright and friendly attitudes put me at ease instantly. They easily directed me through the process and asked the perfect questions to guide me to my dream dress. At the end they gave me a contact for alterations and I plan to return for accessories. Thank you so much lovely ladies! I can't wait to walk the aisle in my dress!

d designs. However thanks to All About the Gown, I never once felt overwhelmed when there. Their advice was honest and so helpful! They heard what I had in mind and made it come to life! Great dresses, employees and overall great company.

tment, Angela was phenomenal! She was able to get me in every dress I had picked out from the floor without making me feel rushed. In the end it was Angela who convinced me to try on the dress that I ultimately said YES to! The staff truly cares and listens to what the bride is saying. The best wedding dress shopping experience I could have asked for.

of her way to pick up a dress for me to try on, but she came in on her day off to hand deliver it. I highly recommend this shop.

both extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They were able to help me find the most perfect wedding dress that fit my style.
