Our cake was perfect - exactly what I envisioned from the inspo I provided! The guests raved about how amazing the cake was.
We were referred to Alice from our venue (Brookshire). She was great to work with - she was prompt on communication and provided us plenty of samples and recommendations when we we...
re trying to figure out the flavors for our wedding cake. We ended up choosing a white almond sour cream cake with tiramisu filling - it was a huge hit at our wedding and we can’t wait for her to make it again for our 1 year anniversary.
We ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes from Alice’s Piece of Cake, and everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully done. Our wedding cake was a marbled design with raspbe...
rry filling and whipped icing, and it not only looked elegant but tasted incredible as well—light, flavorful, and not overly sweet.
We also had three cupcake flavors for our guests: red velvet, snickerdoodle, and strawberry. Each one was a hit, and we received so many compliments from guests throughout the night about how good everything tasted.
The presentation was just as impressive as the flavor, and everything fit perfectly with our wedding aesthetic. We were so happy with how it all turned out and would highly recommend Alice’s Piece of Cake for anyone looking for delicious desserts for their wedding or special event.
The cake looked perfect!!! She worked our wood flowers into the design. It was fabulous!!
Good cake flavor variety! Very easy to work with. Exactly what we wanted

compliments on it and I’d say the hardest part of the planning process was picking the flavors as there are SO many to choose from. Alice is very responsive and when I changed my design idea a bit, nothing threw her for a loop and she was able to make it happen, thank you Alice!

aight forward with communicating what we were looking for. The cake was HUGE and so delicious!! We chose lemon cake with raspberry and strawberry filling - SO good! We got a lot of compliments from our guests, and we're excited to dive back into the cake on our 1st year anniversary! Can't recommend Alice enough, thank you!

rs. We also went with her strawberry and snickerdoodle flavors for our kitchen sheet cakes. All of the cake flavors were delicious, and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests. Alice was great to work with. She was easy to communicate with over email, and made adjustments to our order as needed. She provided us with information on how to freeze our wedding cake afterwards, which was very helpful. She offers local delivery, which was so nice to not have to worry about that on our wedding day. We absolutely loved how our wedding cake design turned out, and can’t wait to enjoy our wedding cake from Alice again on our one year anniversary. We are so glad we went with Alice as our cake vendor, and we highly recommend her as a wedding vendor.
Alice did an AMAZING job on our cake for our wedding! It turned out beautiful AND delicious - exactly what you hope for!
We did not chose Alice. Cake was “included” with the venue we chose for a wedding. The cake was nothing like the couple wanted. They selected two different flavors and both tasted ...
nothing like the samples. Cake was dense and dry, and the icing was grainy. The couple chose a gold decorative base and received black! There was an upcharge for pearls that were barely visible. The scroll work was not elegant and the gold color was so diluted that it looked yellow. Not impressed with taste or appearance. No one was. We gave the cake away to the hotel staff.
We had Alice make the cake for our wedding and it was perfect. Alice is a true professional and her cakes are absolutely wonderful! Our guests continued to rave about the cake even...
days later, and my family even asked if they could take it on the plane home with them.
We loved wedding white! From the moment we headed to our consult to the big day, Alice was absolutely exceptional. We will be recommending to all. Thank you, Alice! Kind regards, Iri & Dylan

ique and incredibly delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! We also offered a chocolate-on-chocolate vegan and gluten-free option, and it was just as amazing—rich, decadent, and a huge hit with everyone. Alice and her team were a dream to work with, and I will absolutely be ordering from her again. Already counting down to our one-year anniversary just to dig into that frozen topper. Thank you, Alice, for making our day extra sweet!

nilla bean and a raspberry filling with a buttercream frosting-so so delicious! The cake is moist and nothing was overly sweet which is perfect, and the tartness of the raspberry was a wonderful complement of flavor! She did a black base with beautiful gold geode-esque water falling down which was pretty much our inspiration pic!! We loved it!! We also we able to save our top for our one years anniversary which was packed up for us with instructions on how to properly freeze it which was super helpful!! Thank you for such a delicious cake!! 💕❤️
Alice was very friendly and had great flavor options. Everyone loved the cake and it turned out beautifully!

wedding vision, and she came through for us!!
For a NYE wedding, Alice went all out blending our wedding colors (burgundy and champagne) in a really unique marbling technique with buttercream and topped the entire cake in a sparkly sugar coating that glittered beautifully and tasted so fantastic.
Do yourself a favor and make Alice a part of your wedding day and book now!

Alice had us meet her in her home office, sketched out our cake's concept art as ...
we described what we wanted, and provided us with cake and frosting samples for us to immediately taste and choose from. We were blown away by how incredibly decadent her creations are.
Our cake was decorated with live flowers she obtained from our florist and arranged when she delivered the cake before the ceremony. She used buttercream frosting design elements that were patterned off of the wedding dress, presenting an additional layer of elegance. It was as visually stunning as it was incredibly delicious. I would say it was too pretty to eat if it wasn't so tasty!
If you're feeling lost choosing between bakers, and even if you are running a fairly tight budget, look no further than Alice. She will help your special day to TASTE truly special!

e vendors and bakeries and so many of them would not do sheet cake and instead pressured you into getting a bigger wedding cake. But not Alice! We had a beautiful three-tier cake that looked stunning the day of and in pictures, and she provided enough sheet cake to feed the rest of our guests. You won't be disappointed booking with Alice!
