I wish I could do less stars! I had her do some personal headshot photography. I asked for five pictures and she priced fairly reasonable. In my session I told her the five photos ...
that I wanted and we needed to ensure that we got them as that’s all I wanted. After my photoshoot I had to follow up for updates. When I did message her, I got responses that she had weddings she was working on or would be working on mine soon. Almost a month later she finally uploaded my pictures to select my five for her to edit. A couple of the pictures I asked her to get didn’t turn out. I asked her about it and she said she could edit one of the photos to be what I wanted but she may have to charge me extra for it?! Is it my fault to pay extra if a photographer can not get those?! Especially if I was paying per photo and not session. After I picked my photos which I sent back next day another week went by with no communication. I followed up and she was behind on a wedding and would get to mine after. I finally reached out to her again and told her it was simply unacceptable. Magically all pics were sent to me ASAP. She gave me a photo in replacement of the photo I didn’t get, but it wasn’t what I initially wanted. I appreciate that I got something in return, but I had bought specific props for that photo that did not matter because we didn’t get the shot. The time frame for headshot/Birthday photos (original 5 and additional 7) was what I felt absurd (Feb 10- March 13). I asked several photographers and it was not a reasonable time frame to not at least set an expectation or more updates if weddings that take more time were ahead of my photos. Very poor service experience. I wouldn’t use her ever again especially for something as important as my wedding.

able with our photographer prior to our wedding day and did not want to use a photographer we would have to meet that day. Alissa did our engagement pictures, which were just as amazing, and really made us feel comfortable. Having the option to have our engagement pictures done locally and her traveling to California for our wedding was perfect! Both of us are not overly excited about being the center of attention or being in front of a camera but Alissa made our shoots so fun and relaxing and it is apparent in our gorgeous pictures. My friends and family say our pictures should be in a magazine and I completely agree. I would recommend her to everyone! She will not disappoint. Thanks Alissa!
